I am writing to share some feedback regarding an order I placed yesterday. As a regular customer, we have always enjoyed your meals, but this time we were left quite disappointed with the Chicken Noodles - Family Pack. We paid $60 for the pack, and unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. The container was filled with noodles and a few vegetables, but the chicken was pretty much non-existent. Considering that chicken is the hero of the dish, its absence was quite noticeable and disappointing. I wanted to bring this to your attention and suggest avoiding the noodles altogether as it felt like an absolute waste of money. I hope you can investigate this matter to ensure better quality in the future.

I went to Paradise Biryani Takeaways in Sandringham to grab some dinner, mainly because I’d heard good things about their biryani. And to be fair, the menu is impressive — heaps of options, from chicken and mutton biryani to curries and veggie dishes. The portions are pretty decent too, so no complaints there when it comes to variety or serving size. But honestly, the experience left a lot to be desired. First off, the customer service was pretty bad. The staff barely made eye contact, seemed rushed and impatient, and didn’t even bother to acknowledge people properly. It felt like they just wanted to get through the orders without actually dealing with customers. Not a great vibe, especially when you’re spending good money. Then there’s the parking — an absolute nightmare. There’s barely any space, and with the number of people that go there, it’s a constant mess. I had to circle around multiple times before I found a spot, and even that felt like a gamble. And here’s the kicker — they didn’t even offer a bag for the food. you have to pay extra thats a SHAME….For a busy takeaway place, you’d think they’d be better prepared. It just came off as stingy and felt cheated. The food itself was okay, but definitely on the oily side. I also noticed a strong artificial taste, and after doing some digging online, turns out a lot of people have complained about them using too much MSG and food colouring. It kind of took away from the whole experience, knowing that what you’re eating might not be as fresh or clean as you’d expect. So yeah, while the biryani was decent and the portions were filling, everything else — from the service to the parking and the way they handle customers — made the whole trip way less enjoyable than it should’ve been. I probably wouldn’t go back unless they seriously sort out those issues.

Just had a disappointing experience with my order of chicken biryani and drumsticks. The biryani was mostly rice with only two small pieces of chicken, and the drumsticks had a strong unpleasant odor, forcing me to throw them away. What a waste of $30! Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Extremely rude staff (man) packed a box of oil for my order! I ordered a chilly chicken take away. They packed the bottom minced pieces and heaps of oil. When I saw them packing my take away order I had requested them to pack good big chicken pieces instead of the bottom oil and minced pieces. But the staff bossed over me that this how they pack. Check the attached photos. I transferred the take away contents to another box to show the left over oil packed by the extremely rude staff (man)

Yesterday had ordered their chilli chicken and carrot halwa and was shocked to see Halwa. It was so dry to point it made noise and the quantity was very less not even half of the box as you can see below in pictures. Disappointed

Greed is not good. . Ordered lamb biryani , put 3 bones and box full of rice . They can sell as Biryani rice instead of lamb biryani . Take $5 extra if you are so dire need of making more money at least serve food for money paid.

It was our first time ordering the chicken and veg biryani from here. We were quite impressed with the quantity provided. The taste was quite fulfilling. Overall the customer service was good, but it could be improved by serving new customers quicker. But otherwise we will definitely order from here again. Thank you!

I only buy food from Paradise but quality has dropped. Bought 2 dish (online pickup) and 1 takeaway (via counter). Hot Chicken Chilli was extremely hot and most disappointing was Buna Chicken. It use to be way different year ago. Excessive over cooked onion (Pic attached). Please do something.
