First time coming here, and this place was AMAZING!! Jackie helped us out and made this an amazing experience for us from start to finish. The two bartenders were super nice & welcoming. They have so much seating, towel service, outlets, TWO gyms, and it has this cute Miami vibe to it. Such a good spot. Will be coming back again whenever I’m in town!

Shocking Lack of Respect from Holly - A Loyal Customer Left Feeling Insulted My recent visit to Paradiso was incredibly disappointing and frankly, insulting, due to the shockingly rude and dismissive behavior of the owner, Holly and how she treated my Mother and I. My Mother was in town visiting for Mother’s Day and we visited the pool club for the day on Resort Pass. (I was a former full-time member for years but started to travel a lot for work) Over the years, I've spent a significant amount of money here and have always supported this establishment and recommended it to others. To be treated with such disrespect after being a loyal patron is truly disheartening. It's baffling that someone in the hospitality industry, particularly in a city as connected as Charleston, would conduct themselves in such a manner. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept. Guests, especially those who have shown consistent support, should be made to feel welcome and valued, even if they book a day pass verses being a full-time member. I live in the neighborhood and have visited the club recently for members birthday parties or gatherings. Insinuating that I don’t have class and would sneak in is quite disappointing. This recent encounter has completely soured my opinion of this pool club. Despite my past loyalty, I can no longer in good conscience recommend this establishment to others or continue to market it through word-of-mouth. Word travels fast in Charleston, and I sincerely hope Holly takes some time to understand the importance of treating all guests, especially long-time supporters, with basic respect. Her husband on the other hand has always been a delight. Unfortunately, based on this deeply negative experience, and lack of respect shown to my mother and I, I can no longer recommend this club.

We were given passes from the Airbnb we stayed in for my sister’s 50th. (Which we still had to pay for) Place is beautiful but it shouldn’t be described as a heated pool. Just because it’s 75-80 degrees outside doesn’t mean the pool will be warm. It’s October. The main reason we went there was to enjoy the saltwater pool. Nobody was in it. That’s how cold it was. You should really put the heater on to match what it should be for summer. Pretty sure you can afford it with all the money you’re raking in on memberships. Which I’d never buy because of that reason. It was a literal ice box. So we really went there to buy drinks. How fun…..

Worked out really well for us to hang out here prior to our flight out of Charleston. Being March it was off season so too cold for a swim but the sun was great! Good food and drinks; service was quick because we were 1 of 2 parties present. Clean bathrooms with showers available.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! The workers are amazing and so nice. The pool is very clean and calm. Family friendly and great for a large group of friends. The drinks and food are 10/10 and the gym is very nice and not too busy. If you need a good pool day if the beach is too far, come HERE!!

Awesome place! We were staying at an airbnb nearby and purchased a day pass which was totally worth it. The decor was cute and photogenic for photos. Drinks were yummy and they brought them right to our chairs. Workers were very accommodating and friendly. We had a great time!

I came here to celebrate my birthday along with a few of my friends and when I tell you this was the best experience I have ever had. We had rented the private cabana it was beautifully decorated and comfortable with flat screen tv, sofas and plenty of seating. The vibe was amazing from the wait staff, bartenders and other club members. This is a 10 out of 10 for me. I can't wait to go back.
