Paradiso offers exquisite Italian fine dining with rooftop garden ingredients, an impressive wine selection, and a lively backdrop of weekly jazz.
"It’s all tied together with the rich culinary and cultural history of the Italian experience in Philadelphia." - Rachel Vigoda
"Paradiso, a fine-dining Italian restaurant on East Passyunk Avenue, is closing its doors this Saturday, June 1 after a 15-year run. The restaurant was known for its rich pastas, vast selection of Italian wines, and rooftop garden. Head chef Lynn Rinaldi, born and raised in Philadelphia, mentioned that the closure follows some serious 'soul-searching' after an ankle injury. Rinaldi has sold Paradiso's assets, including its building, to a restaurateur." - Audrey Carleton
