Armando delivered outstanding service at Blue Agave Tacos. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect. His warm hospitality and professionalism elevated our dining experience. The food was delicious, and his recommendations were spot on. He ensured our drinks were always full and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and passionate server who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Thanks to Armando, our visit was truly memorable. I highly recommend asking for him when dining at Blue Agave Tacos!

I had an amazing experience at Ginger Bar thanks to the outstanding service from Abraham, Javier, and Karina! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome with their friendly energy and top-notch hospitality. Their drink-making skills are on another level—perfectly crafted cocktails with great attention to detail. They were also super knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. Whether you’re looking for a chill night out or a lively atmosphere, this team ensures you have a fantastic time. Highly recommend stopping by and experiencing their incredible service firsthand!

Jorge and Miguel from lemon fish were excellent!! Best service ever!! Fast service. Great drinks and overall a warming atmosphere. Love Paradisus and will be returning soon due to the amazing faculty that is staffed here!! And a big shout out to the chef Mario for preparing fantastic dishes :)!

My wife and I came for paradise and we sure got it! From the food, to the pools, to the drinks, it was utter relaxation and truly paradise. The staff made us feel welcomed and pampered. Enrique went above and beyond, he made it a magical experience for us! My only complaints were our last two days a large group Elevate came through and they were extremely rude guests. It screwed up our dining experience at Lemon Fish, which we had been very excited for and had reserved much more in advance than the other group. Luckily, the next day Sal made up for it. We also were not fond of the playa del Carmen trip. We were left at the tequila factory and otium did a poor job of making us feel safe/getting us back. It ruined an entire day and we preferred staying on resort as a result. The resort itself was phenomenal 10/10! The staff made this place shine!

I was very excited for my trip to Cancun, this hotel experience ruined my impression. The food is terrible at this hotel. You have to go in person to make reservations at a certain time rather than booking online (they don't offer online booking). So by the time I go make my reservation for the restaurants, it was all full. The only time available was 9pm or after, which is stupid. I went to Royal Solaris Cancun before and they made life easier to make reservation at the website. They had good food and drinks, customer service was great too! This hotel do not have a good customer service, they are not friendly either welcoming. Me and my mom waited so long for our food to arrive to our table, no waiter came to check on us while we're waiting. We were mad because we been eating at the buffet for 3 days straight but couldn't do nothing because all reservations were full. The other hotel I been to before had much better experience than this one, every staff there were very welcoming and happy. This hotel also don't have much activities like the other hotel do, which is making it boring. By 9pm everyone is gone and back to their rooms. Do not recommend and will not return.

Amazing experience. All the employees were very accommodating. The masseuse Tanya gave a great amount of pressure. Felt very good. Very relaxing as well at times and fell asleep because it was so relaxing. Abraham,Javier and Karina from ginger 2 better than every bartender and treats everybody the same. He is very knowledgeable.

Incredible resort for our honeymoon! The vibes, the service, the pool, the beach - all impeccable! We stayed in the adults-only Reserve section and it was absolutely worth it! Every single restaurant was delicious! Melvin (at the Capella restaurant) was amazing - he was so kind & provided exceptional service during our time there! And our concierge, Manuel, took great care of us the entire time! Can’t wait to visit again!

This place is absolutely beautiful. We heard it will be renovated but why?? OMG I can't say enough about how beautiful this resort is. Well maintained. Awesome price. Great all-inclusive benefits. Friendly and super helpful staff. I felt like royalty. Delicious food. We never left the resort during our whole stay.
