Paradisus Cancún

We have been members of the Meliá Vacation Club for almost 25 year.||This has been one of the best vacations we have had at the Paradisus Cancun and highly recommend them!!||We were celebrating my Birthday and Mother’s Day and wow, it was such a marvelous experience!||Over the years we have developed relationships with the team. What a great team! It is the people that make the difference and this group of individuals above are truly World-Class!! ||Rodolfo, our concierge, checked in with us daily to make sure we had what we needed. ||Veronica, the Operations Manager, would check in with us as well and follow up on any needs we had.||The restaurant experience (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was wonderful; World-Class!!||Even in the midst of such a huge change and uncertainty, they remained positive and professional and focused on “our” vacation experience! Wow! Extremely humble and selfless! ||I truly don’t have words to express my gratitude for the great experience we had and to the team for making our vacation so memorable! They all truly went above and beyond!! I understand they're closing for remodeling, so I'm not sure how accurate this review will be soon but I wanted to say that even before the remodel we had a wonderful experience. ||We booked in the reserve and I'm so glad we did. We were swept up when we got there. Offered drinks and popsicles and escorted to the reserve area. Jose met with us shortly after checking in to talk with us about what we were looking for and booked all of our dinners for the whole trip. We spent a lot of time at the reserve pool, where we were well taken care of. ||The time of year we were there I guess was a slow time because there were no lines or waits for anything. Not a lot of nightlife. Things wrapped up pretty early, but there were some shows and games and crafts to keep up busy if we were inclined. There are a couple of tables set up in the main area to help book excursions too so you don't have to plan any of that ahead of time or leave. Anything we did set up was just at Aquaworld just across the street. ||Many things I read people complaining about turned out to be very nitpicky and didn't have any negative effect on our experience.

Ginger bar in the Paradisus Resort. Highly recommend this bar! Abraham, Karina and Laura were our servers and bartenders. Amazing people with great customer service. Very friendly and always attentive to make sure we had a drink in our hand. I would definitely come back to a great place with these amazing individuals. 11/10 I recommend them!

Miguel is an awesome waiter and Lemon Fish is a beautiful restaurant with lovely food. Small portions but very delicious. Need to know what to order here. The other restaurants also have some issues and I will write a longer review of the whole hotel after leaving. It is being renovated in June and not a moment too soon!

My friend and I had such a great time here! The service was excellent. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The food was also amazing, we had so many choices. The beach and the pools had access to bars or poolside service. There were activities and performances every night, and all of them different from one another. Overall, everything was wonderfully pleasant. Some people who helped make our stay even more special were: - Patricia and Guillermo from the Malva restaurant. - Uriel, the activities coordinator for Zumba - Karina, Abraham, and Javier from Ginger Bar

Had a great time spending a week long vacation at Paradisus Cancun. The interior of the hotel and the food was better than we were anticipating. Staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive. Anabel at Flora was an exceptional waitress. The food was fresh, light, and delicious. Abraham and Carina from Ginger were excellent. The Tequila and Mezcal tasting were top notch and I learned a lot about the local drinks. Daniel the entertainment coordinator was great. He planned fun activities everyday and we really enjoyed his energy. Hotel was a bit dated (however they are going to renovate at the end of May for a year) and the pool looked like it needed to be filled up with more water.

The Cappella restaurant was very great! We ate delicious food. I especially loved the cheesecake and the carbonara. Our waiter was fabulous as well. He was so kind and everything came fairly quickly. His name was Claudio. If you get him as your waiter you’ll be in for a wonderful dinner! Overall this was a great time, we even came two of our seven days in Paradisus.

Hello, I experienced a serious issue during my check-in related to room access, but fortunately, everything was resolved promptly and with great care. I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Francisco. He was extremely professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire situation. His empathy and commitment to resolving the issue, always emphasizing the team spirit of Paradisus, made all the difference. Thank you, Paradisus, for turning around my initial impression and making my stay truly enjoyable. I definitely plan to return to Cancún, and it would be a pleasure to stay at Paradisus again. The restaurants are excellent, and the service at the pool, breakfast, and all dining venues was impeccable. The food quality was truly exceptional in every detail. Thank you once again!
