Paradisus Cancún

We have been members of the Meliá Vacation Club for almost 25 year.||This has been one of the best vacations we have had at the Paradisus Cancun and highly recommend them!!||We were celebrating my Birthday and Mother’s Day and wow, it was such a marvelous experience!||Over the years we have developed relationships with the team. What a great team! It is the people that make the difference and this group of individuals above are truly World-Class!! ||Rodolfo, our concierge, checked in with us daily to make sure we had what we needed. ||Veronica, the Operations Manager, would check in with us as well and follow up on any needs we had.||The restaurant experience (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was wonderful; World-Class!!||Even in the midst of such a huge change and uncertainty, they remained positive and professional and focused on “our” vacation experience! Wow! Extremely humble and selfless! ||I truly don’t have words to express my gratitude for the great experience we had and to the team for making our vacation so memorable! They all truly went above and beyond!! I understand they're closing for remodeling, so I'm not sure how accurate this review will be soon but I wanted to say that even before the remodel we had a wonderful experience. ||We booked in the reserve and I'm so glad we did. We were swept up when we got there. Offered drinks and popsicles and escorted to the reserve area. Jose met with us shortly after checking in to talk with us about what we were looking for and booked all of our dinners for the whole trip. We spent a lot of time at the reserve pool, where we were well taken care of. ||The time of year we were there I guess was a slow time because there were no lines or waits for anything. Not a lot of nightlife. Things wrapped up pretty early, but there were some shows and games and crafts to keep up busy if we were inclined. There are a couple of tables set up in the main area to help book excursions too so you don't have to plan any of that ahead of time or leave. Anything we did set up was just at Aquaworld just across the street. ||Many things I read people complaining about turned out to be very nitpicky and didn't have any negative effect on our experience.

Ginger bar in the Paradisus Resort. Highly recommend this bar! Abraham, Karina and Laura were our servers and bartenders. Amazing people with great customer service. Very friendly and always attentive to make sure we had a drink in our hand. I would definitely come back to a great place with these amazing individuals. 11/10 I recommend them!

Miguel is an awesome waiter and Lemon Fish is a beautiful restaurant with lovely food. Small portions but very delicious. Need to know what to order here. The other restaurants also have some issues and I will write a longer review of the whole hotel after leaving. It is being renovated in June and not a moment too soon!

Our stay in Mexico was absolutely amazing! The Paradise cancun resort was truly a highlight – the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was top-notch. Every part of our experience, from the rooms to the food service, was excellent. The meals were not only delicious but also served with great care and patience. We also had a wonderful time dining at Cappela restaurant. Our waiter, Jesús, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was attentive, kind, and served all our dishes exactly as we ordered. Everything we tried was so flavorful and fresh. Overall, the hospitality, food, and service throughout our stay made this an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Jose Cajun was wonderful. Great waiter in the Italian restaurant. Mario the Concierge in the Reserve was wonderful. He helped us plan everything. When I was not feeling well he sent several messages asking if I needed anything and was so concerned. He got us reservations at each restaurant we wanted. Every day he would send me a text of what is happening when and where. He was always available if we needed him. He is one of the best that’s for sure. Victor down at the towel station was very nice. Always helped us get a Bali bed and explained the waitlist for the beds. He always called me by my name and asked if we needed anything. All the employees are wonderful.

Amazing Stay at Paradisus Cancún Our stay at Paradisus Cancún was fantastic, with beautiful surroundings, great service, and a relaxing ambiance. Dining – Vegetarian Options The resort has 6-7 specialty restaurants requiring reservations and a buffet available for walk-ins. While vegetarian options were limited, Cielo stood out with its authentic Mexican flavors and local spices, they have some good options Vegetarian/Vegan. A huge shoutout to Patricia and Moises from Cielo! They went above and beyond to make our son’s birthday truly special. Patricia’s warmth, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality made us feel like VIP guests. Moises was equally wonderful, ensuring we had the best experience and food. Their dedication made our trip even more memorable! Resort & Amenities: Beach Cabana & Pool are beautifully designed and perfect for relaxation. The lush greenery inside the hotel added a unique charm. Activities – Could Be Better Weekend activities were decent, but weekday options were lacking. More engaging evening entertainment would improve the experience. Overall great luxury stay with excellent service, a relaxing atmosphere, and beautiful aesthetics. Patricia and Moises made a lasting impression, and we would definitely return!

We had the most amazing stay at Paradisus Cancun! The beach, food, and reserve experience was fantastic. Thank you to Fernanda who made our elopement so special and stress free, to Lalo for helping us with reservations planning and more, David at the reserve pool - food and atmosphere was wonderful. 10/10 recommend hydrotherapy. Martin was great. Thanks to all staff for an amazing stay at a beautiful resort. Can’t wait to come back!
