Parador de Cádiz

Enjoyed my stay here. Facilities are great and very clean and modern. Pool area is great with plenty space and three nice pools. Breakfast is very good too with plenty of options and easy to get a coffee. Room was nicely decorated and I enjoyed the sea view. Only disappointments were no iron/ironing board in the room which I needed and the parking charge per day (~€20) seemed a little on the high side. Would definitely stay again should I visit Cádiz in future

We stayed for 5 nights, 1st time visiting Cadiz. ||Lovely hotel, perfect location in the old town. Plenty of parking in hotel garage & parking charges reasonable. ||Very large pool area, spotlessly clean, towels available & no shortage of beds. We ate at the pool bar, burger, Atlantic brioche all very nice, would definitely recommend. ||We had a slight issue with air con (June & over 40 degrees) which was rectified immediately.||I would definitely recommend & return, just a few niggles:||Pool opened in the morning, but pool bar didn’t open until 1 pm. & usually quite a long wait / queue. ||Breakfast buffet was delicious, plenty of choice. But all hot food not self service, so a wait / queue if you wanted the hot food already available or your omelette cooked fresh. ||But I would definitely return & recommend.

This modern hotel is centrally located to beach and sights. Parking for a fee is under the building so very easy access. The check in was easy and the breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. The staff was very friendly. Our suite was very spacious with beautiful ocean views. Our beds were very firm. Would recommend if you want something more modern.

We experienced the great power outage of Portugal and Spain. The hotel handled it as well as they could. Most essential facilities were working. Even their internet connection, even my wife and I of different networks, were down. They kept their bar open, which provided both lunch and dinner when most restaurants were closed. Event though their own computers were down, using just slips of paper for orders that still kept their smiles. Amazing group of staff. Deserve a great big applause. Food at the bar was a good surprise. Same type of food in tapas bars around town. Only slightly below quality of the top tapas bars. The restaurant was closed on the night of the power outage but also cooked for the bar. Seems like quality is the same.

Lovely spacious clean well designed room with great terrace. Sunbathing area fabulous with regular pool and spa pool overlooking the sea. Breakfast was extensive and fresh. Service perfect. Would have no issue in staying again. Be back again

We returned to this hotel due to its location and because it is modern and has parking on site. We had a lovely room on the 6th Floor with wonderful views to the sea, the park next door, and to the port. It's a pleasant walk into Cadiz along the coast. Breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice and eggs cooked to order.we would stay here again if in Cadiz. The amphitheatre in Cadiz was well worth a visit and is free admission.

We had an excellent check in with a lot of information. Our standard room was great with an awesome view. This is the place to stay in Cadiz with both worlds at your feet: the beach is next door and the historic center and restaurants are 29 minutes away walking. Other jewels are the pools and terrace, the Parador even provide you a towel to go to the beach. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the parador of Cadiz. The room was excellent with superb views. We slept well as the bed was comfortable and noise levels low. The aircon was brilliant. The common areas were comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was first class. Staff were informative and professional.||It’s quite expensive but we would stay again !

I can't say enough about this hotel. Elegant, clean, great costumer service, great location

It's a tapas restaurant facing the Atlantic Ocean, we're here for the famous tapas tasting, Laura was super nice taking our orders. We start with their local wine from Castillo de San Diego, paired with a jamón Ibérico, assorted local cheese!!! A must try Erizo Del Mar, and boquerones rellenos, it's to die for!!! Definitely will be back for more
