Parador de Cádiz

The hotel feels very high-end and luxurious. Our Junior Suite was extremely spacious, featuring a living room and a huge balcony with a lovely sea view. The room layout was also very creative. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The parking is extremely spacious for European standard! The location is slightly away from the old town, about a 10-minute walk, which we appreciated, as it’s quieter and not right in the center. Overall, a fantastic stay

We spent two wonderful days at Parador Cádiz and were extremely pleased with every aspect of our stay. The location by the ocean is truly unbeatable, offering stunning views whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying breakfast. Our room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, and the staff consistently delivered excellent service—always friendly, efficient, and helpful. The restaurant offered delicious food and the breakfast was fresh, varied, and generous. We also appreciated how calm and well-organized the hotel felt, even when it was busy. Overall, everything was absolutely top-notch and we can highly recommend Parador Cádiz. We would be delighted to return in the future.

beautiful modern hotel, with stunning views over the sea. Gorgeous bedrooms, with superb views and spacious balconies. Fabulous swimming pools, vast and empty in September, a real delight. Good poolside service, lovely wines and sherries.|Everywhere was quiet, serene and spotless, just exactly what we wanted for a holiday, yet we were within easy walking distance from the heart of the city. I cannot fault the staff, they were without exception absolutely first class. We asked to change rooms after the first night, and they could not have been more accomodating. The beds are huge, the showers and baths are sumptuous and everything works well! |My only 'eyebrow raise' is the design of the bathroom. There was no privacy. I could see my husband shaving at the handbasin from my bed. Worse than that, the glass door to the lavatory area is transparent. I averted my gaze! He assured me he did likewise! Apart from this amusing experience, we cannot fault the hotel - it is simply gorgeous and the staff are hte best you could find anywhere.

Phenomenal hotel. Rooms are high tech, roomy and well equipped. Pools are amazing. Views from the rooms are phenomenal and patio space was awesome. We used the spa thermal circuit and loved the Nordic spa feel after a long day on the bicycle. Pools look awesome, though we were off season in Nov, so didn’t get to use it. Breakfast was plentiful and typical of the parador chain.

We stayed here in January 2024 in a suite. The room was initially very impressive, with avant-garde design and incredible views from the 5th floor. The whole building is in a very modern style as well. But it turned out to be over engineered, the lights were a nightmare to figure out how to use. The shades were not properly working. It was quite cold but the temperature could not be increased to more than 25°C in the room. The bed was good, the bathroom with the stone bathtub more beautiful than comfortable. It was more to impress than to use. The breakfast was very good. The hotel has a very convenient underground parking. The location is excellent right at the shore, surrounded by a park. It is very quiet. Overall a good place, certainly the best hotel in Cadiz.

Our room had an amazing view over the ocean with a balcony. It was a great location for watching the sunset. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was super - again with fabulous views. The parador is within easy walking distance of all the sights. Highly recommended.

This was our 3rd visit to Cadiz, having previously stayed in an apartment and another hotel by the cathedral. We booked a junior suite with sea view to celebrate my wife's birthday and this Parador didn't disappoint. The suite had perfect views of the sunset which was what we wanted. The pool area was amazing, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy at a busy time. Breakfast was plentiful. It's not the most luxurious breakfast I've ever had, but we never left hungry or disappointed. Especially with complimentary cava which made my wife's birthday feel extra special. The staff are wonderful and, in some cases, can take a little breaking down to see their personalities due to how busy they are, but when it happened we were able to laugh with them and they made our stay extra special. It can seem expensive for a hotel, but for the staff, location, comfort, breakfast and the overall experience, it was worth every cent to celebrate my wife's birthday in style. Gracais, Parador de Cadiz !

A very modern contemporary hotel, with great views and facilities. The rooms are spectacular, large and very comfortable. The leisure facilities are excellent, the Spa is well worth a visit( booking essential). The food offerings are standard fare, but when you have access to Cádiz town centre close by, it’s not something to worry about. Parking onsite is a bonus.

It's a tapas restaurant facing the Atlantic Ocean, we're here for the famous tapas tasting, Laura was super nice taking our orders. We start with their local wine from Castillo de San Diego, paired with a jamón Ibérico, assorted local cheese!!! A must try Erizo Del Mar, and boquerones rellenos, it's to die for!!! Definitely will be back for more
