Parador de Cádiz

Generally very nice location. The rooms are spacious, modern and have partly sea view. The hotel clean and space. No problem to walk to the old city center. However for people with issues that might be quite far. Really disappointing was the breakfast. There is a lot of variety, but virtually all is of quite bad quality, tasteless and sometimes not fresh and dried out, particularly the bread and the jamones etc. And they still have inefficient capsule coffee machines. Nuts come in a small glass, one nut piece per glass. Very strange. Service is, however good. I do not recommend the hotel restaurant either, where you pay a high price for a quite below average quality as well. Management should address the breakfast and restaurant issue. There are so much better places for dining in the beautiful Cadiz.

Good hotel with excellent breakfast. Clean, spacious, great sheets. A bit sterile though. If you like the big sleek generic hotel warehouse feel, this is it. You can go in and out without any interaction with staff. Lacks character or coziness.

Extremely well situated, super room, views to die for (except for the construction crane), fascinating bathroom. But aircon difficult to control, lighting switches unnecessarily complicated, restaurant successfully removed all flavour from the food. Eat breakfast there, but lunch/dine in some of Cadiz's other, better restaurants.

This hotel is truly fantastic as it's great for the price and all the the facilities. My room was fantastic as it had a nice ocean view and it's modern and futuristic style. I would gladly stay here again which I wouldn't normally do, but for this hotel I would. This place is also perfect for business trips and family trips I would recommend this to anyone as its just perfect.

Great location & every room either overlooks the Atlantic with the sunset or the beautiful park. Room was clean & comfortable & breakfast was wonderful! We have been visiting Cadiz for so many years & would never stay anywhere else!

A bad start at check in with no help offered to move bags. The first room had two single beds and we were told that doubles are not guaranteed to be available. A more senior member of staff realised that there was an issue and upgraded us, at no cost, to a ‘superior’ room with a double bed.||Both rooms were of the same design and layout, the difference seemingly being a double bed, a kettle, dressing gowns and slippers plus upmarket toiletries. Both rooms were rather tired and the superior room was not as clean as it should have been and has not been well maintained.||This Parador seems to rely on the brand and isn’t particularly bothered about providing a good visitor experience.||We won’t be visiting again, there are many other options in Cadíz.

We have been there a few times before, and it is still wonderful . They even added new lamps and furniture for the bar and terrace restaurant. The breakfast buffet is still plentiful and fresh . The buffet offers a great selection 👌. I love coffee, and unfortunately, coffee is the only thing I have a complaint about . Please get a different coffee machine . The hotel and the room are always clean . Great parking garage with easy access, and don't worry how big or high your car is , you will have no problem .

This is a large parador. Very spacious and airy. The staff as always are friendly. Our room was comfortable with a side view of the sea and park below. The bathroom setup was not to our taste. The hotel was good for visiting Cadiz (easy walking,bike etc.). There is an extra charge for parking at the parador.

I can't say enough about this hotel. Elegant, clean, great costumer service, great location

It's a tapas restaurant facing the Atlantic Ocean, we're here for the famous tapas tasting, Laura was super nice taking our orders. We start with their local wine from Castillo de San Diego, paired with a jamón Ibérico, assorted local cheese!!! A must try Erizo Del Mar, and boquerones rellenos, it's to die for!!! Definitely will be back for more
