We didn’t stay at the hotel but I heard good things about the restaurant of the hotel. You can have lunch there even if you’re not a guest. And what an experience! First of all the location is fabulous. Can’t remember I’ve had lunch with such a fantastic view, wow ! Then the food itself just as excellent as the view. This is a very nice level of cooking with the best products and honest prices. Service also very friendly and smooth. Must place to have lunch when visiting Carmona!!

This hotel was very good but compared to other Parador hotels we have stayed in it just did not have the same attention to details in the room and bathroom (chipped paint around the tub) and the bed and pillows were extremely hard making for an uncomfortable night. However, view from our window was stunning and the food and service were great .

PPPPPPPPPPPPPPP is what you do in a bathroom. Was recommend to come here and had the worst experience ever! Just because of your location and view does not mean your good. We had reservations at 8:30 and the dining room was not even open. Once seated in a sterile room with no personality, we were ignored for 20 minutes. No place setting and had to ask for utensils. Why would you have only 4 servers for a full dining room??? The food we ordered was atrocious and horrid and sent back and they tried to charge us for it with barely one bite taken. The cannelloni looked phallic and with cat food stuffing esk and my succulent pork was dry as a bone. Did I mention I sent it all back and promptly left. The only good part was a American martini thankfully. By the way, decorating from Wayfair if far below what you claim to be a 4 star destination.

Lovely setting, conveniently located near Seville but it’s rather tired and in need of major renovation. Hardly any soundproofing between the rooms, so one can hear the conversations and TV from the room next door or the furniture being moved around from the room upstairs. |The staff are very pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast is rather poor and not up to a parador standard. One morning there was a rather large group of tourists (arrived in a coach) who had breakfast early, consumed all the croissants and pastries which were never replaced, so very little choice was left for the rest of us. |Having said all the above, we did enjoy the five days we stayed there.

This was such a special special spot! The history ... The view..the food..the service...all so special. The dining room staff was exceptional and made me feel so welcome. So many comfortable sports throughout the parador to go relax and escape. A+++

We have been to several Parados and its the same everwhere. They can improve the food, the bread is always dry, the coffee is often cold. The starters was ok but to much and the same with the main course. The hotel including the room was fantastic.

What spot could top this... Atop this lookout! History and contemporary service all in one spot. The service matched the location....PERFECT!!! I cannot say enough good about the dining room staff in particular. They are a wonderful team!

The interiors are exquisite, the services excellent, and the location superb. The restaurant features a well-curated menu highlighting local products, while the breakfast, though not extravagant, offers a good variety.
