Exceptional beach resort for families —— Right next to Karon beach, we took a 2 bedroom villa for us and the kids for 5 nights in June 2024 - It rained hard for many hours almost everyday. The rooms , common lounge, kids bunk bed area, outdoor seating and bathrooms were all huge and right next to the main pool. Loved the easy access. However due to it being on the ground floor and monsoon season we had a lot of mosquitoes, bugs that we had to ask housekeeping to manage from time to time. The bathrooms and bedrooms dont have latches from the inside, so privacy goes a bit for a toss with other shared members. The room lighting was a bit dim too, this should definitely be improved. The 1 working restaurant was excellent and had great food options. Plus the breakfast spread was incredible everyday, For the kids the play room was superb, our small kids loved playing there for hours and we got some good rest not tending to them. The staff throughout the hotel is very attentive, courteous and always have a smile on their face. The hotel is located right next to markets within walking distance so its very convenient. It is also located right next to the Karon beach … about 100 metres to the beach from the resort. All in all I will stay here again, loved the stay.

Cannot fault the food and beverage service at the Paradox Resort. Manager Pom and his team were so friendly, available and accommodating throughout our stay. Huge gratitude to Fon and Oo with the F & B team - exceptional service and care. Brilliant breakfast and meals available 24/7. Delightful guest engagement at every opportunity 🌟|The renovated rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Excellent hotel services from reception to all support staff. Unable to fault! Wonderful spa and services enjoyed by most guests during their stay. ||Although this is a resort built some years ago, the grandeur and old atmospheric establishment of this resort still retains its airs and graces. Some areas of this complex require updating.|Beautiful grounds and surrounds, most relaxing escape for myself and husband. Thank you 🙏

It is a huge resort! We stayed in one of the superior rooms in the main tower. From there, it’s quite a walk to go to the “beach front”…..there’s a main road separating the hotel and the public beach. Although the resort is quite seasoned, it is kept very clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautifully curated and kept tidy. The staff were all amazing. Every single staff we came across were full of smiles. The breakfast had a good spread.

Paradox was great. Fantastic pool with swim up bar. Rooms are lovely and the restaurant offers some great Thai and Indian options. Really enjoyed. The service was fantastic and just lovely people to chat to. Nice and handy to the beach for morning strolls and sunset dinners. Plenty of other restaurants nearby and still within the pickup zone for phuket/phi phi activities. (I didn't take very good photos here though so don't judge based on these).

My husband and I had eight nights at the Paradox Resort Phuket over the Easter period, staying in a garden villa. Although getting off to a slightly rocky start with assistance with luggage on arrival, from there we experienced the most amazing level of service from everyone we encountered at the Paradox. ||We instantly fell in love with our garden villa which was perfect for us; very spacious, beautiful decor, outdoor rainforest shower, courtyard looking out to the Coconut Grove Pool which is exclusively for villa guests. ||We loved going to Mint bar each evening, the most perfect location with amazing views of Karon Beach. All the staff at Mint were all great fun and would make our evenings enjoyable with their great service, humour and friendliness. In particular Usu ( sorry if spelt wrong), Meepooh, Tony and Alex. ||Pom (F&B Manager) would daily do the rounds of checking with all guests whether everything was OK, and we really enjoyed our chats with him. A big shout out to Harold (GM) who accommodated a request from my husband, which the Paradox went above and beyond to deliver, which ended in my husband being overjoyed with the end result. ||Literally every staff member we came into contact with at the Paradox during the course of our stay could not do enough for us, would constantly check in with us on whether we were happy. It really came across that they really cared that our stay was a pleasant one, and it certainly was that and more. ||We enjoyed the food at the Paradox, both at Mint and Pacifica and experienced very attentive and friendly service every single visit. My only observation would be that it would have been nice to have access to the full Pacifica menu of an evening, although very pleasant at Mint, we found at times the menu a little limited. ||The Paradox Resort Phuket absolutely exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again on a future visit. Thank you to the Paradox for making us feel special and making our stay a memorable one.

We were staying for a week. Check in was a little slow since when we arrived they had no bell captain on duty and bags arrived in our rooms a full 2 hours after check in. Rooms are decent , toilets are pretty well equipped with the exception of a bottle opener, pretty much everything else is provided. Breakfast is good if you opt for it, since you have both options, with or without. Pool bar has a decent selection, the main pool is decent sized and overall a pretty decent hotel. Location is very good since you have access to the beach and the market, although the walk to the beach takes about 15 mins, they can also drop you there in the carts.

Very kind and friendly staff. The rooms are big and comfortable. There are plenty of options for breakfast. The location is perfect, next to Karon beach and many good restaurants. We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time. Totally recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights with a family of 4 in a premium garden villa. Villa is outdated (same as all resort), smelly and AC very noisy. The floor on the shower is slippery and dangerous specially for kids. |The free internet works intermittently. |The best experience in this resort was the spa where spa’s facility and its service was outstanding.
