Parafin wouldn’t make even a small adjustment and showed no empathy or flexibility. Communication was frustrating—no one seemed willing to help. I expected better customer care and responsiveness. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend Parafin.

After a rocky start last year I was skeptical of accepting a new cash advance. However I spoke with an extremely competent woman at Parafin who addressed all my concerns and assured me their system had been updated and I could move ahead with confidence. And indeed I am now very pleased with the service. It is very helpful to have a resource that gives me the ability to grab profitable opportunities when they arise. Like the opportunity to grab ad space in major magazines to expand our extremely loyal customer base. When wine lovers discover our product, they become fanatics for the difference Restaurant Crystal Clean makes in their wine experience. Serious Issues with Unauthorized Charges & Incorrect Data Handling I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Parafin. They have mishandled my account, made unauthorized fund withdrawals, and relied on incorrect data, causing severe disruptions to my business operations. Unauthorized Charges: My repayment schedule was supposed to be bi-weekly, yet they deducted payments weekly without my consent. Despite multiple requests, they have failed to refund the excess charges. Incorrect Data & Unjustified Charges: They sent me an email claiming incorrect data from Amazon led to additional charges. This is unacceptable, as I am not responsible for their data errors. Even after raising objections, they continued withdrawing funds arbitrarily. Business Disruptions: These unauthorized deductions and unjustified charges have left my account in deficit, preventing me from purchasing inventory for my Amazon business. This has severely impacted my cash flow and business stability. I demand immediate resolution, including a full refund of unauthorized overcharges, a stop to further unauthorized deductions, and transparency regarding the data discrepancy. If they do not act promptly, I will escalate the matter legally and through consumer protection authorities. I am also in contact with other affected individuals who are considering collective action. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering using Parafin’s services. Their unethical practices have caused significant financial harm. I expect an urgent response within 7 days, failing which I will take further action, including publicly exposing their unfair practices.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. If you run into any issues with them (and you will) You will never hear back. I've been trying to resolve a simple issue with them over 6 weeks and have yet to hear back. Extremely frustrating, I will NEVER use their service again.
