I went here on Friday, December 26th and I really liked the atmosphere. It was very chill, great music and some of the finest house music I have experienced in a while. There was enough space and people were super relaxed. Yes, I thought the $10 water was expensive but I came here before 10 pm as they had free entry so I did not mind paying extra for the water since I spent nothing on the tickets. I saw a lot of negative reviews and was skeptical but I would 100% recommend going here if you love music. And yes, it is certainly loud so please carry ear plugs for a good experience.

Unprofessional staff / Security Peeps bathroom stall The host treated us as inferiors, which caught our attention because she is the face of this business, but then we realized she treats her pears the same way. We tried getting her name but she refused to provide it, sadly the only way I have to identify her is that she has cleft lip. Once inside, I go to the bathroom and saw the security guard peeping over the bathroom stall while a customer was inside. If you want to be treated as human beings, do not come to this location. Avoid it at all cost.

Is there a way to give a place zero stars? What a poorly ran establishment from the host all the way to the management. Someone hit the reset button on this place.

I live a block away and asked to take a look at the bar. Was asked for a 20 dollar cover,.checked online was 10. Not expecting anything as it wss early but the fact that from the beginning seemed like a scam will never go back. Club is not as good as Mode or Jolene dont waste your time.

Awful management - left a event tonight after the manager kicked us off our table, threw away our drinks to place a bottle service customer. No signage anywhere on reserved tables. Extremely rude and threatening management on duty. Ruined a birthday celebration.

My gf was assaulted by a worker within the venue. They did not care nor did they do anything. After being referred to an English speaking bartender, they simply refused that an employee could do such thing. I am appalled at this establishment. Update: not only my girlfriend was touched inappropriately yet 3 of her friends were as well- all by 1-2 employees.

Don't buy a drink here. Saw the receipt the following morning and it was an absolute scam. Ordered a Gin n tonic - $15. Then they proceed to charge $2 for it being on the rocks. Since when does this city charge for ice?? Then they included 20% - without telling me. I'm a nice guy, so added 20% myself. Wish I hadn't. Then add tax on top of all that. $15 drink turned into $24. And it was the size of a baby sippy cup. Never coming back.

Friends and I had a wonderful time at Paraiso Estereo! Not only did they make iver the space but they kept their roots in amazing music and a fun vibe. The girl at the door was so nice by taking us to our table where Vanessa and Daniela both took great care of us. We were s group of 8 and we were very comfortable. We will defintely be back to try the restaurant.

This place was....interesting! (mostly in a good way) Was it down a sketchy alley with possibly Russian bouncers guarding the velvet ropes? Yes it was. Were we briefly nervous we might not come back with all our kidneys? Yes, we were. But, we soldiered on, figured it out, and ended up having a great time! Yes, the drinks were pricey and they included tip, but there was no cover, so that all came out in the wash. The music was decent and the bathrooms were clean. We had dancing to do.

The service here is appalling. Beware: The bartenders are rude, get visibly frustrated by basic requests, and do not let customers know their bill includes a 20% tip automatically.

Terrible. Dead. Ew. $20 for water is insane I'd rather die of thirst. Dude with the flashlight gets paid to be an ass and take away our drinks, give him a raise.
