Paranza

The food of this place was absolutely delicious! Paranza was our favorite dinner destination during our trip to Atlantis. I got the butternut squash ravioli which was the best ravioli I have ever had! We also got the salmon, linguine and other fish dishes which the whole family liked. Also the tiramisu was unlike any I've had before, and it was very good. We dined outside, and it was a very nice place. The service was great. I would definitely go back and eat at Paranza again if I ever returned to Atlantis.

Service and food were excellent. Beautiful atmosphere and everything we ordered was delicious. The “fried calamari” appetizer was enough for 4 (Not pictured). The butternut squash ravioli was filling and the sauce so delicious, I had to use my focaccia bread to get every last bit. The grouper was good, but maybe a little too rosemary forward for my taste.

Gorgeous restaurant. Shane was our server, he went above and beyond, so friendly. Calamari was the best I’ve had in years. I had the linguini, loved it, could have been a little spicier but I love spicy food. My daughter had the lobster and it was perfectly cooked. My husband has the strawberry grouper and it was cooked perfectly! The desserts were amazing. There was a special snickers type dessert, the tiramisu was not too rich. My daughter had the torta (weird name since we are we are from Texas), but it was great. We ate every bite!

Five-Star Experience at Paranza – Ask for Gladstone! We had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Paranza in the Bahamas Cove Atlantis Hotel. We were a large group of 16, including six children, and from start to finish, everything was flawless. Our server, Gladstone, was phenomenal. His attention to detail, professionalism, and warm, welcoming attitude made the evening feel effortless. Managing a group our size is no easy task, but he handled it with grace and efficiency. He anticipated every need and made sure everyone—kids and adults alike—felt well taken care of. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was vibrant and relaxing, and every member of the staff we interacted with was friendly and attentive. We dined at Paranza twice in the week that we stated at the Cove. We would absolutely recommend Paranza to anyone visiting The Cove Atlantis, and if you can, ask for Gladstone—he truly is top-notch and made our evening unforgettable

This was our best meal at Atlantis by far. Our server was fantastic and so hospitable and attentive. We had our three young children and the staff were very accommodating to their needs and so kind. I am gluten free and the restaurant did a great job making sure there was no cross contamination and had plenty of GF options for me. They even had GF bread which was such a treat! The decor and patio were very chic and beautiful. It was a wonderful dining experience and very memorable, our entire family can’t wait to return to Paranza on our next vacation.

April 19, 2025- Gladston was our server and he was amazing. He made excellent food recommendations and made the dining perfect. The food was top notch. The best we have had to date at Atlantis.

The best meal on our trip to Atlantis. We celebrated with 12 of our family at a wonderful (and beautifully breezy) outdoor table. The food, drinks and desserts were delicious. Well worth a splurge and some excellent service from Gladston and Angelo
