We visited Paranza during our family vacation from Canada to the Bahamas, and it was one of the best dining experiences of our entire trip. The pasta, salmon, and steak were all cooked to perfection — incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented. The desserts were elaborate, refined, and absolutely delicious. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. As a family, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend Paranza to anyone visiting Atlantis. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would definitely return!

The food took a long time to be prepared. I think they were trying to bring out all the dishes at once, which was unnecessary. The wait staff were very polite and personable. They promptly checked on the kitchen to see what was taking so long. The best dish was the squid ink linguine. We had also ordered a risotto, but it seemed like it was rushed.

An incredible experience all around! The food is impressively fresh it’s insane!! A pleasant environment as well with a light modern vibe. The best part of all was our waiter, Frederick!! He was so kind, enthusiastic, & went above & beyond for my family & I. My parents came opening night & they mentioned this candy they had that night, then he comes out with 2 six tier fixtures of their current dessert plus one of the candy from opening night! Would love to come back!

Our server Lathan was amazing!! From the moment he greeted our table, he carried himself with such professionalism, warmth, and confidence. He explained the menu beautifully, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel truly cared for throughout our meal. The dishes were outstanding, especially the squid ink linguine and grilled octopus! The ambiance was also perfect, but I must say it was Lathan who elevated the entire experience. You don’t often come across a server who delivers hospitality with such grace, knowledge, and genuine passion for what they do. If you dine here, please request Lathan. His service alone is worth the visit. Exceptional experience from start to finish, highly impressed and highly recommended!

The food of this place was absolutely delicious! Paranza was our favorite dinner destination during our trip to Atlantis. I got the butternut squash ravioli which was the best ravioli I have ever had! We also got the salmon, linguine and other fish dishes which the whole family liked. Also the tiramisu was unlike any I've had before, and it was very good. We dined outside, and it was a very nice place. The service was great. I would definitely go back and eat at Paranza again if I ever returned to Atlantis.

Service and food were excellent. Beautiful atmosphere and everything we ordered was delicious. The “fried calamari” appetizer was enough for 4 (Not pictured). The butternut squash ravioli was filling and the sauce so delicious, I had to use my focaccia bread to get every last bit. The grouper was good, but maybe a little too rosemary forward for my taste.

The food was absolutely amazing. Rigatoni and Lobster Spaghetti were some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Gladstone is the absolute best waiter. Highly highly recommend coming here!!!
