"I found that the seasonal side-alley pop-up Parasol—located behind Beau Temps—is back for its sixth year at 5439 St-Laurent Blvd and is opening early to take advantage of snow crab season, offering whole crabs (hot or cold), rolls, a Caesar salad with a crab-emulsion sauce, and potatoes topped with a crab-based cream for a limited time before returning its focus to lobster; hours are Thursdays and Fridays 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays noon to 8 p.m." - Valerie Silva

The location is a little bit hard to find because it is behind another restaurant. But the crab is really fresh! Worth every penny. The staffs are very friendly.

Cool spot dans la ruelle derrière le Beau Temps. Lobster roll (style Quebec avec mayo céleri et herbes) très goûteux, mais petite portion de homard pour le prix (même si on sait que le homard c’est cher!), genre avec le homard qui n’allait pas jusqu’au bout du pain (hot-dog grandeur standard). Excellente salade de concombres, fraîche, délicieuse et pleine de goût! À essayer si vous avez envie d’une bonne guédille sans avoir à dépecer des homards!

Ce shack caché dans la ruelle est une belle adresse qui sent bon le bord de l’eau. Ne vous laissez pas intimider par l’emplacement (qui est peut être un peu coincé entre les poubelles et manque d’amour), la bouffe y est délicieuse. Nos lobster roll étaient parfaits, généreusement garnis et bien beurrés/grillés. La limonade maison était très bonne aussi, une des meilleures que j’ai goûtée à date. Je recommande et j’ai hâte d’y retourner!

Nous avons découvert ce petit joyau via un article dans La Presse de samedi. Crabe des neiges chad avec un beurre assaisonné et des rolls au crabe... Vraiment excellent! Jeune équipe sympathique... Faut essayer!

Staff was polite and awesome. Ordered two crab one hot and cold. Loved the cold it didn't even need the sauces. The hot one has great spices. Le staff était fantastique. Le crabe besoin pas de sauces pour nous et on vraiment aimer les épices sur la crabe chaude. :)
