Nice place to grab a drink! There is an upstairs indoor area (parasol up), and there's a downstairs bar and outside seating area as well (parasol down). The ambience inside is fairly bright (not dimly lit) and has a collection of colorful, slowly spinning parasol umbrellas hanging from the ceiling. Outside had heat lamps and a color-changing waterfall fountain. At the top of the hour, they played a short light show. We came around 9 pm on a Friday evening and waited for ~15 minutes before getting seated outside. The menu consists of drinks & small bites, as well as a selection of cigars. We happened to be seated outside near some smokers, so the air was naturally looming of smoke. They provided complimentary snacks of spiced cashews & thick cut potato chips. Both of them were nice. I ordered a latte ($6.50) & cookies ($10). The latte was strong and I appreciated that it was paired with a rock candy stir stick. The cookies weren't bad, but overly crispy in my opinion. My boyfriend ordered a Sinatra Smash which consisted of whiskey, berries, and cassis liqueur ($16)

Google
Great ambiance, elegant decor, friendly (and efficient) service, and deliciously strong prett cocktails. I would give it five stars if there is a designated smoking spot/section instead of throughout the place (in this case, it was right next to me for at least 30 minutes).

Been here a couple of times for a drink as we wait for a table at one of the restaurants in the Wynn Hotel. Lots of tables and seating area. Service is quick but nothing that really stood out. Definitely will stop by as often as I can.

Google
One of the most beautiful and relaxing bars in Las Vegas (and that's saying a lot.) This place is always a must-see anytime I'm in town. Great service and delicious drinks. They have a fairly extensive menu. From high end single malt whiskeys, to even absinthe. One of my favorite places.

Google
Amazing views of the waterfall and shows, delicious cocktails and food and a relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff and great service! Has been a tradition of ours since we first came to Vegas and make it a goal to come everytime. The Wynn is an amazing experience in and of itself, make sure this is too. Highly recommended!

Google
This place has amazing service and amazing drinks. I highly recommend their special tequila drink. I have had it 3 times and it never disappoints. It changes with the season.

Google
Beautiful scenery. Food was good. Drinks were great. Service could have been better. No one checked if we wanted more drinks. We were there for at least an hour.

Google
We loved this bar , so beautiful and original. Great light show at night on the huge pool. Entertaining, relaxing and not more expensive than elsewhere. Would return again and again.

Yelp
First of all, this place is a bit on the pricey side but what you get for your money is excellent. The atmosphere is so elegant. Just gorgeous inside. And the cocktails are very original and imaginative with very unique recipes. They do NOT skimp on the alcohol. So you get a tasty smooth cocktail and they also serve you a generous portion of warm mixed nuts. Like having a little appetizer along with your drink. Go ahead and splurge on this fabulous place!

Yelp
A mini cocktail lounge sitting astride the main walkway of the Wynn, this is a lovely place to relax and recharge from gambling and carousing. The cocktails are excellent, and in particular they make a fantastic Manhattan. You are secluded but can watch the world go by outside your table in the opulent Arabesque tent structure.

Yelp
This bar has taken a serious downturn. It once exuded class and lived up to its reputation, but now the service has become inattentive and unprofessional. I was extremely thirsty and wanted to order water for the table, but the waitress never came by. It seems like you have to chase down the staff just to get basic service. In particular, a waitress named Charmaine (if | recall correctly) was extremely unprofessional, and I believe Wynn should consider making improvements in their hiring and training. Additionally, this venue used to sell cigars, and it was known for catering to a more refined, mature crowd. I noticed a few patrons smoking cigars, so l inquired about purchasing one, only to be told that the Wynn no longer sells them. It's disappointing to see this shift, as it feels like the venue is moving away from its once-upscale experience. Overall, the bar has lost its elegance and now attracts a rowdier, less sophisticated crowd. If you're looking for a refined, high-end experience, this is no longer the place for you. I truly hope the Wynn reconsiders its direction and brings back the class it was once known for.

Yelp
It was a chill bar with curtains all around, perfect for having drinks. The decor is good it's not too loud. And the staff is so friendly. Very clean very comfortable and enjoyable. The service all in all was first class and the menu options were all great.

Yelp
On a random evening, my husband and I wanted to go to a cocktail lounge with some ambiance. We happened to be near The Wynn. From the outside, you might not take notice of Overlook lounge, but once inside, it is an elegant cocktail bar. We probably arrived around midnight on a Saturday. It was crowded, but not overly. We waited for a few moments for a table to be cleaned and we were seated. The cocktail menu was excellent, and some difficult decisions were made. Something happened that almost never happen; , my husband and I chose the same cocktail. We both chose The Gable, a bourbon cocktail with flavors of pear, cinnamon, and raisin. It was perfectly balanced, and even with the fruit flavors, it had depth, but was not sweet. It was one of my favorite cocktails on this recent Las Vegas trip. It was so good that we each had another. Service was excellent. They stopped by regularly to refill bar snacks and water, and ask if we needed anything. If you are passing by The Wynn and in need of a great cocktail, I highly recommend Overlook.

Yelp
Drinks here are delish and strong so get your money's worth. service was awesome. The nuts are also so tasty

Brandee M.

Yelp
The drinks here are sooo good! It is located on the first floor of the Wynn so there was a lot of foot traffic around but easy to find. It is very loungy vibes and has good service. To me, the con that you can smoke so it was a little too strong but the server let me move tables because it wasn't busy so I was happy for that! They have these aromas that they add to the drink- not really sure if it did anything but I enjoyed watching her spray it in my drink. They were good and very easy to drink!!

Yelp
The whimsical decor of the Wynn hotel is somewhat outshined by the decor of Overlook Lounge, whose maximalist aesthetic gave me sensory overload in the best way. Everything about the place-- from the paisley-adjacent printed red carpeting, to the Tiffany-adjacent lamps and expensive cocktails-- really screamed Vegas to me, so it was the perfect precursor to our first night about town. The appeal of the space is in the name-- this bar is located inside the Wynn hotel and snagging a table in the outer bar area gets you great views of the floor below you, with huge windows overlooking a waterfall. It's quite the sight, but it can be quite hard to find an available table. We settled on a booth inside, which was comparatively quieter and less occupied than the outside. We missed out on some good people watching, though there's no shortage of that during any visit to Vegas. Cocktails run about $17-$19 each, which is comparable to the price of cocktails in NY. I enjoyed an espresso martini, made with espresso liqueur, cold brew, vodka, and vanilla foam. I appreciated the plate of nuts they present you with your drinks too. One benefit of sitting inside was how easy it was to get the attention of a server, to order additional rounds or to pay our bill so we could be whisked away for whatever debauchery we were about to get up to on the strip.

Gretel Y.

Yelp
Located inside the Wynn, this stunning lounge is a great spot for a drink or two or more. It's a nice, little escape from the hustle and bustle of the casino. You almost forget you're still inside the Wynn. Hubs and I stopped by for a cocktail while waiting for our dinner reservation next door. We sat at the bar, were greeted by the mixologists right away and provided menus. Although Overlook Lounge offers intriguing drinks, I decided to go with my go-to, an espresso martini. Their version was made with espresso liqueur, cold brew, vodka, and vanilla foam. Very enjoyable. My husband had a scotch. Drinks were ~$20, which is in line with most Vegas restaurants and bars.

Scotty C.

Yelp
This swanky cocktail spot located inside the Wynn was a perfect stop for my brother and I to chat and have a couple drinks. You definitely get the feel that you stepped out of the casino it a moody bar even though the slots are still within spitting distance. The bartender was great and put extra detail into the cocktails. It was all fun until my brother accidentally knocked over his entire glass of wine into his lap. The bartender offered to replace it, but he was so embarrassed and I couldn't stop snickering so we left to get him cleaned up.

Miranda K.

Yelp
Love this place Unique, Classy Great drinks And of course, CASH-EWES!! Obviously the Wynn always has top notch service as well This will be my spot

Yelp
Not a new establishment to those in the know, but a freshened up cocktail lounge on the casino floor of the Wynn with a new name. The Overlook Lounge was formerly Parasol Up. If you are familiar with this space at Wynn Resort, there was Parasol Up on the casino floor and then Parasol Down at the bottom of the curved elevators in between SW Steakhouse and Lakeside. By the way, Parasol-Down is still there and at this point remains under the same name. The remodel though from Parasol-Up to the Overlook Lounge has changed the ambiance of the space from bright, open and high-end to elegant, seductive and touch more intimate. A cocktail hideaway with a European flair. More jewel tones, less bright. Almost old school Hollywood-like in feel. The fabrics have changed, but the space is generally set up the same with the bar itself in the same area and the cocktail tables in their same areas. I have always enjoyed knowing this space is at the Wynn. Like the famous "circle bar" that the old Hard Rock Hotel made famous back in the day and is often mimicked around this town, the Overlook Lounge is the grown up, classier version of this idea located off to the side a bit (because an elegant place like Wynn is never going to park a cheesy circle bar in the center of their casino floor!). I have been a basic martini drinker (Frank Sinatra style) my whole life, so I don't venture away from my standard adult beverage often. I have not taken a deep dive yet into their unique cocktail menu full of brilliant colors, creative concoctions and delightful edible aperitif parfums, but I know I am almost missing out on the coolest part of the Overlook Lounge and need to explore more. If meeting friends at Wynn, I always love starting my night out either early here by myself with a perfectly made martini or as a gathering spot to connect with others. I know I will always get great service and a quality cocktail in high style.

Yelp
Came back with someone who hadn't been here before but wanted to check it out. Like I originally said, I'll only come back for that exact reason. This time, the service was much worse. We waited quite a while to put our drinks in with the ONE SERVER that was working the whole bar- inside and out. We walked up to the indoor bar and was told that we have to wait for the server. So we waited, and waited, and waited. Finally put in our drink orders. It took an eternity to get our drinks. It was so bad that we almost considered leaving. When we first got there, we put our names on the waitlist to be seated outside. Once our table was ready after 36 minutes (I guess not bad for a Friday), we went outside to finish our drinks. This time, the server came by our table, which was a shock- after 29 minutes. Yes, I timed things just out of curiosity just to put some numbers to how slow and terrible the service is here. Good luck if you come here.

Yelp
If you want a truly unique, upscale, relaxing escape, look no further than Parasol Down. During the day, sit on the intimate outdoor patio and enjoy the ambiance of the large water feature while sipping a libation of your choice. If the heat is too much, you can enjoy the views from the air conditioning, surrounded by suspended parasols of beautiful colors and designs. At night, the lake comes alive with illumination....I won't give away all the magic but it is worth the visit!

Rebecca H.

Yelp
This is an awesome spot for cocktails. For the outside seating you get to sit next to a waterfall setup that lights up and plays music intermittently. I really liked the lychee martini I had here, it was my go-to cocktail in Vegas.

Iris H.

Yelp
When you hear the bartender ask the waitress what goes into the specialty cocktails multiple times... this is not ok when you're charging $25+ for a specialty drink. They seem to hire people with no bartending experience. Very disappointing for a casino that presents itself as high end. Literally had the worst bloody mary Ive ever had in my life here. Never coming back. 2 stars only because the ambiance is nice.

Tanya D.

Yelp
An amazing time in such a great lounge. Charms and Isabel really helped us to have a great time. They were so fun yet professional. Checked on us consistently, and our drinks were amazing. Solid recommendations!! Hubby and I will definitely be back.

Chris S.

Yelp
Stopped by here for a quick drink and got seated on the back side overlooking the waterfall which was a nice bonus. Service was friendly and quick and drinks were nice. Great vibe at the bar with a chandelier if you're looking to take some IG pics.

Lawrence H.

Yelp
Nice meeting spot; the Wynn really is Las Vegas' center from what little I know of the town.

Pamela R.

Yelp
Nestled within the bustling gaming floor, entertaining decor and vibrant flowers at the Wynn are two lounges, upstairs and downstairs, hence, the name Parasol Up/Parasol Down. I was "upstairs"on a busy Saturday night with my husband and friends, the night felt like COVID was a distant memory! The lounge was filled with well dressed people, laughing and enjoying a fancy cocktail at a table or grabbing a beer to go. Just remember you are at the Wynn, so expect to pay top dollar for a drink, our bill ended up being about $200. For a few drinks each! Just a tip-My husband enjoys cigars and this is one of the few lounges that offers and welcomes cigars smokers! This is a beautiful lounge with no purchase or time minimums, stop by here to enjoy delicious libations as you people watch.

Bobby L.

Yelp
I heard so much hype about Parasol Down so I had to check it out. My girlfriend and I came on a Saturday afternoon and were seated within 30 minutes. The drinks here are good, but the snack offerings are way below average. I'd recommend just sticking to the drinks. The view is nice and the vibes are magnificent. A must visit when you're in Vegas!

Alizen R.

Yelp
If you're looking for a unique bar at Wynn with great decor, then this is worth checking out. Parasol Up/Down is a joint bar with an upstairs and downstairs location right beside the main registration desk at the Wynn hotel. If you're looking to grab a drink before settling with the rest of your plans for the night, then consider stopping by Parasol Up (the upstairs bar) with plush, slightly elevated seating with a view of the casino floor. If you're looking to catch the Lake of Dreams show, then take the escalator down to Parasol Down where you can be immersed in the scene in their outdoor patio or patiently sipping on their very-own Wynn lager in their indoor lounge nestled between SW Steakhouse and Lakeside restaurants. Service here can be a bit slow, but it's a bar. Isn't that the whole point? There are a few bites to choose from as well and my boyfriend and I found ourselves enjoying a couple drinks while we waited for outdoor seating at Lakeside. We plan to return to this bar simply because there's so much more to offer here. In comparison to the other bars in the hotel, this is definitely the one worth stopping by. (55/100--2020)

Yelp
Been here a couple of times for a drink as we wait for a table at one of the restaurants in the Wynn Hotel. Lots of tables and seating area. Service is quick but nothing that really stood out. Definitely will stop by as often as I can.

Yelp
While walking to our room we passed the waterfall and patio outside the bar, it was beautiful. I decided that we had to have a drink there and sit outside and enjoy the evening. The hostess let us know prior to seating us that it would be a one drink minimum to sit outside, totally fine by me. We were told we could sit anywhere so we chose this small table close to the water but not impeding on anyone else's view. It was beautiful, the weather, the view, the sounds. I ordered the pear-a-sol and my partner had the Cucumber Mule. I really enjoyed my drink and I tasted my partners and that was one delicious mule! We decided to stay a little longer before we headed to dinner so my partner ordered a second Mule and I tried the Hot Chocolate. That Hot Chocolate was probably the best that I have ever had, so rich but sweet and easy to drink! I would recommend that, especially on these colder nights coming up. We did not try the two parts of the bars inside but those were beautiful! I really enjoyed our time in the patio and the service that we had. I would come back to this bar in a heart beat and will probably do that soon. I highly recommend the outside patio!

Robbin B.

Yelp
New look and name but the vibe remains the same- super chill. The Overlook lounge is a great place to sit back and relax with a signature cocktail, a nice glass/bottle of wine, even a bottle of beer. Great service and atmosphere.

Gary W.

Yelp
This is top notch and a must for anyone staying or spending time at the Wynn. The cocktails are fantastic and this is a very comfortable place to hang out and have some whiskey drinks or just about anything you can think of having. I've come here a few times and the experience of the wait staff changes depending on the day and shift. My advice is come in the evenings on the weekend where you'll get the A-team.

Sara S.

Yelp
I wish we would have visited this place in the evening because it has a beautiful view with a waterfall and led lights throughout the pool area. I can only imagine how romantic it would be at night. We had their "Baked Crab & Artichoke Dip Blue Crab, Red Peppers, Toasted Focaccia" and it was pretty good. This place is nice to stop by if you need a small break from shopping. The menu is small plates and only offers a few.

Stephany D.

Yelp
OK talk about the most charming little bar I've ever seen ever ever ever. Beautiful visuals inside & out. There's a show that goes with it at sunset that we couldn't stay for but wow what a magical spot anyway. Escalator from the lobby level down to the bar. It has both indoor & outdoor seating available but we chose outside, under a shaded umbrella looking at the gorgeous waterfall outside. At the moment, they were only serving cocktails so we did just that. I had the pear-asol it's delish & my bf + his brother had the cranberry margarita that they also loved! I'd come back here over & over, possibly for the evening light/umbrella show. What a nice time!

Lexi M.

Yelp
I always like to start with a good cocktail to start the night of right. I was excited to try the Lavendar lemon drop, but they didn't have all the ingredients for it since it was just opening back up. I told the bartender what I liked in a cocktail and he made me the perfect cocktail! These bartenders know their stuff!!!

Elizabeth A.

Yelp
From the friendly and accommodating hostess to the highly attentive and caring waitress, our group party of 10 (no reservation needed) felt welcomed the entire night. The drink menu was comprehensive (although they had run out of Hibiki). The atmosphere was lively and festive. Do not expect to order food, as cashews are all that is available. I look forward to coming back again.

Nicole E.

Yelp
Staying at the Wynn or the Encore? Then I recommend grabbing drinks at the parasol!! Its Friday night and we checked in at the Encore around 11pm. Ready to have drinks and let loose so we stumbled upon Parasol. WOWW pleasantly surprised. Staff was so friendly, and carried on good conversation at the bar. We didn't get to see the free water LED show but would recommend requesting sitting on the patio for this. We ordered endless glasses of wine($15 per glass) and rum w/ coke($18). All on point. When I changed my selection of wine from chardonnay to rose the bartender offered for me a taste before I committed-- thoughtful! Otherwise, they offer the cutest complimentary peanut and chip platter when sitting at the bar. Ok hotel Wynn I see you keep it classy. They do have a dress code and it seems like it is enforced. We came around 12am and everyone was dolled up. I see this more of a relaxing night to have drinks or a couple glasses before the club.

Michael T.

Yelp
I love the Wynn Hotel & Casino and think it's the best property in Vegas. Amazing restaurants, bars and scenery all can be found here. To me, one of the real gems here is the Parasol Up bar and lounge on the main floor. When you first sit down, a server will bring an ashtray and bar snacks to your table. The bar snacks are these potato chips and cashews. I'm not sure what they're seasoned with but it's really good. I enjoy cigars and Parasol Up allows you to enjoy one while you people watch. You see it all here, really. People going to and coming from the pool club, people going to and from the XS nightclub but mostly tourists posing in the nearby Forest walkway trying to get that perfect pic for their IG account. Oh BTW, if cigar smoke bothers you the Parasol Up has incredible filtration. Steve Wynn is a big time cigar smoker so I'm sure he had that in mind. There's really not a lot to Parasol Up. It's a comfortable lounge where you can light up a smoke, get a drink (or in my case coffee) and people watch or chat amongst your friends in a nice environment. In a go go go place like Vegas, a spot to chill out is welcome. Maybe one of these days I'll try out the Parasol Down on the lower level...

Kristen D.

Yelp
I had an amazing time out here after I got a return on my investment from Plutonium Investment Company. It was an amazing experience, and I am looking forward to doing it as long as my investment with Plutonium keeps making me a passive profit.

Richard H.

Yelp
Great little bar on 2 floors. Bottom floor by restaurants...SW Steak House and Lake Side. Nice craft cocktails and big menu of wines, beer and whiskey. Small bites plates and cigars too. Good place to stop before dining. Very good service too.

Crystal G.

Yelp
Now we were looking around for a place to have my one drink of the night. I like to party hard When I'm in Vegas. Turn down for what lol!! This lounge is located in the Wynn hotel it's actually very close to the Chanel store right in front of the Lakeside restaurant. Which I was really upset I didn't get to go to. Next time . We are trying to find a way in . It's a circular lounge. I got distracted by a older lady sitting along the edge and a man standing and laughing her . She was definitely struggling . I totally stopped in watch for a while to see what was going on. She was trying to tie her shoes with no luck. I figured arthritis. Her fingers just weren't doing what they needed to be doing to tie the laces. I'm not sure who her companion was but he sure wasn't nice. He was just standing there laughing at her. I said do you need help ? The man replied yes can you please help the poor thing. I squatted and Tide both of her shoes and then helped her up . Maybe not so much arthritis she may have just been a little drunk. Then I realize crap where is my friend ! So I start running around the lounge till I finally find the entrance. Afterwards My friend was like where were you ? I was tying some ladies shoes . How did you get yourself into that Crystal ? I don't know she just needed help. My friend thinks it's hilarious that I talk to everybody. Yes I'm that girl . Anyways I definitely had my party slippers on and I was ready for my one drink . I only drink on special occasions so I wanted to make it a good one. I was looking at the cup section at the bar . There was one that looked like a martini cup but it was connected to a deer antler . I was like oh I wanna drink out of that cup ! Beautiful cocktail waitress said it was a tequila old fashion. I said OK I'll try it . She informed me it was over $150. I was like never mind I'll just have a regular drink. The decor was beautiful elegant and the service was top-notch.

Kiki H.

Yelp
This is my favorite place for drinks on Vegas. Great vibe, fun view of the waterfall and fabulous cocktails. This time I tried the Lake of Dreams (Absolut Elyx Vodka, Le Grand Courtâge Brut Rosé, raspberry, lemon), hands down one of the best cocktails I've ever had. It was perfectly sweet, strong, refreshing but perfectly balanced. I could have drank these all day!!

Jennifer D.

Yelp
Perfect place to grab a drink and small bite and take in the free lakeside shows. We came here after dinner to see the shows that run every thirty minutes. Unfortunately we missed the food menu, only available until 10pm, or we would've had some dessert. Seating is self-seating. There are tables and also a few outdoor couches. The heat lamps all around were perfect for the chilly air. We were never rushed and stayed to enjoy a couple of the shows which change each time.

Joseph K.

Yelp
A little spendy, but there's no denying the space is absolutely beautiful. We have to sit outside and enjoy the lake a dream show, which is interesting but not necessarily something worth going out of your way for. I ordered one of the signature drinks and was pleased at the care of that was taken in the preparation. My son enjoyed a cranberry Mojito and indicated it was well made. Our server kept up with us, and made sure that we were OK the whole time we were there. I'm not sure I would go out of my way to visit here again but it was enjoyable today.

Art G.

Yelp
Perfect spot for cocktails before dinner at sw or lakeside! Great drinks and amazing service.

Randy B.

Yelp
If you are looking for a great experience, this is one of those. In the Wynn Hotel (which is already spectacular in every way), an area filled with colorful parasols (umbrellas) of all shapes and sizes -- that's the marker for Parasol. Escalator down, and you have a very lounge/bar with a very French feel, and the best -- an outside seating area with a faux lake and a huge 40 ft water wall. The jury is out if I like it during the day, or at night when the wall is lit -- either way, excellent. Mainly, it's a great refuge from the casino noise that Vegas is known best for (well, and buffets, smoke, dance clubs). Recently, I went on perfect 78 degree afternoon. Sat outside by the water in the shade, ordered drinks and delicious appetizers: 10 Pretzel bites served with cheese sauce and amazing mustard [$15, 5.0 stars], and a hummus plate with feta, pita, and veggies [$16, 4.5 stars]. The server was wonderful. It was lovely in every way. #Love

Mia K.

Yelp
Love to hang out outside here in the late afternoon before heading to dinner somewhere. Waitresses are in and out often so sometimes takes a a little lpatience but it really is ok if you aren't in a hurry. (Would suggest you decide and ask for everything upfront including the bill if you are.) It is a full sensory experience 5* See and Hear the waterfall Smell the floral scent the light breeze sometimes blows Taste and Feel a nice icy drink Like to start 3:30-4:30pm when there's a little umbrella shade. By the time it was 5pm or so, there was complete shade helping to feel very comfortable even though it was a high of 90 degrees in early May. Have had the cranberry mojito, wines & beer. Others were having just drinks and some were having small bites as well.

Rahi Y.

Yelp
EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT. This is all I can say. Best view in excellent setting. Very good customer service. Only complaint is they need more food options or bites on their menu. Going back again in no time

Jeffrey B.

Yelp
Late evening bar experience at The Wynn Las Vegas. The Paradol Down bar is situated at the bottom of the curved escalator between the steakhouse SW and Lakeside restaurants. Late evening it offers somewhere quiet to sit with a full bar and good cocktails with efficient service. I met Gary who manages both Parasol bars and noticed he moved between both keeping an eye on service. Good management and a decent off the menu Manhattan also.

Bob J.

Yelp
Located on the lower level of the Wynn Casino, near SW Steakhouse and Lakeside. Pricey as expected but our appetizer was good, as were the cocktails. Nice spot to wait on your dinner reservations. Parasol decorations are spectacular.

Art D.

Yelp
Never been given a mask coaster but let it be known that that is the new standard for my bougie life. Vibe is chill. View is nice if you sit on the water fall thing/flower designs side. Free nut tray but unsure if that's always available or just now since there aren't lots of people. Beverages are a bit expensive but the vibes lit. Music selection is solid and the server was too notch.

Meghan W.

Yelp
As a local, I'm always looking for something different to take out-of-town friends to, especially when taking them down to the strip. This is a great place that I'm definitely going to take people to again (and even other locals!). I'd recommend taking the escalator down to Parasol Down and getting seating outside. There was shade at some of the tables in the afternoon, and even though it was a hot day when we went, the patio area didn't feel crazy hot. The outside is just gorgeous too. The waterfall is beautiful and the trees are tall and wrap around the area, closing this spot off from the strip outside. You can't see the other strip properties or hear the traffic, and it's quite tranquil. Let's move on to the food and drinks. While it is strip prices, nothing was crazy out of line price wise. We decided to split the pretzel bites and the hummus & whipped feta cheese vegetable plate. The pretzel bites came with deliciously ooey gooey cheese sauce and honey mustard to dip the fresh, soft, warm pretzels in. The hummus and whipped feta cheese plate came with seasoned pita pieces and a good amount of fresh vegetables to scoop up the hummus and creamy feta. For drinks, I ordered the Sinatra Smash, a whiskey cocktail, that was fruity, refreshing, and a perfect afternoon drink. They also have non-alcoholic "mock-tails" that are delicious as well (we tried the "light and bubbly", a great summertime drink). Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking out this spot if you want to see a bar on the strip that is different than the average strip places. We will definitely be bringing more out-of-towners here, and I have local friends that I think will enjoy Parasol Down as well too.

Yelp
What's not to like? Other than the prices maybe. Lakeside, features a show, strong drinks, attentive bussers, & is very romantic. Good during day or night.

Yelp
Pretty upscale bar right on the Casino Floor at the Wynn. You have to wait to be seated. There's bar seating but there's also more lounge seating. They have a speciality drink menu and it was pretty good. THere's a small snack dish on the table as well. I had a good whiskey speciality drink. I don't recall which one but it was very good. Nice after taste. You can tell the drink was made well. Service was great too. We had to sit and wait for someone else and we didn't order right away and our waitress was great in checking back with us. Nice way and place to unwind or take a break from the casino.

Yelp
It was really nice to sit here and enjoy the ambiance. However, their food was subpar. The bread was incredibly stale, the artichoke dip was served room temp (which is fine, but hot is always best), and the saddest thing is how DIRTY their glassware was. Chunk of food was left over on my water glass. I almost got sick seeing that.
