Unbelievably incredible. Such a Colorado Springs staple!!!!! Our waitress was Taylor and she was phenomenal! Probably some of the best service we've had locally. The food portions are insane so if you're trying to justify the price (which is affordable for the quality food you're getting) just know that you'll have a good square meal for the next day. These aren't your mommas mozzarella sticks, they are massive and amazing! So if you want organic tasting, great ingredients and superior service, this is the place to go! We had one entree, two meals, and 4 alcoholic beverages and only paid $150, that may sound like a lot but you're getting two days worth of food. 10/10.

Google
Best food I’ve ever had. I got the Scallops alla Pesto. The salad and bread were amazing. The entire meal was perfect start to finish. Definitely make a reservation! We sat and waited quite a while on a very warm day, but it was so worth it.

Google
This was pretty darned close to a 5 star experience for us. Our service was fantastic, the eatery itself was quaint and clean, and the food was on point. I loved everything I had and shared a few bites with others. The cannolis were junk. Tasteless and chalky and the tubes weren't filled at all. Those shouldn't have been served. But the tortellini, raviolis, appetizers, etc. were super flavorful, well plated, and appealing across the board. We'll go back, for sure.

Google
Quaint and fun Italian bistro in Old Colorado Springs. My wife and I split the Tenderloin Gorgonzola and it was amazing! Our four kids all found something to eat and loved it as well. The atmosphere was charming and our waitress,Jaunna, did a fantastic job of keeping our drinks full and engaging the entire family. We will definitely be back when we are back in town.

Google
One of my FAVORITE Italian spots in the springs. Their menu, specials, cocktails, and service are so fantastic. Their scallops and squid are cooked to perfection, and their garlic wine sauce with the mussels are incredible! Totally liquid gold, the bread is fresh and delicious. We had Their pistachio martini and that was super flavorful and paired great with their cannoli. 10 stars 🌟 all the way around, such an excellent spot!!

Google
As you know, being from the east coast im used to and enjoy so very much sitting down for a delicious and enjoyable italian dinner. Visiting ont of my brother's for his birthday we decided to look for a good Italian restaurant to try out. What a dream come true. They sat a party of five immediately with no issues and no reservations. We started off with appetizers and the calamari is a must order and was cooked to perfection. The marinara dipping sauce was just right and not to acidic. The salad(which i dont usually eat) was good, the house dressing was ok not much flavor in it but it was just right for me. Dinner i had the Veal Parmigiana and I must say absolutely perfectly cooked. Reminded me of back home a bit. The seasoning was mild and basic but the Veal was cooked perfectly. Crispy outside crust and soft tender inside. Paired with the house made penne pasta i could not complain. Had a nice bottle of wine paired with dinner which was good and all in all it was an amazing time. Truly all must come and enjoy a good meal with this family here. I will happily be coming back to enjoy even more with them.

Google
Paravicini’s is by far the best Italian in Colorado Springs. The service and food are fantastic. Franco does an excellent job creating great food that stands out. Highly recommend ordering anything except generic traditional pasta if you want something that stands apart

Yelp
Some of the best Italian food I've ever had in my life. The arancini's remind me of the ones my nonna used to make.

Yelp
First off thanks for a parking lot. I truly hate looking for street parking. Next - I loved the outdoor mom and pop restaurant look. The inside was more 80's modern look. The food amount was a lot. So I ended up eating the bread they gave at the table (YUM) , Wedding Soup (so fresh and hearty and healthy!) and the side salad that came with my main course meal for lunch. I ordered the cod for dinner and just brought it home. You can tell the soup was all fresh because the broth was as if they cooked it in house and not oily or from a jar. The cod at home was delicious. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and she knew exactly what we wanted even though I took some stuff home. I highly recommend this place. They have a large selection of seafood and items you can only order there but also the Italian classics.

Yelp
Good as usual! Arancini was the bomb appetizer. Pasta entrees come with house salad or (very good) Caesar for up charge. The gnocchi bolognese was really good, and the sauce was the best part. Desserts are just ok, the chocolate seduction cake is the best.

Yelp
Sadly, while half the food was good the service was absolutely flat and uncomfortable. We waited forever to be acknowledged by our server who had the personality of a piece of cardboard. He didn't introduce himself, but heard him do it to others. It felt like he hated being there and we were an inconvenience. Our meals were served and saw other diners being offered parm cheese and we never were. Ordered a lunch cannelloni and tutti mare red sauce. The salad with the entree was uncomfortably ice cold almost frozen. The add on soup for $4 was tasty albeit small. The cannelloni was a nice portion and I enjoyed the red sauce it was served with. The seafood pasta sauce had a wonderful hint of lemon, however the linguine was under done, and had more than an aldente bite to it which is unfortunate. We were served an unopened mussel considering there were only 4-5 that's a bit annoying The most disappointing was the $9 mandarin orange panna cotta that was thick like gelatin, it stuck to my spoon and for funsies when I tried to fling it, it was stuck. I should have sent it back as it was not worth the price considering how terribly made it was but also the lack of flavor.

Yelp
This place was recommended to us by a local. It was in a cool old building on a corner. The hostess and waitress were very welcoming. We both ordered veal parmigiana. It came with a salad and a delicious loaf of bread. The veal was awesome. We loved this meal. Highly recommended.

Yelp
A great place for lunch and dinner! The restaurant staff was kind and welcoming and the space was update to date and clean. I visited for lunch and appreciated the complimentary fresh loaf of bread! I tried their mozz and ordered the chicken sandwich for my meal, the offer big portions for their prices so I had some left overs for home. They tasted just a delicious later!

Yelp
Love this place! Food is always top notch with a memorable visit every time. Our server, River was the sweetest and was very knowledgeable. Thank you to the chefs and the lovely wait staff for a great date night!

Yelp
While the location wasn't the best in my opinion, the restaurant itself was absolutely stunning and homey! We went on a Sunday for lunch and the place was packed. I mean like all three dinning rooms filled. This only brought my expectations even higher. We went with the highly reviewed and loved items. Arancini for appetizers and Baked Manicotti for Main. We absolutely fell in love with the Arancini, had us practically licking the plate because the pesto sauce was so creamy and decadent. The Baked Manicotti was good too but my friend thought it was a bit too cheesy and I thought the marinara was a bit too salty. All in all, I would recommend this place!

Yelp
The wife and I went to dinner and totally loved this place. Small, packed ( for a Tuesday night). The place looks like mobster were there. Very Italian. The food was fantastic and the service was awesome. We did wait for a table so get a reservation... the hostess sat us at the bar. The bartender Alissa was friendly and attentive. we had a great time

Yelp
Paravicini's is a great eat in restaurant with an outdoor patio. It was raining a bit, so we ate inside and it was a little more boisterous than normal, because everyone was indoors! My favorite is still the chicken parmesan substituting the alfredo for the marinara and also having angel hair instead of the penne pasta.

Yelp
Paravicini's is exactly what you would expect from a long running Italian restaurant. They deliver classic dishes that are very good, but nothing is going to blow you away. For appetizers we had the fried ricotta balls and the calamari fritti. Both were exactly what you expect and I probably wouldn't order again unless you are craving calamari. The house salad was great. The dressing was very light in amount on the dish, which was made up in most of the flavor coming from the raw onions and tomatoes. The tomatoes were the strongest flavor wise and they added a nice sweetness while the onions weren't overpowering and added a nice bite to the salad. For entree I had the gnocchi bolognese with a meatball added. The bolognese sauce was delicious and the gnocchi was good as well. The meatball was very dense and compact. The meatball came from some very fine ground meats as every bite almost felt smooth. Flavor wise it wasn't very strong but the texture was not like much I've had before. For dessert we had the tiramisu, the bada bing cheesecake, and the cannoli. The bada bing cheesecake was nice. The cannoli was a very standard cannoli that was about the same you get at most places. The added pistachios didn't add much to the dish though. The tiramisu, however, was amazing. The ladyfingers weren't too soggy and the mascarpone was impeccable. The best dish we had. While it is a little bit expensive, with the great service and the real Italian feel with the Italian music playing, I would recommend coming here for a classic Italian meal and I'd definitely get the tiramisu.

Yelp
This restaurant didn't meet my expectations especially for a place that prides itself on being family-friendly, fresh, and authentically Italian. It might satisfy those who haven't had the opportunity to enjoy true Italian cuisine, but for anyone who has, the difference is noticeable. I ordered the Chicken Marco, and while the portion of chicken was large, it was overcooked and dry. Oddly, the Chicken Florentine came with significantly less chicken and only a small side of angel hair pasta, making the portions feel inconsistent and underwhelming. The arancini--allegedly featured on the Food Network--was cold on the inside, including the peas, which left me questioning the freshness. Service was a low point. Our server, Danny, interrupted our order not once but twice to loudly address the table next to us mid-conversation. While I understand it's a family-style setting, that level of disregard for our table felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Sadly, this isn't a place I'd return to. There are far better options for Italian food where both the service and quality live up to their claims.

Yelp
I'm sorry what inflation are you suffering right now that you have to charge me an inflation fee? I feel bad for the server who was embarrassed and apologetic that this was happening. Maybe disclose it up front and not just stick it on my Bil cowardly at the end of the meal. Food was good service was good but management is spineless and gutless. I won't be back.

Yelp
We love to visit this area on vacation, but man are we sure glad we stopped here for the first time!! The service by Louise was seriously the best we've had in years (prompt, honest, kind, and genuine), the food was out of this world, and ambiance was so on point! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

Yelp
I felt like I could be in North End Boston at a family italian restaurant. The friendly service was genuine and combined with the atmosphere in old town Colorado Springs makes Patavicini's a goto for a good italian dinner. The veal parmesan hit the spot. My wife was overjoyed with the Gluten-free pasta, tender chicken, and rich creamy Alfredo. The martinis stood out. Hand stuffed blue cheese olives take a gin martini to another level. I appreciated the attention to detail.

Yelp
Classic Italian vibes, the portions were large, our waitress Taylor was awesome. She provided great service, provided great recommendations and the food was like my hubbies grandma was in the kitchen making magic happen.

Yelp
Took 2 out of town business associates for dinner and had a fantastic experience! Food was great, service was exceptional and the atmosphere was as close to an Italian restaurant in Italy as I've experienced in Colorado. Kudos for an amazing cultural and culinary evening.

Yelp
This is the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to hands down! Came here with a big group on a Sunday for lunch, and thankfully, they take reservations. We had no wait and were sat immediately. They have the best Italian sodas and so many flavors, but I couldn't find them in the menu. Luckily, I knew to ask. The blackberry Italian soda was so rich and creamy! They also had white bread sitting for everyone and olive oil to dip it in. I ordered the cheese ravioli, and it was to die for! They were perfectly cooked, so soft and cheesy! The sauce was so sweet and paired, so well with the ravioli. I ate them so fast, and they made me so full! The entre also came with the house salad, which comes with a vinaigrette dressing. Everything on the salad was so fresh! Our server kept our drinks full and stopped by a lot to check on us. I highly recommend this place and make a reservation because they get full fast!

Yelp
I've visited Paravicini's a couple of times, and it never disappoints! The restaurant has a beautifully decorated interior, and the staff is very kind and attentive. Our table started with the fried mozzarella and the calamari. Both were delicious! I highly recommend starting with their appetizers. Our meals came with a house salad, which is delicious. Not sure what dressing they use, but it's pretty light and delicious. For my main course, I went with the cheese ravioli paired with their incredible vodka sauce. Let me tell you, that sauce is an absolute game changer, it's extremely creamy and delicious. Overall, I had a great visit recently and enjoy their food.

Yelp
We ordered food to go, got home and all of our plates were upside down. All of our food spilled in the car. We were very disappointed in the service. I just spent a lot of money on food we never ate and an expensive car wash because of seafood, noodles and Marsala all over a rental carpet. I am not impressed! Update- we notified the restaurant manager of our situation and they gave us our money back. That took the Service to a different level.

Yelp

Yelp
The food is good. I tried 2 different pasta dishes and both had noodles that were al dente. My friends also said their dishes were the same! But it was still good. The Arancini wasn't the best I have had but it was still good. The bread is complimentary, ask for butter if you want it. Entrees are served with a house salad, but you can upgrade to Caesar for $5. They do charge a 3% inflation fee on the meal. Make a reservation on open table!

Nicole D.

Yelp
I usually love this restaurant however, when I received my meal tonight,, my desert was under both salads, and both dressings spilt and leaked into it!!!! FUCKING gross. $10 desert down the drain

Yelp
We visited Paravicini's by a recommendation from our hotel's front desk manager. It did not disappoint! We ordered the Tonio's Rigatoni and Chicken Parmesan (pictured). Both were SO delicious. Our waitress (shout out Chloe!!) was so kind and made us feel right at home. She helped with some recommendations, including the tiramisu! It was a smaller place than we thought, but that made it feel all the more homey! 10/10 would go back again.

Yelp
Ok hurray for chocolate martinis. My favorite thing about Italian restaurants is they typically can make a killer chocolate martini. My team came here on a Tuesday early evening. Glad we had made a reservation because this place was hopping. On a Tuesday at 530. The ambience was very Italian bistro. I had the lasagne which had a nice added touch of spinach as a layer. Way too much food for me to eat because the portions are more than generous. Did I mention the chocolate martini?

Yelp
I brought my parents here years ago and it was fine. I brought my spouse recently and was very disappointed. We were sat in a corner which would have been okay if the bench was clean. Then the staff kept coming and disrupting our conversation to shift the curtains. We ordered. The salads were fine. The entrees were not. The spaghetti was dry and the salmon with risotto was extra wet. We went home and immediately spent the rest of the night on the toilet. When the concern was brought up to the owner later the response was "Well you can't please everybody".

Kristen B.

Yelp
Food was delicious. Everything was perfect down to the side salad. Portions were great, prices were reasonable. Paravicini's is a cute, homey restaurant thats very well decorated and styled. It's the perfect place for any event: cozy enough for a birthday, casual yet classy enough for a date, and amazing for a relaxed meal with friends. On top of all of that, our server (Will, i believe? Longish tied up blonde hair, glasses) was amazing. He was attentive, while not being overbearing, professional yet friendly, kind, patient, etc. To be completely candid, I believe he is the main part of the reason for our experience at this restaurant being so amazing. I have never felt more comfortable and have never enjoyed eating at a restaurant more than when I ate at Paravicini's. I felt thoroughly welcomed, and part of the "Paravicini family". If you are ever nearby the area, this restaurant is a must-try.

Yelp
We came here on vaca after a recommendation. Do not drive past this place! The food was so very fresh and delicious. I had the daily special of poblano and smoked Gouda ravioli. We left with so many to go plates. We ordered apps not realizing meals come with bread and individual salad. Get the reservation and enjoy!
google avatar

Yelp
Not so hidden gem, but wow what a great menu! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, don't miss out on the lightly battered fried artichoke hearts! They were so appetizing and unique. The pasta was absolutely out of this world, my husband and I throughly enjoyed our dinner here! The inside of the restaurant is tight but very clean and comfortable! The service was excellent!

Yelp
Visiting Colorado from California and Came here today for my birthday today, everything was amazing. The food was delicious and everyone at my table said this place was 5 stars. Adam was our server and was super personable while staying professional. This was the perfect place for my bday.

Yelp
Danny Ray was the absolute best server. Came here for my bday dinner and he recommended the best and was so attentive. Food is amazing!!

Yelp
We stopped here after a long day. It was just what we needed. It is old school atmosphere and food. When you walk up and hear italian music then you know it is a win-win. Everyone was very nice. Service was good. The spaghetti and homemade meatballs were spot on with just the right flavoring. They give you 2 very large meatballs with plenty of sauce. Salad comes with the meal but only 2 choices of dressings, Caesar and oil and vinegar. Need a place to stop and relax, this is the place. Very affordable and easy to find. In the heart of Old Colorado City.

Yelp
What a cute, clean, and cozy restaurant in Colorado Springs! The lowkey-formal restaurant had patient servers, nice ambiance, and most importantly, good food! We got spritz, whiskey cocktails, house-salads and bread, and pastas. All plates were delicious! The salmon was cooked well and the noodles added a great flavor profile to the dish. Def recommend this place if you're in Colorado Springs!

Wayne D.

Yelp
Service was very good, I was disappointed in the chicken Marco. Not that the sauce was bad but being a chef for 30+ years that the chicken cutlet was dry and pretty sure they make them up early. The cutlet does not need to be that thin and it should be juicy. It also should have been hotter. The ambiance is always nice. This was the 6th time I have been to Paravicini's.

Yelp
I'm from Omaha Nebraska so my fiancé and I came here for a cute romantic dinner and it was great the vibe it there it's very pleasing being here and the food is delicious would HIGHLY recommend to my friends and family to come try!!!! Braden was our server. He was great and very nice.

Yelp
Busy and loud restaurant but food is good and service was good. Was a little bit of a wait for seat and food. Reservations may help. Has a mobster charm with pictures of them around. Has a connection back to New England

Yelp
This place is horrible. We made a reservation at 8:15 and then called to ask if we can go earlier and they said we can come at 7:45. Then we received a disrespectful call from the manager who yelled at all of us for "fucking up the plans" and that they have to "deal with Mormons" and now have to deal with "us women". After we told him we would not be coming in anymore he then harassed us and told us we "have to come now after jacking off the schedule". Which led to us hanging up and him blowing up our phone. A simple no would have sufficed if we couldn't come in earlier. That would have been fine. But this type of customer service is inexcusable. We are so glad we didn't spend any of our money at this place. Update: we received a call from another manager claiming they got "hacked" and that this person was calling people on the reservation list saying "really nasty stuff" to customers. We didn't believe it. If you go to this restaurant, good luck!

Yelp
Food was incredible. Also very easy to work with food allergies. Thankful for accommodations that allowed us to have food that we usually can't!

Sharri W.

Yelp
We love this restaurant! It has been a favorite of ours for years! The food is consistently fantastic, and the service is wonderful. Tonight we celebrated our 25th anniversary there, and we were greeted at the front by Debbie, who is always so warm and welcoming! Our server tonight was River, and she did everything in her power to make sure our evening was wonderful, she was fantastic!!! Many times Jimmy is our server, and he is always fabulous as well! We will always be fans of this wonderful restaurant!!!

Yelp
I recently celebrated my birthday dinner at Paravicini's Italian Bistro with family. The restaurant, located in Old Colorado City, has a cozy and charming atmosphere with a warm, inviting feel. Ample parking is conveniently available at the back. We had a reservation so we were seated promptly upon arrival. The service throughout the evening was very pleasant and engaging. We started with the Arancini and Calamari Fritti. Both appetizers were delicious with the crab arancini offering a crispy, cheesy, crab bite and the calamari cooked perfectly. However, the portions were smaller than expected for the price. For the main course, we ordered Chicken Marco, Veal Giuseppe, and a pasta special with chicken that was featured that evening, accompanied by a lovely red wine. The Chicken Marco, as other reviewers have mentioned, was a bit dry which was a letdown. The veal and pasta dish were good choices but nothing extraordinary. As a birthday treat, I was given a cannoli to go, along with a birthday card that included a discount for Ristorante di Sopra, the restaurant upstairs. For my overall opinion, while Paravicini's offers a charming atmosphere and friendly service, it didn't quite hit the mark for us and isn't likely to become a favorite.
google avatar

Casey C.

Yelp
The food and service were spectacular! Paige, our waitress, was helpful with deciding which dish would be best for us! I had a dirty martini which I HIGHLY recommended!

Sball L.

Yelp
Franco is the best. We had a wonderful evening last night, April 29th. Everything tasted delicious; there was no wait, and the staff seated us at our requested table. Our server, Chloe, remembered us from a previous night. She was so attentive, helpful, friendly, and professional. We were welcomed by the Governor of Texas, hugs all around. Paravicini is the best, just the best. Sam, Laurie and Liz, Stephen (CT).

Jill W.

Yelp
Food was absolutely amazing. It was pretty busy for a Tuesday night, but we were seated within 15 minutes. Service with a smile at the bar - she was adorable and so kind. I loved the old charm of the building - very fun place to eat. I live in a different state and travel for work so looking forward to returning soon!!
google avatar

Michelle B.

Yelp
Left something to be desired. Service was excellent, the food? Meh. Everything we had was flavored to accommodate an older clientele. Definitely had high hopes but was a bit of a let down.
google avatar

Yelp
Tried dining in for lunch and was told they only do reservations. They had plenty of tables available. Customer service could be better

Yelp
If you're any where near Colorado Springs and you like or love Real Italian food, do yourself a favor and have dinner at Paravicini's! I had Pasta Carbonara with prosciutto and guanciale. Amazing. Our server, Nick was top notch. He knew the menu well and he didn't miss a beat on our table of 5 demanding middle aged men - haha. Franco the owner is the best! He knew a couple of the guys in our party so he sat with us for a bit. I had a great time with great folks at Paravicini's. I'm sure you will too.

Yelp
The food here was amazing!! Our waitress very nice and very attentive she made sure we had everything we needed and made sure our glasses were never empty!!! Thank you for the great experience!!! We'll definitely come back again!!!

Yelp
What an amazing dinner. The flavors in our veal and steak dishes were fantastic. Large portions that we couldn't finish but were happy to bring home. The highlight of our anniversary evening was our waitress, River. She couldn't have made us more welcome, with probably the best service we have experienced across the globe. Thank you so much!
