4/5, but leaning towards a 4.5+ Food is surprisingly good. I didn’t expect it as the spot definitely gives off cocktail lounge vibes. The dinner is legit meals, good portioned and tasty. Cocktails are definitely their forte, and the vibe / decor of the space makes for just a nice backdrop for a night out. Somewhat pricey but not crazy given the quality. Location is also great, if you’re feeling adventurous and wanting to hop between spots.

Pardon Me is a whole vibe. The second you walk in, it just feels good—low lighting, dope music, and a crowd that actually knows how to have a good time. The cocktails are 🔥 (seriously, whoever is behind the menu knows what they’re doing), and the late-night bites hit just right. Whether you're pulling up for a casual drink or kicking off a night out, this place never misses. The staff? Mad cool. Attentive but not overbearing, and they actually know their drinks. It’s got that upscale-but-not-stuffy energy, which is rare in the city. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and check it out.

Phenomenal food that rivals the cocktails in quality. A unique ambiance that is well tailored by the staff who are reactive even when the bar is packed. I highly advise to pop by for a great night and food!

I'd stay away from this place for event or party bookings.... I had planned to host my birthday party at Pardon Me and made a reservation several weeks in advance, following all the necessary steps. I called, texted, and emailed multiple times to confirm the reservation fee, date, and time. Despite this, I received an email just four days before the party informing me that my reservation had been double-booked and was being canceled. To their credit, they did attempt to help me find another venue. However, the suggestions were not responsive or helpful, and I ended up spending three hours calling places myself to secure a new location. Additionally, there was a major miscommunication regarding the reservation fee. I was quoted $250 over the phone, only to be charged $500 later, with the discrepancy being attributed to their status as a "new venue." I really wanted to love this place, but the experience was incredibly stressful. Mismanagement and last-minute changes left me scrambling for a venue, and being overcharged added to the frustration. The staff apologized via email but the poor communication and disorganization made it difficult to trust them with such an important event. If you're looking to host a party or special event, I would NOT recommend Pardon Me. At best, it might be okay for grabbing casual drinks, but I’d steer clear of relying on them for anything more significant.

Best food and crowd in lower Manhattan for pre night out drinks and food. Evan and Chris are always walking around making sure it’s a fun time. Highly recommend

It's a hidden gem in the neighborhood. Love the beautiful decor with Victorian style so much. Cocktail is interesting and tasty with good service. Our server is very friendly and helpful. It's great to place to hangout at night.

We came in for some late night cocktails. The service and ambiance was fabulous. The drinks were amazing, I highly recommend the French Kiss but you can't go wrong with any of the choices. We will definitely been back.

Great place and ambiance and fantastic drinks ! Would def be back. Decor is awesome , and they play great music also, great volume where you can still hear one another speak.

Best bar in the LES. I'm hesitant about leaving a good review because I don't want everyone to find out about this hidden gem, but I will always give flowers when they're due. Shoutout Evan he's the best. The drinks are amazing and the food is on par with any establishment in the entire city. 10/10 must go.
