It's located upstairs, since it may not be so obvious. These desserts are top notch for sure, no bad choices, seriously! Huge parking lot yet not always easy to find a spot. Lots of great places to eat in addition to this so feel free to go here for desserts. Atmosphere is great and realy spacious and extremely well done.

Le Parfait Paris is located within Sky Deck in Del Mar Highlands. As soon as you go up the escalators and through the door, you'll see the signage for this spot. There's an abundance of tables and some couches available to sit on inside. As well as seating outside. The ceilings are high and there's ample sunlight shining through. There was only one worker the day I went and he was attending another customer. He was really nice and friendly. I noticed that he kept referencing little placecards (to ensure he's making things correctly). Must be new, too bad there wasn't another worker there to help him out and give him some pointers. I had an Iced Honey Lavender Latte here, for about $6.50. He asked me if whole milk was okay and if I wanted it on the sweeter side or more espresso forward. I asked for a balance of the two, as that's the norm when it comes to specialty drinks, or at least in my opinion. As kind as he was, the finishing product of the drink was very lackluster. The drink was watered down and when I got near the end there was a thick gloop of liquid honey (that didn't get mixed into the espresso). I originally thought he just mistakenly grabbed two plastic cups, but it was because he accidentally spilled a large amount of honey down the side of the cup. I've been to several other locations of Le Parfait Paris and enjoyed my food/drinks (croissant sandwich, macarons, cappucino). This was just an unfortunate timing, but I am sure that the next time I visit-- it will be a better experience.

This is my first visit to the Sky Deck with my friend. I was so blown away by the amazing atmosphere and was instantly drawn to Le Parfait Paris. The desserts are so beautifully displayed and there is such a lovely variety to choose from. We were helped by Demarco (hope I spelled that right) who provided the most friendly service. He truly made our first visit to this eatery a great experience and was so helpful in answering our questions and just providing the best service. Thank you Demarco we will be sure to come back here and recommend this place to all our friends Edit to add: after trying our desserts we are so pleased with our choices not only do the desserts look beautiful but they also taste amazing!

I tried the Nutella Cruffin and Cappuccino, they make an excellent combo. The Cruffin was warmed up a little based on request, it had crunchy layers and just melted in my mouth. The Cappuccino could've been better. The ambiance is amazing!!

Google
We tried a few pastries here. It looked amazing, but the taste was not doing any justice for the looks. The wow factor was not really there for how it looked . It just tasted fine but not exotic. The price was definitely high for the experience. Have had better pastries at many other places. Might try them again for their macarons and bakery stuff.

Google
Attention to detail, unmatched in SoCal. Very French cornucopia of confections and petite mange. Very delicious, beautifully presented and amazingly French. We tried several flavors of incredible macarons and the French pudding. All incredible flavor and textures. The lady that appeared to be the owner was milking about perfecting every little detail, making the offerings look spectacular. The environment is a laid back, but high end fancy eatery. Very tastefully and professionally designed, full of artistic touches and strong California themes.

Google
I have been to this location several times, however my last time I had amazing service - a very polite and considerate assistant named Neth. I was impressed by his service, because not many employees in San Diego are polite nowadays. Also, I happened to forget my wallet on the counter and I returned in half an hour, and Neth made sure to secure it for me, for which I was extremely grateful!

Anna was absolutely phenomenal as a host! There was a small mishap during our visit, but she handled it with such kindness and professionalism that we left completely satisfied. She was warm, patient, and incredibly helpful in explaining the different options on the menu, even offering gelato samples to help us decide. We ordered the Affogato, and the real surprise was how beautifully the pistachio orange blossom paired with the espresso—an unexpected delight! While the pastries may not have the strongest wow factor, the excellent service and convenient location make it a nice spot to stop by before leaving the Sky Deck.

Yelp
Loved the garden rose! Karen was amazing.we loved the ambiance and the food was delicious we definitely coming very often every time we visit the sky deck

Yelp
Two nights ago, after having dinner at Xin Chao, we decided we wanted a little dessert and a warm coffee/tea drink and decided to go to Parfait Paris in the SKyDeck. That night, the most wonderful, most friendly and kindest person was working alone, Annabelle. Yes, Parfait Paris has wonderful desserts and drinks, but it was Annabelle who made our evening so wonderful with recommendations and hints of her favorite drinks and desserts and macaron flavors. She made our night wonderful!! We sat at the tables that surround Parfait Paris and I was able watch and listen to how she treated every customer - the same most genuine smile and greeting, attentive service, and kindness and helpfulness!! I know and appreciate that staffing is a major challenge these days at all service -focused businesses, but if every business had staff like Annabelle, . . . . . the lone superstar employee two nights ago, . . . . . . . AMAZING, MEMORABLE, SPECIAL!! Thank you, Annabelle!!

Yelp
This chain in San Diego is a popular spot for my daughter and I. We love the variety of pastries Parfait Paris has and the creative element of seasonal pastries. We have visited the Coronado and UTC mall locations and they are all tasty when it comes to pastries. That being said the drinks are ok and the service can be hit or miss because of how busy these small stalls/store front locations can be. I noticed that they don't take up a lot of real estate but they pack a lot of options in a delicious glass case. They have macaroons, cakes, pastries, and drinks. Ambiance here is great as it is in the Sky Deck Food Hall Drinks are OK Pastries are awesome and on par with the other locations. Hot tip is bring your own water to help with all the sweets. I attached a picture from their Valentine's Day 2025 cake and celebration of Lunar New Year which I enjoyed. For $18 that is at (or a little above) average cost compared to other stores like this.

Yelp
Food: Lots of desserts! I got a chocolate slice of yumminess with nuts, yum! And a vanilla latte Service: Good Ambiance: It's a "fast food" dessert place. It's at SkyDeck so they have seats inside, in front of dessert place or outside. Noteworthy: Good place if you have a sweet tooth, or you can go downstairs to Handles for ice cream or the Cookie place, next to ice cream shop

Yelp
Le Parfait Paris is a must-stop whenever we visit the Sky Deck! Whether it's before or after enjoying ramen, my daughter always looks forward to grabbing some macarons here. This time, we tried their seasonal hot cocoa. It was decent, but nothing particularly stood out. The macarons, however, were delicious, and their baked goods always look so beautifully crafted--it's hard not to be tempted by the display. The young lady who assisted us was incredibly sweet and attentive, which made our visit even better. And of course, the Sky Deck's decor is always top-notch, adding to the overall experience.

Yelp
3-4 stars. Le Parfait Paris is located in Sky Deck at the very front. There's an abundance of tables that are available for seating and also, you can sit outside if you'd like. The place is decorated beautifully and simply. The menu is big and the wording is a tad small, but you can take your time with reading though. They have pastries, entremets, crêpes, sandwiches, coffee & tea, and more. There was only one person manning the space today, so a little patience is great! I got the Iced Honey Lavender Latte, with Whole Milk ~ it was about $6.50 which is 25 cents more than Seven Seas Coffee Roasting in Solana Beach. If I were to compare, I'd say this is more on the thinner side (a bit watery). It's ok overall (I've had worse), so it's not the best Honey Lavender latte. The last three inches of the latte were pure liquid honey. It was very flavorful, sadly it wasn't incorporated well enough in the latte. Perhaps I'd get something different next time, or ask for it to be more espresso forward (he did ask me strong or sweet, I said a balance of the two) since it was quite thinned out. I have had their macarons before and enjoyed them.

Yelp
Great sweets! I got the Dubai Pain Swiss croissant which has pistachio cream, dark chocolate and crispy knafeh. It was super good! Brilliantly made, the top is crunchy like knafeh and soft on the inside. This pastry is a take on the popular trending Dubai chocolate bar and they did a good job of turning it into a pastry. The one thing I wish it had in addition to pistachio cream is more chunks of pistachio nuts.

Yelp
We were at the plaza and my kid wanted the macaroons from Parfait Paris. So we stopped by and got some macaroons and large latte for myself. I thought the barista seemed nice and explained to me about different types of lattes. But in reality he gave me smallest cup of latte instead of large which I ordered. I was in hurry and didn't realize how small was my cup until I was in my car. Do Not go there. That place is a scam!!!

Yelp
Cute little patisserie inside the Sky Deck! Lots of delicious French desserts and gelato with a decent assortment. Demarco (apologies for spelling!) was very sweet and helpful explaining the various croissant flavors. I ended up choosing pain au chocolat and Nutella croissant roll, and I can't wait to get home and try them! Definitely a great place to pick up some dessert after a meal at Sky Deck, I will be returning!
google avatar

Bhavika P.

Yelp
I was a little bit disappointed by the way Fruitella crepe and Hot chocolate was done. Crepe was supposed to have Nutella in it which was not spread evenly and was a poor job done on the way it was fully made. The hot chocolate came with burnt marshmallow and the burnt taste was all over the hot chocolate. Given the price of it, I would not go back again.

Gabriela R.

Yelp
annabella was super sweet and patient. The food was delicious I loved the macaroons. also the service was very speedy. it was a little loud with construction But the food was good.

Yelp
I had raving reviews about their pastries and ambiance. However, I tried the French BLT that was hard and difficult to eat. The strawberry tart was frigid and flavorless. It was extremely disappointing. Crookie, which is a combination of cookie and croissant, was great. Their croissant never missed.
google avatar

Huy D.

Yelp
The latte here was just horrible. I got a medium latte but it was only filled 3/4 of the way up. There was a lot of foam. The temperature was just barely hot. There was a lot of milk and little coffee. The taste of the milk over powered the coffee. After drinking a cup, I did not feel energized at all. The crepe is solid but nothing extraordinary either. I added on a scoop of gelato for 3 dollars which was a good price but the gelato tasted icy. Can't expect much from a 3 dollar add on gelato I guess. But I'd be very disappointed if I paid for a regular cup/scoop menu item. Not horrible but not great.

Yelp
Demarco was amazing!! Pastries are delicious and the lunch options are great. Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
I love the food here and especially the location of this company, BUT today being my second time back and yet again they take way too long to give me 2 croissant sandwich (the ham+ cheese and egg, cheese, bacon). The first time , they had just opened when I came in , so I let it be , but today i ordered about 50 minutes ago (10AM) as I waited for my smoothie over at sunlife and this wait is infuriating . There was about 4 other families beside me and I can hear their frustration about the wait or they talk to the person asking where it is or simply think that they may have forgotten their orders. The lady up at the front was very jolly and sweet, and the employees here come off very nice but the work pace here is surprisingly slow on the stove considering many people had ordered hot foods. Not too sure if I want to come back

Yelp
Super soft. Super fresh. Super yummy. I've been here a few times and only had macaroons each time. They never disappoint. Jacqueline was awesome on this most recent visit - very patient and pleasant. It's right at the front of Sky Deck with a quaint little seating area to enjoy the desserts. Worth a stop when in the area!

Yelp
The pastries seem overpriced and coffee is probably moderately more passable than Starbucks, but powder me in sugar and call me a donut, they had the croissant cookie! Visited no less than four different "pastry establishments" beforehand in an attempt to get my hands on this monstrously beautiful trend. My eyes lit up wide when I saw it at Parfait Paris (pronounced par-fay pah-ree) and it didn't disappoint. Generously loaded with cookie dough and framed by a flakey croissant, they didn't mess around with this one! Make sure to get it heated up. Something about having it served to me in a state-fair fried-food red-and-white striped paper tray made the whole experiment feel so wrong but so right. Genuinely, thank you Parfait Paris
google avatar

Pallavi P.

Yelp
Located in the Del Mar heights sky deck, parfait Paris is a pattiserie offering breads and baked goods. After dinner nearby, we stopped her to pick up some pastries to go. We got the La Noisette made with hazelnuts and the La Signature a chocolate mousse. Both of these were delicious and the service was super friendly and attentive. They also had a lemon tart offering that looked interesting, but I had to make the tough choice to pick only two! A good place to stop by if you're looking for a quick dessert to go!
google avatar

Yelp
Avocado and goat cheese sandwich was to die for: and the coffee was hot, frothy, and delicious! The server had great recommendations!

Irene F.

Yelp
The coffee shop itself is in a beautiful location in the Sky Deck in Del Mar. I came for a matcha latte and to work for a couple of hours. While the pastries looked delicious, the service wasn't very good and the matcha was lacking flavor. I was most disappointed, however, to learn there is no free wifi - which is pretty much a staple at coffee shops these days. Especially ones in such an ideal locaiton to post up for an hour or so and write emails - bummer.

Yelp
This is a little food stand in the center of a shopping area, indoors, second floor. I came here due to the good reviews. I bought a macron and a little cake, both of which I enjoyed quite a lot. Presentation was good, there was some seating available around the food stand, and I sat and ate. Was not given a napkin though and by the time I was done my fingers were quite sticky. There is a restroom - I had to ask a security guy where it was and he gave me great instructions. There are a number of other establishments in this space, and a high-end grocery store on the first floor. I wouldn't mind stopping in again. Probably earlier in the day is better? I wonder where the pastries are made. Do they have another location I could visit?

Yelp
I've been to the liberty station location several times and liked it and mostly liked the stuff here...I got a New York style vanilla cream filled croissant and six macarons (pistachio, vanilla, salted caramel, s'more, Oreo, and passion fruit something). My daughter loved the passion fruit and s'more macarons so much she demanded we save the Oreo one for her. I got a pistachio and the salted caramel. The caramel was the superior one by far. When my daughter ate the Oreo macaron she said it "tasted weird" and was "like sand". I chased her and made her let me test it to make sure it was ok and it was not spoiled or anything but it was gritty like eating sand. Maybe they used charcoal for color?? But still, no one likes eating sand. We tossed it in the trash. The croissant was very pretty and the lamination looked beautiful, but I did not like the texture of the vanilla cream filling. It tasted strange like they used condensed milk and I was told it would keep overnight without refrigeration. I liked the croissant part but scooped out the filling for my kid who enjoyed it. So yeah....not sure what they are doing for some of their ingredients but definitely some misses in my opinion.

Yelp
Great food!! Great service!!! And the location at the Skydeck is awesome. We live nearby and this is one of our favorite places.
google avatar

Yelp
Tried two pastries and two croissants. The croissants were pretty good. The lemon tart was fine but le noisette was so good! I would definitely get it again. It had a lot of hazelnut flavor (as the name implies) and not overly sweet. Went on a Sunday morning and there was no line. I also got coffee which was good. I'll be back for the pastries!
google avatar

Anne L.

Yelp
Beautiful location - ambiance is brilliant. The perfect entrance into the sky deck at Del Mar Highlands. The colorful pastries and macaroons in the front viewing box are extremely tempting. Beautifully designed cakes and desserts. I opted only for a iced white chocolate mocha. The drink is very smooth and more balanced in flavor than most cafes that offer this drink. There's an obvious, but not overpowering flavor of the white chocolate. Service is decent - friendly over the counter experience.
google avatar

Lisa M.

Yelp
Came here to grab coffee to go with my daughter. When we arrived, the display full of exquisite desserts was so tempting. We ordered the lemon tart and cheesecake, with tea and a cappuccino. Everything was absolutely divine! The staff were very pleasant and cordial. The place was so modern and clean. It's definitely the type of place I love to frequent. Five stars!

Yelp

Yelp
Fancy stuff, somewhat overpriced. Unfortunately, service staff are incompetent during weekend morning breakfast. Extremely slow for no good reason. Do not seem to know what they are doing. Lack of training may be the issue.
google avatar

Nikki P.

Yelp
almond croissant (2.5/5) pastry was okay, but the filling was really nothing special. there are so many other bakeries that have amazing almond croissants so it's hard to give this one a solid rating. egg flan tart thing (3/5) super eggy, nothing too special either. it's possibly that i picked items that weren't their speciality but the taste does not match up to how beautiful the pastries are. looks are 5/5, taste is a 3/5 at best. not sure how fresh these pastries are or if everything is just premade frozen & baked. the worker was really nice & it looks like it's usually just one person running the stand at all times.
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty French patisserie stand located inside Sky Deck, the vast majority of PP's goods are baked/created/composed off-site (so what you see in the display is what you get!) *except* crepes which are freshly made to order. Mace (yes, like the spray :) at the counter was so sweet and patient as my girlfriends and I oohed and aahed over what to try, and even offered to replace my Sucre Citron Crepe if I didn't like it - talk about awesome service! As it turns out, I probably should've taken Mace up on her offer, as my crepe was a bit too plain for me - I could've used much more lemony punch, perhaps through the addition of candied lemon rinds (hint to management ;)... I absolutely loved the passionfruit macaron I also ordered, however - now that little darling absolutely sang with fruit flavor!

shawn h.

Yelp
Best service and macaroons everrrr!!! I ordered two, and came back for 3 more Come see Jaqueline and Nicki, such sweethearts!!! Will be back to try all the other flavors soon, 5 is enough for one day lol!

Yelp
Couldnt say no to some sweet pastries after leaving Understory. I got the wheel-liked croissant Vanilla New York roll, a California Raspberry macaron and a Mumbai Chai. The server asked if i'd like to warm my pastry. It was very good warm. And i was surprised there was a vanilla filling cream inside the roll. I couldnt finish the whole roll in one setting since it was big.

Yelp
Came here after seeing an instagram post of their croissant ice cream sandwich. It was during lunch time on Saturday but was a slow day due to the sprinkling rain. The store is not hard to find as it is in the middle of the entrance to the Sky Deck. Its location was very nice right next to the open door and a weather like today, it was very chill to sit there and watch the rain drizzle. It is easiest to come here by parking on the third floor parking structure and crossing the walkway bridge. Quicker than parking on ground level of the shopping district. Just drive to the back parking structure. There are plenty of tables inside and out to enjoy your snacks but please clean after yourselves. There are trashcans near the exit so just throw it in there when leaving for the next guest. The croissant ice cream sandwich did not come toasted but the caramel ice cream we got was super packed in all the way to the bottom of the croissant so that was nice. The ice cream flavor itself was not strong but it was a descent ice cream. Their coffee was just not strong at all although they do use an Nespresso machine. The coffee was really weak and the syrup was all the way on the bottom so do grab a stirrer. The drink itself was mostly milk. So if you are a light coffee drinker, you wouldn't mind it but if you are an espresso lover, this would not be your cup of joe. They do have a membership point system on their card reader and take Cashapp payment.

Yelp
Love Parfait Paris and happy there's a location in Sky Deck! My go to pastry here is the Signature cake. It's sooo delicious and decadent with some crunchies inside. Their yuzu & lemon tart is perfectly tart with a nice buttery crust. Their pastries are usually $10.50 per slice. Their macarons are pretty good too. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program. You get free macarons as rewards.
google avatar

Yelp
The affogato wasn't as enjoyable of an experience as it was served in a paper cup. The same for the coffee drinks as we were dining in, and part of the ambiance of being at a French cafe is using a cup and saucer with a metal spoon. The gelato was good though. The crepe was freshly made but the caramel used in it was sickly sweet and tasted of chemicals rather than of true caramel sauce. We enjoyed the vanilla bean cream filled pasture we got and the crookie was surprisingly good, although we both agreed we would not seek a crookie out again most likely. The novelty was nice though for the one time. We also have had the macarons previously and enjoyed those very much.

Yelp
Health issue as they would not use a box. Croissants were stale. When I called the store, they could care less. For the price, the place is a joke. Don't bother buying food at this location.

Yelp
Super friendly service from Annabelle and Jacqueline! Love that you can get a freshly toasted Creme Brûlée!!

Yelp
Jaqueline was extremely helpful in finding recommendations and explaining the different pastries. Would definitely visit again! :)

Yelp
We went to Skydeck because my friend recommended that and the place is quite new. The place is very hip and cool. We weren't looking for dinner, so Parfait really stood out for us because it's just by the entrance. We didn't know they were quite famous, so I asked the girl - I think her name is Betsy, what she recommends for desserts. She's very kind and we tried some of the Gelato flavor! We ended up getting the crepes and pack of 6 macaroons. Their macaroons are good, their fruitella crepe is okay.. They r too generous with the amount of Nutella they put. Maybe we'll come back to ry their pastry.

Yelp
At first glance, the desserts look so scrumptious. So I ordered the French pudding and I was very disappointed. It was so dry and hard. It seemed like it was sitting there for a while. I was thinking that it would be softer and moist. I was not satisfied with what I chose for an $11 dessert. I should have gotten the crepes instead. Even though I was disappointed, I took it home because it would have been a waste. I added some almond milk to the French pudding and warmed it up in the microwave. It tasted so much better. They just need to keep their desserts fresh.
google avatar

Caili C.

Yelp
So yummy! Had to stop and grab a couple of pastries to go after eating at the Sky Deck and absolutely loved the parfait signature which is a deep dark chocolate mousse cake. It was perfect for a late night dessert and wasn't too sweet with the dark chocolate. The almost croissant was great as well with a ton of almond slices scattered across the top and a delicious almond filling. I did wish it was less sweet as the filling got a bit overwhelmingly sweet but definitely a well made croissant.
