We recently ate dinner at El Parian and it was delicious. Our table was upstairs in The Salon, our bilingual server was friendly and efficient. He also did excellent job of helping us balance out our order.
Cocktails were very good, I loved my mezcal-tequila-Sauvignon Blanc drink! Might sound odd but it was spectacularly good.
Between two of us, we ordered the tacos de sepas (must have!), the gorditas de pavo (good), teradito (very good, not heavy on the soy like many ceviche-adjacent preparations in Oaxaca) and the mole with duck (also excellent).
The food is delicious, service was above and beyond. Highly recommended.
