Paris Baguette

Visiting in the area, my brother suggested I try this place! It did not disappoint. I had the baguette with prosciutto, fig and mozzarella. My mom had the chicken salad caesar wrap. Both were delicious! Their unsweet tea was great along with the bottled jasmine tea. I purchased several goodies and sweets "to go" to bring to my brother's house. Everything was beautiful, delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I came back the very next day for lunch again, I tried the turkey, cranberry and goat cheese croissant....Yum, Yum! I will be back again tomorrow to pick up donuts to bring back to South Carolina. Next time I visit I will definitely be back! I discovered one close to home in Charlotte North Carolina so the second batch of photos is what I went to purchase for Christmas 2025. I definitely love this place!

A must-stop dessert place—Hot Dubai Chocolate is amazing, and the rest of the desserts are great too. The atmosphere is consistently nice across all locations.

Their dedication to ensuring the restaurant remains clean and the staff remains ever-smiling is truly commendable. If you happen to reside nearby and have yet to experience this hidden gem, I wholeheartedly recommend paying a visit with your loved ones. You will quickly discover what you have been missing and cherish the delightful atmosphere that this restaurant has to offer.

I have always loved Paris Baguette. This one opened up recently in our area. Biggest Fail : No cake slices available on National Cake Day at 5 PM. They do run a promotion of buy one get one Cake slice on this day, but if your operations can’t keep up with the promotion, exclude your location from running it. The app and website keep sending you constant emails and alerts about the promotions, but they expect you to drop everything that you’re doing to make the most of it. Went here right after work, to nothing on the shelves. I don’t blame the staff, they are very friendly and apologetic. But the store/area managers need to be more efficient than having empty shelves in the store. This is definitely nowhere near the Paris Baguette standards i loved and respected. Celebrating National Cake Day with no cake today.

I visited Paris Baguette and tried the almond croissant. The pastry was fresh, delicious, and beautifully made. Everything about the experience was excellent, except for two things: the staff didn’t offer to warm up the croissant, and some of the bread display cases (self-service) were left open. That made me a bit concerned about freshness and hygiene. Overall, still a nice visit, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

We came here on a Wednesday morning for breakfast. There were plenty of empty tables inside, and the place was bright, clean, and had a great vibe. They had a wide variety of pastries and bread. We ordered the Almond Croissant, Scone, Sweet Rice Donut, BBQ Chicken Pizzetta, and Crab Meat Croquette. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the staff John even warmed up all our food for us. The coffee was also very good. All the service staff were excellent.

I picked up two sweet breads on 1/14/26 and they gave me old bread. I thought they sold freshly baked items daily but I was wrong! There was a 1/14/26 sticker on one bag and the other bread had a 1/16/26 sticker. I'm assuming they baked the 1/14/26 bread two days ago from that date. It was DRY! Breads/pastries should be discarded or given away after one day if they're a real bakery. I know other Asian bakeries sell old bread at a discounted price but I paid full price.

Great spot with delicious pastry options and outstanding customer service. German was incredibly friendly, and our coffee was made exactly the way we asked.

BEST BAKERY EVER!!!! Truly the kindest people work here the owners too! I come here every morning now! Highly recommend over and other bakery or coffee shop!

I decided to stop by after an appointment on on Wednesday late morning. I wanted to try their coffee and explore all the pastry options. Walking in I loved the layout and look of everything. It really gave you a nice cafe vibe and looked very clean. When you walk in, to your right all the pastries are available and displayed. You can grab a tray and tongs and choose from the various pastry options. I went with a bacon and cheese quiche and a pistachio mochi donut. It was hard to decide because everything looked amazing. I then walked up to the counter and ordered a butter pecan latte and paid. It was somewhat pricey. I Paid $18 for the latte and 2 pastries, which i guess compares to other local coffee spots. I grabbed my items and sat at one of the tables and enjoyed everything. The latte itself wasn't bad, but next time I may just opt for their brewed coffee. The pastries were amazing! Everything tasted fresh. The quiche was warmed up and had a delicious crisp to it. The mochi donut was the perfect ending and so delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed it and will be coming back. I also downloaded the app where you can sign up and get a free Pastry and rewards.

I really liked this Paris Baguette location. It's nice and spacious inside. I came here on a Friday morning and it was pretty busy, but I was able to grab a seat. They have free wifi. They had so many pastry and dessert options. I got the king donut, which was very good! I liked how it wasn't so powdery. I like how the staff asks if you would like your pastry warmed up. I also got a cafe latte which was pretty good for a chain bakery. The staff here is also nice; one offered to help us clean up our table.

I want my tip back! Not one person spoke to us. Cashier rang up everything. Did not speak. Did not offer to heat our purchases. Don't ask for a tip if you are not going to provide any service! Only reason you get any stars is the strawberry lemon croissant Too much onion in your chicken salad. Not great drink options. Not as loud tonight as lunch when they first opened.

This place is such a gem Their pastries are sooo delicious! When I went in they had the viral chocolate croissant! It is dipped in chocolate and has a chocolate filling! I've also had their cakes and sandwiches that always hit the spot. They also have great coffee options. When I recently went in, I had a box with a verity of pastries donuts, croissants, nata pastry. It is also a great spot to sit down and chat or do some work on your laptop. The workers are very friendly and they box everything up for you. Highly recommend!

The Germantown location recently opened up and I went with some friends. The selection was extensive. They did run out of the croissant donut when first got there and when they restocked later I garbbed the regular one which is better than the coffee one. Some of my favorite treats where tiramisu tart, almond croissant, broccoli and cheddar quiche, strawberry lemon cream croissant and blueberry and lemon croissant. I would like to go back for either breakfast or lunch to try one of their sandwiches. Something about homemade bread is irresistible.

Wide variety of pastries that keep on coming as patrons empty the shelves. I was impressed by the selection. One drawback is the long lines. I understand that as this location is somewhat new, people are flocking to this new bakery to give it a try. Everything was clean and I decided to buy a few cream cheese & fruit pastries as well as donuts. All delicious. Prices are hit high but can't complain too much due to the quality.

Made a late visit to Paris Baguette on what was there official opening day. Although it was very busy, the space is so large it does not feel crowded. Plenty of tables. It's the usual process where you grab a pair of tongs and a tray, and load up your preferred offerings. Newbies aren't aware of this, so there can be a bit of a long jam as people mill around the pastry cases trying to figure out what to do. But that will correct itself in no time, because the pastries are so delicious people will come back over and over. A large assortment of fresh baked pastries, with both an American and Asian flair. There is also a large selection of sandwiches, and the requisite coffee bar. We had an assortment of donuts and pastries, all of which were delicious. The croissant doughnut was definitely the king of the mountain. Although our almost 3 year-old just loved the snowman doughnut. We had a couple of iced lattes, which were also delicious. Some pastry places offer coffee as almost a requirement, but it's not very good. But that's not the case here. It's worth the trip just for the coffee. Planning to try some of the sandwich offerings on the next visit. Because it was late in the day they were all sold out. And of course, don't forget to download their app, which entitles you to a free pastry. PB is a great addition to the ever-growing Germantown scene.

This was a large location. I have tried the Paris Baguettes in South Korea, NYC, Rockville, Virginia, and now here. Good amount of seating. Good amount of parking too. It's a good location and needed location in the vicinity. Where else can you really ask for a coffee date around Germantown? Not many places that are NOT Starbucks and Dunkin. This one has the interior of a Tatte and has pastries and coffee. The downside is that the area is filled with families and young children, so it's not entirely peaceful for a date - just a word of caution. When we came in, it was packed with elementary school children and it was rowdy. Since it is new, it seems a bit overwhelmed since they opened on a vacation (Thanksgiving) weekend. It seems always full. When I went around a 2 pm on a Sunday, it was packed and no seats were available. We got a couple of pastries to go, which were quite pricey, but worth a try. It's not bad, it's just pricey. You get the full effect if you can eat and drink at the location.

Super excited for Paris Baguette opening right around the corner from home. The customer service here is excellent, Marie Josie had the Best customer service as soon as I got to the register. It's so nice when you are greeted with a smile first thing in the morning. She personally made my chai latte it was made to perfection, w a sprinkle of cinnamon just the way o want it. The restaurant is large enough space for all events. Come and try out the delicious bread and pasties in town!! See you soon'nbb

Be prepared for a long line especially during the weekends. This location recently opened so it's very crowded. Staff here are extremely friendly and hard working. The large strawberry croissants were out of stock but one of the staff members went out of his way to find one for me in the back! Nice large spacious area with lots of natural light. Lots of tables and seats. Sign up for their app to get cool promotions! Located near a Home Depot, ups store, Verizon, and hallmark store.

This is the biggest and probably most beautiful PB I have been to! It's newly opened, the service was great, food options and drink options are great just like all PB locations. Lots of seating, which I appreciate because there aren't such big cafes around here. Love it and hope it thrives!

Not impressed by their service. Pastries are overpriced. I'd rather go to tous les jours that's 2 miles away to get the same food quality with better price.

Grand opening weekend. Refreshing and clean design, but expected long lines, slow service, new service employees need to be trained. But the food is outstanding in appearance!

Great bakery in a great location that will unfortunately go downhill if they don't work on their service. The workers at the register need better training on how to package pastries, and maybe a more organized structure when handling lines of customers. Someone at the register named Marie, did not ask if I wanted my pastries to go. When I asked for it to be to go, she handed me a deconstructed box, and told me to package it myself. Someone in my group also had pastries packaged to go (he was asked if he wanted it to go) and they did not package his pastries well. Better off going to Tous Les Jours.

Loved the latte hated the black coffee. The coffee was weak. The selection of pastries, breads and sandwiches was extensive. The ones I tested were flaky, rich and tasty. The service is counter checkout and speedy. I was expecting a quiet coffee shop but this seemed to be a super busy, well run community hangout.

Amazing baked goods! The baguettes are perfectly crisp on outside and fluffy inside. The Crogel sandwiches are amazing!! Super fluffy and crispy. Truly delicious! Cannot recommend enough!

The plain croissant had a great vanilla taste, and was wonderfully flaky. However, the drip coffee didn't taste like much, and felt like it was whipped together without much care. Also, I entered the store at around 8:30am and didn't see any baguettes in sight (yet)! Regardless, the ambiance is very warm and it seems like a great place to sit down with a laptop. I'm hoping to see this place develop into its own hub as time goes by.

I know they're still new and figuring things out but why does it take 35 minutes to pick up a small order (beverage and pastry). I ordered online for pick to save time b/c when I stopped by last Sunday, the line was so long. I placed my order at 11:24am and it was scheduled to be ready at 11:46am which was fine, but it took another 10 minutes to pick up the order in store. There were enough workers in the store, but service was slow. I'm happy that PB is in my neighborhood and hoping service gets better.

The food is excellent, with a great selection. The only area for improvement is the checkout process, which is slow and takes too long.

Last time, I rated it 3 stars because I thought they had just opened and were still figuring things out. However, today the food looked really unappetizing, and when I asked the manager about it, he just said they wouldn't be serving that item anymore and took it away. He didn't apologize or show any concern--it seemed like he didn't care at all. I did get refund. 0 rating on customer service. I have been going to PB since a long time, and I love PB. But I have never seen it so bad than this location. Never coming to this location!

One, the food is awesome! Two, the service is amazing!! Three, the manager is very much in sync with his people working for him and with his customers!!! Four, the ambiance was a very good experience for me, the customer. : )

Beautiful new location! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pastries are restocked throughout the day. It's a great place to study or work or even have a drink/pastry and hang out for a while. There is ample free parking which is so helpful. There's plenty of tables and charging ports everywhere! It's a great addition to the area and beats Tous Les Jours out the water and other PB locations! The cakes are beautiful and can't wait to buy more for the upcoming holidays and birthdays. 100% recommend this bakery cafe. The almond raspberry croissant and peach iced tea are my favorite!!

$8.95 for a smallish piece of cake? That's a hard "NO". This is Germantown not Chevy Chase or Bethesda. The restaurant prices are not in line with the area.

Came in day 2 of the grand opening. I expected there would be a line or a crowd, surprisingly there was a decent crowd due to the time of day I came. This is a bigger space than the Rockville location because it was the old Verizon Wireless which makes this a bit more welcoming. The setup was nice as well, tables spread apart which made it quite easy to maneuver around. I did notice that there was only napkin bin which is in front of the coffee bar. Had to wait for a customer to finish using the creamer before I quickly grabbed napkins. The selection of pastries gives Tous Les Jours vibes but doesn't have as much variety. The mochi donuts as well as the holiday cakes was a nice addition. I didn't get a chance to sample a more items since it was late in the day. Unlike Tous Les Jours, the pastries were being restocked. So if you wanted something after opening, you would not be missing out. I am delighted that I no longer have to travel to downtown Rockville. I can't wait to return.

I have visited this place 3 times in the past 2 weeks. The food was great., the service was great. Atmosphere was alright. I noticed the tongue rack was empty during my last 2 visits, and I saw a few customers picking the pastries with their hands. More tongues are needed.

I really like the atmosphere here. Great place to hang out and chat with friends. They have very good cakes and drinks. I've been coming back to this place once or twice a week.

Food is ok but overpriced. Service: it's self serve Ambiance: good amount of seating but they do not clean the chairs. Twice our pants got stained by brown cream. It's so disgusting.

Go to the Rockville location instead. Customer service here was not great. I placed an order at 7:20am and didn't get my drink until 7:30am when there was no line and a few customers. The person behind me got their drink before me. The cashier explained that they did not have sweet cream which was fine until I saw mobile orders of sweet cream drinks which made me confused. There were 2 other people besides the cashier making drinks but mine came out so late (?) I would not come back here until the front end workers are retrained. I'll stick to Tous le Jours or Paris Baguette in RTC.

I came here yesterday after school to do some studying and to try some of the food and drinks there. The pastries were amazing! The avocado sandwich was so good I wish I bought more. The matcha latte was amazing! Very rich in flavor. The service was really nice, they asked if I wanted my pastries packed and they packed my pastries neatly in a box which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend coming here, the atmosphere is so nice and calming. I was able to get all my studying done. I look forward to coming again and to see how this cafe grows!

The parties was amazing and the staff was so friendly,one of the staff named Marie was so nice and she was so happy to served me and she helped package my orders and she personally make my drink and it was perfect,I'm happy you guys are open,and I will definitely come back for Marie and the parties It was amazing.love it

i had a iced matcha latte per recommendation from an employee, not to fault the employee but the iced matcha latte was overly sweet. matcha flavour wasn't as strong but the sugar level was through the roof. would recommend that drink with less sugar most likely. i got a couple pastries they were pretty good, a churro twist(?) and king cream donut. loved the twist it was good reminds me of a childhood favourite, king cream was good but heavy on the frying oil. overall not bad but still room to try more and for improvement :)

The ambiance is nice pastries are very delicious. I've Noticed after ordering drinks 3 times now they under serve their drinks. My LARGE lavender Matcha latte was barely filled 2/3 of the cup and for the prices going at this place I'd like to receive what I'm paying for :/

Pasties are delicious. Service is painfully slow. Coffee and hot chocolate drinks need help.
