Google
Love the new gingerbread cakes I bought the dark chocolate and the blueberry and I also bought the croissant chocolate chip cookie. Everything was delicious not too sweet just perfect. The staff was very respectful and very nice.

Google
This is a review of Mocha cake only that I would rate at 1 star, but it would be unfair to the establishment as a whole. The topping, which looks like buttercream, it made of something horrible that's hard in texture and leaves a disgusting oily residue in the mouth. 10/10 would not recommend! My previous review features a 5 star fig cake, which seemingly uses natural ingredients (but now I'm not sure). Also, it would be nice to serve coffee in ceramic cups for the dine-in experience. Thank you and sorry for the bad review! Thank you

Visited the one in Walnut Creek a while back so decided to try the one right down the street. The inside is nice, love how it's set up and there are plenty of pastries to choose from. Couldn't really tell which were baked fresh that morning and which were prepackaged pastries. Still, many of the ones I've tried were tasty. I did get a baquette sandwich, a turkey club. The baquette itself was delicious, most of the ingredients seemed fresh enough, the avocado was too fresh. It was very hard, not ripe at all, which is what leads me to believe these might be 7eleven style pastries, baked off site in a factory and then shipped out. Either way, the food was good enough and I got a good amount for less than 40 bucks, which these days feels doable. Overall, I'd come by for some pastries, still want to try the cakes. And then just head home for some tasty munchies.

Went in to pick up a cake. I had gone to the Dublin location since I was in that side and they declined on writing something. Not sure if because it’s New Year’s Eve they weren’t busy at all... So I walked out came to this location since it’s close to where I live. I’ve never been denied as busy as any location is I wait very patiently for it to be done. They did advise me that it would take a few minutes. No problem I have time I love Paris Baguette. I can wait. The person who helped me had a hijab on. She was very friendly. The person who wrote on it was nice too. I wish I got their names. Super friendly and kind!

Got stranded by BART and had to find a place to take a meeting. This Paris Baguette was perfect — the employees were friendly and the matcha was amazing. I wish the tables were a bit cleaner, but overall nice interior/atmosphere!

Google
Cute place, but I wish everything was individually wrapped. There were gnats flying all inside there pastry cases all over the pastries. Very unsanitary. We ended up just getting their wrapped cookies and cakes, which were really good. Paris Baguette, please please consider individually wrapping your pastries or do something about the gnats.

I am a fan of this franchise. Would go all the way to Fremont to have their desserts but I’m so happy it is opened in Hayward now. Good spacious cafeteria and good reasonable prices specially for the quality of their cakes and croissants.

Google
Peaceful and quiet place. It looks clean and everyone is friendly and attentive to request. The pastries are delicious and I love their hot chocolate. However it is pricey. The only inconvenience is finding parking spot. I recommend it 100%

Yelp
I didn't know there was a Paris Baguette in Hayward until I spotted it on Maps today -- and I think this might be the biggest one I've been to. The space feels open and airy, with plenty of seating that makes you want to linger a bit longer. Everything else is classic PB: the same buttery croissants, soft pastries, and cakes that never miss. Today was a quick to-go stop, but I'll definitely be back to sit down with a coffee and actually enjoy the space next time.

Yelp
I love Paris Baguette. I have been to many locations, the Berkeley one when my kids were in college, the Century Mall location when I go San José, the Dublin one..... but this Hayward one tops them all! This Hayward one is fairly recent, 6 months old. There are new buildings and offices around. This store is HUGE compared to all the other ones!! And since they have space, there are more choices of viennoiseries and pastries. I found many items that the other stores did not have. The Halloween spider donuts, the pumpkin collection, the pizza type pastries...the chicken pesto sandwich is my favorite now. You can see the bakers in action in the back too. Staff is very welcoming, attentive and friendly. Lots of tables and chairs if you decide to eat there. Store is extremely clean, I see staff restocking and checking everything. Of course this is my favorite location to go to now. Parking might be hard but I always luck out ( knock on wood ) and find a spot right in front.

Yelp
I remember when I went to a Paris Baguette for the first time, it was located in Berkeley and it was later closed. Since then, I was going to Fremont to get pastries for any occasion. But, it was just that a place to buy pastries and nothing else. When I learned that a Paris Baguette had opened in Hayward I thought, this is more convenient for me as I live in Oakland. The experience was completely different. The service you received is very personal, they are extremely professional, polite and welcoming. I have a 2 years old and they even played a little with her, as she kept running all over the place. I love that this location is super big, you actually have space to walk around without crashing into other folks. I love this place, my perspective changed from a place to get pastries to a place where I will take my family to get quality time and relax while enjoying something delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
There was not much street parking so i had a walk. I noticed a sign that says parking in rear and totally missed it. I walked in and was greeted right away. This location has so many options it was hard to decide. This place was busy but the line would move so fast. Everyone was so friendly and made you feel welcomed. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with a latte and ordered a fruit tart to go. Everything was so nice and neat definitely recommend. The noise is average and would definitely return. Prices were not bad.

Yelp
I was so excited to see Paris Baguette open in Hayward! The shop is super clean and much bigger than I expected. It looks like a great place to work/study too. They've got all the delicious classics - hot dog buns, cronuts, fruit pastries, mochi donuts, and regular donuts - plus their signature gorgeous cakes on display. We came to pick up a cake for my mom's birthday and decided on the mango coconut cake. So glad they still had some in stock - it was light, creamy, and really tasty! Parking wasn't too bad when we visited - you can find spots behind the building in the garage, on the street, or in the customer-only parking area. 5 stars just because I'm happy to have this great spot nearby to buy my family's favorite cakes. Can't wait to come back and try more treats!

Yelp
I walked in after going to my suit/tux vendor next door and this location is great!!! I was so surprised at how spacious and big it was and box of all the pastries I got were so delicious! It seems like a quiet cafe where I'll also come back to work so I look forward in returning very soon!

A A.

Yelp
First time to this location. Fruit flies flying around in both cases. Lots of fruit flies on Cream Cheese Pastry and on Strawberry Pastry. Not the only one that saw the fruit flies. Someone else posted the same thing three months ago with seeing fruit flies in the cases. Looks like no change. They need to wrap all the pastries in plastic bags. I'll stick to Sheng Kee for pastries.
google avatar

Gandalf W.

Yelp
They have delicious food with an impressive selection. Always fresh. However I stopped putting in orders on DoorDash because the Paris baguette platform has not been updated on door dash to allow for comments or requests for dietary needs. .

Yelp
Good pastries! My favorite bakery in Hayward. Easy to find parking, people are nice there.

Yelp
My go-to study spot! Tasty pastries that do not disappoint, lots of indoor seating with outlets, and WiFi access. Paris Baguette is on the pricier side but I'm willing to pay for higher quality pastries that will never let you down. There's also lots of selection and they restock. The service here is also quite welcoming and you can ask the workers to warm up you're baked good if you wish to eat it now. There's also different size boxes for your pastries if you're taking them to go. The workers usually ask. I love the ambiance and chill vibes here. It's never too crowded not too quiet, it's the perfect balance. It's been very clean here and I feel comfortable just sitting here for a quick bite or to do some work. There's also see through windows to watch pastries being made if we're ever curious. Overall, just glad a Paris Baguette opened near me and will be back to try their cakes!

Yelp
Finally, Hayward gets something nice out here lol! This is the perfect bakery on Mission to get all your pastry needs. Most of the time I go to our almond croissants some of the fruit tarts, and some of the savory pastries as well. I've been at different times of the day and week and I haven't really seen it too busy however it is a perfect place to get some work done (although I would be cautious), catch up with a friend or even just stop by for a quick bite. They also do have cakes too that range a bit more pricier than most however, their cakes are not super sweet! Which is a good thing and I would say they are the perfect sweetness as they are definitely tailored to Asian desserts.

Yelp
I normally don't write reviews, but I had a very disappointing experience. I placed an order for a custom cake almost a week in advance, scheduled for pickup on 11/29 at 10:00 am. When I arrived around 2:00 PM, the staff asked for a receipt -- even though, when I placed the order, I was told that giving my name would be enough. I was never given a receipt in the first place. When the cake was finally brought out, the message I requested was missing. I then had to wait while they added the message. During that time, I watched two walk-in customers receive their cakes -- with custom writing -- before me. It doesn't make sense to pre-order if walk-ins are served faster. On top of that, the box had an expiry date of 11/30 at 4:30 PM, which makes me question whether the cake was actually fresh or if it had been prepared much earlier. This added to my concerns about the quality and handling of my order. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what I expected after ordering in advance.

Yelp
So glad a Paris Baguette finally opened up in my neighborhood. I decided to stop by on a Friday afternoon for some pastries. Parking was fairly easy, especially since street parking was the only option. I really liked how spacious and clean it was inside. I also liked that they had so many different pastries available. I picked out a few but my favorite was the fruit pastry because it was not too sweet and loved how crispy the crust was. I also ordered a lavender matcha frappe and it was delicious! I will be stopping by often from here on out knowing that it is so close to my home. I can also bring my laptop to get some work done since there are plenty of tables and seats available. I also want to try their cakes next time since I've heard great things about them!

Yelp
Paris Baguette opened recently next to Tea Villa. No parking lot, just street parking. This P.B. Has lotsa seating, ample baked goods display area & modern covfefe machines. Offerings: usual pastries + seasonal varietals & any bakery trends in Korea, Japan, Europe, & America. Sips: signature brewed coffee (3.69) 16 oz. -original order was expresso. Wait time 20 minutes. Waitstaff changed it to an Americano, added a shot of expresso. Black it was. -tastes smooth, bold, extrinsic semi-dark roast. LavAzza Italian covfefe never disappoints. Bites: strawberry mochi donut (3.99) -usual chewiness, standard Korean fare. Frosting too sweet-all sugar, little strawberry essence. Baked technique flawless. Topping overkill. Curry croquette (4.59) -crunchy fried exterior. Curry filling faintly bland. Veggie filling of corn, carrots, onions, green onions underwhelming. Technique flawless. Flavas lacks pizazz. 3.5 pastries disappointed. Covfefe da best as was the service. *bake prep station seen behind glass at left corner Upon entering. Should have perused. Didn't.

Yelp
Very lovely place. Parking isn't too hard too find. Spacious and clean. I came here because I wanted cake slices and since it was recently opened, I gave it a shot. It's a nice place to have coffee and pastries. It wasn't too busy but I can see it be a bit overwhelming. I wouldn't go ham buying stuff here since they are very pricy. A cake slice cost me $7-$8. It was the holidays so I treated myself. I would definitely come back for occasions and maybe purchase speciality items.

Yelp
I'm so delighted this is in my neighborhood. Loved the fresh patries and the bread was so soft, it must have been out of the oven for less than twenty minutes. They had a variety of pastries, the staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. Here's What I Think... We are so fortunate to have this gem in our neighborhood. Can't wait to see what other pastries they have.
google avatar

Vrushali N.

Yelp
Hayward's own Paris Baguette! No driving to Fremont or Dublin. Right on Mission blvd! I heard somebody say this is the largest PB in our general area and I believe it. It's pretty roomy. Has all the things you expect at a Paris Baguette, plus the crepe cake. The staff is friendly, the desserts are standard, the coffee is good, the restrooms clean, and the vibe checks out too. Hayward, you are doing good.
google avatar

Zahra J.

Yelp
I give it 2 stars for the way it was packed. This is how my pastry was packed. I'm upset that I wanted to take this as a birthday pastry but unfortunately I am not able to give this to the birthday person because of the way they packed my pastries. Employees should be courteous and carefully put pastries in a box. People come in for these pastries.

Yelp
Decided to come here to meet up with a mommy friend for a play date. I needed my coffee and this place just opened up for what a great excuse to get out of the house for once. This place is located in the Sohay complex. Today was day 6 of the new location opening and we met the owner, A B, and he was very friendly! The inside is very large compared to the Fremont location with lots of seating , great for hanging out or studying! There were also some baby high chairs which were useful to me , just a nice little thing to have available. I ordered a ice mocha latte, yummy and refreshing. My favorite also is the curry croquette. A nice little thing they do is offering to toast your pastries fresh if your eating in! My friend's husband is also egg allergic , so when we asked the owner if there were vegan options was surprised to learn that there were! 5/5 the workers were very friendly , we were greeted multiple times during our morning breakfast coffee play date . The pastries are just so beautiful and delicious looking in the glass cabinets. We are so happy a nice coffee bakery establishment has come to town! Will definitely be regulars and coming back again !

Yelp
I haven't been to many Paris Baguette locations (maybe one other) so I was pleasantly surprised by this one. For one, it's huge. Lots of tables and chairs so would be good for groups. It's pretty new so everything was brand spanking fresh. No parking lot but I was able to do street parking right out front, which made it easy to leave after (it is on a crowded street so be aware of that!). Food-wise, I tried a curry bun and dinner roll (a crowd favorite), both warmed up after purchase. The dinner roll stood out - so simple, yet so satisfying. (It may also be because I prefer savory to sweet.) There were lots of people when I went, but not too noisy and I had plenty of space and room to spread out. They're also open pretty late so if you're craving a snack at night, this might be the place to go in Hayward. I would definitely come back to try more things.
google avatar

Preet P.

Yelp
Beautiful new cafe where you can get aesthetically pleasing cakes, baked goods and pastries. Long lines on the weekends.. very few parking spots. Service was very quick. I ordered Americano with multiple pastries to go. Everything was very fresh and delicious. I would give 5/5 for food, service, and ambience. Of note, when I ordered multiple cake slices for Thanksgiving holiday, there were only two available for pick up. I was not notified when I ordered them. I was given a choice to choose different flavors or get reimbursement on the pick up day. They were able to give me my money back. Online orders can be tricky so be careful since this is a new place and still trying to figure out lot of things.

Yelp
We met up with some of my friends here for coffee and pastries post lunch. We were amazed to see the many varieties of pastries they have from savory to sweet! They also have packed goodies ready to be taken home if needed. They also have cakes! I wish we have P.B close-by so I can try some of their cakes. We ordered a few pastries to share. I had pizetta with raspberry and nutella, My husband had blueberry and cream cheese pasty and my daughter had chocolate macarons. I also ordered lavender latte. We were satisfied with our order and would love to try more but our stomachs were already full from lunch. Ambiance is great! Lots of space to sit in and no one is there to rush you into leaving which we appreciated! Will definitely go back!
google avatar

Maddie M.

Yelp
This Paris Baguette was very huge compared to the SJ one. Parking was in the back and you walk around to the front. There was lots of seating and it was very clean inside. It is self serve so we got the items we wanted and then brought the tray to check out. Very quick and easy! The pastries are always yummy! The Mango Creme Bun was so delicious.

Yelp
I came here during the grand opening when there was lots of parking still, so I didn't have a problem. However, I was immediately turned off by seeing a fly in the pastry case. I didn't want to write them off just yet, as they were still getting their bearings and things can happen. I attempted to come here the other day to study. I circled around numerous times to find parking, but unfortunately couldn't, so I ended up going to a different cafe. I decided to try to come here again and was actually able to find a spot after a circling a couple of times. It was not easy though. Trying to parallel park on a busy street where people are speeding like crazy can be scary. I got honked at and given dirty looks like I was in the wrong for trying to reverse parallel into a spot. To top it off, once I got in, ordered a drink, and settled into a table, the wifi wasn't working. I asked for the password but when I tried to use it, it wouldn't connect. Thought maybe I heard wrong, so I asked for it again, confirmed that was what I had input, and was told it "might be because there were too many people on it." The tables weren't even full, so it's hard to fathom that was the issue? Again, I ended up going somewhere else. I usually enjoy their cakes for parties so may continue to get those on occasion, but I didn't really love my Iced Nutella Latte. Alas, the hassle of trying to find parking and the unreliable wifi kinda cemented my lackluster experience.
google avatar

Froilan V.

Yelp
Service, food and drink are good. I need to come here to work but the wifi is incredibly unreliable. So if you're here to socialize or pick something up, it's good. But don't come here to work. 6/10 times the wifi works.
google avatar

Su W.

Yelp
Bigger spot and has more variety than the Fremont location. Will be coming here for occasional pick up only: great for birthdays and milestone events .
google avatar

Cristina N.

Yelp
I love this place! My go-to is the Cinnamon Sugar Churro Latte, their savory pastries, but most importantly: They have AMAZING customer service with great attention to detail. I get thier coffee and pastures several times per week.
google avatar

RS G.

Yelp
I feel like this is the Paris baguette of the Paris baguettes. It's huge and has a really wide variety of delicious pastries, more so that others I have been to. It's relatively new and it's catering to the new people moving into the new condos being built everywhere in this area. We got the garlic bread baguettes. Yum. Chocolate twist is delicious and a flaky raisin pastry which was terrific! We will definitely be back to get more pastries from here, because we want to try them all!
google avatar

Hendra T.

Yelp
I really love coming to Paris Baguette in Hayward. They have such a great selection of pastries, cakes, and breads, and everything always looks so fresh and tempting. My favorites change all the time because there is always something new to try. The place feels warm and inviting, and the staff are always kind and helpful. It is also nice that it is not too far from home, so I can stop by whenever I am craving something sweet or just want a good cup of coffee. It has definitely become one of my go to spots in the neighborhood.

Ayette C.

Yelp
Aaron, one of the supervisors was super helpful and accommodating after someone who took my call order made a mistake. I was afriad I was not able to get the two biscoff cakes I ordered because or some misunderstsnding, and thankfully I called in today to check in. I went from despair to thankful thanks to Aaron. Excellent customer service and really put he at ease! The cakes were amazing too!

Tiangcob A.

Yelp
Place is very clean and new. Lots of tables and chairs. Came on a Friday afternoon, place was not busy. Pastries looked so good and delicious Pricing-around $3-$10 per pastry. Ordered take out of chocolate supreme croissant and Biscoff cookie butter cruffin for $5.99 each, they didn't charge tax. These pastries are so delicious. Should be five stars, but because there's limited parking of only 3 spots in the back and it was a little hard to get parking, I gave them four stars. Staff are polite and we will definitely go back there to try their other sweets. Tip: there's a lot of street parking across the street.
google avatar

Amanda H.

Yelp
Still a 5 star experience. Still great customer service. Still delicious food! Switched up my drink and croissant type this time around, but old faithful egg and cheddar had to stay
google avatar

Sabine M.

Yelp
Great concept! I finally had time to stop by this newer spot in Hayward! They have a huge variety of desserts, which a lot were sold out since I came kind of late on a Sunday so that's understandable but still, I found some great treats and got a baguette too which tasted amazing. I also picked up their sugar mochi donut and a stuffed croissant as well as a regular one and an iced matcha. Wasn't a fan of the matcha but loved everything else. I'll definitely be back to try more of their items and get a coffee! Nice team as well!

Lui G.

Yelp
The food here is amazing , especially the employees and the ambiance is very welcoming! Berry tarts are my go to and cheesecake

Yelp
1 star off-I ordered a drink with oat milk and I got regular milk in my drink I realized later and now I'm hurting with lactose intolerance symptoms. Please inform your staff of being careful with drinks. I think the guy was being trained but now I'm hurting. I should have confirmed but was in hurry. Glad, it's not a serious allergy but could be for someone else. Great food as always like most Paris Baguettes but 2 stars off as I saw a fly inside one of the enclosed pastry cases. My first time here, another food safety issue was a customer was upset that another customer brought in her dog in the pastry case area which is a food safety hazard issue. It clearly states no pets on their door too. So good for them for posting signage but that customer left angrily before a staff member said a thing to the pet owner which was 10mins later. I usually go to Fremont location but wanted to try this one. This one is bigger, nicely designed and more spacious, and new but location has difficult parking nearby. Street parking mainly. Will try again and review again. Hope things improve.
google avatar

Kat J.

Yelp
Amazing cakes and even better customer service. Thank you Dylan, the store manager, for helping with the cake selection for my office. I ended up getting the Mango Cake and a Chocolate Cake. Both were delicious! I love how they are not overly sweet like traditional cakes. The location is a bit iffy as parking is limited to only the street but the cafe is huge with ample space for coffee breaks, lunch or small gatherings. Will be back!

Jessica G.

Yelp
Paris Baguette has been a fave for me this year so I was so stoked when they opened one right here in my hometown. Like other Paris Baguettes, they've got tons of options for pastries, cakes, and coffees. Seriously, they're becoming my go-to for celebrations or just a quick snack. At this location, they've got a quite spacious dining room with plenty of seats for larger groups or smaller hang outs. I love that they have huge windows so that plenty of light comes in, even on gloomy days. When I visited, the line looked long, but moved quickly and the staff was getting everything out efficiently, even refills for the pastries in the cases. Some cons for this location: you'll be depending on street parking on Mission or in the neighborhoods since they don't have their own lot. They just opened so I'm sure they're figuring things out but when I went, the trash was overflowing and it did seem a little messier. Though, I know with time this will improve. Overall, a solid new space to meet with friends or get some work done!
google avatar

Samuel L.

Yelp
Great spot to hang out for a coffee or so! It's clean, with plenty of tables available. Parking is a bit limited, but the staff is super friendly.
google avatar

Senia D.

Yelp
Like I was told as a kid, WHEN IN DOUBT THROW IT OUT!! I purchased 2 items, a slice of NY Cheesecake and a Ham n Cheese croissant. Well the croissant tasted like it was stale, I had them heat it up and it was the chewiest ham n cheese croissant I've had. Now to my cheesecake slice, I was gonna attempt to eat it next day. When I opened the box, I immediately smelled fermented strawberry. And the crust was slimey and gooey looking and pretty much non existent. So to be safe I threw it out for the rats of SF to enjoy this slice of cheesecake. I really wanted to like the items, but I just wasted my money. I dont think I'll go back here again.

Yelp
I pre-ordered a Blueberry Chiffon Cake--one of my favorites--for my sister from Paris Baguette. When I went to pick it up, the staff asked me three times how to spell her name. After driving two hours to deliver it and presenting the cake, I discovered they hadn't written the name at all. When I called the store, the owner (Rashnu) immediately responded with, "I can't fire anybody, is that what you want?"--which wasn't what I was asking for. I simply wanted them to acknowledge the mistake and make it right. Instead, he was dismissive, offered only 5% off, and showed no real care or concern. This was their error, not mine. At minimum, they should have properly corrected the issue or offered a genuine solution, such as covering the next cake. Instead, the experience left me feeling upset and undervalued as a customer. Because of this, I will not be returning. Paris Baguette lost my trust by failing to deliver on something as simple--and important--as writing a name correctly and standing behind their service.

Rita J.

Yelp
This was one of my favorite places, but I pre-ordered a cake December 22 and came on the 24th to pick it up and they had sold out of my cake. What was the point of pre-ordering it and I saved up all my points to use on this cake and all they could tell me was let's switch the cake that's not the point and I believe they were either the managers or the owners of this location and that's all they could do for me I'm sorry your team messed up. You should be doing more do better. I understand it was busy and I waited in line to pick up my cake and the girl at the front made me wait an extra 20 minutes cause she couldn't find it.

Yelp
Amazing service. Consistently delicious cakes and desserts. This location is new, and cakes are so moist and delicious every time! Super clean and spacious
google avatar

Mark H.

Yelp
Large open seating. Inside is also well lit. The dessert is always soft and fresh. The workers along with the manager are polite and courteous. Nothing but good things to say about this location.

Yelp
There has been a welcome addition to town called Paris Baguette. This place is so immaculate you could almost eat off the floor. There is a large variety of food choices available for the choosing, that brings back memories from like when I was a child inside a bakery shop and I wanted to try everything. When we arrived here it was not very busy so service was very quick. We got or orders to go but I could easily see us dining in, while enjoying a nice beverage with our meal. My wife ordered a slice of Raspberry Chocolate Mousse and I ordered a Caesar Chicken Wrap. They both tasted fantastic! You could tell right away they only use fresh quality ingredients.

Yelp
We've come here a couple times and enjoyed it but when we came in today we were absolutely disgusted!! We saw that there were multiple small flies in the food case just flying around and walking all over the pastries. One of the chocolate pastries we saw had 3 flies just sitting on it. I can't believe they're selling this food. We thought maybe it was just this pastry case that had flies in it so we went over to another one and there were also small flies in it which were just flying around and landing on the food. This was absolutely disgusting and so unhygienic. We ended up not buying anything and walking out. I will not be coming back here at all again.

Yelp
This is my local Paris Baguette. Was so excited to finally get to try one of these places and was lucky that not only did i like it, it was so close to me! The service here is always so great! Sometimes it's packed and the line is long, but everyone is working to make sure the customers are being taken care of. The bakers in the back are constantly working and the staff at the front counters are movin and groovin handling business. The food is always so good and fresh with so many different varieties available. A great place to study, catch up with a friend or have a pastry with your family. Usually parking for me isn't an issue, but you may likely have to parallel park or park on the block before the actual store front, on busy mission blvd. Otherwise, it's worth coming here, at least once a week for me! :)

Yelp
I went to the soft opening on November 14, to pickup items on Thanksgiving day, and multiple times in between that! This location is supposed to be the biggest one in the Bay Area. Lots of interior seating, pastries, sandwiches, drinks, cakes, etc to choose from. They are made fresh every day, which is nice. I do like the variety of items to choose from. I've had some inconsistencies with my visits at this location, though. For example, on Thanksgiving Day, I ordered a cake for pickup and had my mom pick it up for me since I was at another location. I asked if my mom paid for the candles that I needed since it was for my cousin's birthday and she answered that yes, she had to pay for candles upon request at this location. She also didn't get the cake serving set. However, that same day while my boyfriend and I were at the location in Daly City to pick up other cakes, they provided us multiple long candles and the cake serving set for free upon request. Additionally, I have ordered a hot 16 oz Chai tea latte, and upon opening the lid before I put it in my microwave, I saw that it was not filled and about 1/4 portion was missing from the cup. Not sure if it was because I redeemed a reward for a free pastry with the purchase of a drink or not, so maybe they skimped on the drink? Not sure. Overall, they do provide the types of pastries and drinks I am looking for, but due to the inconsistencies from multiple occasions, it made me dock a star from my review.
