Got stranded by BART and had to find a place to take a meeting. This Paris Baguette was perfect — the employees were friendly and the matcha was amazing. I wish the tables were a bit cleaner, but overall nice interior/atmosphere!

Google
Peaceful and quiet place. It looks clean and everyone is friendly and attentive to request. The pastries are delicious and I love their hot chocolate. However it is pricey. The only inconvenience is finding parking spot. I recommend it 100%

Google
We love the place and all confectionery they offer worth the extra price compared to other stores. Atmosphere and ambiance is excellent as well. Service has always been very good but today we had to ask for candles and cutting knife before leaving. A bag was not offered at all. We are glad to have the store in our neighborhood which always has several ready choices available especially if we are in a hurry Thanks

I am a fan of this franchise. Would go all the way to Fremont to have their desserts but I’m so happy it is opened in Hayward now. Good spacious cafeteria and good reasonable prices specially for the quality of their cakes and croissants.

Google
Paris Baguette on Mission in Hayward is a fantastic addition to the area! The pastries and cakes are delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The standout for me was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive and friendly, but what really made the experience special was the owner personally checking in with customers to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear they care about creating a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch experience. I’ll definitely be back for more treats and highly recommend stopping by!

Google
Love this place! It's beautiful inside, the pastries are all equally stunning and delicious! It reminds me of a little French bakery in Akihabara in Tokyo 💜 I'm obsessed! The only problem is the weight I'm about to gain.

Google
Fresh yummy clean nice and great atmosphere. Workers welcome you when you walk in . Pastries and cakes are well done with care, never sloppy, and seem fresh even when I come at 8pm. Owner also seems to care about your time here as well as the employees. Also still good amount of inventory In the evenings for those looking for a post dinner dessert. This place seems different than other Paris baguettes in that the treatment of customers feels more welcoming like at a mom and pop shop as opposed to a big franchise chain.

Google
This location is very nice and clean. Has some tables and good selection of savory and sweet pastries. Love the open kitchen. Staff is very nice. Love their croissants and mochi donuts.

Yelp
First time visiting this location to visit a friend. The cafe and bakery is spacious, pleasant ambiance and itsvery relaxing. Menu has a huge variety of pastries, desserts, and bread choices. Espresso bar has a good variety of cold and hot drinks. The staff were all attentive, gave excellent customer service and it was a pleasant experience. The kitchen is open and you can see their cake decorators are working hard in small batches. I would visit again. 5/5 in my book.

Yelp
Horrible customer service... didn't receive my DoorDash order as ordered. Left out the coconut flavor in my coffee that I paid extra for and pastries came cold even though I selected the warm option. Came in after this and got the new pistachio pastry and it tasted like overly sweet pistachio extract even though the ingredients only read as "pistachio"... don't waste your time asking for an exchange. No one knew what good customer service was, except for one of the gentlemen who was working and they made him feel bad about offering and exchange. Owner made it worse by offering me a croissant, lower than what I had paid and said there was nothing she could do. I walked out. What a joke, you lost a loyal customer.

Yelp
First time visting, I tried the iced matcha late and strawberry lemon croissant. Was surprised at the appearance of matcha but delighted by the taste. It took a little to get used to and I must say the drinks and atmosphere was perfect. Also it is very clean in here which is refreshing to see nowadays. Side note: DO NOT park on Mission Blvd, cars seem to have accidents there a lot

Yelp
My go-to study spot! Tasty pastries that do not disappoint, lots of indoor seating with outlets, and WiFi access. Paris Baguette is on the pricier side but I'm willing to pay for higher quality pastries that will never let you down. There's also lots of selection and they restock. The service here is also quite welcoming and you can ask the workers to warm up you're baked good if you wish to eat it now. There's also different size boxes for your pastries if you're taking them to go. The workers usually ask. I love the ambiance and chill vibes here. It's never too crowded not too quiet, it's the perfect balance. It's been very clean here and I feel comfortable just sitting here for a quick bite or to do some work. There's also see through windows to watch pastries being made if we're ever curious. Overall, just glad a Paris Baguette opened near me and will be back to try their cakes!

Yelp
Finally, Hayward gets something nice out here lol! This is the perfect bakery on Mission to get all your pastry needs. Most of the time I go to our almond croissants some of the fruit tarts, and some of the savory pastries as well. I've been at different times of the day and week and I haven't really seen it too busy however it is a perfect place to get some work done (although I would be cautious), catch up with a friend or even just stop by for a quick bite. They also do have cakes too that range a bit more pricier than most however, their cakes are not super sweet! Which is a good thing and I would say they are the perfect sweetness as they are definitely tailored to Asian desserts.

Yelp
We met up with some of my friends here for coffee and pastries post lunch. We were amazed to see the many varieties of pastries they have from savory to sweet! They also have packed goodies ready to be taken home if needed. They also have cakes! I wish we have P.B close-by so I can try some of their cakes. We ordered a few pastries to share. I had pizetta with raspberry and nutella, My husband had blueberry and cream cheese pasty and my daughter had chocolate macarons. I also ordered lavender latte. We were satisfied with our order and would love to try more but our stomachs were already full from lunch. Ambiance is great! Lots of space to sit in and no one is there to rush you into leaving which we appreciated! Will definitely go back!

Yelp
Paris Baguette has been a fave for me this year so I was so stoked when they opened one right here in my hometown. Like other Paris Baguettes, they've got tons of options for pastries, cakes, and coffees. Seriously, they're becoming my go-to for celebrations or just a quick snack. At this location, they've got a quite spacious dining room with plenty of seats for larger groups or smaller hang outs. I love that they have huge windows so that plenty of light comes in, even on gloomy days. When I visited, the line looked long, but moved quickly and the staff was getting everything out efficiently, even refills for the pastries in the cases. Some cons for this location: you'll be depending on street parking on Mission or in the neighborhoods since they don't have their own lot. They just opened so I'm sure they're figuring things out but when I went, the trash was overflowing and it did seem a little messier. Though, I know with time this will improve. Overall, a solid new space to meet with friends or get some work done!

Yelp
So glad a Paris Baguette finally opened up in my neighborhood. I decided to stop by on a Friday afternoon for some pastries. Parking was fairly easy, especially since street parking was the only option. I really liked how spacious and clean it was inside. I also liked that they had so many different pastries available. I picked out a few but my favorite was the fruit pastry because it was not too sweet and loved how crispy the crust was. I also ordered a lavender matcha frappe and it was delicious! I will be stopping by often from here on out knowing that it is so close to my home. I can also bring my laptop to get some work done since there are plenty of tables and seats available. I also want to try their cakes next time since I've heard great things about them!

Yelp
Paris Baguette opened recently next to Tea Villa. No parking lot, just street parking. This P.B. Has lotsa seating, ample baked goods display area & modern covfefe machines. Offerings: usual pastries + seasonal varietals & any bakery trends in Korea, Japan, Europe, & America. Sips: signature brewed coffee (3.69) 16 oz. -original order was expresso. Wait time 20 minutes. Waitstaff changed it to an Americano, added a shot of expresso. Black it was. -tastes smooth, bold, extrinsic semi-dark roast. LavAzza Italian covfefe never disappoints. Bites: strawberry mochi donut (3.99) -usual chewiness, standard Korean fare. Frosting too sweet-all sugar, little strawberry essence. Baked technique flawless. Topping overkill. Curry croquette (4.59) -crunchy fried exterior. Curry filling faintly bland. Veggie filling of corn, carrots, onions, green onions underwhelming. Technique flawless. Flavas lacks pizazz. 3.5 pastries disappointed. Covfefe da best as was the service. *bake prep station seen behind glass at left corner Upon entering. Should have perused. Didn't.

Yelp
This Paris Baguette was very huge compared to the SJ one. Parking was in the back and you walk around to the front. There was lots of seating and it was very clean inside. It is self serve so we got the items we wanted and then brought the tray to check out. Very quick and easy! The pastries are always yummy! The Mango Creme Bun was so delicious.

Yelp
They really need to train their employees on how to make the drinks they sale. Literally no care for when they're making it. And also they need to learn to not argue infront of customers. This place is unprofessional every time I come.

Yelp
I'm so delighted this is in my neighborhood. Loved the fresh patries and the bread was so soft, it must have been out of the oven for less than twenty minutes. They had a variety of pastries, the staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. Here's What I Think... We are so fortunate to have this gem in our neighborhood. Can't wait to see what other pastries they have.
google avatar

Yelp
Very lovely place. Parking isn't too hard too find. Spacious and clean. I came here because I wanted cake slices and since it was recently opened, I gave it a shot. It's a nice place to have coffee and pastries. It wasn't too busy but I can see it be a bit overwhelming. I wouldn't go ham buying stuff here since they are very pricy. A cake slice cost me $7-$8. It was the holidays so I treated myself. I would definitely come back for occasions and maybe purchase speciality items.

Yelp
Hayward's own Paris Baguette! No driving to Fremont or Dublin. Right on Mission blvd! I heard somebody say this is the largest PB in our general area and I believe it. It's pretty roomy. Has all the things you expect at a Paris Baguette, plus the crepe cake. The staff is friendly, the desserts are standard, the coffee is good, the restrooms clean, and the vibe checks out too. Hayward, you are doing good.

Yelp
Decided to come here to meet up with a mommy friend for a play date. I needed my coffee and this place just opened up for what a great excuse to get out of the house for once. This place is located in the Sohay complex. Today was day 6 of the new location opening and we met the owner, A B, and he was very friendly! The inside is very large compared to the Fremont location with lots of seating , great for hanging out or studying! There were also some baby high chairs which were useful to me , just a nice little thing to have available. I ordered a ice mocha latte, yummy and refreshing. My favorite also is the curry croquette. A nice little thing they do is offering to toast your pastries fresh if your eating in! My friend's husband is also egg allergic , so when we asked the owner if there were vegan options was surprised to learn that there were! 5/5 the workers were very friendly , we were greeted multiple times during our morning breakfast coffee play date . The pastries are just so beautiful and delicious looking in the glass cabinets. We are so happy a nice coffee bakery establishment has come to town! Will definitely be regulars and coming back again !

Yelp
I went to the soft opening on November 14, to pickup items on Thanksgiving day, and multiple times in between that! This location is supposed to be the biggest one in the Bay Area. Lots of interior seating, pastries, sandwiches, drinks, cakes, etc to choose from. They are made fresh every day, which is nice. I do like the variety of items to choose from. I've had some inconsistencies with my visits at this location, though. For example, on Thanksgiving Day, I ordered a cake for pickup and had my mom pick it up for me since I was at another location. I asked if my mom paid for the candles that I needed since it was for my cousin's birthday and she answered that yes, she had to pay for candles upon request at this location. She also didn't get the cake serving set. However, that same day while my boyfriend and I were at the location in Daly City to pick up other cakes, they provided us multiple long candles and the cake serving set for free upon request. Additionally, I have ordered a hot 16 oz Chai tea latte, and upon opening the lid before I put it in my microwave, I saw that it was not filled and about 1/4 portion was missing from the cup. Not sure if it was because I redeemed a reward for a free pastry with the purchase of a drink or not, so maybe they skimped on the drink? Not sure. Overall, they do provide the types of pastries and drinks I am looking for, but due to the inconsistencies from multiple occasions, it made me dock a star from my review.

Yelp
I haven't been to many Paris Baguette locations (maybe one other) so I was pleasantly surprised by this one. For one, it's huge. Lots of tables and chairs so would be good for groups. It's pretty new so everything was brand spanking fresh. No parking lot but I was able to do street parking right out front, which made it easy to leave after (it is on a crowded street so be aware of that!). Food-wise, I tried a curry bun and dinner roll (a crowd favorite), both warmed up after purchase. The dinner roll stood out - so simple, yet so satisfying. (It may also be because I prefer savory to sweet.) There were lots of people when I went, but not too noisy and I had plenty of space and room to spread out. They're also open pretty late so if you're craving a snack at night, this might be the place to go in Hayward. I would definitely come back to try more things.

Yelp
Beautiful new cafe where you can get aesthetically pleasing cakes, baked goods and pastries. Long lines on the weekends.. very few parking spots. Service was very quick. I ordered Americano with multiple pastries to go. Everything was very fresh and delicious. I would give 5/5 for food, service, and ambience. Of note, when I ordered multiple cake slices for Thanksgiving holiday, there were only two available for pick up. I was not notified when I ordered them. I was given a choice to choose different flavors or get reimbursement on the pick up day. They were able to give me my money back. Online orders can be tricky so be careful since this is a new place and still trying to figure out lot of things.

Yelp
I can't say enough about the melt-in-your-mouth freshness of everything I had here. And then, wait, listen, and THEN there's something really special about them little pepperoni pizzas, lord I'm not exaggerating. The bread is flaky, the sauce is unique and tastes oh so fresh, I wanted more but silly me waited until I got home and ate everything that night. There's something very unique about the flavor of that little pepperoni thingy. And THEN, the owner captivated my 79-year-old mother in a conversation, and she already loves this place. He thanked her for coming back, (this is her second visit) and I overheard him telling her that he hasn't yet marketed, and that he might not do any marketing because it's really special when customers come back and tell their friends. Then the friends just come in and say "wow". So I'm here to say I was wow'd. I love this place! I loved everything I tried: the bread, the pizza, the chocolate croissant, and my mother loved her strawberry croissant. It's been a long time since I've wanted to return time-and-time again just to make my way through the menu - Looking forward to it!

Yelp
I came here during the grand opening when there was lots of parking still, so I didn't have a problem. However, I was immediately turned off by seeing a fly in the pastry case. I didn't want to write them off just yet, as they were still getting their bearings and things can happen. I attempted to come here the other day to study. I circled around numerous times to find parking, but unfortunately couldn't, so I ended up going to a different cafe. I decided to try to come here again and was actually able to find a spot after a circling a couple of times. It was not easy though. Trying to parallel park on a busy street where people are speeding like crazy can be scary. I got honked at and given dirty looks like I was in the wrong for trying to reverse parallel into a spot. To top it off, once I got in, ordered a drink, and settled into a table, the wifi wasn't working. I asked for the password but when I tried to use it, it wouldn't connect. Thought maybe I heard wrong, so I asked for it again, confirmed that was what I had input, and was told it "might be because there were too many people on it." The tables weren't even full, so it's hard to fathom that was the issue? Again, I ended up going somewhere else. I usually enjoy their cakes for parties so may continue to get those on occasion, but I didn't really love my Iced Nutella Latte. Alas, the hassle of trying to find parking and the unreliable wifi kinda cemented my lackluster experience.
google avatar

Kristy L.

Yelp
Parking here is a hit or a miss, there's parking on the street and if you're lucky, a space in the lot behind. I really like this location though, it has made hayward a very attractive spot filled with new stores that make people want to visit! The interior is huge, offering ample seating for studying, grabbing food and drinks with friends, or families to come for pastries. I love Paris baguettes and often frequent the one closer to me in SF but it's nice to see my hometown opening more spots like this. The pastries are the same as any other standard PB, drinks are the same quality as well! Yay!

Yelp
After a recent visit to France, we were craving some French pastries, and saw a new Paris Baguette opening in our area. We went on Sunday morning and were very impressed with the assortment of sweet and savory offerings. (It will take several visits to try all the things I like) I tried the Broccoli & Cheese Quiche and Cafe Croisnut. Lighter and flaky, buttery and delicious. We also bought Ham & Cheese baguette and a Chicken Pesto Baguette for a later lunch. One new approach is their self-service for pastry items. You get a tray, line it with tissue paper and a set of tongs and select the pastries you would like. Then bring it to the counter to pay. Sandwiches, cakes and coffees are behind the counter to select once there. Service was friendly and helpful, heating our pastries and sandwiches. There was also plenty of room to sit and enjoy our food. I noticed several tables with outlets and usb plugs one could easily access to work from. Smart addition.

Yelp
So pretty! The pastries and food were absolutely amazing to look at and the selection of food choices is remarkable. Asked someone with the remote job. It was very enjoyable to sit here for multiple hours and get work done.

Yelp
New location in Hayward. Street parking. Nicely decorated and very spacious. Very clean and warming when you walk in. Good selections. Great service. Glad we have a closer Paris Baguette.

Martin N.

Yelp
Man this place is great for chill vibes and with an atmosphere of delectable aroma. The price is not too high and the pastries are wonderful and fresh. The customer service is also great and friendly. I want to give a shoutout to one of the really sweet and helpful workers, his name is Santosh. He especially looks out for how customers can have a more enjoyable experience. One time I asked him when the garlic bread tray was going to be refilled, he said not to worry it's soon and when it was ready, he found me and personally gave me the freshest batch ever, it was very delicious. I saw him today again and he gave me and my girlfriend a buy one get a pastry free deal as the shop was closing. Santosh is super nice guy with a very friendly smile.

Emily F.

Yelp
The atmosphere here is great and perfect for hanging out or studying. Along with delicious pastries, the service is wonderful. Santosh is especially kind and elevates the environment with his welcoming attitude and friendly smile. We hope to go again soon and see him there!

Yelp
There has been a welcome addition to town called Paris Baguette. This place is so immaculate you could almost eat off the floor. There is a large variety of food choices available for the choosing, that brings back memories from like when I was a child inside a bakery shop and I wanted to try everything. When we arrived here it was not very busy so service was very quick. We got or orders to go but I could easily see us dining in, while enjoying a nice beverage with our meal. My wife ordered a slice of Raspberry Chocolate Mousse and I ordered a Caesar Chicken Wrap. They both tasted fantastic! You could tell right away they only use fresh quality ingredients.
google avatar

Amanda H.

Yelp
Still a 5 star experience. Still great customer service. Still delicious food! Switched up my drink and croissant type this time around, but old faithful egg and cheddar had to stay
google avatar

Sabine M.

Yelp
Great concept! I finally had time to stop by this newer spot in Hayward! They have a huge variety of desserts, which a lot were sold out since I came kind of late on a Sunday so that's understandable but still, I found some great treats and got a baguette too which tasted amazing. I also picked up their sugar mochi donut and a stuffed croissant as well as a regular one and an iced matcha. Wasn't a fan of the matcha but loved everything else. I'll definitely be back to try more of their items and get a coffee! Nice team as well!
google avatar

Kat J.

Yelp
Amazing cakes and even better customer service. Thank you Dylan, the store manager, for helping with the cake selection for my office. I ended up getting the Mango Cake and a Chocolate Cake. Both were delicious! I love how they are not overly sweet like traditional cakes. The location is a bit iffy as parking is limited to only the street but the cafe is huge with ample space for coffee breaks, lunch or small gatherings. Will be back!
google avatar

Samuel L.

Yelp
Great spot to hang out for a coffee or so! It's clean, with plenty of tables available. Parking is a bit limited, but the staff is super friendly.
google avatar

Elizabeth L.

Yelp
This Paris Baguette location is on the corner of The Mix at SoHay, part of one of the newly renovated apartment buildings on Mission. Parking is street parking, so it may be hit or miss. Like a lot of other Asian bakeries, it is self-serve style for the breads and pastries - the employees will help you with the cakes and drinks. For a weekend afternoon, they do not have enough employees working, as the line always get backed up. I got their Matcha Mochi Donut and Sticky Milk Buns. The matcha donut had an off green color, so it was already discouraging, but I was optimistic. Unfortunately, I was disappointed and it tasted like artificial matcha. The milk buns were decent, it was a bit too sugary and sweet, but not as fluffy as I thought it would had been.
google avatar

Shellie H.

Yelp
Amazing service. Consistently delicious cakes and desserts. This location is new, and cakes are so moist and delicious every time! Super clean and spacious
google avatar

Mark H.

Yelp
Large open seating. Inside is also well lit. The dessert is always soft and fresh. The workers along with the manager are polite and courteous. Nothing but good things to say about this location.
google avatar

Celine M.

Yelp
Been waiting for this shop to open and it did not disappoint!!! I was pleasantly to find this Paris baguette branch so large and spacious. The pastries all looked amazing on day 1. Tried a red velvet cake slice and some pastries. Everything was great.
google avatar

Merihan D.

Yelp
This was my first visit at this location and they had wise selection of pastries. the staff and the cashiers were very nice and quick with processing the orders. the music was too loud so it made it harder for me and cashier to hear other. Also, it was too hot in the store, not sure if their thermostat was not working for that day. other than that, it did take longer than usual to get an ice black coffee since it seemed like they were fixing other peoples drinks.
google avatar

Mary X.

Yelp
This is a pretty spacious Paris Baguette. Glad there's finally one in Hayward. Tons of seating available for people who want to study or hang out. There were also a lot more items than I would expect to see at a Paris Baguette, and they were pretty well stocked at 7:30 pm. We only got the croissant and peanut crumb bread. The croissant was decent after getting warmed up in my toaster oven at home. Peanut crumb bread wasn't very tasty. This will be my go to place for cakes in the area, will have to try a slice to confirm it's consistent with other locations next time!
google avatar

Katrina Anne P.

Yelp
Came here to pick-up a small corporate pastry order, only find that one is missing. Leaving one person without an order. Very disappointing as this bakery was recommended by another colleague. Ordered online and it was packed/taped up to-go around 8:50 AM. I called PB Hayward and they resolved the matter with a refund in which was nice. However, I'm hoping their attention to detail gets better because we'd love to purchase again in the future. Pastries are very delicious. Such a promising location and always room for growth.
google avatar

Gary S.

Yelp
My first time here at the new Hayward location and I walked to a clean and open store. This location is on a busy street so street parking may be limited. I ordered a couple pastries as most of them vary from $4-5 each. I stood in line for about 5-8 minutes until I got to the cashier. I ordered the egg, bacon and cheddar sandwich (which wasn't heated) so I waited after I paid and had to wait to the side since my sandwich wasn't ready and the line was getting long. It took them about another 8-10 minutes to get my sandwich heated. My mistake is I didn't look at the sandwich in the bag and assumed it was cooked perfectly. Little did I know when I got home, the sandwich was burnt at the end and so flat. I will not be coming to this location again.

Yvonne W.

Yelp
It's very open, spacious, clean and a good place to sit and meet with your friends. Food/ pastry is really 3.5 stars and no different from all the other Paris Baguette. Service was very good.
google avatar

Jenn M.

Yelp
Yaaay they finally opened! I love stopping by here before I go to work/school since it's on the way. Parking can be a pain though since it is located underneath apartments. The interior is spacious, bright, and inviting. Usually greeted once I walk in the door, staff are really nice and helpful. Great work team! I see that people get confused of where to start, locations usually have trays and tongs right when you enter but once you walk in and take a few steps to your left, you'll see them. Pastries and drinky drinks are always delicious. At least when I come in, the pastries are still nice and warm (: Sometimes the owners/managers will walk around and check in with guests, just to see how they are doing and if there's anything else they can get for them. I hope the quality of service and food stays like this because the only other location that keeps its standards is Dublin.
google avatar

Stephanie A.

Yelp
Paris Baguette has every pastry I ever want! The perfect kind of pastry where it's not too sweet, but hits the spot! If I wasn't dieting and lived closer, I honestly would come here every day to try a new pastry a day. The new one in Hayward is nice and spacious. It's self service. The cashiers are very friendly. I would say the pricing is moderate to expensive. The cakes are like $50+ but they're soo good.
google avatar

Rivas R.

Yelp
Great place to go and get some pastries or even sandwiches I really recommend this place a-lot of choices and the prices are reasonable. The service is pretty good a little slow with the new employees but I can understand that . The ambiance is great sometimes they even have birthdays parties .
google avatar

Nikki H.

Yelp
This is my local Paris Baguette. Was so excited to finally get to try one of these places and was lucky that not only did i like it, it was so close to me! The service here is always so great! Sometimes it's packed and the line is long, but everyone is working to make sure the customers are being taken care of. The bakers in the back are constantly working and the staff at the front counters are movin and groovin handling business. The food is always so good and fresh with so many different varieties available. A great place to study, catch up with a friend or have a pastry with your family. Usually parking for me isn't an issue, but you may likely have to parallel park or park on the block before the actual store front, on busy mission blvd. Otherwise, it's worth coming here, at least once a week for me! :)
google avatar

Ria C.

Yelp
I go to this location at least 1-2 times a week and experiences have been mostly "eventful". There were a lot of things I noticed in the first two months (ie: micromanagement, stressed employees, mislabeled items, giving me a cold drink when I asked for hot, etc), but I gave it pass since they just opened and it was the holiday season. I've witnessed multiple encounters (my own included) where the staff would offer "birthday candles" or "regular candles" to people buying cakes but not disclose that the birthday candles had a price and regular candles were free. (It also looks like past reviews mention this.) The birthday candles are sitting on the cake display without a price tag, and is probably the one thing in the store without a price tag. On my most recent trip this week, an employee was wearing gloves while operating the register, then picked up each of my pastries and put them in the to-go box without changing gloves All in all, I'm giving this place 3 out of 5 stars. They can improve on service, but it's not the worse I've seen and I assume the staff just needs to go through their training. Pricing is above average, but it's what I would've expected of other PBs. Food is good, I have no complaints about that. Maybe improvement in getting the drinks out faster is needed (there have been multiple times the cashier places my order on the counter and no one gets to it until 5-10 min later)

Yelp
Great customer service always when I come into the bakery. New menu item recommended to me by Santos. 10/10

Yelp
This place is clean, roomy and perfect place to enjoy a cup of Joe. I was excited to try their baked goods, however, I ordered 2 chocolate croissants at $4.59 each and I was disappointed in the lack of chocolate inside my croissants. Foodmaxx has more chocolate in their croissants for a lot less price. I know everything is expensive nowadays but skimping on ingredients will not make your business successful and people will not come back.

Yelp
Parking is pretty tough on Mission, very busy, narrow and a little dangerous if you choose to park there. There are side streets and a back parking but very limited. Once you do find a parking, the walk is easy to get to. The cafe serves pastries and coffee. There weren't any signs on where to get the pastries but I walked around and eventually saw the tray and tongs. However, there were signs for pick up orders and if you didn't order online, just walk to the left after you open the door getting in. Sliding windows and entire place was clean and easy to navigate. Waiting in line to pay wasn't long, 3 min with 2 guests in front of me. There was someone asking if anyone was planning to purchase cakes. There were 2 cashiers and very nice, asked if there was anything I wanted heated up. I got the grilled cheese heated up and it was delicious, cheese was melting and bread was not oily. I'm not a fan of the bread crust because the bread crust was touch and thick so I didn't enjoying eating a thick hard crust, I believe the bread was sour dough. Aside from that, everything else was delicious.
