Cakes ‼️ I have tried different this time and ordered a cappuccino cake which was coffee flavoured and was of the shape of a cup ,I really liked it, but only if you are a chocolate person and a coffee person you will love it, It was heavy on the sweet rating, I would say you should try it. My favourite here is STRAWBERRY SOFT CREAM CAKE 🎂 ❣️ And surprisingly this store got snacks, packed foods and wraps. Chicken wraps are good. It is right next to 23rd street subway and path stations. I am adding menu in the photos.

Didn’t let me use the bathroom because I didn’t buy anything. Would like to post this so corporate can see how empty this store is and how poor of a job they are doing marketing to get people in the store. The manager who is not pictured had a bad attitude and was extremely rude to me. Not to mention a woman came in before me and was allowed to use the bathroom with no purchase with an ice cream cone from outside the store which is a liability hazard. Please hire staff with better customer service and your store numbers will positively reflect that when you have staff who provide unreasonable hospitality to their customers.

Clean, well lit, comfortable place to enjoy a quick brunch. Service was wonderfully fast and friendly. Food was delicious. There's a great variety. I recommend the Curry Croquette and the Maple Pecan Danish. My daughter loved the chocolate croissant. Convenient to subway and PATH stops on 23rd Street at 6th Ave.

I didn’t have the heart to tell the cashier that when someone orders a brewed coffee, you shouldn’t give them half a cup old and cold, with the other half full of fresh coffee that they just started. She was friendly and polite, but I felt like it would have ruined her day to say anything. I would suggest maybe working on some training I will suggest the Pan au raisin, the amount of sugar is not overwhelming.

Super nice customer service. They were really helpful with my last min birthday surprise office party. And the pastries and cake were delicious.

Self serve bakery chain. Makes for an easy grab and go breakfast. I got the strawberries and cream filled croissant which was perfect to hold me over until lunch.

Food is exceptional but the ambience is stale. We ordered the strawberry cream layer cake which was deliciously light and airy with the occasional strawberry piece in a bite. There are so many pastry options here. There is also plenty of seating if you just need a place to sit and rest for a few minutes.

You must try the Raspberry almond croissant!!! My favorite one here!

Huge selection of French pastries most around $5-$6 also had pre made sandwiches and sandwiches that could be warmed like ham and cheese. Lots of coffee options. Had about 10 or so tables. Most coming in were obvious frequent visitors grabbing what they needed then headed out the door. Service was quick and friendly. We had the mini cream cheese croissants they came in a basket of 6, very tasty but not much cheese in the middle I think it baked out. Also had the almond croissant which was delicious

Amazing Service! The general store manager was so incredibly helpful and careful with my order she really made all my requests happen she made sure everything went smoothly the whole team at this location is great!

Love this place. Upon walking in, you immediately smell the baked goods. The layout of the store is very spacious and flowy. My first time here, i was confused about what to do. I came in the afternoon and there were no trays. I also had no idea that you can walk around and grab your own items and you have to bring them to the register. Its like a cafeteria for sweets. I saw people on line with all of the stuff they were purchasing in their hands, so i went and grabbed some tissue paper and picked what i wanted. Its a little uncomfortable to do that. I felt like i needed tongs or utensils to grab the items. The second time i visited this store was in the morning and i still didnt see any trays. My third visit, had trays and this was in the afternoon. The tray did make it easier to carry the items. The prices here are pretty reasonable. Everything in NYC is expensive now a days so it's good to not see all the pastries priced at $10. The mini milk loafs are a favorite of mines and they are $4 almost $5. They have twist donuts with cinnamon sugar and those are huge and delish. Most of the items they have just look so good. I cant wait to continue trying them. They also have drinks here, salads, sandwiches (both bkft and lunch). This place always looks very clean and neat which i appreciate. The lines at the registers are always long and typically go fast. I really like this place and plan on continuing to visit.

The servers were friendly. We ordered two pastries and they are delicious! There's plenty of place to sit and enjoy your coffee/tea with your pastry while you work on your laptop or go on a date. I recommend downloading their Paris Baguette app before you purchase so you can rank up points to earn rewards. You can even get a free birthday drink!

This is my go to bakery spot! I love the fresh pastries that they make onsite! Not many places do that anymore and it is made then shipped from another site! The cakes are lovely and tasty! They are fluffy and airy and prefect treat for an office party! The staff are friendly and very patient with people who aren't familiar with the options! A lot of people go for the coffee which I can see is a hit!

Our party of three decided on a light and meatless lunch in observation of lent. This place was located a short walk from our hotel. Oldest daughter and I went with egg salad sandwich and Mrs went with tuna salad. For desert, we shared a strawberry mochinut and sweet potato pastry. The egg salad was light handed on mayo and mustard, which we preferred and had slices of cucumber. The sandwich was delicious. Tuna salad was light handed on the mayo and had tomato and lettuce. Mrs enjoyed it tremendously. The strawberry mochinut was not too sweet and the bread had the perfect chew. Sweet potato pastry was not as good. The filling didn't have enough of the sweet potato taste. The prices were very reasonable and the employees were very friendly.

Best bakery chain ever. Went for a quick pick up for a dessert item for a party. Never fails.

They don't know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino. Asked for a latte that is more expensive but got a cappuccino with so much foam and barely coffee. ( It wasn't busy at the time I went )

Terrible service, don't order cakes from here!!! I ordered a cake for delivery to arrive at 4 pm and it ended up coming past 6 pm and no customer service would respond to anything! I tried to call the stores a ton of times, after about 10 times got a worker who said he'd have his boss call me back and he never did. Cannot get in touch with them, avoid this place and def don't get delivery through their app/services! I didn't get a cake in time for my friends birthday and received 0 assistance.

Crab Meat Croquette, Ham & Cheese Pastry, Chocolate Cream Croissant, Croissant Donut Did a pickup order. The cashier told me they ran out of curry croquette and asked me if I wanted to substitute for crab instead. She was very kind and mentioned that she did not want to put the crab croquette in my order before asking (in case if I was allergic). She was very sweet. My order was also ready by the time I got there. Great customer service!

Not sure where this coconut cake was bought but it was light, airy and delicious. It was also not too sweet, which is a plus. Everyone at the party enjoyed this cake.

Great morning spot for coffee and pastries. We grabbed a few different things and loved everyone of them. We will keep hitting these slots up as long as we are in NYC.

The commercials worked! I was in NYC and kept seeing the TV ads so I just had to stop when I saw the sign. It was a spacious shop with a pleasing display of baked goods and prepared sandwiches, salads and chilled beverages. I picked up a red bean bun that was individually wrapped and an egg salad sandwich. I ordered a large latte and got a bottled o Perrier for later. I decided to eat at one of the many tables that were available and thoroughly enjoyed the soft bun filled with a tasty red bean paste. Hours later I would enjoy the egg salad sandwich on the train to NJ. Everything was tasty and a great value. Thanks!

This employee went to the hall and asked me to wash off in the toilet in case of everyone, although I washed after me 2 times, it's not my fault that your toilet works like this, it was not correct

Henry was phenomenal, great guy who knows the best options. If you go here ask henry what to get he won't steer you wrong! Croissants are amazing!

Everything here is soooooo good. Light and crispy and delicious! Coffee is outstanding also. Perfect nyc breakfast.

Paris Baguette at 700 6th Avenue is crazy busy all the time. Starting early in the morning the tables are full of customers and the line is long. When I'm with my daughter it's just not an option because she doesn't want to wait. We are in this neighborhood to shop. I can't help it I get hangry! So when I'm alone I stop in for brunch or just have a coffee. It's a three star experience. It's just so busy!

Clean, modern, super friendly staff. Everything looks delicious and everything we had was delicious, perfect portions and beautiful plated. Chicken noodle soup was delicious and a gift from heaven after walking in this cold and windy weather. Excellent location, highly recommended.

Cake Time: The strawberry soft cream cake was the perfect addition to a dinner party with family friends. It's a vanilla cake with lightly sweetened whipped cream nestled in between the layers, paired with some tart strawberries bits to balance out the sweetness.

Strawberry cake* - is delicious but I found a freakin eye lash on one of the slices I had ordered. Door Dash price $6.75 per slice. I photographed the good piece in the photos. Still gave this other slice a chance and the cake is very fluffy. It's not super sweet and it's very creamy. The strawberries on-top and inside of the cake are very fresh and taste yummy. Do I recommend this location? Only if the location seems clean enough. Kind of scared to order again.

Stumbled upon this place and found some goodies. Both pastries were good. However like other reviewers mentioned, the place is dirty. Probably would've had a better experience here if the workers actually bothered to wipe the tables.

From looking at other reviews here&going to other paris baguette locations the pastries tasted good. The twisted donut I bought had no taste. It was near closing time&it was a Sat. so there wasn't much pastries left, used or unused trays&tongs off to the side&opened cases where pastries were exposed. The only positive thing was the fresh coffee, which surprised me&the lady cashier who managed a nice greeting&thank you after I assume a busy day.

I absolutely love this place. The coffee is incredible- get the hazelnut coffee. It's delightful. Staff are really down to earth and sweet!

I miss the Union Square branch (the roominess of space!) but now they opened a branch right by 23rd street. It's still fairly new, the service consistency is not there... yet. I've been here quite a few times during the breakfast hours. I love their pastry and cakes, it's lighter than the usual American cafes (lighter in sugar). Process at Paris Baguette: Upon entering, pick up your tray, lay down a parchment paper, pick up a pair of tongs and begin selecting your treats! I would often buy a good 5-7 items for my team. Some staff would individually wrap the pastry, which is great because someone on my team is allergic to nuts. This would prevent cross contamination. However, literally the next day, another staff would just pick the pastry up with the wax/parchment paper and put them all together into a paper bag. When that happened, I had to buy another pastry but asked it be separated. Then there's one time, when a staffer misheard what I ordered and overcharged me - but thankfully, her manager was able to correct and refund my card. I welcome having a lighter yet delicious option, as opposed to their friend next door (chick-FIL-a) with a food coma induced type breakfast. Enjoy!! #eatwelltraveloften

This bakery/cafe offers pastry's,sandwiches and beverages. Always busy even very late on weekdays. The staff is pretty ok but could need some more training in terms of customer service. Their cream filled pastries are very good especially the ones with powdered sugar. However for the price of the food, customer service and the quality you get I wouldn't give this more than 3 stars.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR CAKES!!!! See photo! Buyer beware!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE place. Cake was left out at the store for hours UNREFRIGERATED. It was completely melted on a 59° day in NYC when I arrived home. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. No refund, multiple contact to them and refuse to helped. Disgusting and horrific business! F- rating!!!!!!

Just opened! Love the new design of PB. This is definitely a design upgrade that was done well. Plenty of space, tons of seating, easy queue setup, good lighting. Surprised that they don't have Apple Pay! Staff is friendly and service is quick! Had the breakfast croissant sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it! The croissant was perfectly flaky and buttery, as I'd hoped. Will definitely be back! This would be a nice place to get some work done on my laptop or read a book.

I reported store female manager when I came in the store and saw some guy stole three packs salad, but she didn't care of it anything. Actually he stayed for a while and he returned to this store with taking three sandwiches without pay.I'm sure she should call the police. This store can accepted his acts.

My favorite everyday breakfast place. The food is always fresh and tastes AMAZING! My go to bakery treats are Walnut Cream Bread, Coffee Bun, Chocolate Cream Croissant, and Soft Cheese Cake. Definitely if you have chance please come and visit this place, there is a clean inside sitting area as well.

I love Paris baguette and I got all my family hooked on it too. My go to spots for cakes, they are not too sweet and always taste fresh. All their fruit cakes are delicious. They are also not that pricey. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Blueberry chiffon cake is so good and so is the chocolate ganache.

This is by far one of the dirtiest of the franchise locations. Not only are tables ALWAYS dirty, the seats are so dirty you might feel you need to hover yourself and not sit down. It's about the worst experience eating at this location. Management seems least concerned about the level of dirtiness and uncleanliness.

I stopped in the cafe on Monday 4/6/2022 i been to many different cafes in the past and this specific location was the best one i been too the cleanliness from the floor, tables, food displays even down to the bathrooms , the volume of the music , the polite staff and last but not least the delicious and fresh tasting croissant. I would be back keep up the good work !

Yeesh service was positively horrendous! I tried to give my tray to the girl behind the register but she kept reaching over the register to bag my items. How does that make sense?? She was also embroiled in an argument with her manager, another customer and another associate. They all kept saying we are out of green tea, we are out of green tea! (They can't brew more or...?) The poor lady was waiting for her green tea cake. Afterwards my girl was just speaking poorly under her breath about her manager for the remainder of my time there. I was also THE ONLY OTHER PERSON WAITING TO PAY. I hope they're just working out the kinks but that was a TERRIBLE experience.

We went here for a quick and easy breakfast and it was, but there were some down sides. First the food wasn't fresh, it seemed like it had been in the cases since the early morning . Second the doughnuts were overly grease and a little soggy but still tasted ok. On a more positive note, The butter bread was good it had a good balance of sweet and savory flavors. Paris Baguette was definitely a good get and go meal.

I worked for 1y on this block without ever having noticed this location until today thus this location must be just a few months old. Their Union Square, 8th Ave, and Chinatown locations among others have all closed recently, the result of poorly executed aggressive expansion plans 2y ago. Pity but it's expected given my long-term disappointment by their cakes. From 6y to 3y ago, my family and I would for a nearly month pace of someone's birthday would get the blueberry yogurt cake ($36). It was a family favorite since it had rich cream, light blueberry taste, a difficult-to-control recipe, lovely consistency and texture, and overall stellar quality. A restaurant's ability to repeat a dish sets it apart from other providers. We noticed the rapid fall off of all those factors 3y ago and rapidly within 2 cake buys switched to the then rising and equally expanding Tous Les Jours. We've never looked back and after today's incident, am confident we made the correct choice. The total spend forfeitted is literally $100s, so Paris Baguette should take note of the scale of loss. Their other goods are none the better with many veering too close to the Chinese baked goods which so so many Chinatown bakers do better for literally 1/3 the price along with Bake Culture and a dozen competitive Korean bakers, big and small all. They also tried midtown Manhattan lunch goods but who'd pay $8-16 for a sandwich worth 1/4-1/2 that? They also flopped in the quality of service as staff clearly turned over quickly and now rarely have any Koreans which puts into question their adherance to their origins. The customers are few, especially noticably in a such copious empty space even in such a high foot traffic location. No throngs of regular Asian girls, an often reliable sign of food quality, confirm what all others (except those newbies led astray by some travel guide) feel. Paris Baguette tried some rewards program late last year which was namely my entering the receipt number into the app since the app never worked to auto-accept the register's purchase. I also remember 4y ago they gave a free annual print calendar which had 2 coupons monthly. Never used any of the 24+ coupons, even the free item ones, since they were either irrelevant (like some item which made no sense to their business model) or required such an unusually large purchase as would unlikely occur, say, $75 special cake order or $18 lunch item order. Neither mattered to save Paris Baguette's loyalty since they were both so poorly executed. This new location thusfar isn't reversing the service declines as surly distracted staff with dour or neutral attitudes lacking heart gives customers that same feeling in addition to food made without the necessary care for this tier of competition.

Terrible customer service. That little dude behind the counter was sassy, unfriendly, and should be trained properly. He clearly hates his job, so why don't you get him out of misery and fire him.

My favorite place to get a croissant and a hot chocolate. NOTE: they changed the chocolate they use so now it's a Belgium dark chocolate which is still great but you have to make sure that you ask them to put in the sweetener or else it is a hot bitter mess.

Isn't this bakery supposed to be classy and clean? People bring their chick fil a and the employees don't say anything about it, allowing people to eat other place foods here. I'm actually in shock and this severely makes the brand look bad.

Came here to grab a cake. Pretty quick service although very small space for where it's located. Would recommend to stop by if you want any bakery items and/or drinks.

I love this place I really do, but let's start off with the service. Extremely slow there's only one person behind the cashier making 10 different orders. A Coffee that should take me the most 5mins to pick up requires 25mins. I would love to give it 5 stars because of the amazing pastries & coffee but the service is horrible.

I've been to several locations, so I feel like I can accurately compare and give a fair assessment. This Paris Baguette seems disorganized, with the staff a little clueless with what the store offers and a bit of an attitude. Being that it is a chain store, shouldn't they be offering the same things? A simple iced green tea shouldn't throw one off. I had to suggest that she charge it as a black iced tea and not a more expensive latte....just common sense. still, as mentioned in the beginning of this review, I go to Paris Baguette for a reason and it's for their bread/pastry products which were standard here.

I ordered a birthday cake slice on July 2nd and I arrived on July 10th to pick up my order. It was supposed to be available at 3:30 PM - but since because it was just a slice, I asked if I can pick it up early and they said yes. I arrived, they didn't know I had a reservation for pick up and everyone looked so confused. They kept on asking me for the email reservation and looked in their system multiple times like they couldn't believe that I even ordered it. They confirmed I did have an order in their system and they started scrambling. They were running around trying to find a slice to give me and it wasn't on display nor was it in the back. They came back to tell me there is no birthday cake slice. I was livid, how do I reserved one week ahead of time for a simple cake slice and it's not there? This was for my friends BIRTHDAY. I had to opt for getting a different slice. I was so upset because I had to guess what other flavors she liked and I didn't want her to hate it. I didn't want to make a scene so I just took whatever I thought was best and left really upset. I want my money back. She ended up not liking the cake and I wasted my whole entire time, waiting an entire week with excitement, walking in hot weather, anticipating a slice I knew she would love just to show up to not be there. Do better and have the team and MANAGEMENT be more responsible.

Bought a chicken sandwich this morning- not sure if it was from yesterday but the breads were hard and the sandwich was very salty Please don't sell old sandwiches

I'm someone who really loves cake, and I feel like Paris Baguette have one of the best ones! I'd give a 5 start if it wasn't because right now this store doesn't have a lot options available like others but it definitely have a 5 starts in service. I just was there and Johnathan was really helpful and patient with me. I really love a good service that's what I just got! And now more than ever is really important and nice to see people who always give their best in difficult times like this!

I visited this location yesterday morning. Food was very tasty staff were very welcoming however the guy messed up my latte yesterday. I drink coffee everyday so i know when my hazelnut latte is messed up i got vanilla instead I told him it's vanilla and he said that's what I ordered. The young lady came by and asked me what did I order and remade my drink for me she also gave me a large because of the trouble. She's the reason I'll be coming back, very sweet young lady need more like her in this service.

The products sold here are always high quality on taste and presentation. This store is my #1 go to store for all my holiday/ bday bakery needs. Johnathan is always very welcoming & gives me the best suggestions on what to try next. I feel very lucky to have this PB store so close to my job.

Worst Paris baguette ever. It's new and beautiful but the staff is not trained well. It took 10 mins to get my cold brew and they asked me multiple times what kind of milk I want. During my long wait I saw them give guests drinks and the subsequently take then back because there weren't sure what kind of milk was used. So many people behind the counter and no one making drinks. Should have gone to Starbucks
