Had a lovely visit to Paris Baguette thanks to the amazing associates Stacey and Mariam! They were both so warm and genuinely caring, making sure everything was perfect with my order. You can really tell they enjoy what they do and want every guest to feel welcome. Great service and even better energy!

I visited this bakery for the first time today and had such a great experience! Chi & Andy was extremely friendly and welcoming. The environment is very clean and inviting, perfect for enjoying a quick treat or coffee. The pastries were absolutely delicious- fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell a lot of care and attention goes into their products. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for quality treats and excellent service!

A Delightful Treat in Plano! I recently visited the Paris Baguette location in Plano and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The star of my visit was the yummy mango flavor cake. It was incredibly light, fresh, and had the perfect balance of sweet, fruity flavor without being overwhelming. It's definitely a must-try if you love mango! To go with the cake, I ordered the seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte, and it was fantastic. It was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced—just the right thing for a cozy fall treat. The cafe itself was clean, bright, and had a great selection of other beautiful pastries and breads. The staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area and looking for a delicious dessert or a great cup of coffee!

First time customer; bringing our granddaughter for a Sunday morning treat... she says it's her fav place! She's right; this place is amazing!! From the moment you walk inside, you're transported somewhere Devine... Paris, perhaps?? The colorful pastry's, the awakening fragrance of all the baked goods and coffee, the inviting decor, and the excitement of some place new; why not... here we go..... You grab a tray, a pair of tongs, and you serve yourself... take your time, all items are clearly marked (description and cost), there's no secrets! You then pay the cashier for the items on your tray and grab a table. The pastry was as delicious as it was beautiful... so fresh, flaky, and baked to perfection! One visit ... your taste buds will want more! Take your time... you'll want to savor every crumb!! See y'all soon!!

Now open! Fantastic bakery in East Plano Corner of Ave K ( Hwy 5 ) and Parker Rd. Well lit glass cases feature a huge selection of delicious goods. Desserts , sandwiches, quiches, and fresh baked breads. Nice dining facility and easy order counter. It’s truly a feast for your eyes with the aroma of fresh bakery. Tried croissant sandwich and donuts today. Perfect flavors. Dine in or take out this should be on your must try list .

Google
So happy to have this here! The smell of fresh bread and so many desserts is awesome! Everything we had was delicious and it’s fall so all the pumpkin stuff is out right now! This is gonna be problematic for me since I absolutely love desserts. I can’t wait to come back - I’ll be sure to tell everyone about it! Thank you PB for coming to Plano!

Have been waiting for this to open since i drive past it daily. Finally came and was happy to see all the selections. The prices are on the high side, for sure. There wasn’t a wait and there were plenty of staff but no one was being too helpful to guide customers as to how to pick out what they want. Got my items to go and they were very good. If you use the app there are some good coupons and that helped with the price. It won’t be an all the time place, but nice for once in awhile. Their iced pistachio latte was very good and on par with other coffee shops.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Stacey and Chi make really good coffee! We got the seasonal coffees and they are yummy!! They have the best bakery food too! Reminds me of eating at a cafe in Paris

Yelp
A bit on the pricey side, but overall a great experience. My strawberry smoothie was absolutely delicious, and my friend really enjoyed her mango smoothie as well. The atmosphere and ambience were great -- bright, clean, and welcoming. They have a wonderful selection of pastries, all beautifully displayed and very tempting. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the visit even more pleasant. While the prices are a little higher than expected, the quality and presentation make it worth it. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area and want a nice treat or a relaxing café vibe.

Yelp
Since we really enjoy the Allen location we've been watching this location and anticipating it's opening for some time. We gave it a couple weeks after opening before stopping in for a visit. The overall floor plan is much bigger than the Allen location, with much more indoor seating. The trade-off, there is no patio seating, just two or three random tables out front. At first glance the inside is so pretty, clean and the menu boards over the counter are easy to read and understand. The disappointing part for us was the selection of tasty treats. While the Allen location is smaller the selection of food is far greater. Here, there is one enclosed pastry case which contains both the sweet and savory items. Therefore, the selection was significantly smaller. Also surprising is the napkins, sugars, and silverware are far from the counter and hidden from view. I had to ask after walking the floor twice and still couldn't find it. AND the space for these items seems like an afterthought, not a space to set your drink or food down and grab what you need. Finally...I use the app for loyalty points and deals. I had a deal in the app that CLEARLY stated, if I spent more than $5 on pastries I would get a Medium iced OR hot coffee + any syrup + any milk choice (dairy free included) FREE. I read the fine print twice to make sure of the details. So when I ordered almost $20 in pastries and a medium iced coffee with almond milk, the computer wouldn't recognize the deal code. She called her manager over and he told me it was for a free medium hot coffee, black. "I'm sorry" I said, "please read the deal. it CLEARLY states hot OR iced, any milk, etc. He said the deal was wrong. WHAAT?! I was clearly irritated and kindly suggested they remove the deal if it is not for what it states. I asked him to remove the drink all together from my order. At that moment my drink is placed on the counter. When I first ordered it, someone heard the order and began making it, not realizing the fiasco at the register. When the manager saw it he said "fine, give it to her". I haven't been back. The kids and I both agreed, even before the mess at the register, that this location offers much fewer food (both sweet & savory) options and we like the outdoor option at the Allen location. The fiasco with the clearly stated deal for LOYALTY members was the nail in the coffin for me returning to this location.

Yelp
Service: We went on a Thursday morning and this place was not very busy at all! Everyone that worked there was super friendly. They greeted us when we walked in and checked in on us when we were ready to check out to make sure that everything went well. Ambiance: Gorgeous interiors! Lots of floor to ceiling windows that let in a lot of natural light. Plenty of seating available for those that want to relax or work in the cafe. Food: There were a lot of sweet pastries available, but also some savory options, too! They also had fresh baked sliced bread and baguettes available. I love that there is a new yummy cafe so close to me! I will definitely come back again and check out additional menu items!

Yelp
First time trying this place and it's a chain so didn't have high expectations. Got the strawberry mochi donut, croissant donut and chocolate ganache cake. Favorite for me was the croissant donut with flaky layers and a citrus filling. The cake wasn't too sweet and had defined layers. Strawberry mochi donut was soft but artificial tasting. A bit pricey imo for okay pastries. Lots of variety though!

Yelp
Went to try this newly opened (2 weeks ago) bakery franchised in East Plano next to HMart. I ordered large Cafe Mocha, Croissant Donuts and wifey got NY Cheesecake. The Lavazza coffee is outstanding. Their croissant donut and cheesecake are delicious. Although their baked goods and pastries are pricey, but it's fresh and good quality. Serving staff are helpful and knowledgeable. This is the most spacious PBakery cafe that I've been to. Lots of parking, too.

Yelp
I love the pastries here and always enjoy trying different treats when I visit the bakery. I think their pastries are a bit over priced. The ambiance of the bakery is great though - spacious, clean, welcoming, and family friendly. I gave this location 3 stars because the staff didn't really seem to know what they were doing. Maybe it's too early on because it is a new location and everyone is still learning the ropes, but appts of service was kind of slow and staff just looked confused when I was there.

Yelp
This may be the most spacious Paris Baguette I've been to but I feel like they have a smaller selection of pastries or maybe just cause I came at an odd hour. I wanted to try their pistachio latte with 2% but they ran out of that milk so I opted for soy instead. It's not bad but it lacks that extra umph of cow's milk ;). The ladies behind the counter are efficient and very helpful. I'm glad to have 2 PB now around me.

Yelp
Went here for the grand opening and was pleasantly surprised by the selection of desserts and sandwiches. This is a chain so, not authentically Paris-understandable since our foods are processed differently here. But, still worth a visit for delicious ham and cheese baguettes. The cafe is decorated cute, you grab a tray, grab tongs, and paper to place your buffet style items on tray. Excellent selection of baked goods, fruit tarts, Dubai chocolate mochi donuts, pastries, salads, breads, and sandwiches. They have Korean style food too. It's a diverse assortment of goods. Checkout is easy, once you made your selections, you go to counter and order a coffee or cakes. Staff were happy and excited to help get me checked out and get me a slice of cake. I ordered a lavender iced, matcha coffee that was pretty good. My family loved the Dubai chocolate mochi, and I enjoyed the ham&cheese baguette sandwich that I heated at home. Yummy-toasted. Overall, good place, it is busy and the pastries are pretty. Went back again and enjoyed the ham, egg, and bacon croissant. My family made me return for Dubai mochi. Conversation at counter was good and concerning. I sympathized with service workers because People need to be more mindful of their children. Don't let your children throw trash all over the floor and not pick up after them? I don't understand this disrespect? Also, they told me teens dashed in/grabbed tons of pastries and ran out! Makes you realize why things are expensive. We will be back and can't wait to try their salads and prosciutto baguette sandwich.

Yelp
I've tried this place on the east coast and was excited to see it here in Plano. They use Lavazza coffee which is one of my go to coffees. Freshly made treats and breads that the bakers start making at 1AM according to the GM. My coffee, warmed hame and cheese croissant and danish were great. My heart is happy. The staff was friendly and they are still learning the ropes but aren't we all?

Yelp
Pastry's were amazing, decor on point, and atmosphere wonderful. Went for the first time today and I am in love with the intentionality. Love this spot.

Yelp
if you're looking to pick up a high-quality pastry and a great cup of coffee, that's quick inconvenient. This is the place price is a reasonable service is fine. Ambience is great if you're looking to pick up a sandwich selections are unlimited.

Yelp
I've been looking forward to this place opening since I've heard good things about the other locations. We stopped in around lunchtime. They have a large assortment of pastries and baked goods but also lots of sandwiches, breads and other items. There is also a full coffee menu. Food Quality & Taste: We tried 6 different items. Prices ranged from $3.29 up to $9.99 in the pastry case. We paid $30 for the 6 items. 3 of the items were very similar in regard to taste & quality to something you would purchase at any corner donut shop. They were definitely not exceptional or worth the high markup. The 3 items that stood out were the strawberry croissant, the donut croissant and the mocha croissant. All 3 were good tasting but still on the expensive side. Customer Service & Employees: Customer service was nonexistent. No one greets you, smiles at you or engages you. You would think at a store that has just opened, the employees would at least have some initial courtesy & excitement, but no. Not a single employee smiled or was engaging in any way. To the owner, I recommend just replacing the employees with a robot and kiosk as that would've been more pleasant to interact with. Location: They picked a very odd spot for this store. I wish it was closer to downtown Plano so maybe it would have more charm. Unfortunately, this spot has an Asian market on one side and a Fiesta on the other with all the usual stores you see around these types of businesses in the parking lot. Not great and not easy to get in and out of. I'm debating trying this location once more but I'm not sure it's worth it.

Liz L.

Yelp
I've been to this location at least five times now, and honestly, the service just doesn't match the prices. I've been to Paris Baguette in Korea, and the difference in service is night and day. The staff here aren't rude, but they are slow, unsure, and not really trained to ask if you want a drink or if you're using the app. For a business trying to grow, that kind of basic customer service should be a priority. It also feels like there's a lot of staff turnover, which might explain the inconsistency. The space is beautiful, but tables are rarely cleaned, even when it's not busy. I usually end up wiping mine down myself, which is frustrating for a place that looks this nice. Now, the pastries are great, no complaints there. Most of the sandwiches are solid too, but the tuna one doesn't compare to the one at 85°C. And it's hard to believe they were completely sold out of all sandwiches by 1 PM on a Friday. That just seems like poor planning. The cakes are not that great. They tend to melt quickly unless you eat them right away. Drinks have been decent. I recently ordered the prosciutto, fig, and goat cheese pizzetta, and the way it was packaged totally ruined it. The balsamic glaze made everything stick to the wax paper, and most of the toppings peeled off when I tried to eat it. For the price, that really shouldn't happen. Bottom line: the food is mostly good, but the service and organization need serious improvement. It feels more like a management issue than anything else.

Yelp
I bought some cakes and ice Americano. The girl straight poured hot coffee over ice and said it was ice americano. Other staff was telling her that's not ice americano but she didn't care. When I said that's not iced americano she played dumb and said what do you mean. Entire staff seems to be run with bunch of high school kids without proper training and no Korean managers to be found. Won't be coming here again

Omega M.

Yelp
I love the good times and so much to choose from, but I wish the staff would watch as I got my drink drank from. didn't notice it as I grabbed it from the counter. was a large hot coffee drink supposed to be missing 3 oz. from it?

Bella F.

Yelp
We went early on Saturday and got to see all the goodies they offered! It's a bit pricey but compatible with other bakeries. The vibes were Parisian with the colors and servers.

Robert S.

Yelp
We went there the second day after they opened. The selection was okay, not great, but acceptable. The quality of the baked goods was good. They are very expensive for what you get. There is a competing bakery a couple miles away and they have a much larger selection of baked goods at a better price.
