Love the place for the food and way it looks. Very clean , great assortment of pastries and sandwiches. Drinks also very good. The downside is seating. Room for seating outside and in. But the actual chairs for seating are horrible. Hard wood chairs inside. Like they don't want people to stay. But they should. If people stay. They come in order, and then most likely order something else. Chairs need to be upgraded , welcoming and PADDED. Next door at Cafe 86. They have comfortable seating. Do you want people to want to go there or come to you.

I am thankful for this place. Great service and the best food and coffee. Makes my day better!

Esmeralda was super sweet! She gave us so many recommendations & really took her time to provide service. She was such a delight especially the fact that she worked on Thanksgiving. Thank you Esmeralda for your service to provide an amazing coffee to all coffee lovers on the holidays!

I was craving a doughnut, an I'm unfamiliar with the area .So I typed into Google an they sent me to Paris Baguette 🥰. It is so deliciouss you can taste the freshness everytime honestly!. I still haven't done it an need to do it before I go again ,apparently if you download the app you get a free pastry, an on your birthday to💝.

Small size of Pairs Baguette. I didn't like the fact that they had a small selection for breads. The staff looked like teenagers and didn't really have customer service. No thank you or have a nice day. They didn't know how to pack the breads I bought. I also thought they put the breads in plastic bags, but I guess they don't now?

The place is always very clean and nice. The staffs were also very friendly. I really like their cakes, it’s not too sweet. I usually don’t have time to eat breakfast so I would buy a couple of the bread or croissant they have and just keep it home.

They have fresh bake patries and cake! As well, fresh brew coffees. Organic and fresh! It would be similar to Porto's, but this place is more like closer and faster. Staffs/Bakers/Baristas very friendly. Clean and neat!

Great place, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. One of those places where you can enjoy a peaceful time while enjoying your meals. Everything was well made and very fresh.

Came here at around 6pm a couple nights ago! There was still a lot of pastries and stuff around so it was really nice. We got a slice of cake and a couple of pastries from the self service area. The cake wasn't that good, but that could be personal preference! The cookie and chocolate croissant were delicious. Customer service was okay, they seemed like they wanted to go home, but don't we all? Overall we will probably return to try other cakes that sounded good to us. We tried the chocolate ganache one this time. Wasn't a fan of the crunchy bottom.

I went to Paris Baguette west covina since I was in the area and had a few rewards from the app that were close to expiring, so I decided why not stop by and get my mom and myself a pastry. After arriving we noticed the place was pretty quiet which seemed strange for it being the middle of the day on a Saturday afternoon. But after a look behind the bar I saw a potential reason, that being that the bar itself was kind of a mess and multiple machines were in disrepair. After picking out out pastries 2 total, we went to the register and were informed by the gentleman working it that they had a NEW RULE and that only 1 reward can be used PER STORE PER DAY. And that if we wanted to use a second reward to get both pastries that we would need to go to a different location. We'll the only other locations nearby are Brea and Diamondbar, and we weren't about to make a drive like that just to get a single pastry. In all the experience was pretty upsetting considering there are no signs anywhere that state that this new rule is a thing at all. Including on the App itself. It must be a rule unique to this store and if that's the case then Corporate should probably take a look into things because it just seems very odd that they are basically refusing to allow people to use their earned rewards, and telling them they need to go somewhere else yo use more than 1.

This bakery has a really nice vibe, but both the pastries and drinks are lacking. I'm disappointed. It's not terrible, but I don't think it's worth the drive if you live farther than five minutes away.

Update: I reached out through the email that was given but never got a response. I also went again for a cappuccino because I stopped ordering the chai latte and sometimes they make it or sometimes they say the machine is off already. My thing is why is it off before closing? I was told they turn off the machine at the 10:30. But yet there's been a few times they have served me one past 10:30. What's on the menu should be available until closing. If not just change your hours of operation.

I just came for the macrons. No disappointment. Service was good. Open late. Came here after having the worst ramen ever across the street at "70's saga". So I needed a sweet treat lol They also have sandwiches, pastries, drinks and other snacks. Prices are fair and plenty of parking. Keep this one short. Thanks for the delicious macrons. Plenty of options too. Keep up the good work!

Wow! This place is huge and has so much food and it's 6pm. I am overly impressed with the abundance of selection late in the day. There's an eating area when you first walk in then all the pastries and sandwiches as you turn right. Everything looks amazing and the ambiance is pleasant. The cashier was friendly and quick in service. This is a very nice bakery to visit and I highly recommend coming here.

What a beautiful bakery. As soon as you walk in it smells so good. They have an amazing selection of baked goods. They have sandwiches, pastries, and cakes. I first tried Paris Baguette a few months back and I was surprised to how good it was. My sister in law brought the exact same cake I purchased and I wanted more. It was my Husband's birthday and I had to come in and get him a cake. We are so big on pastries that I had to get some of those too. The cake selection they have is astounding. I wanted to take all of them home. I went ahead and got the Mixed Berries Soft cake and it's just the perfect size too. This is my new cake spot and I'm going to continue coming. The service was very good and the location is extremely clean. I felt welcomed and appreciated when I walked in. I was very pleased. If you haven't yet stop by and grab some pastries, lunch or a cake everything is ready for you. I give them 10 stars stop by and show some love.

The food and all the bread are very delicious here. They have a good amount of variety for everyone to try. I enjoy their baked goods more than other similar bakery chains. Today's visit, however, was disappointing. I chose the curry croquette bread and went to the cashier to pay. I noticed cashier charge it as the crab croquette and I told him it was the curry one just to confirm. He told me the one I grabbed was crab not curry because of the sesame seeds. I listened to him and went back to switch the bread. I come home and was excited to eat it, but very disappointed when I took my first bite and it ended up being the crab croquette instead... Cashier ended up being wrong and my original choice was correct. 3 stars because they are lucky I do not have a seafood allergy or else that could have been bad...

This Paris Baguette location is very spacious, offering all sorts of desserts and cute cakes. We went to try the Egg Salad Sandwich and the Crab Salad Sandwich, which were both fantastic and flavorful. Then we also tried the Very Berry Pastry and the Coffee Danish; both were tasty and not too sweet. Service was fast and efficient.

By now, I can say I am a LOYAL customer to Paris Baguette. I really love their fresh pastries and their sandwiches. This visit, I got many of their delicious sweet bread, Choux cream bread Butter cream bread Walnut cream bread Sweet potatoes cream bread Chocolate cream bread All of them were really indulgent. My top one was the walnut cream bread which was so scrumptious I also bought many sandwiches; Provence chicken Pesto Baguette , Turkey apple brie Baguette, Pastrami Havarti Baguette. I love the freshness and the flavor of their sandwiches. The Grilled chicken cesar salad  included salad, avocado, eggs, cheese and grilled chicken. It was delicious & humongous. Paris Baguette offers a reward program which is very cool. The employees are very friendly and the service is always fast. It is a great place to try if you are in the neighborhood. You will enjoy the freshness of their pastries,  sandwiches and more!

I enjoyed their chicken salad sandwich. They had a lot of different sandwiches to choose from and they all looked delicious. They were well staffed and the service was great! The ambiance was great and very welcoming .

WOW!! i did not know something this awesome was so close! we are blessed to have this bakery here in west covina!! my initial impression is a much higher quality 85°C. everything is behind refrigerated casing and the pastries look so well put together and delicious. i really appreciated the quality of the pastries i tried and would love to get a cake here as well. the staff here is so sweet and patient. it was my moms and i'd first time and the team member was willing to answer any questions and did it all with a smile! truly a star in customer service. the restaurant was so cute and felt very upscale. i feel for the price point of the pastries including quality and the experience it was a great price. so happy to have stopped in. i recommend stopping in for a nice box of pastries or maybe a quick healthy meal with one of their fresh sandwiches. i will definitely be back

I usually go to the PB in DB, but since I was closer to this one today, I decided to give this location a try. So...FYI Google maps takes you to the apartment complex that PB is at, but around the corner from the actual location. I parked my car where the maps said it was, but I ended up having to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND to Glendora Ave., where the actual store front is. But that was fine by me....need to burn some calories before I eat up all the goods... Upon entry, there was a wide variety of pastries in the cases, more varieties than I've seen at the DB location. They had all the usual items I see, but they also had something called a Hash Brown Bread that looked neat. When I cut it open, not only was there a hash brown, but there was cheese and a thin slice of meat, not sure if it was ham or turkey, but definitely a breakfast-y type of bun. The cases against the wall had fruit flies in there. When the manager noticed me trying to shoo the flies away, she just nonchalantly said, "Oh yeah, the fruit flies want the fruit" and walked away. Not sure why if they know there's fruit flies in their food displays, they don't try to stop the problem. I'm not into flies buzzing around on my food and risking them laying eggs in my buns or whatever, so I immediately left those cases and moved on to the cases in the middle of the shop. I also picked up one of their seasonal drinks to try - cold brew with caramel soft cream. OMG, it's so good. But I needed a straw to drink it, as the soft cream is so thick I couldn't get any of the cold brew to come through as I was sipping through the lid. Good service, plenty of seating, and good drinks. But I'd be weary of buying their buns as you will likely find a fruit fly in it.

Not bad, staff made flat whites for the first time and they were way too hot better than bring too cold I guess. It took them a while to make even though there was nobody else to serve. Probably because they were heating up the drinks for so long. Unfortunately they were so hot we couldn't really enjoy them with our pastries. Otherwise the place is fine, relatively clean and easy to access with openly available parking.

This PB doesn't have that many selection of bread and pastries, but they make it up with having nice customer service. PB croissant is always a solid choice. The husband loves the twisted-stick-thingy, coffee or chocolate is excellent. For savory option, there is pizza bread for like 4 bucks. They also have lunch sandwiches in the refrigeration. The sliced cakes are massive. Well worth the 8 bucks. It looks fancy and yummy. Mochinut is opening right next door. PB has a sign right in front door, saying they also sell mochi donut. Bold. Restroom available with key from cashier at the counter. There are seats and tables inside.

This location was kind of tricky to find. It's located outside an apartment complex. It is clean and organized inside. A lot cakes and patries available. We had the following: * Matcha Motchi Donut - Yummy! Although it tasted the same to the ones that had tried before. * Iced Café Latte - Good and light flavor for me. * Caprese Baguette - Healthy, fresh and filling. * Parmesan Chicken Bacon Panini - Good sandwich. It was a lot for me, so I saved the other half for to go. Customer service was good. Download the app to get rewards such as a free drink (on your birthday), free coffee or pastry. :)

My second time here & this time I enjoyed the ham & cheese croissant and the good variety of sandwiches. Good service. Clean place. Highly recommended.

It is a nice cafe like setting. We came here because my friend wanted some coffee after we treated him to lunch so he wanted to treat us to some bakery. I do not know exactly what i had but we broke off pieces to difference breads and pastries, all pretty good but we were already full from lunch.

Bought a blueberry chiffon birthday cake late in the afternoon to celebrate mom's birthday, planning to eat it after dinner. I got home within 15 minutes and immediately put the cake in the refrigerator. When we were ready to eat the cake after dinner, we found that the fruit on the cake had grown mold. Very disappointed.

Restaurant always clean and organized. Employees both very helpful, friendly, and patient with all my questions. I tried the pizza bread, raspberry tart, sweet potato bread, macaroons, and the egg salad sandwich. The egg salad sandwich was a little over spiced with dill. The pizza bread and sweet potato bread are a must try!!! Yum! My toddler loved the macaroons. Will definitely return!

Top notch bakery delights and crunch meter on the ham and cheese croissant is above and beyond delicious ! The team at Paris Baquette were helpful and a joy to chat with! We decided to stay and enjoy our baked goods and enjoy the scenery with peace ! Best Hazelnut coffee OMG!!

Stopped by during the night, there were no lines and luckily most of the stuff I wanted was stocked. I had a salted caramel macaron and it tasted pretty stale without flavor. The service was great I was helped out by the girl with dimple piercings and she was so kind and very patient with me. Hope to be back soon

Cake and pastry are tasty but the service is not good. Lots of employees are new and under training. The lady was helping on the day I placed the order, she said 3days prior to the pick up date. I emphasized twice that I called before, someone said 2 days is fine. Finally she confirmed with another guy, 2days is right. On the pickup date, they even didn't give me the knife And folks. Usually we get the knife at least from other stores. So be aware of their service.

Nice variety of goodies to choose from, a delicious cup of coffee. Service was adequate and a clean interior. Overall a decent place to stop.

People are very helpful and nice. They should just encourage or bring up to customers that if they download the app on their cellphone they will get rewarded. I have been buying on this location for a year or so and i did not know they have the app. Cakes here are really good, not too sweet which is perfect.

I like how they are open later. The cakes were delicious I highly recommend the chocolate ganache cake and the rainbow cake. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Server was polite and quick.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by my today's experience at Paris Baguette. This visit significantly lacked in both customer service and integrity. Upon my attempt to redeem a free coffee using a promotional code, I encountered immediate issues. The staff's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Initially, one employee suggested that I download the store's app to resolve the issue. I complied, hoping this would allow me to redeem the coffee, but to my dismay, the problem persisted even after downloading the app. This situation was not just about a malfunctioning code; it was significantly exacerbated by the staff's poor handling of the matter. They displayed a clear lack of concern and responsibility. What was most disheartening was the realization that the store lacked the sincerity in honoring its promotional code. This is not just a failure in service but also a breach of trust and integrity. Moreover, this visit wasn't my first unsatisfactory experience at this establishment. On a previous visit, I purchased a cake that was far from fresh, a basic expectation from a reputed bakery. This not only speaks to the declining quality of their products but also suggests a disregard for the standards one would expect from Paris Baguette. Comparatively, Porto's is much better, in food quality, price and sevice. As a result of this experience, I have decided to never return to Paris Baguette. I would encourage others to patronize establishments like Porto's, where customer respect and service integrity are a priority.

I love this place! Very clean and put together. Parking was easily accessible in the side of the building. When I came in the morning everything was just coming out and smelled amazing. Coffee had a nice chocolatey flavor without that weird acidic taste you get in some other coffees. Service was fast! They opened up another cash register line when they saw it was getting a little busy. I will keep coming back! 5 stars :)

Yummy cakes and bread! Went here before Xmas so i dont have to fight the crowd at another bakery.

I live at the colony so it's very convenient I personally love their rainbow cake as well as breads and the hash brown ham and cheese one is great if you need something to grab and go . of course it's right downstairs so Convenient however they do change staff often and like some comments have mentioned depending on the worker the vibe just isn't there no warm hello And I've had lack of acknowledgement several times while walking in . I've seen bread on a rack and they have still wanted to charge full price after it being out in the open I just don't feel welcomed .

On 06.26.23 1930, I went to purchase some pastries for work. While picking out my favorite things in the middle section, I noticed a little fly in the first section of pastries. Upon walking around to the middle salad and sandwiches section, more people came in. A woman opened the last section of pastries and was waving her hands really fast and hard. I was confused but continued to watch her and as she waved her hands closer to the croissants, three little flies flew up from the croissants. I was immediately grossed out and worried about the cleanliness of the establishment. Additionally, it is almost night time, so how could all those flies be inside with the pastries unbeknownst to the workers. I told the girl at the register that I will not be purchasing the items I picked out due to the flies. She did not seem apologetic or affected. I just read the previous reviews and noticed the flies situation has been going on for months. Very disgusting that it hasn't been remedied or seemingly addressed. If this is how the front looks like, I can only fathom how the back looks like, where the public can't see. Will never come back here and have already informed my friends.

Sooo good! One of my favorite places to eat! Everytime we come to West Covina it's a must to eat here! The Gourmet Baguette Sandwiches are so yummy, it makes me do my happy dance. Get them heated up! The cake slices are so delicious and light. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!

I love the desserts at this place. They have such a great variety of different types. Be ready to spend some money. Because it is a little pricey but it is so worth it, the quality is just amazing. I love the customer service there, they're very polite. They're very quick, they are very knowledgeable. And they absolutely know what they are talking about. I do recommend them, everything is very neat, very clean, so worth the wait.

I've been wanting to try this place but was always intimidated when I pass by at Westfield Santa Anita (but it closed down...) Stopped by last night. There were a lot of pastries left even though we came late at night. (I wonder what they do with all their leftovers? Save it for next day?!) So many delicious and pretty pastries BUT man, they are pricey compared to other bakeries. The strawberry croissant was ok. Wish they had more custard. Cream Pan in Tustin is a lot cheaper and way better than this. (In my opinion) Other than that, I don't think I would come back. Too pricey when I can go to Portos or 85 degrees

I was very disappointed by this place, the pastry looks good but taste bad. I tried the croissant and donuts filled with cream . The donut taste bad and it's very very oily, I told the employee there , no reaction and no action was taken. Almost 6 $ went to trash . No way I'm coming back.

Picked up some goodies: Mochi raspberry, and mochi matcha donuts, strawberry lemon croissant pastry and a raspberry pastry, a couple of baguettes and a bunch of macarons. Everything tasted great. The bakery was quiet so I was able to take my time and browse. The staff were real patient and friendly too. Price is on the higher side but I would probably return to try their rainbow cake, is so pretty!

I bought the green tea strawberry cake and for a whole cake it was around $45. The cake was absolutely delicious and the cake was soft and not too sweet!

I love Paris Baguette in West Covina. I go every morning for ice coffee and pastry for my office across the street. Michelle takes such good care of me. I also appreciate Priscilla, Heaven, Robin, Cynthia and Josh. The bakers always wave and kid with us when they are on break. The staff is very accommodating. If you ask and describe what you want, they will make it.

The cappuccino cake was really yummy. Everyone who tried it really liked it. The cake was moist, had a good balance of the mocha flavor/butter cream. 4/5 stars because the cake was smaller than other cakes for the price point.

I almost come everyday for the double espresso w/ steam oakmilk... and Michelle is the best，she's the one who makes it for me all the time. I love this place b/c they are very friendly and nice.

Priscilla and Devin has been exceptional! They both have gone out of their way to make sure my drink or food has been personally brought to my table while I do work without asking. I also notice how intuitive they are to their customers, making sure they greet with a smile that I can see through their masks. One of the cleanest and friendliest establishments in West Covina, as a customer I see these two as an integral part of Paris baguette. Cherry on top: the food and coffee are superb! Devin has been making my morning coffees with perfection! Priscilla always presents with a neighborly welcome when greeting my family members and I.

Driving by, I saw that this was a baguette place. I love baguettes, so I pulled in to go check it out. Customer service was horrible. No one even acknowledged that we were here! I walked around to see what they had and everything looked like it was at least a day old. They had no baguettes at all. There refrigerated section, it had packaged sandwiches that you can get it at gas station. I did also notice some tiny gnats flying around. Not my kind of place whatsoever. I would rather go down the street a little further to Panera or Porto's! For this yelp reviewer, Paris baguette missed the spot!

Went in for a afternoon snack. We ordered 3 different pastries. One of them had a burnt sugar taste and it was soggy. Very disappointed. Nothing special for such high priced bakery. Other locations are much better.

Ran in here late afternoon last week for a last minute birthday cake. Place was calm and peaceful and CLEAN. Shelves and section where the salads and sandwiches belong were neat. Selection of cakes was amazing. I was even able to get happy birthday candles.

Ordered the green tea strawberry cake and it was delicious. The cake feed atleast 8 people and the price was fair around $45. The cake itself had a good green tea flavor and the strawberry's inside were sweet and fresh. Definitely recommend people to try this cake out.

The cake is delicious and nice.. specially the man that work at closing shift ( march 23, 2023).. he is super kind and humble... the place is clean.. for sure will back to this place again...

Im a resident at The Colony Of Lakes, this convenient Paris Baguette location works wonders for myself and my son. The staff is always so friendly and willing. I would like to highlight a few staff members who not only cover my needs as a consumer, but they go above and beyond to cater to my son. Priscilla & Michelle, they are both awesome baristas, but not only that they are amazing, kind hearted people. The service they provide as a business is something I would love and admire in my staff. My daily visit helps me when I need my caffeine, or just a friendly smile to get through my work day. I work remote and it awesome to get some human stimulation from these two amazing women. I'll end with this, service is from the heart and not only these awesome woman, but the whole staff at this location are a blessing.
