⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Experience at Paris Banh Mi! From the moment we walked in, the owner and the sweet lady who helped us with our order made us feel truly welcomed. Their kindness and hospitality set the tone for an amazing visit. The drinks were outstanding the fresh-pressed sugarcane juice was unbelievably refreshing, and the artichoke tea was so soothing and flavorful. You can really taste the quality and care they put into everything. But the best part? The food! The combo bánh mì was packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and so fresh. And the combo phở… absolutely delicious! Rich broth, generous toppings, and cooked to perfection. Everything from the service to the drinks to the food was top-notch. Paris Banh Mi has definitely become one of our favorite spots, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing Vietnamese flavors with warm, genuine service! 💛✨

Picked up an order of Grilled Pork Banh Mi & an order of Shrimp Spring Rolls at the drive-thru today, a Sunday. Freshest Spring Rolls ever!!! Grilled Pork Banh Mi was very tasty & big - 10 inches; next time I’ll ask for extra cilantro. AND they had Jasmine tea -hot or cold. I was one happy lady. Definitely will be back. Telephone & drive-thru service was super friendly. Prices were very reasonable too.

I went here with my family for breakfast and we were not disappointed. The man that was helping us out was very polite. I saw that they had korean corn dogs and got one because I was craving it. It was one of the best Korean corn dogs I've ever had. It had an amazing cruch while also not being to dry. There was this really pleasant soft texture on the inside, without being soggy. It was the perfect Korean corn dog for me. Would recommend.

I LOVE this family owned family run place! Delicious Banh Mi and AWESOME teas/drinks! They juice fresh sugar cane and make a wonderful kumquat sugar cane drink. EVERY TIME I’m in Katy I try to stop in!

Tried their sandwiches for the first time today. I got the banh mi dac biet w/ extra mayo & pate and it was so freaking good! I love that they use long bread and don’t skimp on the meat. The service was really good too. I peeked inside and the shop looked super cute. Definitely my new go-to spot for banh mi! 🤤

Stopped in for lunch on a quiet day. Food was good, nice and clean restaurant, no issues there. But, I kept looking at my wife about 10 times when all we could hear before the food came out, was a microwave running, opening and closing constantly (lol). For the love of all that is pure, at least attempt to hide the microwave sounds. It echos thru the whole restaurant, which is small and compact. The food was great/good, but we probably won’t return realizing we can just make this at home…in the microwave.

Love the shiny and fun atmosphere in Paris Bahn Mi. The mirror horse is really unique. Great for selfies. The children love the Korean Corn dogs and my husband gets the Bahn Mi with extra meat. Daughter loves the milk tea with Cheese Foam and tapioca. My favorite is the pork vermicelli bowl. Great prices for excellent food. Stop by and try it out.

My son and I stopped by after church for lunch. He ordered chicken strips and fries, and I ordered a sandwich. The food was really tasty, but what made it a great experience was the service was super kind. We got a good price for all the food and the drinks. The staff were very kind. We would be glad to come back again.

I heard about this place but never visited, until now. The inside was pretty cute a good place to study or hang out. It is quite spacious and has a classy but chill vibe to it. The gentlemen at the counter was also very helpful in recommending what to order. Let me start by stating the pate was phenomenal. I got the combo bahn mi and I'm still thinking about that pâté. The combo burger on the other hand was okay, a little small, but I felt like the bahn mi was the highlight.

Paris Bahn Mi is our favorite for Bahn Mi if we don't make it to Alpha Bakery in Hong Kong Market. Their location is nice and clean and the service is always friendly. The sandwiches always taste fresh. We checked this place out about a months ago and have come back 3 times because it's so good! I think it beats out even the options we have in Katy Asia town. So please support them. They are so good!

Came in to chill and get some work done and eat. Unfortunately for me, on the day I came in the AC was broken so it was really hot but there was a fan. I know this is out of the restaurants control but it made my visit a little unpleasant. The sandwich was amazing and the fries were okay. The staff were friendly as well. It's a nice cafe to eat and bring your laptop if you'd like. I'd visit again and hopefully the AC is fixed lol

This place is very cute inside, they have a drive through and the staff is super sweet. We tried the bubble waffle, pork Bahn mi, the sausage dog and the passion fruit slushy. Everything was delicious. The service is great but please remember that English may not be the native language to the staff so just try to be patient, polite and make sure your order is correct before they start making your food to avoid getting the wrong thing. I would totally recommend stopping by for a snack if you're in the area!

What a cute little place! It should be way more busy than what it was, but I did come at a random time. It smelled so good when I walked in the door. The Vietnamese coffee was delicious.

The drinks are very good, but too expensive! $26 for 3 boba drinks is a bit steep, and their tip options are outrageously high. They ask for a $5 tip on top? $31 dollars for 3 drinks is crazy.

We ordered online for takeout but they have a good amount of indoor seating. The sandwiches were good however we asked for one of them without jalapeños but it still had jalapeños in it. Spring rolls were okay. We got shrimp only spring rolls but it didn't have much shrimp in it. Egg rolls were good. The bubble waffle wasn't great. They were more like a cakey texture and they were very dry. Not how bubble waffles usually are. We already paid for our order ahead of time but found out upon arrival that they were out of two of the things we ordered so they offered to replace with items that were the same price. Although not a completely bad experience, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back here.

I've been trying to find a place that fill the banh mi up with goodies and not skimpy. This is the place. The banh mi is loaded and long and the price is good. It is flavorful and the bread is baked perfectly. The pho on the other hand is small compared for the price. I was going to order it but my sister got that instead and for a combination I would like to have more choices of meat. They only have meatballs and rare steak as a protein. Service was good and order came out fast.

Plenty of seating and parking. +Extensive menu, but not sure that's a good thing :/ -The pho broth was okay, but I felt a little sleepy and thirsty due to the MSG. -The portion size of the pho is small for the price. -They ran out of forks, so I had to go next door to the Palma de Cera Latin Cuisine restaurant and ask for two forks (I offered $2 but the waitress wouldn't accept my money). -The service was a bit slow and sloppy, but they just opened so I'm sure they're still working some kinks out. -No place to return our trays. Korean semi-self-serve restaurants and IKEA typically have the carts that you return the trays of dirty dishes to. What we ordered: 2 pho rare steak $13.99 each 2 extra side noodles $2.00 each 1 banh mi special combination $7.95 Total: $43.22 post-tax

Pho broth was some of the best I've had. Banh mi was good too. A but on the expensive side.

My first time here, it's really clean, beautiful decor, and friendly customer service. I ordered the Matcha milk tea and a shredded chicken croissant sandwich for breakfast.

Plenty of parking . Plenty of indoor and outdoor seatings . Love the decor & the indoor seating is very clean with nice design . Friendly staff . Spacious place for groups or just solo .

The ambiance here is really nice--it's cozy, clean, and a great spot to sit, sip on some boba, and get work done. However, the service is painfully slow. I ordered a waffle, and it took over 30 minutes to arrive - it was overcooked and blackened. While the drinks and food are generally good in quality, the wait times are a bit much. If you're in no rush and just want to hang out, this place works.

I went here with my sister and daughter. It is a lovely bistro to have a meal. The people there are nice and we got our food in a timely manner. We got pho, regular spring rolls, marinated grilled pork spring rolls, Vietnamese coffee with boba, and milk tea with boba. The pho broth has great depth of flavor. There are some places that you have to really add stuff to make the pho taste good but this was good from the start. The spring's rolls were yummy and viet coffee had a surprising pleasant hint of chocolate. Maybe the extra flavor came from the boba. The place was clean, well lit, and decor is lovely. My teenage daughter enjoyed our time there. We both agreed it is definitely a place we would come back to.

The Special Combination Banh Mi Dac Biet was tasty and loaded with porky goodness, pork roll, jambon and pork BBQ, pork pate, butter mayo, house sauce, jalapenos, cucumber, cilantro, sour carrot and radish. I forgot that Banh mis can be a hot or cold sammy, I prefer a hot one and didn't look close enough, this was a cold one. I also forgot to order a medium fried egg on it. My wife got some really good chicken fried egg rolls which I ate half of. She also enjoyed a bowl of Chicken Pho noodle soup loaded with beef broth, rice noodles, bean sprouts, basil, lime, jalapeno and scallions, cilantro and white onion. The only thing it didn't come with was a decent sized spoon, a tiny plastic "use once" spoon just doesn't cut it. I splurged and enjoyed an iced coffee drink, V2 on the menu, iced milk coffee.

The grilled pork banh mi is delicious, great ambiance also the drinks are great too and they have sugar accommodations, also the Korean corn dogs are soo good! The service is great overall!

Very cute Instagram worthy backdrop. Lots of seating. Very friendly staff. We ordered a combination banh mi and a combination croissant to go. They don't go cheap on the protein. Both sandwiches were good but the lack of flavors with a bit of soy sauce and Sriracha we had at home made it better. We will definitely come back to try their desserts and drinks next time.

I found this place after looking for a banh mi in Katy. Will definitely go back!!! Price was comparable and Banh mi was filled with meats. Really good and much better than other places. A must try, if you haven't!!

Order Chicken Pho at the drive thru. I was shocked to get home and instead of bean sprouts I got a bag of lettuce, a few mint sprouts, 4 bean sprouts and a lime. Usually bean sprouts, cilantro and jalapeño are included at other PHO resteraunt. Also fairly pricy $15 for a bowl. Not sure I will be going back.

The vegetarian banh mi is probably the best in Houston. They don't call it tofu, but it is similar, but with a way better texture and taste, and the sauce is excellent. It is a classic banh mi. The food is consistently fresh, and super friendly staff. The vegetarian spring rolls are also incredible, and the best I've had as well, and a vegan option to boot. Try either one of these two, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Baguette was cold, should be toasted. Egg rolls were not fully cooked. Drive thru took a little long.

Food is great. The French bread is very authentic. My daughter got the Pho which was very good. We got the BBQ sandwiches

Banh Mi is EXCELLENT! The store is super cute! The food is even better! Just ate the grilled pork sandwich and it was by far my favorite in all of Katy! Absolutely delicious! Very flavorful and rich! I ordered 6 sandwiches for the week since they had a sandwich deal. I'm stocked for the week and couldn't be happier. Absolutely delicious. I've tried other banh mi in the Katy area and this is by far the most flavorful! Yum! Definitely will be coming back often!!! Great job, guys!
