From start to finish, Paris Butter delivered an absolutely brilliant dining experience. Every course of the eight-course tasting menu was masterfully crafted, with incredible balance, flavour, and presentation.
The highlights included:
- Beetroot venison – rich, earthy, and beautifully prepared.
- Scampi with butternut and sour cream – a stunning balance of sweetness and acidity.
- Duck with madeira and meringue – a creative and indulgent combination.
- Potato velouté with tsuyu – silky, umami-packed perfection.
- Fish with fermented herb, pancetta, and turnip – delicate yet deeply flavoured.
- Beef with XO and carrot – an incredible savoury depth.
- Cucumber with passionfruit & rhubarb with rose – refreshing, vibrant, and the perfect ending.
Even the breads and kiwi onion butters were exceptional – every element of the meal was thoughtful and executed flawlessly.
Service was impeccable, the pacing was perfect, and the experience as a whole was elevated fine dining at its best. Without question, Paris Butter is a must-visit for any food lover.
Easily a 5-star experience. Would return in a heartbeat!
