This cute, little bakery has all the goodies a girl can ask for. I came here for a graduation cake. I wanted something a little different than your average publix cakes. I found this place not too far from my house called Paris Morning Bakery... I am so delighted! As soon as, you walk in there is an array of colorful pastries from golden fluffy breads, to assorted cakes, to French pastries, and sweet aromatic desserts, including macarons, tiramisu, chocolate mousse and much much more. The presentation made me want to taste everything.
Not only do they sell pastries, they also sell Korean rice bowls, Korean shaved ice desserts. And Bubble teas...
As much as, I wanted to try everything showcased, unfortunately, I had to run in and run out. The lady at the counter was very helpful in helping me select a cake. She described each one in such detail it made it harder for me to choose. I wanted to buy all of them. I ended up going with the red velvet cake. It was too cute to pass on. Shaped and decorated like and apple, and iced with a light whipped cream. The cake was as good as it looked! Everyone of my guests complimented the cake on how moist it was, not too sweet, not too dense, just light, airy, fluffy cake. It was a true chocolate red velvet cake, not the yellow cake with dye in it. I usually love the cream cheese icing with red velvet cake, but the whipped icing was a good touch.
The macarons were looking too colorful and delightful to pass up, so I had to order 2 of them. Absolutely delicious! The only downfall, it was $3.50 a macaron. That's like paying $3.50 for each oreo cookie. Lol
There were a few people there hanging out on their laptops like they were in Starbucks. It seems to be a nice little hangout spot. Needless to say, I will definitely be back to try more desserts.
