Yelp
Came for the strawberry dessert but it was out of season, but here's my experience.
Location: This spot is tucked away. When you find it, you'll love the location. There's a fountain right outside the front door. In the warmer months, they have outdoor seating and open doors to the patio. We visited in winter. So there was a wall of closed glass doors. I love it. There was tons of natural light, I could stare at the fountain. It was great.
Parking was available in a deck behind the restaurant. There was plenty of free parking. Huge plus for me in a metro area.
Service: As soon as we walked in the door, the service was top notch. Everyone who greeted or helped us was super nice. The restaurant was near empty because we came at 11:15. Not sure if that made a difference, but the service was fast and simple.
Walking in, the restaurant was clean and neat. The seating was crowded. Really cool layout with booths, tables, and a pretty large bar.
Food: I had the Garlic Pasta with shrimp. It was delicious. Came with toast. I added a side Caesar salad which was also great.
I don't know exactly what my friend had. She customized one of the sandwiches. It had beef, but the beef came too raw for her liking. Be sure to specify when you order. They remade it quickly without any fuss. (Rare these days.)
The desserts online looked delicious. So we opted for the brownie. To be honest, it was the least impressive part of our visit. The brownie came with ice cream but was cold. The ice cream was not sweet and the brownie was at best ok.
Prices: The prices are a bit high. So, be ready for that. Our lunch (with dessert) was about $65.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience and will definitely return.
