Il Garage is an outdoor Italian restaurant in the garden yard of the Park Ave Restaurant. The setting of this restaurant is a converted garage and a working garden. The wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious. The bread and fresh pressed olive oil alone were worth the trip to this eatery. Go, eat and be merry in this magical setting.

I was pleasantly surprised with the overall food and service here. From the outside the building looks a bit outdated, but it's pleasant inside. I tried three appetizers the burgers smokehouse bacon and deviled eggs, the cauliflower, and the pag crispy greens. For my main meal, I had the grilled flat iron steak with potatoes and chimichurri. Everything was good, I particularly liked the deviled eggs. The portions are not big, but I think they are sufficient.

This was my 1st time dining at Park Ave. We started out with the steak bites over a bed of coleslaw. Definitely not something I would order again. The texture didn't feel right. But then again I'm not a fan of red meat so there you go. Next up were salads. My ceasar had too much dressing and a bit too much pepper but otherwise good. There was only 1 option for chicken so that's what I had. It was delicious and I was happy with it. I was jealous of the beautiful twice baked potatoes on his plate. They were yummy. We dined at the bar so I can't give an account of what the dining area looked like. My loss...

I have never been disappointed with any of the meals I've eaten here. All have been superb! Today's lunch with my sister was so relaxing. I enjoyed the Shrimp Cobb Salad and she loved the Blue Cheese Burger Special which included fries, a shake & Parsnip Soup. We are deliciously stuffed! Thank you chef!

Unique and elegant restaurant. Steaks & Chops are the specialty here. Small bar space. Lengthy alcohol menu. Usually, busy on Friday and Saturday nights - would recommend reservations especially if this is your pick for a special occasion. Not hard on coat & tie policy but don't be wearing daisy duke's and sleeveless shirts. At times they hold special occasions so do your advance research well before your special night. Enjoy your dining experience here, I did and it included dessert!

Came on a Friday night... we were the only ones there. We quickly found out why. As a young couple we enjoy all types of ambiance but this just screamed OLD!! Needs a complete face lift and better energy all together, the music was so low by the time people started filtering in you could only here the other guests chatter. Our waiter wasn't very attentive and they were extremely stingy with the bread... which is a huge pet-peeve... its bread for crying out loud! Anyway, the food, below is the peppered short ribs with a cauliflower risotto; ribs were delicious but peppercorns were still too big, risotto had a funny taste and I love cauliflower. Other dish was rib-eye with a twice baked beautiful potato, both were quite tasty. But for the price and overall experience I would go somewhere else all together.

I hardly ever give a 5 star rating for anything. I like this place though. From the food to the decor and music choices it just does something for me. Check out their outdoor area, gardens and their other seating/restaurant iL Garage.

An actual garden to table dinner right here in the concrete jungle of Orange County. Our table was right at the edge of the garden on a warm, beautiful evening in April. Yummy homemade focaccia with herbs from the garden. A fresh harvest beet appetizer and homemade pasta with fresh vegetables. What a treat.
