I used to come here often in the past. Then we moved and haven't been here since today after a long time we came back to enjoy lunch. The staff is very friendly. However the lunch was everything except enjoyable. I paid over $70 for lunch and ordered the next things: - 1x Orange juice - 1x Strawberry & banana smoothie - 1x Slice of the red velvet cake - 1x Order of fries - 1x Spicy turkey sandwich - 1x Crispy chicken wrap - 1x Steak salad The strawberry & banana smoothie I have send back it tasted very chemical/metallic. They gave me a hot chocolate instead. The Steak salad was really not enjoyable, the meat of the steak was so hard! You could almost say it was like hard plastic you would chew on. That salad is like $19 so NOT worth it! The fries were either really old or the oil they bake it in is really old. The red velvet was still frozen so I asked my money back for that. Honestly this whole place was a disappointment. They are super overpriced for absolutely no reason! Safe your money and go somewhere else.

I ordered a cheese danish, a vanilla latte, and a strawberry smoothie—and honestly, everything hit the spot. The danish was buttery and flaky, the smoothie was super fresh and not too sweet, and the latte was smooth and just the right amount of vanilla. The vibe is cozy and laid-back, perfect for grabbing a bite or sitting with a laptop. It’s a cute neighborhood café that serves breakfast, lunch, and drinks at really fair prices. Service was friendly and quick, even with a steady flow of customers. Park Cafe is one of my favorite spots in West New York! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming — perfect for brunch with friends, getting some work done, or just relaxing with a good cup of coffee. The staff is always friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience having breakfast there. The staff was friendly, and the eggs paired with the potatoes were well-prepared. The only downside was that the latte was scalding, possibly due to the machine. In general, it was a nice stop for a decent breakfast.

A month back I got this amazing Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich (pic attached) and it was phenomenal!! I just visited again now for my second time, so I’m not familiar with the menu, and I asked for their “Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich” to-go. When I got home it was a panini (not what I got last time so I thought they changed their menu) soaked like a wet sponge sitting in sink water :/ Sadly, the panini was horrible to eat, and I only walked five blocks with it so I was shocked at how drenched it was. I’m not sure why the employee didn’t clarify to me there were two of similar sandwiches, that would have sparked me to order the right one, but if you’re ordering this panini make sure you eat it at the location or there’s a chance it will drenched like mine. I cannot tell if the panini was soaked in water from the wetness of the arugula (they should have dried it a bit) but it tasted like wet water and it wasn’t grilled either like the menu says, it was just soft out of the package.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The cafe itself was spotless – everything was so clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended

started coming for the fresh juice after my doctor visit but stayed for the friendly atmosphere and genuinely tasty healthy food options. Clean environment makes me feel good about eating here regularly.
