Park Central South Beach

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was so accessible and convenient, which made our trip stress-free. The restaurants downstairs were incredible, especially Dalia – the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. One of our favorite perks was the complimentary bikes, which let us ride around and explore Miami at our own pace. Since it rained during our stay, we really appreciated that umbrellas were always available in the lobby. By the pool and the beach, fresh towels and beach chairs were never an issue – they were always ready for us, which made relaxing super easy. Overall, this hotel thought of everything to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Great art deco hotel on historic ocean drive. Great hotel bars. Lovely main pool. Amazing roof top pool with great view and glass bottomed swimming pool! Free all day bike hire. Free beach chairs. Free movies. What’s not to like? I would stay here again without hesitation. Remember, this is not a brand new downtown hotel. This is a 100 year old building on historic Ocean Food. The lift is listed and cannot be changed; the hallways are narrow; the rooms are stylish but quirky. Boutique at its best, with tons of atmosphere. Staff are great - take the time to chat to them. I think it’s all charming, but if you like super modern, this might not be for you.

Park central south beach was a fantastic place to stay for our first trip to Miami! We took a redeye from Utah and there was a mishap with the room but Tanesha and her manager Noura took such good care of us! We only had one room booked with two queen beds for the 4 of us but because of the mishap, they gave us an upgraded suite with a king bed and then another king bed room! So very accommodating and helpful! Also this hotel is right on the beach and they provide chairs, umbrellas and towels to take to the beach! Highly recommend!

ADORABLE! I booked a stay at the Gabriel (now the Park Central) Hotel for my fortieth birthday along with two friends. The location on Ocean Drive is superb - close to shops, easy to walk/bike around and great for outdoor dining. Upon arrival that morning, we were greeted warmly by Tanesha and Evelina at the front desk. Our room wasn't ready but Kevin and Oscar at the valet desk were able to stow our things so that we could enjoy a full lunch with Sara at Meet Dalia. She kept us in stitches and recommended some amazing dishes and drinks - all while giving us and other seated patrons the best service imaginable. To our surprise, we also got a free show as a video crew was filming a local TV spot for the Art Deco district. It was amazing to watch the process happening in front of the hotel as well as in the lobby. We were introduced to Eric, the hotel manager, who went out of his way (several times, in fact) to deliver a level of service we could only dream about. Even when difficulties occurred with the air conditioning unit in our room, Eric personally made sure that the next room was a step above with an oceanfront view (!) and cold as an igloo (to the gentleman with the curly hair from the front desk - thank you for the tour). Even with the sights and sounds of South Beach going past the hotel, we slept like the dead. Every time we passed through the lobby, we were greeted, asked how our trip was going, and given recommendations on local attractions. Upon finding our beloved in-room coffee machine unresponsive in the middle of our trip (after a particularly social evening out), we even had delicious coffee made by Luis brought up to the room by our very own Eric. When I say the level of service was amazing, I really mean it. So many memories were made due to the generosity and care that was provided by the hotel staff. We will be coming back soon - honestly, we didn't want to leave in the first place. BOOK IT!

Tanesha and Eric were wonderful. We spent the last night of our trip at Park Central and our first encounter was so warm and friendly we immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. We had an issue with noise in our room from the restaurant below (normally wouldn’t bother us but last day of a 9 day international trip and we were exhausted). When we called down to front desk they were so accommodating and helped us move to a quiet room. I was so worried they’d be frustrated with us but she was so kind and even reassured that if still an issue to contact them back. Overall just very pleased and grateful for their hospitality. I will definitely be coming to stay here again. Location was wonderful and the property was just what we wanted for our last day and night in Miami. Highly recommend checking them out.

Service is great! Nora and the whole team is fantastic. Loved our room. Property is clean, two pools that are beautiful and right across the street from the beach. Hotel offers beach chairs, bikes, and beach towels - very convenient. We definitely will be back.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something truly special. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was a complete experience filled with luxury, warmth, and unforgettable memories. The staff went above and beyond. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for. The food? Absolutely delicious. Every meal was a delight, and I savored every bite. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. A huge THANK YOU to the entire team for making our anniversary so memorable. Special shoutout to the lovely receptionist who helped me repack my bags, you are an absolute gem! And to our amazing female server, you truly made our dining experience extra special. You’re a star! We’ll definitely be back.

Loved, loved, loved our stay here. Found this little gem and my daughters birthday weekend was a success! The night manager Jeffrey, the front desk guy, Eric, and Ismail, our favorite bartender made our stay worth every penny. The location was perfect, the food was great, comfortable beds, quite stay.. it was everything and I will definitely be back.
