The Best Takeaway Beer in London, From Pubs and Bottleshops | Eater London

"A small but mighty shop in range of Hither Green train station, Park Fever’s commuter clientele is a bit scarce these days. Still, the shelves are no less stacked out with Belgian classics, the newest juice bombs, and a few things in between. A solid rapport with hop-forward British breweries Deya and Verdant means it gets new releases fresh off the line than most shops." - Hugh Thomas

Lovely local craft beer place - never unhappy with the choice. You will find something always! Shame it’s a little on the small side as there’s no guarantee you’ll find a seat especially when the weather is on the bad side and only dropped a star because I find the opening hours to be on the lacking side when there isn’t a huge amount else in Hither Green. Worth a visit!

Enjoyed our coffees here, 3 stars because the first time we visited we were unable to grab a coffee after 3pm… how gorgeous are those cups against the table though! Lovely sunny spot.

What a hidden gem! Great selection of beers; loads of different styles from a great range of brewers and all at very reasonable prices. Definitely the best bottle shop for craft beer that I’ve come across in this part of London!

Really great place to buy, and if you like sit and drink real ales, stouts, ciders and more from independent breweries. Beers are between £2-£4 each and there's a £1 charge per bottle if you would like to sit and drink in

Lovely little place to relax and have a craft beer, this is a quirky little venue and the guy (who I believe is the owner) who works the bar is a pleasant and cheerful person and quite welcoming and knowledgeable about the beers they have as well as the chocolate!. The only thing that this place didn't tick the right box for me was that they charge £1 (per person) to sit in and drink your drinks there - which I thought, per person, was a bit much and given that the beers are the same price, if not in some cases more expensive, than pubs and restuarants, I thought this was a tad excessive and probably wouldn't visit this place regularly if I lived in the nearby roads etc, in fact its something that will probably put me off visiting again and I think that will be the same for a lot of people who may have been regulars but put off by the extra cost. If that changes then I would have no problem making this a 5* review and going back.

Excellent little beer shop with a few tables and chairs. Reasonable prices and a friendly welcome, from the owner Adrian, make this a nice independent local resource.

Friendly little beer shop with seating for about 12 people. Small but good range of beers and wines.

I’ve been in Park Fever a few times to purchase some wine and love the selection they have here! It is mostly a craft beer shop, but they stock some really interesting and unique wines too. The staff are also really friendly and knowledgable. Lucky to have this place in the local area, it’s a great asset to Hither Green!
