Rating: ★★★★☆||Stayed: One night in October 2025||Trip type: Business trip||I stayed one night at Park Hyatt Hangzhou, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel feels calm, elegant, and well managed — exactly what you would expect from the Park Hyatt brand.||The room was comfortable and tastefully designed, offering a relaxing space after a long day. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful enough for a good night’s rest.||What truly stood out was the service quality. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, warm, and highly efficient. When small issues arose, they were handled swiftly and with genuine care — a clear reflection of excellent training and management standards.||The only downside was the breakfast. The variety of dishes was limited, and the overall taste fell short of expectations. However, the breakfast team was outstanding — attentive, polite, and quick to keep the tables spotless throughout the morning. Their service made the experience feel refined despite the food being somewhat underwhelming.||Compared with the Conrad Hangzhou, this property attracts slightly more Western guests, and the overall ambiance feels a bit more international and cosmopolitan.||In summary, Park Hyatt Hangzhou delivers an excellent one-night stay with impeccable service and refined comfort. Room: We stayed at the Grand Suite, spacious and comfortable, and have a very nice birthday setup. Service: Very good, staff are friendly and attentive, also very helpful. Dining: Yuexuan restaurant is very good, but I personally prefer the one in Park Hyatt Shanghai more. Location: Very convenient, close to the train station and not far from the airport. Although it doesn’t have a view of Xihu, the room, service, and location make it a very decent hotel choice in Hangzhou. If you want to see Xihu, I would suggest going for the Grand Hyatt instead.

Great location. Nice room layouts. Very good breakfast.There is a mall across the street with everything you might need. Also, the area has alot of nice walkways that are like mini-parks. Great for hitting 10,000 steps. The breakfast has all the high quality standards, such as smoked salmon, omelettes and more, but they also had a few local delicacies that were brought to our table. One surprise was that the package we bought included a dining coupon. I ordered it out of curiosity, and it was surprisingly very good.

Overall it is a good hotel. We especially like the layout and the design of the room. The view is stunning and the location is excellent for shopping . The long desk and comfortable furnitures. We have a slight issue with the water pressure of the shower which is not strong enough as we would prefer. Thank you for the hospitality team and had a good stay.

Compliments to the team at the Park Hyatt Hangzhou for our perfect stay. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and were blown away by the thoughtful attention to detail, including a lovely bouquet and room decoration to surprise him. We will definitely be staying at the Park Hyatt when we revisit Hangzhou.

Quite and big room with excellent facilities. Sparkling clean room with great service all round the hotel. Great location with good subway connection to all parts of the city. Nice bar with good and entertaining musicians. Good class hotel.

Excellent hotel, and perfect staff, kind and professional.||Check in and check out procedure very good.||Very nice spacious room, very clean, confortable, and well equipped.||The breakfast buffet is fantastic, beautifull restaurant and good food.||The bar in the evening and night is very fashion, with a roof top terrace and singers, good place!||Very good location in Hangzhou (near the train station). Very nice place indeed.

THE DINING ROOM ; Chinese Restaurant, 37th floor. Simply extremely great Chinese food. Full of Flavours and bursting with great taste that you certainly want to come again. Special plates are the Green Crab and the Lobster, see photos. Coupled with Chinese white wine.
