Park Hyatt Hangzhou

Ths hotel stay was great. Hyatt seldom disappoints. A special thanks to Bella for making the stay more wonderful. Will come again and hope to see her soon. Highly recommended to choose this hotel for Hangzhou China.

THE DINING ROOM ; Chinese Restaurant, 37th floor. Simply extremely great Chinese food. Full of Flavours and bursting with great taste that you certainly want to come again. Special plates are the Green Crab and the Lobster, see photos. Coupled with Chinese white wine.

Excellent hotel, and perfect staff, kind and professional.||Check in and check out procedure very good.||Very nice spacious room, very clean, confortable, and well equipped.||The breakfast buffet is fantastic, beautifull restaurant and good food.||The bar in the evening and night is very fashion, with a roof top terrace and singers, good place!||Very good location in Hangzhou (near the train station). Very nice place indeed.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the hotel is a hugh mall and a street lined with interesting modern bars and eateries. Furthermore, t hese conveniences did not affect the seclusion nor security of the hotel. The room is apacious and clean. Breakfast is top notch, the varieties of food are abundant, can easily satisfy Western and Asian palates. Service in dining areas and in general was realley good. A very pleasant stay for our group. A special mention of Uki, one of the waitresses, she was helpful, prompt and professional.

The hotel is 15 minute away from the train station and very conveniently located next to plenty of shopping malls and restaurants.||||The check-in process was smooth and the staff were professional. My room was very clean and spacious. The view was also very nice overlooking the Qiantang River.||||A special thanks goes to Xavier from Concierge, who very thoughtfully emailed me before my arrival asking for my needs.||||Overall a very pleasant experience and definitely looking forward to staying here again.||

This to me is another problematic Hyatt hotel in China - they have sold all standard suites to a maternity hospital so Globalists are not able to apply TSUs to get an upgrade to a suite in advance if available (because they are never available) or a standard suite upgrade upon arrival if available (because they are never available). It's not right that local Hyatt members are never able to get the full benefits they are entitled to. ||This is too bad because I like the location of this property. It's right in the center for business and beautiful. Staff are also professional and friendly. Every time I've dealt with a staff member has been professional and up to Park Hyatt standards. ||But I won't book here because I feel like they play games by never offering standard suites through the Hyatt app for loyal guests. It makes me wonder why I should be loyal to Hyatt if properties like this don't offer the full range of benefits. ||Globalists and loyal Hyatt members should stay away and vote with their wallets by staying at Grand Hyatt or othrr properties like the Shangri La or Marriotts.

Hyatt Group guarantees best hotel experience! That’s why I always stay with Hyatts’. All staffs are friendly and helpful, since me and my family arrive hotel. I had extremely good experience with the hotel from front door welcoming to check-in, from dining to hotel facilities….. Special credit to the front desk staff during my check-in, arranged rooms for us on demand when everyone exhausted after our 0500 flight with babies and elderly in the group.Thank you again!!☺️

Best Hyatt that I have stayed in recent years!Everything is perfect! The view, the room deco, the afternoon tea set, the location, the customer services and hotel staffs(especially Nancy, she has been really helpful delivering my charging socket back…) generally well-deserved with its good hotel reputation! Will definitely return to stay again if am gonna visit Hangzhou for another time! 👍
