Extremely efficient, quick in, very efficient and helpful staff from GM to the consiage. Extremely beautiful room decor,impeccably clean rooms the house keeping staff are pleasant and go beyond the call of duty to make you comfortable. All our requirements were met with a smile, lovely complimentary fresh fruit basket replaced in the room daily, beautiful wide selection of complimentary dates and a beautiful, had written welcome card in the room The gardens are very well laid out and impeccably maintained, the entire ambience of the resort is fantastic, beautiful decor and sculpture with an emphasis on mosaic...outdoor dinner was a real treat with a delightful menu.Well done to Staff and Management ,we have finally found our home away from home in Jedda !!

We came here daily for a coffe at the outside lounge. We have a lovely experience every day with Amer (the waiter) he always took care of us and explaind us more about the menu and so we tried so many local dishes we wouldnt otherwise. The place is elegant and the vibe so chilling.

I absolutely loved my recent dinner at Park Hyatt Jeddah — truly a five-star gem! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home, and the cozy, candle-lit dining room created the perfect atmosphere. I was recently in Jeddah for a business event and had the pleasure of dining at the Nafura restaurant. The decor is beautiful and the overall atmosphere is very calming and elegant. The highlight was undoubtedly the seafood a vast selection of high-quality fish grilled. The team went above and beyond to ensure our group had a memorable dining experience. They service from the staff members are exceptional, special thanks to chef Fahad and staff member Salah.

Centrally located—about a 30-minute drive from both Al-Balad and the airport—this hotel features opulent, though somewhat dated, décor and offers one of the best front-facing, fountain-view restaurants and seating areas for relaxing. The staff were helpful and hospitable throughout our stay. However, be aware that the property still maintains separate women’s and men’s pools, which meant we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor pool as a family. The men’s area includes only an indoor pool. If spending time together at an outdoor pool is important to you, consider choosing a different hotel. I hope the upcoming renovation will address this issue, as the hotel is clearly due for an update.

I have been to that hotel in Jeddah a great place a great environment especially Mr.Jamal the waiter was very pleasant and friendly and helpful he got me what I needed the best service I could ever ask he served me really good and kept my phone safe while charging .. a review isn’t enough to praise him
