Park Hyatt Jeddah – Marina, Club and Spa

Stayed in Park Hyatt 27/11-01/12 Truly amazing resort with the most helpful staff. I was traveling for Umrah as a single lady from Europe, and staff was truly doing its most to help and assist with my travel. Rooms are very neat and clean, all amenities are available. Rooms are high quality with all necessities provided. Beautiful outdoor restaurant overlooking waterfront and fountain. Shisha and great food is being served. Lady spa is great, with privacy and calmness at the pool. The massage and facial I got was really professional and great. Location is very good as well, close to restaurants, shops and easy to get anywhere from the location. Stay was worth the cost! Highly recommend. ⭐️

Absolutely brilliant location and perfect ambiance for relaxing with family for dinner. I was skeptical at first as I wasn’t sure how the restaurant would be, but was blown away with such beautiful beach side property and quiet ambiance for nice cup of coffee and dinner.

I had an incredible experience at Park Hyatt Jeddah. We were looked after by the staff very well. Many thanks to Jamal, Aries, and Walid, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay.

Very disappointed! Unprofessional event management staff! And reception management! Very difficult people to deal with! Zero Actual customer service! Staff needs to understand what customer service is! They need to learn how to ask questions to comprehend what is being said to them instead of jumping into assumptions and conclusions!

Disappointed. The customer service was lacking—staff were unhelpful and unresponsive to requests. The receptionist was unhelpful. Poor service and lack of professionalism—would not recommend. The overall experience did not match the price or expectations. Would not recommend.

Special shout-out to Park Hyatt Jeddah for making our trip extra special with giving us the view of the Red Sea. Top notch service- from the bell staff going on a midnight pharmacy run to get my son's prescription asthma medication that he misplaced in Dubai, to the staff helping him wear his ihram before going to Makkah, and the famous driver, who refused to leave our side, and attended to us 24/7. Visited Jeddah after 25 years- Thanks for an excellent memorable stay
