"A new wine and charcuterie bar has opened on Chatham’s 75th Street corridor. A long-awaited dream from South Side couple Jacare Thomas and Charlette Stanton, Park Manor 75 highlights wines and spirits from Black-owned producers alongside cocktails curated by mixologist Josh Davis. The menu by chef Ronald Taylor features flatbreads named after Chicago neighborhoods, like the Park Manor topped with roast beef, lamb, tzatziki, and mild sauce." - Jeffy Mai

A Black-Owned Wine Bar Hopes to Quench the South Side’s Thirst for Grapes | Eater Chicago

"A rare Black-owned wine bar set to open in August on the South Side near the Grand Crossing–Chatham border that aims to expand racial diversity in a predominantly white wine industry. The first hospitality venture from spouses Charlette Stanton and Jacare Thomas will seat about 60 across two sections and features a deliberately concise, rotating seasonal list of four wines from Black producers (including McBride Sisters, Love Cork Screw, and Chicago-based Black Feather Winery) to avoid overwhelming novices. Offerings include charcuterie boards and small plates from chef Ronald Taylor (whose background includes developing in-flight menus for Gate Gourmet and work at the Edgewater Madison) and cocktails made with spirits from Black-owned distilleries. The owners plan tastings and educational events to demystify wine, spotlight Black vintners, and build community—continuing their work with local groups like Noir Urban Arts Collective and CeeBlaq Social Club—while they finalize city licensing before opening." - Naomi Waxman

I was greeted immediately upon entering the establishment. I felt the warmth and love vibe. Everyone was attentive and made sure my needs were being met. I had the Pilsen FatBread which was excellent. I could taste the different flavors. I also had a beer which was very tasty. It's a great place to visit solo or with others. I highly recommend Park Manor 75.

Stopped by for happy hour at Park Manor 75 and had a great time! The vibe is warm and welcoming. We ordered a mix of food- the Park Manor fatbread was outstanding! We also ordered four dips and appreciated how distinct each flavor profile was. The collard greens dip was our favorite and paired well with our drinks. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and can't wait to return and try more food! Parking was easy to find. Catch up with a loved one and check them out!

The staff was very nice and attentive. I had the trio of dips with warm bread, The Taylor Street flatbread, The Last Word Cocktail, and a few Moscatos. Everything was delicious, especially the collard green and cheese dips. I also met the owners and they were down to earth and kind. They even gave my friends and I a tour of the space which is also colorful and contemporary. 10/10, I would definitely recommend. I will definitely be back soon.

Collard green dip was top tier. Cheddar dip was pretty good. That bread though... just charge for and give two loaves per one order of dip. My goodness that bread was phenomenal. Crusty but not hard. Soft and fluffy interior. You're thinking "But it's bread." Quiet yourself, it was an experience that i was not prepared for. Queens manor was tasty. But my favorite was that one whiskey drink with the blueberry vermouth. My lady enjoyed the wine flight.

Yelp
Went last night because the owner of LoveLuvv hosted a tasting. As always service is giving Chicago Cheers. I appreciate being remembered. Started with thier version of margherita pizza which was tasty and tried something new to me, their rum cocktail. It was tasty but my full glass of Loveluvv Cru was calling me..lol. This is my new favorite. I appreciate the tasting where I was able to try two new to me sparkling wines. I'm not a Rose fan but it was decent and the Processo would be perfect for mimosas. As always another great visit with a wonderful vibe. Owners are present and interacting with everyone, staff is engaging and helpful.

Yelp
Excellent location with free street parking, rare in Chicago. We were immediately greeted and taken to our seats. The decor of this restaurant spares no minor detail. There is depth and texture in the design from the floor to the ceiling. There is unique artwork and a trip to the bathroom just because is worth the trip. If it's your first time dining I highly recommend the Park Manor Fatbread and the dip trio - the collard green and tomato dips you can eat them directly off the spoon. I enjoyed a robust full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon by House of Brown. My friend enjoyed the THC brewed tea. She called it dangerous because it was deliciously infused. This is my new go to spot for happy hour because I can't wait to try the rest of the menu. If it's as amazing as the intentional decor I am in for a treat.
