Bay-Area Ghost Kitchen Restaurant Man vs. Fries Has Landed in Portland | Eater Portland
"A Portland food-cart pod that now hosts Man vs. Fries’ current Portland location, Park the Carts serves as the on-site venue for the brand’s pickup presence while supporting delivery through apps." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden
Love me a good food cart pod this pod has some really great options. Everyone is very competent at their job. I’ve never had any issues here. The only thing is is the parking lot is very small so we park on one of the neighboring streets and walk over you’ll be fine.

This place was great! Everyone was super friendly and informative. We had items from the Gyro cart and the Hawaiian fusion cart, both were very tasty! I give 4 stars cause we would have loved to have an adult beverage to go with our meal, bummer they aren’t allowed to sell any beer wine or liquor here.

A very cool spot with lots of different food options. I came here with my family on a Monday for early dinner. Not all the food trucks were open but there were a few good looking options. I ordered from the Halal place and my mom and my wife ordered from the Indian place. My cousin ordered Ramen. All was great quality and a great experience. The dining area was outdoors with picnic tables under a sun/rain canopy. The thing that could make this place better would be a water fountain and bathrooms. I would come again.

Park the Carts is a great food cart pod in the parking lot of k-Pub, lots of great foreign cuisines. Thai, Indian, Mexican, Sushi, Italian, Reef Kitchen, Soul Food, Boba teas, fried chicken, heated tent to sit in and beers to drink. Family friendly and fast service.

Shawniez eatz was delicious. Great customer service, food was the perfect serving amount and reasonable pricing. I had the wings, red beans and rice, mac n cheese for 15$ and then I had ribs, mustard greens, and yams for 25$. She also has some options for vegan/vegetarian eaters as well! Go try this spot out!

Great options. Hubby and I like to go on dates here and bring our boston terrier Capone. Very friendly. Picnic tables to sit and eat with shade. Boba tea is amazing here! Huge variety of flavors. Great thai food!

This place is a must visit. We were visiting Portland and wanted some good food and we found it here. They have Mexican authentic food, thai, chinese, Mediterranean. Also a restroom trailer is onsite with flushable toilets. While visiting we tried the Mexican food truck and had some killer chilaquiles. Will for sure be back to this place!!!

Yelp
Was great - lots of trucks to choose from. Parking was on a side street. Food came quickly. We didn't eat there, although there is plenty of on site seating. Beverages (non alcohol) purchased from trucks. If I lived in the area I'd go back.

Yelp
We came here as a group of 10 people on a 99 degree weather summer day.
The food carts surround the tent covered dining area which sports 10 wooden full sized picnic benches.
There's a variety of Food Carts including Philly Cheese, Boboblastic, Omar's Gyro,
SJ star Korean and Japanese food cart,
Taj Indian Cuisine, and a few Mexican food carts.
The Mexican food cart in the back corner does GrubHub.
Park the Carts food carts all use pagers that blink and shake when your food is ready, which is a nice service. All the food cart vendors were very nice.
The line of food carts along the busy street, dampened the noise.
The U shaped alignment of carts allows for a breeze to flow in.
