Such an amazing place to live! The managers are great. Nice quiet atmosphere. Great swimming pool! Friendly neighbors! The only thing I worry about are the spiders/ black widows around the pool area. Very well maintained! Wonderful maintenance people who are friendly and work very hard! Always helpful with anything! Just extremely happy here! Zero stress! I have Lupus so this is very important to my health and I would definitely recommend this place! Great security and I feel safe walking around by myself even in the evening

Most luxurious apartment complex in Bakersfield. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I rented a 1B/1B. Love the all white cabinets that make the apartment look chic. The appliances are modern and high quality - from the stove to the smart washer/ dryer, to the dishwasher. I love that there is a smart thermostat A/C unit which I can control with my phone and hooked up to my Alexa for voice commands. I also like that there is keyless entry into the apartment. It’s a safe and gated community with a nice clubhouse, pool, fitness center, grill, billiards, table tennis, fire pits, and mail room. I have used the grills often to BBQ. I have three cars which isn’t a problem here. I use my assigned covered parking spot for one car, and park the other two in an unassigned covered parking spot. Management is very nice, helpful, and responsive. Maintenance requests can easily be placed online, and I’ve always had issues addressed in a day or two. The community is made of young professionals, and it’s homey and quiet. Cons: The fitness center could benefit from more exercise machines and sometimes can get crowded. There are lots of cockroaches outdoors mostly at night. But thankfully I have never seen any cockroaches in my second floor apartment. I encourage anyone moving to Bakersfield to consider living here, as I enjoyed it.

We are currently enjoying our stay here at Parkwest Apartment, and I can confidently say it is a perfect experience. I highly recommend Parkwest Apartment to anyone looking for quality living in the Bakersfield area. It’s a fantastic choice that truly delivers on all fronts!

I love Park West! A very lovely place to call home. Very friendly residents! I use the BBQ area very often and love to host with the new out door games. I also feel very safe and it’s definitely home for me for a long time .

I’ve been living here for some time now, and I absolutely love it! The complex is incredibly safe, which is a top priority for me. I also appreciate that it’s dog-friendly, so my furry friend feels right at home. We use the dog park daily, & the community even has a service that comes in and cleans up after pets that their parents aren’t great about (lol). The amenities are always well-maintained, and the gym is consistently cleaned, which makes a huge difference when you looking at the long term of living somewhere. Complexes (especially new) highlight all of the new stuff & cool amenities but, lack maintaining. Not here! White buildings are white, patio/pool furniture is clean & gym is sanitized constantly. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, which is a huge relief whenever something needs attention. Genuinely the only downside is the lack of a microwave in the units, but if you can overlook that, this is truly one of the best places to live. Highly recommend!

I will try to keep this as short as I can! This is my first apartment ever. I moved out of my parent’s house and got approved by Park West (aka, my dream luxury apartment) at such a young age!! Plenty of amenities and a comfortable community to grow in as I make my way starting the journey of adulthood! My neighbors are delightful and the staff are very supportive in every situation and help me with anything needed! Living here and being surrounded by all things I need makes life so much easier. Everyone is so sweet and kind and I feel my safest here. I am so grateful to be apart of this wonderful community and I am so proud to be able to call this place my home!! I’ve been living at Park West for two years now, and I absolutely love it here! The property is always kept clean, and the maintenance team does an excellent job of ensuring everything stays in top shape. The location is unbeatable—being able to walk across the street to a variety of stores makes life so much more convenient. Whether I need small groceries, coffee, or just a quick errand, everything I need is right there. It truly feels like home, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I absolutely love living at Park West! The community is peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly, making it a truly welcoming place to call home. The landscaping is always well-maintained, adding to the overall beauty of the neighborhood. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making the experience even better. After more than three years here, I can confidently say this is a great place to live!

The best thing about this apartment complex is the maintenance crew. They keep the apartment complex clean and looking good. The worst thing is the management. Management failed to update their list of registered cars belonging to residents for security, resulting in my husbands car being towed. The fee was $500 and apartment management was unable to explain if they had a procedure to contact residents when their car is reported prior to being towed. Management also continues to fail to send out notifications of things happening within the complex. Recently the power went out for the whole complex. Management sent out a notification and indicated they would follow up when the power came back on. Management never followed up, leaving me at work worried about my dog at home and whether or not the AC had come back on for her. Additionally, the pool has recently closed and emptied with no notification to residents of why or providing a timeline to reopen. When I first moved in the whole apartment was dusty, missing lightbulbs, and parts of the flooring looked glued together. Although the apartment looks luxurious, many of the features are made of cheap materials. All around just disappointed with the management of what could be a nicer place in Bakersfield to live.

Been here a month & love love love this place! All our neighbors are nice, management is great! Close to food and shopping!
