Chef Duy Pham Returns to Denver With Foraged Restaurant | Eater Denver

"A neighborhood American restaurant opened in 2014 on Parker’s Main Street by the same chef behind the new concept; its menu features straightforward comfort dishes such as pork chops, chicken pesto pasta, and a selection of charcuterie." - Josie Sexton

We went twice while we were in town, and both times the food was delicious! The tomato bisque was super flavorful and perfect for a winter day! The cocktails we had were also on point. Definitely a great option for a cozy atmosphere and tasty food.

Google
Menu is a real treat, seeing all the pictures on other people's reviews really got me wanting to try this location. Sure glad I did. It was extremely tasty in the atmosphere was very relaxed. We tried the pulled pork sandwich, the sea bass, and the bluefin tuna appetizer. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that wants a unique night out, and are willing to travel to Parker.

Google
Food was Great. Many options. Went with a group of 10 people. All ordered something different. Everyone loved their food. Our server was Top Notch. Really on his game, and super friendly. Great atmosphere. Not too noisy. Overall this is a must go to place if you find yourself in Parker CO!

Google
I think this restaurant must have stepped up its game. The food was excellent! We had the pork chop and the beef tenderloin. I have to say the beef tenderloin that I ate was one of the best I’ve had. It was done perfectly! The pork chop was Delicious as well! We went on New Year’s Eve, so it was very busy and very loud. Therefore service and atmosphere were a little challenged. I would highly recommend going to this restaurant. Prices were in line with any finer dining restaurant. Great wine choices as well.

Google
We came here tonight and had Julie as our server. She was a breath of joy and fresh air. We loved her recommendations and we loved our cozy window seat. 10/10 would recommend.

Google
We went for NYE dinner. Everything was amazing. Service was top notch from the moment we stepped into the restaurant. Drinks were spectacular. Food came out hot and made to perfection. Highly recommend.

There’s a saying that is used… Oh, it’s a salad you can’t mess up a salad, well, unfortunately you can mess up a salad. I ordered the Caesar salad for lunch with chicken and when it arrived at the table, the chicken looked fantastic. Let us great, but when I started eating it, I realized it’s completely dry. There was no dressing. It was not tossed in a Caesar dressing. Now the waiter was extremely nice and brought a ramekin of the dressing, but it Defeated the point since I didn’t have a bowl to toss it and was awkwardly trying to get the dressing throughout the salad on a plate. Bummer.

Google
This place was amazing , inside and out it was a really nice set up, the bar was super nice , and offered some of the hard to find whiskey/bourbons that I can find on the east coast. The bar tender was really friendly helpful , and attentive. ( he was also our server) food was on another level , especially after a 4hr flight. Everything looked and tasted amazing. If I make my way back to Colorado , I will definitely stop back in! Highly recommend this place

Yelp
Parker Garage surprised us. Using YELP! as a reference and seeing the mixed reviews, we were a little hesitant to eat there. But reading between the lines of the reviews and looking at all the pictures of the food, we decided to give it a chance. We weren't sorry. We had the Caesar Salad, Pulled Pork Sandwich, and the Reuben. The salad was perfectly balanced. The romaine was fresh and flavorful, the bacon was delicious and cooked slightly crispy (it's so hard to find good bacon - but this bacon hit the spot) and excellent dressing. It is easy to tell that the Pulled Pork was from the best stock and it was wonderfully seasoned. The balance of bread to pork was ideal. I have had dozens of Reubens in my life and this was one of the better ones. The cook who plated the sandwich didn't balance the meat on the bread and it was on the slightly salty side but it was delicious all the same. The server/bartender was overwhelmed but not from the number of tables she had and patrons at the bar, there was something else going on. Though she took care of our needs, she seemed to let her emotions through. Also, there were quite a few flies in the restaurant. If the restaurant is in an area where there is a problem with flies, I don't understand why the owners don't spray the outside of their building and their dumpster area with Permethrin which has been around for decades and does a very good job at reducing flies. Some YELP! reviewers complained about the prices, but they were in line with the quality of food we ate. Parker is not overpriced. I give Parker a 4 1/2 stars. Based on the plates we chose, I do recommend Parker Garage.

Yelp
I love salt but Oh my GOSH, the SALT added in ALL THE FOOD was WAY too much! The green chili was inedible, my friend had the dry rub chicken, tasted of SALT with a bit of chicken flavoring, another friends chicken was as dry as Clark Griswalds turkey and the rice was rock hard! The Bubbles in the Champagne weren't bubbling- (old bottle) Only thing going was the great service! Otherwise, terrible food! Did I mention SALT?

Yelp
The menu has a great variety, and my burger was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and I really enjoyed the raspberry spritz. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a nice night out in Parker.

Yelp
The food was delicious. I had the Bourbon Maple Pork Chop and Southern Colorado Poutine. Bothersome we extremely delicious.

Yelp
First time at Parker Garage. The atmosphere is lively yet quiet with the dining area spread over two large rooms inside. We opted to eat in the patio area. My only recommendation is that it would be nice to see the ground clean, perhaps washed with soapy water daily before opening because it smells dirty and looks dirty. Other than that, best hamburger ever!!! The service was excellent!! The menu is relatively minimal, yet there are still plenty of dishes to choose from, with loads of liquor options. I will come back!

Yelp
This place was finer dining than I expected. Enter thru the bar area and it gave British pub vibes. Eye loud and crowded but cute. We were seated in side dining room. One of the best salmon ceasers I've ever had!

Renee R.

Yelp
Kind of confused by the bad reviews. My husband and I gave Parker Garage a try for dinner last night. We were seated promptly and our server was very attentive. I had the salmon and my husband had a burger. The salmon was probably the best I've had in a very long time. The burger was very good too! We like a nice dinner occasionally and Parker Garage did not disappoint! The ambiance was so nice too! We definitely will be back.

Yelp
The atmosphere here was really cool and I stopped on to meet with am old friend that was in town. He got the porkchop with the mashed potatoes and really enjoyed it. I got the large corn dish (like street corn) and steak. The corn was awesome and the steak was ok (I'd pass on it next time). I tried some beer and liked the selection. I liked the seating at the bar area and will definitely check this place out again.

Yelp
We were craving bison burgers and searched Yelp for the "best buffalo burger near me." Parker Garage came up, so we checked out their menu and called to order two bison burgers to go. The burgers were perfectly cooked, and the sweet potato and truffle fries were delicious. However, we ran into an issue with the pricing. The menu listed the $22 price as including cheese and fries, but we were charged an extra $6 for these items. I called and spoke with the hostess who took our order. She wasn't sure why we were charged extra, so she consulted a server and manager and was told there wasn't anything they could do. I then asked to speak with a manager directly, who eventually agreed to refund $2 for the cheese charge but couldn't refund the fries. We were frustrated because the additional cost for the fries wasn't mentioned when we ordered--we were simply asked which type of fries we wanted. Had we known about the extra charge, we wouldn't have ordered them. That said, the food was excellent, the menu looks enticing, and the restaurant interior seems inviting. Despite this hiccup, I'd still like to give Parker Garage another try in the future.

Yelp
Huge selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. You could have a multi course meal from their tasty apps alone too. Try the bacon and eggs (deviled eggs) or the pork and grits! Staff here are quick to your table and are helpful with good suggestions on what to try.

Yelp
One of my families favorite upscale Parker eateries is located on Main-street, Parker. This place back in the day my grandpa said actually was an historic Parker Garage no pun intended. Upon walking in you are greeted by one of the nice hostess. The bar is straight ahead, but there is ample seating all around and to the left of the entrance. The bar has a great selection of German beers on tap. There is a full bar with all spirits and a refined curated selection of good wines. We've had everything from great cocktails to a slow pour German beer that takes a while to pour perfectly but it's well worth it! All of the red wines I have tried were spectacular. Some of our favorites are the Korean Fried chicken sandwich, Brussels sprouts, Salmon, Burratta app, fried Calamari. You can't go wrong with the duck, Rueben sandwich and my personal favorite the Beet salad. The prices are higher here but it does match the value of what you are getting from these highly talented chefs. Scratch made crafted plates, some are sous-video too. You definitely get what you paid for here and won't be disappointed. If you have an issue with something let them know they will make it right immediately. We have never had anything bad while dining here. In the summers world spring we love having lunch or dinner on the best patio in Parker. The outside patio is fantastic because of the breeze and for people watching during any Parker events going on outside lie Parker Days or Parker Brewfest, etc. In a nutshell you are getting big city or downtown Denver/ Cheery Creek style food and ambiance but in Downtown Parker with not the big city stuffiness. This is a fantastic place to bring a date, business lunch/dinner, or have a date night with your special someone. The service is top tier like the food coming out the kitchen. A must try if you are in Parker, or even better come visit Parker.

Yelp
We had passed the Parker garage a few times always assuming it to be a bar and grill given the name and exterior, but were surprised to find it is a semi-upscale restaurant with a refined menu. We walked in and were asked if we had a reservation which took us by surprise. They were able to seat us right away despite our lack of a reservation and had a delicious meal. The menu is not big but has a number of options to fit most tastes. The food was good but didn't rise to meet the cost of the dishes in my opinion. However this is a great option for a date night or special occasion.

Yelp
Went for an early dinner after a PACE Center program. Walked into the restaurant to find our grandson's baseball coach from 15 years ago and his family. Great place to catch up! Since we were with friends we excused ourselves to sit down and order. We all ordered sandwiches: BBQ Brisket, Grass-fed beef burger, Bison burger and Habanero Blue Cheese Burger. Brisket drew absolute RAVES, as in Best Sandwich EVER. Other burgers were very good. The Habanero Blue Cheese had just enough pepper in it to highlight the flavors. It was very nicely done as it could have easily overpowered everything but it was perfectly blended. Fries were a bit meager to my desire and experience. Overall a very nice dinner and experience!

Yelp
I am sorry to say.... I made a reservation 2 weeks before going to dinner and requested a booth. We were late because of traffic but called. They say no problem. They gave our booth away. This is what I can't wrap my head around. They tried to sell us top shelf liquor for a less brand and charged us for the top shelf. They keep repeating it was the correct drink. My daughter an I went to the bartender and ask if he carried the liquor and he said.....No. We spent over 400.00 that night and will never go back .....again!

Yelp
I loved the location and the vibe of this spot. My food was fantastic! The only thing we thought was funny was that the waiter asked my wife how she wanted her pork prepared... Her response was, "cooked!" Other than that, this spot is a pretty trendy place. Didn't care for the prices but then again... I'M CHEAP!

Yelp
Sometimes you can only speak about a restaurant for what you had there. So today's review of mine for this somewhat high-end looking restaurant is solely based on what I had: Poutine dish to be exact. Before I get into it, I can quickly mention about its ambiance and service (and some other things, possibly.) Our waiter was Shane. He was good. Nice, polite and occasionally checked up on us to where we didn't lack anything. The restaurant's got a nice ambiance; I saw a number of wine bottles on the rack to the right and to the left of the establishment. As I'm a wine enthusiast myself, this was very appealing to me. The menu size can be a bit more expansive; I feel that it can add at least a few more items to it. Now the Poutine, I wonder why some restaurants have to make certain dishes with too much salt in them. This dish was exactly the case. It didn't taste bad but due to the high amount of sodium in it, after taking several bites of it, I had to stop eating it. Then I took a huge gulp of water so I wouldn't get thirsty later on. I could have left the rest of it on the table but I asked for a box to take it home with me because I simply don't believe in food waste. Well, others in my group were having omelets, burgers and burritos. They really didn't say anything about them so I guess they were okay or good. Whatever the case may be, I'm willing to go back and have some other items in the menu to see how good/bad they are. Overall, it was an average (and/or okay) experience.

Yelp
The food was vastly overpriced and lacked any seasoning. House bread was stale. Charcuterie board was great! For dinner, My husband got the wagyu cooked medium rare. For $50+ you'd think it would come with a side, nope. We got the mashed potatoes with horseradish and it was just that slapped into a cast iron. I ordered the wild boar bolognese with "fresh" pappardelle. It needed salt, garlic, pepper, and more herbs. Such a disappointment given how much we paid.

Melissa L.

Yelp
Service was awful. Hostess left customers waiting to be greeted while she flirted with a male patron not acknowledging or greeting customers. Wait staff were inattentive and unknowable of their menu. The bill was over $150 and the food was mediocre at best. Steak was unseasoned, fries were unseasoned. The appetizer's were the best part of the meal. Waited almost 20min to pay the bill- finally had to go to the bar to pay - waiter never came back. If you want to spend that kind of money on a meal there are better options.

Yelp
EXCELLENT!! I wanted to take the time to let anyone know who is looking for a caterer that chef Logan with the Parker garage is absolutely fantastic. We had a big event for a realtor open house. Not only was the food fresh and fantastic Chef. Logan did a great job interacting with our guests and overall this was the best catering experience, we have had. Dustin Terrata Homes

Yelp
50% off dinners!! Chefs are so bad they'll make it up to you in gift cards. Better pray one of the new developments are not 1% better or this place will be out of business. Dry chicken. Cold pasta. Wrong wine.

Kenneth D.

Yelp
Great experience....!!! Saturday night it was busy. We had 7:00 reservations for 4. We ran into road detour on way there, called and they accommodated us effortlessly. Food was amazing, pricing very fair, & service (Michael) was simply best in class. They were short on servers but the way he served us and still made time to personally chat with us before we left was a masterclass in service!

Yelp
A quick preface: The ambiance is amazing and the service here has always been really good in my experience. Their whiskey game is also quite respectable. Despite the lack luster rating - I do suggest you make a visit. With that out of the way - on this visit - we went in for brunch. On the agenda were the deviled eggs, the avocado toast, the pg omelette and a glass of the 'house cab' ($11). The deviled eggs are worth getting. Good flavor profile, with the mustard and bacon standing out. Thumbs up for sure. The avocado toast was good but didn't quite punch anyone in the face. The product is a little light on avocado - and if I'm comparing joints - I think West Main's is better - but overall - I surely wasn't sad to eat it. The omelette however was a bit of a dumpster fire. Everything was cooked well - but the omelette itself was bland - as was the green chili ($3 extra) and the chorizo ($2 extra) - both of which I had in the side. (Maybe this is the issue?). The green chili didn't taste like anything. The typical flavors in green chili were incredibly subdued. Same with the chorizo. I made my wife give a second opinion- because I thought everything being bland was very strange and it might be me. However- she had a similar reaction. Total on the bill came to $70 with tip (including the glass of wine) for 2 of us. A bit steep for 'good' and 'bland' IMHO. I've been here enough where I'm willing to chalk this up to an anomaly and think it's worth a visit just the same.

Yelp
My husband and I had dinner at Parker Garage last night before going to the Nutcracker at the Pace Center. We really enjoyed our dining experience! The food was great and the sparkling pear martini was amazing!!!! This was our first time having dinner there and even though it was really busy our food came out surprisingly quick. Our server, Rain was terrific! Very kind and polite! The only thing I might suggest is that there were more choices on the dinner menu. But other than that we will definitely be going back!!!

Audra S.

Yelp
Fantastic food and service, and a good ambiance for a Sunday small lunch. Enjoyable spot!

Yelp
Me and The Hubs come here occasionally for a mid-week 'date night' and always have had a good time. We've been here at least a dozen times over the past few years so I'm surprised I haven't reviewed them yet. Anyway, most recently we started with drinks (martinis and a bottle of wine) and the Calamari appetizer. They mix a nice martini and have a very good wine list, as well. The calamari was very tasty despite there not being any tentacles in the mix (that's the best part, imho). For entrees, we both ordered the Seared Scallops (seared U8 scallops, ancho corn cream risotto, shaved asparagus, crispy chorizo, toasted pepitas) and shared an order of Charred Broccolini. Wowza, was everything good! I hope they keep that scallops entree on the menu forever. It was fab! Our server was friendly and efficient (I wish I remembered his name), and the restaurant itself is very good for a date-night. The overall look of the restaurant is nice, but also casual. They have outdoor seating for nice weather, but some of the tables are a bit too close to the street for my taste. There have been previous visits where my first choice for an entree was unavailable (maybe sold out?) and I was bummed out, but even on those occasions my second choices still made me happy.
google avatar

Alice Z.

Yelp
Based on other reviews, my expectations were low for dinner, but we actually really enjoyed the food. We tried the pork chop and the Mediterranean bowl with tuna. Everything was delicious and well seasoned. Service was good. I wasn't expecting downtown Parker to have food of this caliber and we will definitely come back again
google avatar

Yelp
$52 ribeye is a choice cut of meat. Should be a prime cut for this price. Medium rare is a bit tough to chew. Just overpriced. Service was great, old fashioned is pricey for an average drink. The establishment has a great vibe. But the steak is a miss.

Zachary M.

Yelp
Showed up at 5:45 service was okay but it was not his fault. Restaurant was very unprepared and is not ready to handle big parties. Everyone in my group got our food in 15 minute increments one. Dish. At. A. Time. Moving into the food I ordered the brisket dip. Server came up to me 20-30 minutes after ordering and told me they were out of brisket. Went with the pulled pork sand which and was probably the worst pulled pork I've ever had in my life. I'm sure it would be better when they are prepared but it was dry and very unflavored. On a good note they brought us fries while we waited for everyone to get their food. This HAS to be the worst dining experience I have ever experienced and I used to be a server myself so I am not picky whatsoever this is my first time ever writing a review on a restaurant.

Samuel B.

Yelp
Nice lil place and decent service but they only have about 21 dishes (entrees and sides included) and they up charge for everything...the sides go up to $10 !! The actual cheapest meal u can get is $18 - combined with the price of $10 sides I figure I might as well go get a decent steak for that price elsewhere. Def not worth the price.

Yelp
We had lunch today, following the Parker farmers market. Our first time here, great location you can hear the music from next-door, but it's not too loud. We were seated on the patio and it was a good full 10 minutes before we were approached then 15 minutes till we received our drink order and had food order taken. 45 minutes until our food came ! When I went inside to use the ladies room, I assumed that they were slammed and that accounted for the long wait. Only to see in a completely empty restaurant. No idea why our food took so long. It was good, not great, really thinking twice about whether or not we would return here.

Glory P.

Yelp
This has been one of my favorite restaurants. We ate here last week, and I had the filet mignon. What a very mediocre steak. Dry, chewy, flavorless. Our waiter never came back to see how we were doing or if our food was ok. It was served with charred broccolini, which was not charred at all. $55 item. Until now, their food has been very good. Extremely disappointed.
google avatar

Teresa D.

Yelp
Overhyped food and overpriced drinks. I've tried Parker Garage several times, hoping I might experience the hype others have mentioned but it's been underwhelming and mediocre each and every time. Don't waste your time or money here.
google avatar

Amy F.

Yelp
Wow sad tonight our service was terrible and we literally had to beg for our check as the waiter had not checked on us for a good 20 plus minutes. Food was good service / not so much. Been a while since we have been there. Now going to be a long time until we return. Way better options out there for the price.

Yelp
Service was good, food was great. The kids Mac and cheese is amazing. Caprese sandwich is very fresh. Bathrooms are really clean. We will be back!

Yelp
We stopped by for lunch after a Sunday morning hike. The restaurant was pretty busy while customers were social distanced. We sat at a booth to the backdrop of a Asian knives display case with knives of all sizes. The overall decor of the restaurant was very eclectic. With four adults and one child, we squeezed in. They offer a kids menu with all the regulars: chicken tenders, mac n cheese or sliders. The meal comes with a free soda and side of fries. My toddler scarfed down the fries and only ate a few bites of chicken tenders. It was pretty crunchy and a bit dry. We also ordered chicken and biscuits, the Ruben sandwich, and Brisket sandwich with dip (which I thought was the best!!). We shared an order of poutine for the table! Which really just tasted like chili cheese fries but it was delicious and I could see the texture of the special cheese which made the dish unique. Others at the table ordered beers on tap which included one that had a seven minute pour. I had never heard of that before but the server said that the drink needed to aerate. Tasted nice and smooth... Beer is beer.
google avatar

John S.

Yelp
This is a fairly expensive place and the servers have taken that to heart. They act like you should feel privileged that they have decided to even serve you. Consistently rude and arrogant.

Monica D.

Yelp
Great service and ambience but don't order the scallops for 38.00. 3 on the plate the size of a quarter. I left hungry, salmon left you hungry, too. Disappointed!

michael b.

Yelp
First I love the building and the beer was best since I was in Prague, but once again the burger was so average at best, bun was dry and crumbly and meat was overcooked and dry, it sounds like they really have a nice whiskey program going and beer is awesome, I just hope they can figure out the food part. I really want to try the steaks but if they can not get a burger right. I really want to love this place but I think the menu misses the mark.

Yelp
As Tri-county slowly opens up, Parker Garage has opened their doors for dine-in services. Our girls night out celebration had us excited to get out and Parker Garage was the perfect place. We first noticed how the restaurant was accomodating the social distance guidelines.... indoors, not every booth was in use, the bar had limited patrons at the community table (every third seat) and the east side patio a mere 5 tables, two to a table (capacity is normally 38ppl). Groups of no more than 6 allowed and that was just enough to cover the west patio. The hostess and wait staff wore masks while servers also wore gloves. The only two things amiss...paper menu's and our table wasn't wiped down (we just missed a passing storm so the raindrops were a giveaway). Now for the food....the menu hasn't changed much. Same items, specials are posted online (via a QR Scan) and the bevvie options, again...the same. The food was good, the fries here are spectacular and the cheesecake...well, its lick your plate good. Hehe. Service was great. Our waitress tended to us well and we appreciated the speed with food delivery. Everything came out as ordered. We were treated to a live band, courtesy of PG's neighboring business, so i recommend the patio for weekend dining. Street parking was available (we are rockstars!) Or at O'Brien Park across the way.

Todd B.

Yelp
The food is fantastic and the waitstaff is super friendly. We go to Parker Garage every chance we get. If you're downtown Denver then try Foraged as well. The folks that own PG also own Foraged and the food is amazing there as well. If you're into bourbon, both restaurants have a really good selection of mid shelf and rare allocated bourbons. You can't go wrong at either place!

Yelp
This used to be one of our go-to resturants in Parker, after today's experience, we will never return. Took a while to even be acknowledged when we walked in. Then took a while for the host to greet us. We were awkwardly greeted by two seperate waitresses. Which gives the opportunity to give double the awesome customer service; instead they made it really awkward and half-assed. The drinks were terrible, the food was so oversalted it burned the inside of your mouth. Check out the eggs soup I got instead of a medium poached eggs. Asked for ketchup, they brought me salt and pepper. This is upsetting as I recommend this to anyone visiting Parker. Looks like we'll have to find a new place.

Yelp
We had a steak dinner with drinks a few nights ago. Both the ribeye and the filet mignon were cooked perfectly, both were were very tender. The marrow butter sauce was ridiculous. Too good. We also really enjoyed the truffle bacon macaroni bites as an appetizer. In addition to delicious food, the service was great. We never had an empty glass without being refilled or asked if we needed something. Great place!
google avatar

Heather S.

Yelp
So good! The service is always right on when we come here. We never have to ask for more drinks we never have to flag down our wait staff. It's really nice. Our waiter today was very friendly and accommodating. Lunch was amazing! Okay, I am totally speaking for myself, because it was amazing! Did I say it was amazing?!? I had the lobster roll and yum. Admittedly, not the same as Maine lobster rolls, but different in a very good way. The only down side was that it was really big and difficult to eat without using a fork. So I ate the inside without the bun, but the bun was good with the lobster. I also splurged and had truffle fries. Again, so tasty! My husband had the bacon Chicken Sandwich and our friend had Smoked Brisket dip and they both loved their food. We all commented on the noise level, which was extremely tolerable especially when compared to other restaurants of the same caliber. Many times it is difficult to have a conversation with your own party, but it was not like that here. Speaking for just myself, I can't wait to go back! Tomorrow anyone????

Yelp
I'm a big fan of Parker Garage - service is great and food/cocktails are hand crafted and very good Like many restaurants, they are having a hard time but still working hard to serve We appreciate it

Yelp
Good appetizers.aim course menu could use refreshing. Good wine list. Always food service. Can be noisy.

Yelp
I had a great experience here. The Mac and cheese balls were very good. Just the right amount of sauce. I had the bison burger. It was a rather liberal medium, but I didn't mind. The flavor was spectacular! Now, to the bourbon. A little high on a few pours, but if you know your way around a bourbon list you can find value. I took interest in their picks and they gave me a taste of one that wasn't available yet. A glorious touch. The owner Brent and Joe the bartender were absolutely welcoming and took great care and attention despite the place being PACKED. Highly recommend.

Alli H.

Yelp
Food was incredibly overpriced for the taste and flavor profile. Would not recommend.

The food is solid. The workers are really snooty. This place has a major league turn-your-nose-up vibe. If you dig that (I'm in Parker, but I feel like I'm in Hollywood!), then this is the place for you. It's almost like the employees are trained to act that way, because it feels both rude and unnatural at the same time. If you prefer genuine, authentic, smiling servers/bartenders, go elsewhere.

Yelp
I'm giving Parker Garage 4 stars, however, if my husband rated this place he would have given it ZERO stars... I ordered a simple salad, took some ingredients off and added others, like grilled onions and avocado... As well as salmon and a GF beef patty. I was very curious about the GF beef and whenever restaurants offer this type of beef, I gotta try! My salad kicked butt! The meat was cooked exactly how I wanted it (rare) and the salmon was buttery and moist! Everything just worked perfectly together. I was very satisfied. My husband on the other hand... Was REPULSED by his food. He ordered the burger and got pepper jack cheese, crispy bacon, avocado and truffle fries and hated every bite he took, about 3, before telling me he couldn't eat anymore. I definitely was sad for him but I was also too busy loving my plate of food. I offered him a bite of salmon (which I NEVER DO) and he accepted (which he never does unless desperate) and he thought it was fantastic! So maybe he should have ordered the salmon? Regardless, since he hated this place SO MUCH... It doesn't sound like we will be going back together! He couldn't stop telling me how he get nauseated from his meal in the car when we left! But me, I was in happy food coma!
