Parker's Country Diner

The fish was super tough and hard to chew. Friend had a club and it was gross. No option for choosing bread. Wasn't baby friendly; no highchair available for the baby.

To be honest, the only reason we ate at Parker's was because everything else in town was closed on a Monday night. We had our supper there. It was a full house. Staff seems to be all older folks, which is more than fine, but they seemed more intent on 2 of them walking past our table multiple times to full the pop cooler than take our order. We were just getting ready to go when a third woman came over. She was....well.....rough. lol She actually hit my boyfriend in the arm - being "funny" but it was a bit much. I know she thought it was just in fun but there's a line. Food was just ok. Nothing fancy. I had fries and a burger. Fries were ok, burger was boring. Very boring. The place is for sale and I think with some tweaking it could be fantastic. I did eat there one other time from their takeout window - had a whistle dog. It was a hard pass.

My wife puppy and I had the two-piece fish and chips and we paid around 38 for. It's a great little spot to grab a quick bite. I do recommend it.

Delicious food! Amazing homemade French fries! Wish I would have had room for pie and ice cream!!

I love every single meal I have ever eaten at this little place . The staff is always very pleasant and accommodating. Sassy Taco Bites is a must try!!!!

Great little diner in the village of Doaktown. Waitress was very friendly, has a great attitude & communicates well with all customers. Others ate off the breakfast menu while I had a club sandwich and small coleslaw. Delicious.

Staff were super friendly. Bathroom clean. Hot turkey platter was delicious and the gravy phenomenal. Lovely little diner. We ate there 3 times.

The absolute best diner I’ve ever been to! I drive over 2 hours to eat here sometimes. When you get the craving for Parker’s Country Diner fish and chips there’s no way to stop it until you go get some! Yummy!
