Parkhotel Laurin, member of WorldHotels Elite

Our first time at the Parkhotel Laurin and it did not disappoint. We were in Bolzano to visit the Christmas markets that the town is so well known for. They did not disappoint and in our opinion at least, one of the best (if not the best) we have visited. Not just in Italy either, the celebrations here match those in more famous cities such as Munich.||Hotel Laurin m|akes for a perfect base. It is only a hundred metres from the train station and only slightly longer to Piazza Walther - the centre of attractions. The hotel is located in a historic building and it manages to combine period charm with all the modern conveniences. Our room lacked for nothing and delivered five nights of blissfully peaceful sleep. All the staff were polite and helpful and the services offered by the hotel - first class.||A bonus is the absolutely fabulous restaurant. So good that we ate here twice, during our five night stay. Combine this with the warm and atmospheric bar (complete with historic murals) and you have a hotel where you could happily spend five days and never leave it.||We enjoyed our stay so much that we are now actively looking to rebook for the Christmas markets of 2026. Highly recommended.

Nice amenities, cool nostalgic character of the hotel and the room. Absolutely terrible room location. Balcony opened over the courtyard but right above the smoking section - hard to believe this was classified as a superior quality room. External events were setup and held steps away from my door creating significant noise and disrupting the otherwise tranquil setting. Overall a bad experience at a seemingly good hotel.

The overall experience of staying at Park Laurin Hotel, Bolzano was great for us. We really liked the spacious rooms and a very fresh breakfast. We also had the opportunity to enjoy the bar for drinks and snacks and will recommend to other to definitely give it a shot. The hotel ia so centrally located that you have everything you want is mostly at a walkable distance. We are very happy to stay there and will look forward if we could stay there once again in the future.

Best hotel in Bolzano, charming with high standards, spacious rooms, high ceilings, warm feel, smart lighting system, towels and beddings of quality. Very quiet and safe. Classic and refined. Staff very professional and friendly.

Lovely, historic hotel near the train station and the city center. Great terrace for an aperitivo. Rooms exceptionally clean. Linens, bedding and towels are all of high quality. Quiet and with a beautiful view. Kind and available staff. I found the best price directly on the hotel website rather than through a booking website. Update: stayed a second time for a 4-day family vacation with my Daughter. Once again, everything was what I could have wished. This time we enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was beyond ample with a full offering of both sweet and savory options of excellent quality. The double room was lovely, quiet and once again had a very nice view of the city.

We visited Bolzano many years ago and thought it would be lovely to return, and in doing so wished to stay in the best hotel in town! and we certainly did. From the moment we arrived the staff were most attentive and helpful and this continued through our stay of five nights. The superior bedroom booked was very well appointed and had two comfortable arm chairs......which was important to us as we would want to relax at the end of the day. In so many high quality hotels there is so often only one comfortable chair in a room for two people!. The beds were very comfortable with high quality bedding and high quality towels in the bathroom....all changed at sensible intervals. Breakfast was exceptionally well organised with delicious food which was always well stocked. Full marks all round.

We had our wedding at Park Hotel Laurin. It was fabulous. The service was amazing. Everything from the flower arrangements, cake, food menu and wait staff- could not have been better. We worked with Sylvia, Giovanna and Elena and all three were fabulous! Communicating with them from the U.S. to plan everything was so easy! Thank you park hotel Laurin for an incredible evening!

We were very impressed with the Laurin Hotel, especially how well single guests are accommodated! The single rooms are just as comfortable and beautifully appointed as the double rooms, and even offer a lovely view, something that is quite rare. The bicycle storage is equally impressive, as can be seen in the pictures. We would have loved to stay longer to fully enjoy the relaxing resort atmosphere, the high-quality food & beverages, and the exceptionally friendly staff.

We enjoyed a nice stay here. It is in a great location to walk to everything. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms had all amenities we needed.

This hotel is a classic example of when aesthetics are valued over and above functionality. The amenities and surrounding scenery are easily accessible, given the hotel's proximity to all different modes of transportation. The views are amazing from the rooms. However, my AC unit was not working, which led to an uncomfortable sleep, coupled with noise from the hallways and rooms above. Also, when I asked for a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar, a staff member said to get coffee from my room. When I got to my room, I only found tea available. Apart from that, the stay was okay.
