Parkhotel Laurin, member of WorldHotels Elite

We had picked to spend Christmas in Bolzano last New Year’s and by April had booked our trip. I did research on hotels and found Park Laurin to be close to everything and its reviews. Upon arriving we were very pleased with what we found, were welcomed by the staff. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and Christmas markets, it is in the heart of the city. The food was very good and the staff exceptional. They all do a good job to make you feel welcome even when it is over Christmas and very busy from within and outside guests at the hotel restaurant or lounge area. A couple of things that I would like to offer as suggestions especially for guests coming from overseas. We made a reservation for Christmas dinner that was to be in the grand dining room and formal. We brought or bought formal wear to attend the dinner as requested by the hotel. We did tell them we were travelling and they requested that we try and honor the requirements for dinner. When we showed up for dinner we were the only formal dressed guests and the dinner was in the private area off the main dining area not in the room described. We would not have had to carry the extra shoes, suits etc.. that was disappointing. The second item is the reserving of seats in the lounge area. It is never properly explained to guests or even how to make a request. The wonderful manager would always try to find somewhere for us to sit but as a guest was frustrating when we would stop in for a drink at night. Overall we would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a place to create a home base from in exploring the Tyrol region.

Large hotel right in the heart of Bolzano, and the entrance to the main retail/restaurant area of town. 5 minute walk from the train station. Well appointed with traditional luxury standards, with a Michelin Star restaurant that does not disappoint. Large but cozy lobby bar, with live entertainment, and a very good menu with quality drink/food options. Service is excellent all around. Large garden and grounds to stroll through with pool and an outdoor terrace area also. If you are looking for an "on point" experienced hotel this is it.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Parkhotel Laurin in Bozen and couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their friendliness, professionalism, and eagerness to help with any questions or requests. They truly made our stay effortless and enjoyable. One of the standout features of the hotel was the bar. It was a fantastic space to relax and unwind, and we would definitely consider it one of the highlights of our visit. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options, and the waitstaff was courteous, friendly, and attentive, adding a warm touch to the mornings. Our Double Room Comfort was spotless, spacious enough for a weekend getaway, and incredibly comfortable. The large windows provided stunning views of both the city and the surrounding mountains, which added to the charm and serenity of our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Parkhotel Laurin and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bozen. We hope to return again in the future!

We had a four night stay at the hotel which was very delightful and relaxing. Room was very spacious, antique and clean. We had some thorny situations around our booking (due to some mistakes made by ourselves) and the front desk manager Patrick was very helpful and considerate and he helped us out. All staffs are very professional and friendly. Food is good too - many options from breakfast buffet and the restaurant for dinner is also of high quality and scrumptious.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hotel Laurin, and was thoroughly impressed by the hotel and the wonderful service we received. When we arrived to check-in, the front desk staff informed us that they had kindly upgraded our standard room booking to a spacious suite at no additional charge. This was such a wonderful surprise and a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. The suite itself was absolutely lovely - it had high ceilings, large windows offering panoramic views, a separate living area, and an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed. The decor had a classic yet cozy alpine feel, with wood-paneled walls, plush furnishings, and elegant accents. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Beyond the exceptional room, the hotel's other amenities were also top-notch. The breakfast buffet each morning offered a delightful variety of hot and cold items to fuel up for the day. But what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by the Park Hotel Laurin staff. From the front desk to the concierge, everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in providing recommendations and assisting with any requests. Overall, our experience at the Park Hotel Laurin was simply wonderful. The unexpected room upgrade, coupled with the hotel's charming ambiance, excellent facilities, and exceptional service, made for a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and I very much look forward to returning in the future.

Our stay at the Park Laurin hotel was wonderful. We had a large beautiful room with amazing views. The bed and additional pillows made our rest so comfortable. The marble bathroom was stunning as well! The staff and bartenders (June) both inside and outside were wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. The location to the old square is perfect. The breakfast was exquisite. Definitely return

I had the pleasure of staying at Parkhotel Laurin for four days. It was an exceptional experience. The hotel is very elegant and the staff is top-tier. Breakfast options were vast and delicious and the bar makes a great margarita. I will certainly return to this gem.

We enjoyed a nice stay here. It is in a great location to walk to everything. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms had all amenities we needed.

This hotel is a classic example of when aesthetics are valued over and above functionality. The amenities and surrounding scenery are easily accessible, given the hotel's proximity to all different modes of transportation. The views are amazing from the rooms. However, my AC unit was not working, which led to an uncomfortable sleep, coupled with noise from the hallways and rooms above. Also, when I asked for a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar, a staff member said to get coffee from my room. When I got to my room, I only found tea available. Apart from that, the stay was okay.
