Love that this spot is finally open. I regularly go to the gym nextdoor and love coming here before or after for a coffee or lunch and some laptop time. The sandwiches I've had here are delish. And the ambiance is really what's clutch for me - it's a space I want to spend time in and have parked myself here for a couple hours at a time. It feels nice with lots of welcoming seating and the menu has some great options.

There was a bartender named Shannon who was just so attentive and sweet! She kept the area clean and made sure I was good excellent customer service! And my sandwich was juicy and delicious and so fresh I had the roast beef sandwich and there pesto is housemade💯❤️ I'll be back again!!

Great new cafe on Park Blvd that serves coffee, tea, pastries, sandwiches and burgers. Went in on a Wednesday afternoon to work for a few hours and it was the perfect space to get some work done. I ordered the roast beef sandwich and it was delicious and huge, definitely enough for a second meal. Can't wait to keep frequenting this spot!

The roast beef sandwich is one of my regular pleasures. But the cappuccino I had wasn’t half bad either and it’s such a nice space to have some lunch and get some work done. One of my new regular spots.

This place has awesome ambiance, delicious coffee, and a very friendly staff. A great place to get work done on your laptop, with comfortable chairs and plenty of places to sit. So happy to have place like this in our neighborhood!

A great sandwich is hard to find and this new place definitely has a few! The just got their beer and wine license so now I have a place to have a beer and a great sandwich. I don't drink coffee but that's available as well. I usually get " The Spencer" its a Mocha that Spencer makes and then give you a wink when he hands it to you. ;)

Friendly service and excellent sandwiches. I got the laurel and it was the best sandwich I've had in months. The rolls they use are perfect. Subbed the chips with fries. My coworkers got the breakfast sandwich and The Jingletown which they loved.

This place is such a great addition to the neighborhood. They took over the space that was previously Rooz cafe and they provide some much needed coffee and lunch options. Sandwiches are on point, and seemed a bit bigger than a typical deli sandwich in Oakland. I had the East Lake and the wife had The Laurel. Both were incredible. Fortunately she gave up beef. I didn't' have to share mine, but I tried hers and it was just as good if not better than mine. Was talking to the owner and they mentioned they are working on a beer and wine license. That would be great! Hopefully they get approved soon!

Love the sandwiches here! Have tried a couple of them and both were delicious, juicy and good size portions. The cappuccino was on point too. Good food, hip decor and a great place to hang out!

Loved this nice little cafe! Really unexpected for the area but from the decor down to the expresso martinis, it was well worth the experience. Whether you're looking for a coffee date or a quick WFH space I would recommend it. Definitely one of my new faves :)

Just spent a few hours this new spot, and the vibe is unreal! It's got this laid-back Bohemian hip hop style, with an amazing playlist and a super friendly staff that makes you feel right at home. If you're a sandwich lover like me, you're in for a treat--their breakfast and lunch menu is packed with killer options. I went for the chef's favorite - the roast beef sandwich and was super hungry so I also ordered an egg sandwich adding all the extras bacon and a burger patty. They both were fire! They've also got a great selection of wine, beer, and mimosas, plus plenty of mocktails and even a solid NA beer option. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in the neighborhood--this place is a total gem!

Parkline is the newest addition to the Lake Merritt area. Located in a quiet strip on Park Blvd in Oakland. The must try item is the Jingle Town sandwich featuring a delightful blend of mortadella and soppressata. From the moment you walk through the door, you'll be enchanted by the cozy atmosphere and inviting vibes. It's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy good food in a boho-chic setting.

Great food and overall a wonderful experience! The drinks were really good! The vibe was perfect!

The people who work here are super nice. Their house salad was delicious and the potato wedges were perfectly seasoned and crispy. Love their lattes.
