PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay

We chose PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay for our anniversary and really enjoyed the stay. They prepared a simple room decoration and a cake, which was a nice surprise. Room was clean with a modern design, and they set up a baby cot for our 1 year old son. The hotel feels like an indoor garden, very relaxing. Loved the glass elevator with a nice view of the lobby, their signature strairs, the garden, and their big nest. Parking was easy and the place is very suitable for family. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent one-night stay at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay on January 12th, 2026. This is a true 5-star property that fulfills every expectation of luxury. The atmosphere is stunning, and our stay was incredibly comfortable from start to finish.|The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the service was top-notch. Everything about the hotel feels premium and well-maintained. While it is definitely in a higher price range, the quality and comfort justify the cost. It is a perfect choice for a high-end Singapore experience.

This hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were really lovely and attentive. The room itself was extremely clean and the housekeeping staff were constantly checking in to ask whether I needed any extra services. The location of the hotel itself was excellent as many of the attractions were walking distance, my favourite being the Merlion park which was an 8 minute walk. It's also located near 3 massive shopping malls with plenty of food options so that was a huge bonus. I can confidently say that Park Royal was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I know that this will now be my only hotel that I would choose when I visit Singapore again.

I rebooked this hotel, as I remember this being one of the best hotels when I stayed here over 12 years ago. Unfortunately, my standards were dropped. The hotels interiors and rooms are beautiful. Pool space is nice. Gym has good equipment but some of which is not well maintained. The buffet breakfast was a massive downfall. You wait 5-10 to be seated, when there’s genuinely so many empty tables? The food was good, but variety could have been a bit better. Rooms were great. The cleaning staff were very attentive. I enjoyed our stay but next time I’ll book elsewhere, as for the price, I think they could offer more & higher level of service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Park Royal Marina Bay. The staff were very helpful and gave us the opportunity to extend our stay in our room without charge. We would particularly like to thank Yazry who is a service ambassador, who helped us with our luggage. He was very amenable and patient with us. ||We were also impressed with the breakfast buffet choice, the facilities in our room, and the onsite amenities. Overall a great hotel, which we would happily recommend.

Hi Parkroyal We had a really good stay at Parkroyal Collection recently. The front duty manager Ms Doris has been most wonderful in welcoming us and convinced us to pick the upper floor room with a view of Mbs. Truly stunning view indeed. The room is wonderful and breakfast has a very good spread. The hotel has very good accessibility towards everything. We were there for the musical at Sands Theatre and the show of Modern at National Art Gallery. Thank you again Parkroyal and especially Ms Doris for giving us a wonderful stay. Best regards Sarifah

This hotel was amazing, they made my stay perfect. The gardens in the lobby area are beautiful! The room was great and a great size for Singapore. The cleaning staff were fantastic, super attentive. In fact all staff were so helpful. I would love to stay here again!

We had our wedding at the park royal collection marina bay, our sales manager was Jayson and he was super helpful and accommodating to all of our request. We really had a great experience in this place and it was a memorable night for us. We used the Atrium ballroom, and had nothing but praises for the food and the atmosphere. Najihah was our Skyline bar sales manager as we opted in for outdoor solemnisation, despite the rain, her management and her team ensured that everything went super smoothly. We really appreciated everything this two have done for us. The room and all the facilities were also in pristine condition. We had a really good stay.

This place is stunning, beautiful, and relaxing. The rooms seem newly renovated. Location is great, access to MRT and malls. Good food, nice staff, and the best part is the pool and the amazing views of the city. They really focus on green which adds a vibrancy and a freshness. They seem to host events here too, a wedding party was taking place during our stay. You can hear a bit through the walls if neighbors are noisy, some supplies are missing (but you can always ask for them like face towels/slippers), and there may be a bit of a language barrier with some staff but overall it's a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend for business individuals, family, and friends to stay here!

Conveniently located to MRT, Suntec and lots of shopping. Walked to MBS area and back with no problems. Our rate included breakfast and we enjoyed the varied buffet. Room was a good size and with all the essentials, bath robes, slippers and an umbrella. No drawers anywhere in the room and the only two outlets were by the bed. None by the desk which is a little odd and made it hard to work there. No outlets where I could see myself in a mirror so blow drying and straightening hair was an interesting experiment :) Staff was very friendly in any interaction. Currency exchange machine on the 1st floor. Not the best rate but it's there if you need it.
