We stayed here for 6 nights in February 25 in a Cub room and it was just such an overall wonderfull experience. The hotel is perfectly located. Everything is extremley clean. Thanks to the club room we had access to the club lounge which served an excellent selection of foods during afternoon tea and cocktail hours. Not to mention the drinks of course. But what made our stay extra special was the staff in the club lounge. The team around Jenny, Bala, Simon, Alia and Ariana made us really feel like being at home. I can recommend this hotel without any reservations and would immediately come back here!

They anticipated needs before they were voiced and handled every interaction with grace and pride in their work. It’s easy to invest in beautiful buildings. It’s much harder to build a culture where service feels human, consistent, and purposeful. This team has achieved that balance. We chose PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay for our anniversary and really enjoyed the stay. They prepared a simple room decoration and a cake, which was a nice surprise. Room was clean with a modern design, and they set up a baby cot for our 1 year old son. The hotel feels like an indoor garden, very relaxing. Loved the glass elevator with a nice view of the lobby, their signature strairs, the garden, and their big nest. Parking was easy and the place is very suitable for family. Highly recommended.

We booked a one-day family staycation at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We were served with great warmth and professionalism by a staff member named Khalili D’Ruz, who truly made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel itself is wonderful, and we were lucky to get a room facing Marina Bay Sands, which made the stay even more special. We also received a complimentary chocolate with a personalised card addressed to my wife and me a very thoughtful touch. On top of that, we were given early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. The hotel food was delicious and of high quality as well. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to both locals and foreigners looking for a comfortable and memorable staycation experience.

Modern, Very clean Rooms. Room 828 had a slight problem one of the lights in the "closet" where the safe was wouldn't turn off as the door wouldnt close fully, but it was alright I didn't mind hence why i didn't report it. Service was great, especially from the Bar staff, The Two men and the Three women were great, Especially the ones workin on the 14th and 15th February evening. Also the Concierge staff were great as well. Will consider staying at this hotel again when I return to singapore. Thanks.

We had an excellent one-night stay at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay on January 12th, 2026. This is a true 5-star property that fulfills every expectation of luxury. The atmosphere is stunning, and our stay was incredibly comfortable from start to finish.|The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the service was top-notch. Everything about the hotel feels premium and well-maintained. While it is definitely in a higher price range, the quality and comfort justify the cost. It is a perfect choice for a high-end Singapore experience.

I rebooked this hotel, as I remember this being one of the best hotels when I stayed here over 12 years ago. Unfortunately, my standards were dropped. The hotels interiors and rooms are beautiful. Pool space is nice. Gym has good equipment but some of which is not well maintained. The buffet breakfast was a massive downfall. You wait 5-10 to be seated, when there’s genuinely so many empty tables? The food was good, but variety could have been a bit better. Rooms were great. The cleaning staff were very attentive. I enjoyed our stay but next time I’ll book elsewhere, as for the price, I think they could offer more & higher level of service.

I had an excellent experience at a luxury hotel in Singapore with stunning city views. Check-in and reception were extremely fast, the interior looks like an elegant mall, and when I felt unwell, they called a doctor to my room in record time. Services are great , highly recommend!

This place is stunning, beautiful, and relaxing. The rooms seem newly renovated. Location is great, access to MRT and malls. Good food, nice staff, and the best part is the pool and the amazing views of the city. They really focus on green which adds a vibrancy and a freshness. They seem to host events here too, a wedding party was taking place during our stay. You can hear a bit through the walls if neighbors are noisy, some supplies are missing (but you can always ask for them like face towels/slippers), and there may be a bit of a language barrier with some staff but overall it's a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend for business individuals, family, and friends to stay here!

Conveniently located to MRT, Suntec and lots of shopping. Walked to MBS area and back with no problems. Our rate included breakfast and we enjoyed the varied buffet. Room was a good size and with all the essentials, bath robes, slippers and an umbrella. No drawers anywhere in the room and the only two outlets were by the bed. None by the desk which is a little odd and made it hard to work there. No outlets where I could see myself in a mirror so blow drying and straightening hair was an interesting experiment :) Staff was very friendly in any interaction. Currency exchange machine on the 1st floor. Not the best rate but it's there if you need it.
