Beautiful property in a wonderful location! On-site pool, clubhouse, and surrounding park, sport fields, hiking trails, restaurants and shopping makes home so convenient.

Great location with beautiful views! The manager, Vanessa, is very friendly and patient. Answered all of my questions and matched me to my new home. She explained the process to me and followed up to ensure we were on the same page and understood what to expect. I would recommend renting here as the service is great and so is the pricing!

I have lived at Parkside for over 30 years and I highly recommend it. Each unit, in addition to having its own deck and covered parking space, is very open and bright. There is also a pool, a new exercise room, and a tenant community space. The location is great being directly behind Redhill Shopping Center with both Safeway, CVS, and a variety of other shops. We will soon be getting new insulated windows and sliding glass doors which will help to maintain the interior temperature. The new property manager, Daniela, is most helpful and on top of everything regarding the complex. This is the place you want to live in San Anselmo.

Ever since we moved into parkside apartment this place has exceeded our expectations. Parkside is quiet clean and has great amenities. Everyone is so friendly. We have an amazing manager here. Who always gets right back to me. If i ever have a problems. Or any questions. Parkside has been the best choice for me and my family.

We are looking to move to San Anselmo, and this was our top contender based on photos/website. Unfortunately, we've called and messaged through the "Contact us" page 4 times now. Still no answer after several days. Not professional.
