This review is for the Hotel only. First, this place is very clean. The staff is very kind and professional. The casino area for the whole week we were there was fully packed, morning, noon and night. No exaggeration. Despite that, the noise level was extremely low and respectful Second, the "American food" is really bad and cocktails they serve at the Bicycle pub are terrible. Stick with beer in a can or bottle here. The Cafe had some impressive coffee drinks. Third, the Sushi here is phenomenal. I had low expectations but the fish was the freshest I've ever had. I also was able to try their Vietnamese restaurant and the pho was ok! The beef was very tender. Very impressed with that. Third, the facilities are kept immaculate, the rooms are large and clean. My only complaint is there is no wifi and the TVs are not smart tvs. Not a big deal at all, but there were a couple of nights where we weren't feeling well so we stayed in and would have liked to have been able to stream Netflix

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and was genuinely impressed. The rooms were spotless, and the staff made check-in a breeze. The restaurant downstairs served a fantastic breakfast buffet. It feels upscale but comfortable at the same time. Would 100% stay again.

Ay andan los toxics making sure the casinos in Los Angeles are just as fun as the bigger ones. If you know what I mean. Hold it down in life love and pursue of happiness. Great hang out to have a little fun and adventure! Believe in yourself and go out and play player. Remember don't hate the player hate the game! Lol...

The hotel and casino are decent, but the valet service is a weak spot. Some of the staff come off as rude, and I’ve even seen them slap cars while parking. That’s not what you expect when you’re trusting someone with your vehicle. Also the rooms have some strange odor. For a place that markets itself as high-end, the valet team should be trained to treat both guests and their cars with more professionalism and respect.

We had an amazing time in Parkwest Bicycle hotel! Staff was wonderful and friendly. Service was impeccable room was cleaned daily! We loved it here and enjoyed our stay very much. My son wants to go back we all do! :) free valet service to boot! Thabk you to the wonderful staff! Will go back definitely on our next visit to LA.

I like the place and food but not the baccarat games. I think they can maneuver the outcome of the games because it is electronically connected. Sometimes, they generously give bonuses, if they want to, sometimes only few pandas, mostly players and ties only. Dragons are blocked. In my experience, free play chips could barely win a hand. Other than that, overall is good.

good location. not very clean. only clean room seldomly. their official cleaning schedule is every three days, but it’s not guaranteed that they would come. not very friendly staff. best staffs are the valets, they are really doing a good job. not very friendly casino as well, recommend to choose other casino hotels if you are a poker lover.

Best place to play card games, The bingo they have here is really good. The food is good and the restrooms are extra clean and smell really nice. The bingo they have is organized and is always finished on time. The only problem is that security sucks here, I have cancer so I have a handicap placard many times I go and cars park in the no handicap parking. The photo i provided shows you i could not get out of my car or in my car because the car was parked in the no parking area, If someone has a wheel chair or needs room to open there door they can not get out.

Bacarrat $20 tourney extended for everyday in December 2024 !!!!!! Why doesnt Bike get friendlier bartenders. Aurora not friendly. Other older lady with a limp not friendly or personable. Coffee guy Teodoro not friendly or personable. If Bike realizes which employees are nice and which ones dont care then they would be heading in the right direction. They act like they work at a retirement home not in hospitality industry. sad but true.

Go back to poker atlas! The new app (bravo) is absolutely dreadful. Instantly after downloading it, I realized I would rather be going to any other casino. The customer service doesn't start at the door. It starts with how you treat the total player experience. Unless your goal is to eliminate check-ins...(cause no one gunna use this app)... then you're not doing this right. This source code of this app is a crime. It belongs in the garbage.

Great customer service and very accommodating! I was apart of the system crash and had a horrible experience prior to getting here. My stay at the Parkwest turned that all around. The room I stayed in was spacious and the bathroom is set up like a spa! There are plenty of eateries in the area and the hotel also has awesome food as well. Shout out to Noelle who really made our day! She provided great customer service along with the security and valet. I can't wait to come back!

Never heard of this casino until today, wow you can see it while still driving on the freeway, 1984 they've been around that long? Normally the casino I visited would be somewhere in the reservation, but not with this one, that's explained about the hotel tower was much stand out than the game room, I wasn't sure if people do win money playing here, but I am looking more on the entertainment and dining aspects, they seemed to have no buffet, 3 restaurants that provided American and Asian foods, that's that. Some high rollers room vs regular betting room, then the entertainment was at the other end of the casino, just follow the signs, also because one of the performers was my friend, she invited me to come, the stage was decent, they have cash bar and seatings for both vip plus regular, sound systems were great, a lot of people who smoke, even though the sign said no smoking, so the casino smells because of cigarettes stained plus they continuously smoking non stop, that was one of the complaints I have for this place. Then the parking lot were divided into 3, one for VIP, one for hotel Valet which took out most of the spaces, then the regular left with nothing, literally one of the employees told me it was full and please park on the street, bruh. My take for an ideal casino, has good buffet, has good entertainment, non smoking thru out the casino, then winning streaks.

I'm sorry, I just have to bring this up after playing poker this morning. Customer service is pretty hit or miss with these dealers - First dealer awesome and was actually friendly and welcoming, very accommodating when I had a question about the progressive jackpot. Then comes the next dealer which was the complete opposite named Elena. Very Cold and Rude, even when a player asked her about a motion that another player was making, she immediately says "Call floor man, if you want. He make forward motion IT'S IN POT" completely in a rude manner. Eventually she kept looking over her shoulder to call another dealer to touch her out like she absolutely DID NOT WANT TO BE THERE. I don't know what her deal was, but poker can be an intense game sometimes. We're paying customers to the casino and the dealers as poker players, a little improvement your customer service won't hurt.

This place is clean and nice ! Have promotion every Monday & Wednesday & Friday from 3pm-11pm buy in and get 5% extra chips for baccarat game. Big jacket pot ! Every Tuesday can get free gift ! Also use your players ' card can earn point for free food , free drinks and also free chips or watch free concert! The biggest action they can take in Los Angeles! Hotel is very new and clean ! We can have chinese food till 2am , or 24/7 breakfast menu! Love this place!

Outstanding hotel in an unexpected location. We got upgraded to a King Suite (650 square feet) with 2 bathrooms. The suite was luxurious but not pretentious. There were 2 large flatscreen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The kitchen area had a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and a small sink. The service was excellent and there is a lot of security so you feel very safe at this property. Valet parking is given for free to hotel guests. Two free water bottles are provided in the room. We were attending an event in South Gate, only 3 miles away, and this property was the perfect location for spending the night in LA. Room price was very cheap for Southern California and we will definitely stay here again in the future!

From the moment I pulled up my car I received a warm welcome by the valet team. Being my first time I had no idea what to expect . Then at the main entrance I ran into the concierge who was so engaging, warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked like the happiest guy in the place. Being my first time he let me know about the player card rewards program and how it worked along with all of the cool promotions they do throughout the month. The facility was so comfortable and extremely clean. I loved how all of the employees looked very polished and groomed. The only areas of improvement I would say would probably be the food and beverage, but other than that, it's worth the visit and the gaming was made so easy and a lot of options. Will be back again!!!

This is the cleanest casino in Los Angeles, I had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers in high limit, her name is Arlene, she took the time to explain to me all the positive changes the casino has gone through and I appreciate her dedication to making sure the clients are all satisfied. SERVICE & CHECKIN Checkin was slow as molasses (so much paperwork) ontop of the long wait for a room to become available. When early checkin IS available it will cost you $50 (a bit excessive). Valet parking cost $10/night. There are also resort fees: $10/night. Tap payment wasn't available. Front desk is very lively, helpful, & also multilingual. Not pet friendly. LOBBY, ELEVATOR, CORRIDORS The lobby is large but still felt congested due to some of the design decisions, orientation, & seating. Elevators were slower than expected but are sufficiently spacious, with multiple functional lifts. The corridors were ornate & have a very pleasing color pattern. ROOM (guest room & suite) We tried the double queen guest room & a suite. We found both configurations to be comfortably spacious, with a high degree of cleanliness & ample storage for our extended stay. The design of the rooms is generally just really impressive with a lot to appreciate: high-ceilings, a myriad of seating options, great natural+overhead lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows, clear views across the city, blackout curtains ergonomic workspaces, & plush hotel stock. Nothing I can think to complain about... BED The mattresses are more soft than firm, which I don't usually enjoy but the bedding was too good to protest. Soft, cozy, clean, & better than most brands with self-described "premium" bedding. One thing I didn't love was the choice of metal/aluminum base; just too noisy & atypical. BATH Lavish & indulgent bathroom designs in guest rooms & suites, with some of the most impressive shower installations I've experienced in my last ~70 stays: high quality fixtures, tile, & accents all throughout. No pre-stocked shower sets but there's a plethora of Whish toiletries provided for your convenience. The bath robes are also with the hassle of requesting. Yet It's not without a few flaws: towels are on the smaller side, the water pressure is a bit weak, & the OSFA slippers did not fit me (size 11) TV & ENTERTAINMENT 42" LG HD flatscreen on swivel base (guest room) or rotating entertainment center (suite). The entertainment setup in the suite was more fashionable than functional; not as accommodating as the guest room counterpart. Most of the built-in services didn't work & other integrations wouldn't connect. I wish they did less with the set top box because the apps are a hassle. WI-FI & CELL RECEPTION Complimentary WiFi is unencrypted but performs very well! Solid for work & streaming. Verizon cell service was adequate & reliable in the building/area. --Nerd Stats-- 56-81 Mbps download 36-46 Mbps upload 0% packet loss 9 ms latency 3 ms jitter --Performance-- Video streaming - good Online gaming - average Video chatting - good FOOD & DRINK Starbucks is no longer on-property, which is disappointing but thankfully it's a DoorDash friendly location. Rooms are equipped with the status quo mini coffee bar & a medium mini fridge. There's a restaurant onsite but it's not particularly accommodating for multiple food allergies so we didn't partake in room service this time. If you're craving junk food, there's also a mini market in the lobby. NOISE The sound proofing is solid. It doesn't completely dampen the city noise found in downtown LA (police, ambulance, etc) but it does a good enough job. LOCATION Lots of convenience stores & restaurants within walking distance. There's varying amounts of un-homed that roam in the vicinity but there's a consistent security presence nearby. VERDICT Despite the spa still being (indefinitely) closed, I enjoyed this property WAY more than I expected & extended my stay a number of times. The review: Positives: 1) Everyone was satisfied with their meal (7 different dishes), although no one was blown away. 2) Plenty of TVs to watch a game. Negatives: 1) Possibly the worst server I've ever encountered. Only ordered 2 drinks in the 2.5 hours we were there, not due to taking our time, but because he literally never checked on us. He took our order and brought waters for the table. We ordered our meals w/first round of drinks at roughly 6pm. Food arrived close to 6:30ish (busy with Dodgers game-not an issue). However, drinks arrived at roughly the same time. Ordered (after flagging him down), another round at 6:50ish, drinks started arriving at 7:25, and that was the last he stopped at our table. He was still in the restaurant (rolling silverware, randomly checking on others), but never again stopped at our table. We had to flag down another sever to get our check.

Justice for Jonathon Jung. This discount casino acts like they're working in Vegas but it's pretty low end. Don't recommend it at all. Filthy exterior, mediocre food.

Careful at this casino. Dealer took a card without me signaling hit, floor manager said he reviewed the camera, came back and said the dealer played it right, whole time he was gone, dealer admitted to another floor manager, that I hadn't signal. They technically cheated me out off my bet. No stood out for me, even the assistant of the dealer, just stayed quite. Also Sausage in the breakfast meal is not good. Won't be ordering this meal again: weird tasting.

What in the world is going on with this place? How do you put people in rooms with no air conditioning in the middle of summer, and expect people to be comfortable? If I wanted to be cooked, I would have slept in a damn sauna! We were comped and moved to a bigger room, that also had no freakin air! While we were at the counter complaining again, another couple comes behind us to complain also. They said there were moved 3 times...then offered a damn fan! What is a fan going to do when there is no circulation of air to move around???? So here we are, stuck here on a freaking Tuesday evening, with a funeral to attend the next morning, and all of us looked like we've been sleeping outside on concrete! It was too late to book anywhere else, and then a security guard there mentioned "oh they have a scheduled appt coming up for someone to check the air conditioning I think sometime in September or October"...WTF!!! Appointment?? That type of issue is a priority one and handled stat!!! The same day air wasn't working a tech should've been on scene fixing it. I hate this casino the most. I have been to many casinos and sometimes I win and sometimes I lose, but I have been to this casino 10 times and I have never won once. I have lost a lot of money and around me I have lost nothing. All the players said that since this casino changed owners and changed the rules, everyone cursed and cursed this casino a lot. I think the new owner only wants money, hurting people can make people want to die. Whoever goes here, please be very careful. I think this casino cheats players. Every table game has people losing money. Don't go there at all. The staff service is very bad and there are only crazy people who are not in their right mind. I wish this casino will be closed soon.

I don't know how this place has money to stay open . The service is 0/10 , food 4/10 , waitresses at bar and restaurant side 2/10 with none of them being able to get your order right or have a nice attitude unless you start off with a tip to get their attention . Not family friendly if you're looking to get a room to stay for a weekend if visiting in town . I always knew bell gardens was a bad area and this casino and hotel are a direct mirror image of the city it's located in . I would never come back here nor recommend it. Management needs to literally fire all the staff and rebuild from scratch if it wants to level up or if it even cares about removing the rude staff . Avoid !

Went to work...chilling...came out for my lunch and my car was fucken gone! From the employee parking lot man! Obviously whoever did this either works there or has some type of access to the employees parking lot if it ain't safe for the employees now imagine the safety of the players! Smh stay alert! Still have not seen the footage as they won't let me see it.

My parents stayed at this hotel, and my dad's name is Raul and mom's Nina they stayed there on October 12 till the 13. They had terrible service. The rooms were super dirty and we requested to be moved to a different room, but we're denied.

Over all pretty good,just a few things I would fix,the Blankets and pillows were smelly ,and there was stains on the couch .

I've been to a lot of poker rooms and card rooms. The Bike is like most card rooms. Big difference in service between a card room and a poker room. You'll pay for your drinks even soft drinks. I also waited 1hr to order food even after talking to 3 floor managers. The food server told me to hold on 3 times and never came back. I ended up going to the food stand myself to out in the order and also back to pick it up. They didn't let me that they could deliver it to my table. They also didn't know what was in their items in the menu. The card room is clean and restrooms are clean. Large parking lot but pretty full even though the card room itself wasn't that full. I live in Las Vegas and I'm used to the poker rooms with excellent service and free drinks. With that being said, I'll never play at a card room and I'll just wait to go home to play. The traffic driving to these cars rooms in LA was horrible also.

Great Casino Food! These stars are for Faye! She was our server in one of the restaurants. Yummy food and even better customer service! She was so attentive and engaging the whole time. We really enjoyed her service. It was clean and the food came fairly fast! Thank you Faye for taking great care of us and keeping us laughing the whole time.

I went in to play no limit , higher stakes. There was one table running with a gate keeper that gave me an interview to see if he would let me play. He takes my phone number and says he'll call me as soon as a seat opens. I never hear from him again. This casino is a joke.

It's very unprofessional since most players at the Baccarat Game Tables they all spoke Chinese and they are so RUDE. Floor persons did nothing , only arrived to the tables because of DRAGON (pays 40:1 or PANDA (pay 25:1) to receive tips from players. They did not even provide any bonus points properly. It's a horrible place. STAY AWAY...to SAVE your money since you could never win AT this PLACE.

Parking was simple. The venue for Kollaboration featuring incredible comics like Andrea Jin, Leslie Liao, and Jason Cheney was an absolute a blast. They were so funny. Some of the bad, was the audio was low at times and the vending station staff being in the venue were so loud and disrupting at times made for a bad experience. I would have preferred a smaller venue with a more comic friendly environment.

My first time here and was pleasantly surprised, the casino is beautiful. I stopped at the brewery for a meeting and had lunch. I wanted something light so i ordered the poke and it was amazing! I wasn't expecting much for a "brewery" but no seriously it was so fresh, I highly recommend this place for lunch/dinner if you find yourself at the Bike!

I have enjoyed coming here for the lo baller. Seeing how my luck has been treating me bad. I recently played this year, Some drastic changes were made (Hold Em' aficionados) 1. 40 NL Hold em is now obsolete 2. Water bottles are no longer complimentary 3. Good service used to range below $10, Now it's $13+ 4. The $100 NL Hold em is no longer allowing players to rack up points via player card. In true inflation fashion, the Bicycle casino has shown its true colors. Reaching deeper into our pockets. Come here if you would enjoy getting no benefits, and are eager to lose money.

I was a regular poker (5-5 or 5-10) player between The Bike and Commerce (3-5 times a week) pre COVID for many years. In the last couple of year since COVID ended, I have been shocked by the significant decline in the service, amenities, and player comfort and experience. It's not improving, but getting worse. Examples include the inclusion of the "side games" on the table that drive confusion and annoyance; the increase in prices for everything combined with the reduction (or non-existence) in service from food and beverage staff; the movement of the poker area to a less comfortable environment from where it was; unfavorable or non-existent comps, etc. I visited this past week for the first time in months, and there were no 5-10 games going in the evening and only two 5-5 games. There was a complete lack of energy or excitement in the room and I left after only two hours. The decisions you've made are driving players underground (I.e. home games) or to other rooms, but that may be what you want from a business perspective. It was a great place to play!

Unique hotel with zebra stripe colors on the exterior. Great customer service as well! The rooms are spacious and smell nice. There is security guards at the parking lot and entrance of the hotel as well as cameras all over the building! The hotel is also located next to bell gardens civic center so there is lots of retail stores, restaurants, banking institutions nearby! I also like that the fitness center has a punching bag! My complaints here is there is a $10 resort fee charged at check in as well as a $100 security deposit. The rooms do Not have a microwave and there is No laundry room in the hotel.

Very poor customer care, will never set my foot there again! Used to come there with my wife for over 30 years and last night while she played 3 cards poker I was standing and watching UTH game approximately 5 feet away from the table. Saw a dealer made mistake shorting a players win and pointed to the player that dealer shorted him. Floor manager asked me to walk away from the table and I politely declined. I guess they don't like to be caught cheating the players. To make the long story short I was banned for 30 days after altercation with other managers and security escort out. No more bicycle for ever, commerce casino is much better anyway!

the best poker room in LA. Games are always going and the action is great. Parking is easy and there are plenty of food selections. Shoutout to Jeff, the floorman in the Poker Room - he's the man!

I've been here at least 4 times over the past year and this past stay was so awful, I will not return. I was playing baccarat in the high limit room and it took over 30 mins to get a drink. The pit boss and dealers were rude and condescending. Awful casino that does not pay attention to detail or hospitality.

HORRIBLE SERVICE....... STAY AWAY Trying to set up an event for September, I called the Senior Catering Sales Manager Laura Lovato multiple times and she refuses to call back. I went to the front desk multiple times and Laura was never there. I went both weekdays and weekends. Does Laura Lovato even work??? When she finally called me "ONCE" she promised to set me up with a date to go over prices, show me the banquet rooms, and sign a contract... NEVER CALLED ME BACK AFTER THAT. I even emailed her to please return my call because I was extremely interested in booking and having my event there, never heard from her. What's your problem Laura Lovato? Do you not want to do business with customers? I needed to plan a party for my daughter but I guess The Bike must train their employees to judge people based on conversations and teach their employees to not follow up with customers. DO NOT COME HERE if you are not prepared for the worst service ever!!!! The fact that the housekeeper could steal your belongings, then lie about it, and the management team will not help but dodge responsibilities is beyond me. We lost a ring inside the room we stayed in and the only possiblity was that it was thrown away or taken by the housekeeper, yet they refused to compensate!!! My wife took the ring off during shower and set it on the seating/counter area inside the shower. We left the room without it believing that for hotels like this it would totally be okay. Came back to find that room was cleaned and ring was gone. Filed a report that night at the front desk because obviously the manager does not come in until the next morning. The next afternoon their manager Jessica called me and said that the only person that entered the room was the housekeeper, and yes they said they saw the ring and left it where it was. The manager also said that they looked everywhere in the room but did not find anything. If the manager was telling the truth, then the ring was not in the room, then the only logical possibility would be that either the housekeeper kept it for herself or she threw it away!! This happened inside a room on the hotel soil and was highly likely caused by a hotel employee, yet they refused to compensate for my loss. I have called and left voice mails a couple times since but have heard nothing. We know well that these hotels have insurances to cover these kind of situations, but because we are from out of state and they know it would be hard for us to contact them after we left, they think it's okay to play dead. Whoever comes in and stays here: yeah you better lock everything inside their lockers, or you might be lucky enough to have the same housekeeper that comes in to steal from you. Even one star is too many.

Although our room was not ready by check in time we were upgraded with no charge and the room was excellent. However, I do not recommend valet parking unless you want your vehicle/trunk searched and things taken out. Security/Valet were very unprofessional, and were racially profiling. They were rude and violated personal property by going through the trunk of our car during our stay. Unacceptable, and their excuse was "it's new years" ... park in the casino parking lot and save yourself the hassle. I should've read other reviews regarding the valet and security going through cars/trunks before booking here! Apparently this is what they do! DON'T STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR THINGS STOLEN

Okay so this place is as sanitary as it gets for a casino. They do temperature checks and do require a mask. I didn't stay here to gamble but from what I could tell they gambled late into the night (outside in front of the casino) and it wasn't fancy at all. The hotel itself has a beautiful lobby, and friendly service. The pool area is extremely tacky. It's tiny with casino tables around it. I'll also be giving four stars because for whatever reason the TV kept turning off by itself after maybe 20 minutes which was extremely annoying. Other than that the room was nice and spacious and the bathroom was beautifuuuul. Give it a chance?

Place is packed, but they don't allow beer. There is one bar that sells it, but you have to buy a hot dog to get it, Doritos won't do they said. Then they make you eat outside or in a fenced area.

If you want to get your car broken in without consequences, this is the perfect casino for you! Even with cameras everywhere in this parking lot, the security did absolutely nothing to find the criminal that broke into my car this month. There are tons of better casinos with better security, and this is not the one!

The worse casino ever went to! Took friends from out of town there to check it out. Unfortunately it is not what it says in reality and tv commercial. Very inconvenient to enter and re-enter the casino.

You wouldn't think that the state would let someone come in and buy the casino without requiring that anybody actually works there. But they did. You can show up here on the weekend and not find a single waiter or bartender in the entire place (which is kind of a dump even though it was just renovated). Pretty awful, but still better than Commerce.
