The best dive bar in Singapore. There is no competition. Great atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff, good food, and cheap drinks. Their happy hour has incredible deals. We got free fries during happy hour during our last visit. The bar reminds me of the dives in Portland and Seattle. I can’t wait to go back.

Parliament gives off a classic American bar energy 100%, and in my quick opinion the most outstanding experience is definitely the staff's warmth and energy :) Warm, friendly and funny, one of their staff especially (so sorry I didn't catch your name) was more than the typical "customer service" vibe but was genuinely passionate and humourous going about his job which made the entire idea of being at bar even more fun. Deco and music was 100% in point, but whilst the food was good, it didn't really warrant the price tag and the selection wasn't extensive enough to make customers really order nibbles and bites to stay the night. In my humble opinion, if even more thought (I know you all might have already put in quite a bit of effort) can be put into the food menu along the lines of it not just being tasty but suitable for a whole night of snacking alongside your drinks, Parliament would be a perfect place to start and end the night with everyone tumbling down the stairs laughing. What a great hangout place! We loved the cool chill vibes of this hidden gem, which served awesome cocktails and delicious sandwiches. The grilled cheese sandwich was not bad but the chicken sandwiches were the bomb. They were filling and yet so flavourful. We also really liked the buffalo poppers - tangy and with a good after kick. My pineapple flavoured rum based cocktail reminded me of an alcoholic macchiato. Service was warm & friendly as well. Awesome place!

Overall an okay experience. My espresso martini could have been creamier and smoother. It felt very watered down. Pickleback shots were really good! The high seats along the wall really need a place to put up your feet. My legs got achy after dangling them for an hour. Music is good although a bit too loud to have good conversations.

Decent cocktails, amazing atmosphere and hidden on the 2nd floor. I would prefer the cocktails to be stronger in ABV and less sweet but overall, I had an interesting time there.

One of those days when you really just want to disappear into the night light, soak yourself in some deli bar food with a twist of creative cocktails pairing soothing old American tunes, then this is the place to be. If you like a little noisy but cozy kind of place, here’s the setting to be. There’s something about the busy walls of this bar, starting from stairs up and throughout the decor of the dimly lit outfit. I like the fact that they try to keep the place simple and humble. I’d say if I needed a room to stray my mind away, it’s here that I’d go. Did I mention that food is decent too? Not too bad for finger food.

came here for the second time and it was amazing again! the cocktails are affordable (classics at $14-$16++) and the burgers are so good too! we particularly liked the american fried chicken burger. the vibes are 💯 we love the bass boosted songs which aren't too loud yet loud enough. they also played a select few of our rnb song requests 🤍 staff is also very attentive and kind. will definitely come back!

i love love this bar! my friends and i celebrated my birthday here and we had such a memorable and enjoyable time. the staff were so friendly and nice. we wanted to take photos and they gladly offered to help us take them. they even allowed us to eat our cake there which i thought was super sweet. the food was also yummy! we ordered the fried chicken burger and fries and they were so crispy and satisfying. also the interior, down to the toilet, was so vibey, with all the wall stickers and lights. definitely recommend to check out this place <3
