Ever since I discovered this place I make it my mission to come at least once when I’m in Jacksonville, FL. These are by the far the best croissants/Donuts I’ve ever had!! Would definitely recommend this business to anyone in town.

I have ordered twice now. The donuts are great but as you know, it is very pricey. I order on DoorDash and spent over $50 for one dozen donuts. I ordered a classic assorted box and literally got two of the donuts that were actually supposed to come in there And literally all of the donuts that were in there. I don’t care for I’m so aggravated. I called to speak to the manager. And she basically told me there was nothing she could do go through DoorDash while I went through DoorDash and DoorDash did not help me so I literally just paid over $50 for two donuts. The manager should’ve done something. At least give me a free dozen next time I come in or something horrible management skills With the amount of money they charge they should be doing a lot better to make sure their customers are happy very unsatisfied will not return to that location

I recently visited Parlor Doughnuts and tried their amazing donuts for the first time with my kids. We called them "croissant donuts" because they tasted similar to croissants, which was really cool. I also had a lavender iced latte, and it was delicious. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a tasty and unique treat. It definitely deserves a 5-star review for its great food and welcoming vibe.

Amazing! Fresh, homemade, high quality ingredients. I don’t eat regular donuts but I love Parlor Donuts. Paired my caramel donut with a honey cinnamon cold brew coffee! Chef’s kiss!

The best donuts i’ve had. Customer service is great. The establishment is nice and clean, nice and cozy. There is inside and outside seating they do offer drinks and coffee for donuts are made fresh daily and there is a variety to choose from. Also, they offer a military discount check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Walked in and immediately was nicely greeted :) So many super yummy options! Had a hard time deciding but ended up going with French toast, cookies n cream, campfire, lemon bar, and two cinnamon sugar minis for the kids. Kids hated the minis- but their opinion doesn't matter too much. My husband also didnt love it but only because it was more of a croissant type dough vs pillowy dough. The other donuts were fantastic I think everyone's favorite is the French toast! So good! I appreciate that I wasn't overly sweet and tasted like it was good quality. I noticed they had breakfast sandwiches and tacos so I will definitely be back!!!

I came here on a Monday morning with a few friends and I found the service a bit offputting. I didnt order any donuts and you would have thought I committed a crime in front of everyone. The staff seemed put off by the fact that I didnt want any donuts and the cashier was abrupt. I ordered a sausage biscuit to eat and the food was hot and fresh, but didnt blow me away. Try the donuts you say...maybe I would if I ever went back.

Palor Doughnuts is a delightful spot for any donut lover! Their array of unique flavors never disappoints, offering a fun and tasty experience with every visit. The ambience is cozy and the service is welcoming, making it a great place to unwind. While the coffee isn't my favorite, the doughnuts more than make up for it. A definite must-visit for donut enthusiasts!

Oooo Parlor Doughnuts... why are these so good?!! So many donuts around the area but this is top tier, best donuts, they honestly remind me of a "cronut" very similar, absolutely love the coconut donut and my little one was obsessed with the holiday flavors but is also gravitating towards the coconut minis. Everything is good!

Holy donut! This place is incredible. Get ready to spend some money, get messy and stuff your face. The donuts are massive and taste like a cross between a thick cake donut and croissant. Each donut is topped with some concoction that will get all over your face, clothes and fingers. Such a good time. They have so many different flavors it's hard to get just one. I bought a half dozen which cost around $18. With the price it's worth it, but it's definitely not an everyday donut place. Otherwise, you'll go broke. I opted for: Cherry cheesecake (seasonal) - very cheesecakey, but no cherry flavor at all. Kind of disappointed. Wouldn't get it again. The campfire - chocolate glaze, burnt marshmallows and graham cracker crumble - very solid, we enjoyed it. Maple bacon - maple glaze with crumbled bacon - this was fantastic. Just wish there was more bacon. The smokiness mixed so well with the sweetness. Lemonade - lemon and powdered sugar - absolutely delicious. Nice balance of sweetness and lemon flavor. Boston cream - chocolate glaze with Bavarian cream on the inside - omg was my description of this donut. Definitely will be on the priority list when coming back. The Princess donut (secret off the menu donut!) - strawberry glaze, sprinkles, marshmallows and whipped cream. The girl behind the counter knew I was having a hard time picking a donut for my 4 yr old daughter. She said this was the perfect donut for her, but you have to ask for it since it's not on the menu. It was fantastic and my daughter felt very special eating it. All in all I'm pretty obsessed with this place. It's unique and there's so many flavors to choose from, you'll never get bored. The staff were friendly and the donuts were fresh. I highly recommend them!

I have heard about these donuts and they do not disappoint you. They have a buttery croissant texture to us. They have unique flavors we really enjoyed them all. They do not have apple fritters but they have a delicious raspberry filled donut with so much filling. The Maple bacon taste like breakfast as did the French Toast. They were busy and parking is challenging but you can park down and walk. The staff is friendly.

YUM! Visited the Fruit Cove location and got a half dozen: Cookies & cream Raspberry Pistachio Cherry Cheesecake Strawberry Cheesecake Coconut Crème Maple Bacon I would maybe pass on the cookies and cream next time & try a different one. There's so many to choose from! Maple Bacon & Cherry Cheesecake were my personal favorite. These aren't your traditional doughnuts but more like cronuts. Light & airy. A must try in Jacksonville!

Fantastic service, adorable decor, and the food was delicious! The only negative is the waiting area is small so it's hard to get out of the way. I had the spinach, egg, and Gouda breakfast sandwich and it was deliciousness. The doughnuts were out of this world delicious so be sure to get a few to split with friends, it's always better to sample as many as possible!

O-M-G, I've had many, many donuts in my day but that maple bacon donut I had today was AMAZING! The donut was almost as soft as a KK donut but not as with the to die for glaze and bacon bits. The restaurant was so cute, nice & clean, staff greeted me as soon as in entered the facility, very pleasant. There's indoor and outdoor seating which outdoor would have been perfect if time would have permitted for me to sit & relax. Not living anywhere close to this area I'm definitely looking forays to my next visit in the area so I can try other flavors of donuts.

Without a doubt my new favorite doughnut place. I dream of these doughy balls of joy. Any time I'm near one I stop in and I never get just one. Every flavor is good (churro and caramel bourbon are high recommendations). Dough is made of childhood joy. Clean space. Friendly staff. Definitely go, but don't take all my doughnuts.

Had several members in town visiting. We ordered one of each donut and cut them all up in to four pieces. I tried several and there wasn't one bad donut. They were ALL delicious!!

Decided to swing by and try out this doughnut shop our daughter has been telling us about. We arrived around 11:30am and while it was busy, the line went quick. We decided to try 4 of the doughnuts: strawberry, chocolate chocolate, Bavarian cream and a caramel. All four doughnuts were tasty, but the caramel was the clear winner. The doughnuts were light, not heavy. The glazes on each were flavorful and all of the doughnuts had a nice look to them. We hadn't really done our research beforehand (it was kind of a spur of the moment stop) but we hope now that we've been, we look forward to returning and trying some of the more popular flavors.

OMG, OMG these are off the hooks amazing! The Lemonade one, fruit tart, raspberry pistachio. Cookies and cream, French toast! You MUST come and try them. They are well worth it!

Coffee. Juice. Kombucha. Milkshakes Variety of mini donuts and huge ones (28 diff flavors) Dog donuts. Shirts. Beanies, drink glasses. Trucker Hats. You will be able to find something you'll like, guaranteed. Customer service was amazing, very professional and friendly. Restaurant was clean and great staff

CRONUTS!!! If you love a good Cronuts here's your spot! There aren't many options in Jacksonville for a Cronut this place hits the spot and it's less than $3 a donut! The flavours are all unique it was so hard to choose we got a jelly and a strawberry cream, light and fluffy feels like a cloud, the flavours are on point! Indoor and outdoor seating we chose outdoor and it was nice! Only thing is wish one of as a bit closer were near the town center and this was the closest location still a 23 min drive! Oh well!

Yes, just do it, these doughnuts are delicious!! light and flakey, like croissant dough then topped with all kinds of toppings, I loved the carmel apple one! Try to go on a off time cause they get very busy!

I can't believe cronut is back! Parlor Doughnuts calls it "layered" doughnuts though. But come on, those flakey and buttery texture is distinctly croissant lol! And I happen to love croissants! We came here on a Sunday and the place was very busy, but despite that, the service was fast. We got 2 pieces of their doughnuts plus iced and hot latte. What can I say, it was so good we came back again and again and again! Yes, 4 consecutive weeks of their amazingly yummy cronuts! I also like that they have an unsweetened option which they call the Plain Jane. We also enjoyed the blueberry hill flavor. Just a tip: they taste even better when toasted! Slightly crispy on the outside, and soft inside! The best! Worth the calories! I can't wait to go back!

Service was ok the first time and better the next. Nice lil hangout spot if you like to hang out. I really like the crunch on the doughnuts and they are big. Really like these doughnuts.

Heard about Parlor from a coworker. As soon as I found out that they have keto doughnuts I knew I had to immediately swing in. Love that they have keto options and online ordering. Website was very accurate and easy to use. Placed my order and it was ready to go when I got there. The donuts are so good. Very sweet though. I loved the rustic look, next time I'll hang out for a bit.

Love me a cronut! And Parlor does it right and has plenty of flavor options to boot! The oversized doughnuts are soft, fluffy, and are full of buttery croissant goodness. We've come at all times of the day and have always gotten a fresh doughnut. These are definitely able to be split or shared and are a sweet treat to savor. Their coffee is super smooth and the flavors are simple and balanced - vanilla, lavender, maple and brown sugar. The aesthetic is clean and hipster. The hours are the only downside. They could stand to be open a little longer since the doughnuts are the main show and for me, better in the afternoon or dinner.

Let me layer on the goodness the way they layer on the sweetness! First of all, the staff is so helpful and friendly! The doughnuts are made to order, served warm, and so "a-dough-rable"! They offer a variety of different flavor combinations so "doughnut" just go in thinking you're coming out with one! This crossover between a croissant and a doughnut is genius!

I have been to the locatiin in Jax and Branson MO. These doughnuts are light and balanced. They arent "hurt your teeth" sweet. The caramel doughnuts are my favorite, but have tried many of the others and they are good as well. I would say the turtle cheesecake was toward the bottom of my list, but everyone's taste is different. Give them a try over Krispy Kreme, you will be surprised.

Yummy!! The doughnuts are big and beautiful! I got a raspberry jelly-filled one for my husband! Plenty of choices--all sounding scrumptious. You may also get Keto and Gluten/free (almond flour). The GF are made fresh to your order of flavors--they are smaller and more cake-like. Lots of coffee/beverage choices. Friendly service!

It's FriYay, my day off and had some down time. So I was in the area and decided to swing by Twisted Compass Coffee Shop and low and behold, it's now occupied by Parlor Doughnuts (insert "mindblown"). So I decided to check them out. Parlor Doughnuts newly opened on 5/19/2022. They specialize in layered doughnuts aka known as CroNuts aka hybrid Croissant+Donut, new concept, craft donut in the area. The shop also carries small breakfast item menu, which includes Acai Bowl, Oats, Breakfast Items. There's some Vegan and Gluten friendly items as well as Keto Doughnuts. They even have doughnuts catered for our 4-legged fur babies aka Dog Doughnuts. I ended up trying out their best seller, the French Toast. Loved it. A totally different taste from yeast or cake donuts. The frosting tasted abit sweet dough...I mean "though" All in all.... DONUT be afraid of calories. Swing by The Parlor. Come getcha some.

These doughnuts are so airy and delectable. There are so many options to choose from and if you don't see anymore left of the doughnut you crave, they will make it for you! Their service is impeccable: friendly, patient, informative. It's always a clean and pleasant ambiance. My favorite dessert place with coffee, of course!

Run, do not walk, to Parlor Doughnuts. I am a donut lover on a good day, but these may be my most favorite ever. And that's saying quite a bit. Holy moly. Parlor is known for their "layered" doughnuts. They are light, flaky, and served warm with toppings. The base of all the "regular" donuts is the same, which is nice because they can make more throughout the day, rather than running out. I approve. At the moment, I have no favorite. The carnival (vanilla glaze with sprinkles), maple bacon, and strawberry shortcake were all so heavenly. I also had a bite of the double chocolate, which was good. The raspberry filled with powdered sugar was almost like a beignet. Delicious. We actually went twice in the same week: the first time I brought home treats for the family with an iced coffee (super yummy). And the second time my husband brought home a dozen for the week, as well as more for our friends. Their daughter is gluten free, so he got a GF option for her (she loved it). There are some flavored syrups for the coffee, and egg sandwiches as well. The parking lot is a bit of a challenge, and the store is small, but it's manageable.

This replaced Twisted Compass which was a local coffee shop. We had visited once and weren't impressed so that was our only visit. Today is the grand opening and this place was running pretty well with a solid flow of customers. I'm assuming most of the same staff from the prior business was still in place so they worked well together. While this is a chain, their boutique doughnuts are well executed. They call them layered donuts and that's fine but these are substantially-sized-light-and-airy-croissants topped and/or filled as fancy donuts. Fairly priced this place should do well as long as they stay consistent. I envision lines out the door over the next month or so with the power of social media.

I finally visited today (Sat morning) and ordered a French toast donut, iced latte, and craft kombucha. The donut was amazing. More soft and fluffy than they appear which is a nice surprise. Also, the drinks were quite good as well. It was quite crowded this morning and the only thing I don't understand is the line system. You start by waiting in line to choose a donut, then you wait some more to check out at a register which is also where you place your drink order. And then you wait some more for the drink to be made. It would seem a bit more efficient to place all of your order in one location and wait for both drink and food. Just a mild annoyance with that process and probably not so bad on less busy days.

Seriously Delicious The family and I stopped by on a whim and holy cow we were blown away by all the yummy options. Layered doughnuts?! Never have I ever had them like this! We tried the Reece's, strawberry shortcake, sandy beach (cinnamon sugar), and cookies n cream. All were winners The cold brew was delightful too. Feel like we found out new favorite doughnut spot!

Best doughnut shop EVER! The food is delicious. The staff is always so happy and service is definite quick! My only complaint would be that there isn't enough seating, but I guess not too many people want to get their doughnuts and sit down to eat them in the restaurant. I guess they want their coffee to go, lol.

The restaurant is very cute and cozy. There's always people working on their laptops or having meetings. The coffee is pretty good and the donuts are delicious but I wish they could be warm, they would be pretty amazing warm lol

If you need a quick pick-me-up, gift for your favorite business, or just a place to meet up with a friend and have a sweet treat and coffee, Parlor is the best choice in Jax! I am so happy Parlor opened down the street from me. After taking a few friends there for a treat, I took a box to my medical providers to say thank you. It has been a hit all around! Don't be thrown off if there is a line. They make all their donuts fresh and will even take requests. I'd say the donuts are less cake or fried dough like and more of a croissant texture. They are well worth the price and I definitely recommend a latte or tea to go! They even make a modified treat with bacon for your favorite furry friend! I can't wait for my next craving so I can go to Parlor!

Fresh, amazing donuts. They sell out of flavors quick, but will always make more of a flavor you ask for. The donuts are messy, but their flavor definitely makes up for it. I love their Cookies and Cream. The frosting feels like a cookie melting in your mouth, and the sugary, croissant-like donut bread is it perfectly delicious. Their rustic, All American style makes me feel cozy and warm while sipping coffee and donuts. Would recommend!

Best doughnuts in town! Basically, the dough has a mouthfeel of a croissant with the inside similar to beignet. They have different flavors: our favorites are churro, French toast, turtle, anything with berries. Please go here!

The place is small but it's super cute aesthetically. I love the logo and the American flag hanging in the back by the merch. I did feel like it was a bit packed but not necessarily by customers coming/going but the people there hanging out on their laptops. it almost felt like I was bothering them and walking to an office... Lol I went around 11am on a Tuesday. Not every option was available and only one or two of each ones that were. I still got a decent variety as well as an iced coffee. All the doughnuts basically taste the same, the toppings are just dif. Overall I give it a 6/10. But I'd definitely go back to try it again!

I stumbled upon Parlor Donuts after touring the apartment complex across the street. The complex had a sign inviting residents to a Saturday morning social with Parlor Donuts; the young lady I was touring the complex with just rolled her eyes in delight when I asked about the donuts. of course, curiosity got me and BOY AM I GLAD IT DID!! I brought 6 home to my 83 year old, self-proclaimed sweet aficionado, who came to me and said "those were the best donuts I have ever had!" which is an enormously huge compliment from her. The only down side...I'll be gaining 200 lbs quickly because they are so delicious! Be warned- no other donuts will ever match up again.

I absolutely loved my experience here! This location used to be Twisted Compass Coffee and the owners rebranded to Parlor Doughnuts. The staff is so friendly and kind and willing to answer any questions about the flavors or the process of making any flavor once they get closer to closing time if it's not on display. They offer a rewards system and tea for anyone looking for that option instead of coffee. There are gluten free options, dog doughnuts, as well as breakfast options. I'd highly recommend coming here for a sweet treat or relaxing spot to kill some time. I can't wait to bring my family here for a Saturday morning pick me up.

Yum!! Their choices are hard to choose from. Each one is so uniquely different. I went in with a friend, and we ordered two donuts that we both thought we would like, and split them, so we could try the different ones. We landed on pumpkin cheesecake and maple bacon. Not over powering rich, where you feel like your sugar spiked and you need to go to the hospital. Yet, still delicious enough to send you into a food coma, if you don't pace yourself! Very friendly staff, outside seating is nice. The weather was perfect. They have nice umbrellas that cover you all, from the sun. The inside is great, and makes you feel like you are in Paris or somewhere in France.

Oh my word!!! Krispy Kreme has met their match!!! Never thought I'd say that, but it's true... It is fabulous- a must try donut shop.... . But, fair warning-- they are addictive!!

It's good but not great. First time visitor here after having a brief 30 minutes before a meeting at the church next-door. I would say the donuts are more like overdone croissants "airy with a lot of ingredients on top". I guess you could say a lighter version of Duck Donuts. With the line wrapping around from the front door to the counter I quickly made my way up to the counter and had a glazed croissant with a cappuccino. it was just meh, wasn't the greatest. I've had better tasting coffee at other local coffee shops so I guess I would just stick with the donuts at this place instead. Perhaps next time I will return and have some thing else other than a croissant with glaze. My wife and children love the mini donuts from this place so perhaps my experience was an "off" day. **Overall I can't wait to come back and try them out again for a different donut this time and I'll leave the coffee to somebody else. I saw all the great reviews and I must have missed something. We're the donuts good, absolutely. But we're they legendary, well the jury is still out. A little hard to find, so look for the big "Coffee Shop" signs. We tried: Raspberry Donut - this was disappointing, there was just a smidge of raspberry filling, like 1/2 of a table spoon so 90% of the donut was just dough. Peach Donut - I wanted to try this one, but it was gone when I went to try it. My daughter said it was delicious. French Toast Donut - a family favorite. It was really good. There is a big assortment, so try different options and enjoy.

Very nice,clean inviting place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Indoor and out door seating. The Donuts are amazing so good. I had the glazed my Mom had the peanut butter n chocolate both very good. Grabbed one later. Got the Chai tea a hot one yum. Mom got the coffee she found it very strong so she will try a different one. Maybe get her a latte We both loved the donuts.

Have not had the pleasure of walking into this doughnut shop yet, but one of our close friends made a special delivery right to our doorstep. We were treated to the cookies n cream, blueberry hill, raspberry pistachio, and the strawberry shortcake. We live far from the shop but they still arrived fresh and my family really enjoyed them. I'm not a big sweets person but I did try a piece of the raspberry pistachio (because pistachio lol) and it was delicious. We will definitely take a drive south in the near future to try other flavors.

Donuts were greasy and raw in the middle!!! No I'll never eat here and I'll not recommend this place
