Parlor Pizza is a great spot for families who love Neapolitan pizza. The French Onion chip dip is amazing!! Their salads are also delicious. They have so many great options for pizza. My personal favorites are the margarita and the “pepper pot”. We sat at the pizza bar one time and the kids got pizza dough to play with. Parlor Pizza is much better than all of the other competitors.

Very tasty! Crust is light and crunchy, sauce has good flavor. Bacon was a bit too fatty for my liking, but it wasn’t a big deal, flavors were still there. Margarita cocktail was real good too. Pizzas are a bit on the pricey side but everything is these days. Will definitely be back

January '25 UPDATE: Still the best pizza in CT, but have now added fresh-baked bread and fresh mozzarella - especially good when still warm! It is the best-tasting mozzarella and bread east of the Bronx! Best pizza in Connecticut - no reason to go to New Haven for over-rated pizza! I was lucky to have their pizza at The Hickories Farm in Ridgefield in May 2018 from their portable wood-burning oven and it was very good. Nice flavors with nice char on the crust. I am looking forward to trying Tim's pizza when the restaurant is officially opened. UPDATE**** I was invited to the soft open at Parlor and it is superb! The place is nicely decorated with ample seating both at the bar and at tables. The pizza is everything you expect in a Neapolitan style pizza: great ingredients, nicely charred, with a good crust and a nice pull on the cheese. They have sourced some of the finest ingredients from "00" flour (doppio) to San Marzano tomatoes! Wilton has a winner!!!! New Update! Tim and the team continue to impress every week. Andrew, the Pizzaiolo, makes a very good pizza! Everyone enjoys pizza: from Roman-style to Sicilian to deep dish to Neapolitan it's all good! Parlor makes a Neapolitan pizza that is superb in both flavor and presentation. As someone who reviews pizza around the world, and the former owner of the New York Pizza Expo, I will attest that Parlor can compete with the best! If you prefer a Roman or Sicilian pizza then Parlor is not the place for you as there are other places nearby, with good pizzaiolos, that provide that style. They are always introducing new pizzas with fresh ingredients according to the seasons! They continue to impress with their quest to perfect their dough.

Cool hip joint for some fresh pizza! The pizza is overall great, crust is chewy and slightly singed, toppings all well picked and placed (especially the clam one), and great atmosphere for it all! The bartender was very nice to us, letting us try various wines and beers before making a choice.

Absolutely delicious neapolitan style pizza, bread-y and soft flavorful crust with rich toppings. They have some great combos and the potato pie especially took me by surprise with how delicious it was. Decent selection of wines as well. The place ended up being packed on a Wednesday, friendly staff but spread very thin, the pay machine defaulted to 25% tip which felt a little crazy to me... Just increase prices and/or pay staff better!

Overall, I highly recommend Parlor Pizza for anyone looking for delicious pizza and great beer in a friendly, welcoming setting. It's definitely one of my new favorite spots!

I’m not sure how this Gem has only 4.4 stars. Those of you looking for nyc quality pizza, this is it. The crust is textbook and flavors are on point. This alone deserves 5 stars but add on the mixed drinks, quality wine selection and it solidifies it. I’m in town on business often and always make a point to eat here at least once. Definitely get the Caesar and the pepper pot pizza.👌🏻🤌🏻

Take out, so no comment on the atmosphere. Ordered 2 pizzas that were ready in 15 minutes on a Friday night which seemed unbelievable, and then we found out why. One pizza (white pizza) had soggy crust on the bottom and burned on the top edges. The cheese was hard - clearly, the pizza had been reheated and not made fresh. The other pizza, pepper pot, was soggy as well with burned crust, but the topping seemed more fresh though all the pepperoni was clumped in the middle. Caesar salad was fresh and tasty. This place has really declined in quality since it first opened - would not return and pay $78 for sub-par pizza again.
