Google
This coffee shop is really nice and I would come back! They have a nice selection of espresso drinks available until 5pm, and after that they switch over to serving cocktails and other alcoholic beverages, which is such a fun touch. I was given an option for free refills too, which was really nice! The space itself is cute. It's bright, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. They also have a small free parking lot (only about 4 spots), but most of the nearby parking is paid, so that’s something to keep in mind. Overall, it’s a great spot with a cool vibe and delicious drinks no matter the time of day!

Google
absolutely loved the energy in this place!!! i'm newer to town (as of March 2025) and have tried finding a cool, relaxing but enthusiastic and charming coffee shop. i stumbled upon parlor from a little Google search and immediately adored it- even more with the employees. they were so kind, informative on specials + their favorite drinks that resemble what i also enjoy. i'm learning photography so my camera clicking capturing certain things there brought some smiles to the staff, even some customers that were studying or lingering. definitely will be coming back, my latte and matcha were a 10/10 & so was the chicken salad croissant. thank you all for being so welcoming and nice.

Google
Beautiful space and delicious coffee, i believe I had grandmas house latte and it was so good. The cookie was delicious but pricey. The baristas are a bit stand-offish very “too cool” to care vibes.

Google
It’s a beautiful café with a great vibe, and I even promoted it on my Instagram because I genuinely liked the place. But I’m giving two stars because of how a rule was enforced. I’m traveling and needed to be online for a few hours, but a server interrupted to say I couldn’t use my laptop after 7 pm — even though the café was more than half empty. I understand rules exist for a reason, but enforcing them rigidly when it’s quiet makes no sense. You’re turning away digital nomads and travelers who could be regular customers. Please consider applying this rule only when it’s crowded or on weekends — a little flexibility would go a long way.

Google
I enjoy coming here, they have good cocktails and fun Cafe drinks. It's definitely a good place to get work done, with a variety of seating. Will say that their Cafe drinks are on the pricey side, but the cocktail are fairly priced. They have good pastry collection and sometimes they even have gluten free cookies.

Google
I wanted to check this place out for their coffee but ended up getting a matcha (with alcohol in it, I forgot which one I asked to get added). They do close the cafe at a certain time (I think it was around 3PM) but they still have it available, just not ones with steamed milk. I also didn't know about the no laptop policy. The server was nice enough to let me use it while I was there though! I would probably hit this place up and try the coffee if I'm ever around the area. Other than that, it's a pretty cool spot to hang out at. They had a DJ playing (not sure if that's every night).

Google
I have always loved the aesthetic of parlor public house and their fun and beautiful coffees! I finally got the chance to try out a cocktail from here and it did not disappoint! I got their espresso-tini and it was delicious. The coffee in the drinks was bold and refreshing! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves espresso martinis!

Google
I went to the triumph dealership to get some work done on my motorcycle, so I walked to this hidden gem. I loved the vibes and service. I would definitely come back to chill within working outs or after. I get they got my name wrong but still, I shall forgive them for it lol

Olivia P.

Yelp
It was okay! I felt like it was pretty overpriced and the coffee packed with sugar and syrup. The staff felt dismissive, and I normally never write reviews but I felt dismissed the whole time I was there. I wouldn't go back.

Yelp
Now this spot is my jam! I was in town for a few days and for one of them, a few coworkers and I decided to meet up here to get some work done together. I was told in advance that I would absolutely love it because it's "my kind of spot," and the moment I arrived that theory was proven to be correct. Picture this... Bright natural light and plants of all different kinds tucked into every nook and cranny. The best chill playlist going on in the background. Various seating options ranging from your typical bar seats to loungy couch areas, high top community tables, and even private call rooms for when you need to jump on the phone or a VC. A fun greenery wall with a vibrant neon sign making for the perfect photo op. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture. I was here for a while and during my visit I tried both a lavender oatmilk latte and one of their seasonal matchas, which came with strawberry and a pistachio rim. My latte was typical, nothing crazy special, but the matcha, now that was the star of the show. I will say that it was a bit pricey for being such a small drink. I'll also add that my friend tried to order it without the pictaschio rim and they denied it saying it was a "modification," which to me was a stretch, but whatever. I also snacked on one of their plain butter croissants and it was delicious, just how I like them. Lastly, while they do have a parking lot, it is very small so plan on parking on the street or in one of the paid lots close by. They also have a lovely patio and I had no problem with the wifi while I was there. If I lived in Indy I could definitely see myself visiting this spot on the regular.

Yelp
Took awhile for us to get service. Waitress told us we couldn't get water at the table that we had to go to the bar to refill. But then she put large bottles of water on the other tables around us. Ordered a few apps and drinks. They were good but one app never came out. We were able to get it canceled and removed from the bill. Ambience was fantastic. Great seating and vibes. Was super excited for the live jazz but it was so loud we couldnt even hear the waitress without being uncomfortably loud.

Yelp
iced lavender matcha: 2/10 iced vanilla latte: 4/10 chocolate croissant: 3/10 it was very dry i want to find a good matcha in indy so bad but i just spent $9 on lukewarm swamp water with a hint of floral freshness... do not talk to me i was so sad when i tasted this matcha omg these cafes cannot keep getting away with this clumpy watered down mess!!! the indy foodie influencers who recommended this... PLEASE never speak on matcha again. i do not trust your opinions anymore it was so bad okayyyy this was kind of harsh but know that i love parlor public house DOWN!! they have really sweet baristas and the ambient space is so perfect for wfh or studying, goingsolo or meeting up with friends. you'll often find me here but i definitely opt for their HOT coffee beverages to have a good experience. idk if its just me but everytime i get an iced beverage here, it is always so watery and warm please please please learn that the order of a latte should be ice, milk, then espresso

Yelp
I've been here a couple times and just realized I haven't reviewed it yet. My matcha latte was so lovely a few weeks ago that it's worthy of its own review. I am warming up (slowly) to matcha and appreciated that their version was unsweetened unlike many of the versions I've found that are oozing in sugar. The staff kept things moving despite the lines and steady demand. The space is beautiful with lush greenery, high ceilings and a variety of seating styles. They also carried baked goods like scones and croissants. There's a small patio for outdoor seating with dogs. I'll note that parking can be quite difficult here. Plan to park a few blocks over. Look forward to more visits- and matcha in my future.

Yelp
Coffee shop by day, cocktail bar by night. What an absolutely beautiful space that transforms throughout the day. Full of plants and comfy furniture, this is the place to get some work done, have a quick meeting, or hang out with friends. They have a great patio with outdoor seating, and there are two floors of seating inside. Place your order at the counter inside the door, and they will call out your name when the order is ready at the bar. If you order "dine in", your drinks are served in fancy glassware! My lemonade was served in a huge goblet. The lemonade wasn't super flavorful, but I appreciate that they have caffeine free options. The Space Cowboy was delicious! I also really loved the breakfast sandwich! The bread was crunchy and tasty, and the Parmesan egg was super flavorful considering that they have such limited space to prepare food! I haven't checked out the vibe of the place during its cocktail bar hours, but remember that there are no laptops after 7 pm! So don't show up expecting to get work done at night! The parking lot is very small, so expect to have to park on the street and walk.

Yelp
This is one of the best cafes I've been to in Indy. They have a big beautiful outdoor seating area and more seats inside varying from bar stools to comfy sofas. I love the open space with greenery all around. The only downer is the parking lot is very small so you will most likely need to park down the street and walk over, which is what we did. It was a gorgeous day and people were out so there was a long line for ordering but it went fairly quick. We had the Ham and Cheese Croissant, Chicken Salad Sandwich and Blueberry Lemon Scone, for drinks we had Match teas and Grandma's House. Everything was so delicious. I wished we lived closer to make this a regular spot. I will definitely be making it back soon.

Yelp
Currently on a matcha tour, I had to try their seasonal matcha with pistachio, strawberry, and honey. I initially asked to skip the pistachio, but the barista let me know the drink is made as is. I decided to go for it--and I'm so glad I did! It was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to try the next matcha special!

Yelp
Writing this as I sit here - immediately had to review. This spot is instantly welcoming, from the giant pride & trans flags that simply mean EVERYONE is welcome here, to the warm strung lights, a surplus of greenery and seating, friendly baristas, and great music. An instant must-visit. As mentioned, plenty of seating with a lot of outlets and the barista also offered portable chargers if I could not find a spot to charge. Everyone is chatting (noisy but not loud), working, reading, or even taking calls in the phone booths. There are plenty of options for drinks - from coffee to matcha to beer and more. I went with a Grandma's House, a seasonal banana bread latte with oat milk. For $6 and no up charge, this is one of the best seasonal drinks I've had this summer. Well balanced, with rich coffee that comes through, the banana and oat are not overpowering - it's comforting while also fresh. If I'm ever in Indianapolis again, I know exactly where I will visit and get some work done!

Yelp
I like coming here the cocktails are great and the café drinks are fun, though a bit pricey. It's a nice spot to get work done with plenty of seating. They also have a good selection of pastries and occasionally gluten free cookies.

Yelp
Parlor Public House is located downtown. There are some off street spaces in front of the building. The way to describe the place is a warehouse designed to be warmed by plants, drink, and the people. Where there are no walls to prevent people from seeing each other across the space. Low-level couches that make it hard to get up once securely sat. There are coffees, teas, drinks, and more. The space can be rented out, as well. You can imagine some techie renting out the space to celebrate the launch of his new app. Pre Zuckerberg before he went evil. I ordered the nitro cold brew. The 12 oz is $6. Here's the big kicker. NO UPCHARGE ON ALTERNATIVE MILK. I repeat, NO UPCHARGE. That's pretty important to me because my wife is vegan. Red Door upcharges. Also flavors here don't cost extra. So for $6 you can get a lot. The coffee tasted nicely, and I enjoyed just being there before my meeting. Plenty of people working on their computer, having conversation, a chance to forget that the streets are terrible. Indy needs to invest more in its infrastructure, but at least we can be nicely caffeinated when the time comes and it won't feel like traveling on Mars to get to places here. Parlor Public House. 8.7/10.

Yelp
I have a lot of respect for this establishment because they're very clear in terms of what atmosphere they want to provide along with the food and drinks. I'm an immense fan of places that do high ceilings with industrial touches that are combined with lush greenery and bohemian accents and this place nails it. The coffee is always incredible however I wanted to try their breakfast this time. The breakfast sandwich was okay, the eggs were too runny for my liking however the idea is there as the combination of ingredients work well together. As for the almond croissant I was pleasantly surprised as the filling was quite good. I will be coming back for tapas and espresso martinis next time.

Yelp
Parlor Public House is a certified VIBE! A great place for coffee and cocktails with a gorgeous aesthetic. The music is always on point making it great for working remote or just hanging out. I have yet to make it on Jazz night but from what I've seen I need to change that soon. I actually like that the location is a little tucked away and adds to the peaceful ambiance. Both times I have been here the service was great and highly recommend this place to anyone.

Yelp
- TLDR - * buzzy atmosphere * friendly staff * one of a kind drinks * worth the wait * day-to-night space visiting Parlor Public House on a snowy day is like being the main character in a holiday Hallmark movie.. You're greeted with smiling faces and the sweet smell of fresh coffee. the buzzy atmosphere draws your attention in before you realize you haven't read the menu, and the baristas don't mind as you take your time to read through it. While the wait for your drink is longer than the average Starbucks.. this isn't your average Starbucks, and it is absolutely worth it! You'll see new ingredients (like miso syrup and juniper berries) listed alongisde traditional flavors like peanut butter mochas and apple cider, extra options to spice up your drink, and a decent list of food options. In my 10 years of drinking coffee, I can confidently say I've never experienced a menu like this (and I cannot wait to go back). I had the opportunity to try an edible pinecone, served with their Hearth latte, and it was surprisingly delightful. The essence of pine may be overbearing to some, but if you enjoy strong flavors like mint, I highly recommend giving this a try! It was fresh, a little fruity, and the texture was like a gummy, almost as if the pinecone had been marinating in a sweet, sticky, syrup. Truly a delicious (and incredibly unexpected) sweet treat to go along with a fresh coffee. While I didn't have the chance to enjoy this space as a cocktail bar, I did notice that everyone seemed to be on the same page as I left -- laptops away, heads up, social meter on. It felt like the perfect ending to a snowy day as I watched a small pocket of the community come to life at night.

Yelp
I know I am un-hip in that I feel very "get off my lawn" when I go to PPH. Is it a vibe? Absolutely. Was my chai tasty? Sure. But the service and patrons? Meh. Love the wall of plants. Love the kitchy decor. Love the lofty area. Love the 'quiet rooms' (even though one was out of order while we were there?). We found a spot for our group of 5 and were stoked. We got comfy on some couches and chairs and then were basically asked to move because a single younger dude wanted to plug in their laptop to do some work on a Sunday afternoon. Mind you, it was a powerstrip that was mobile - so yeah. His girlfriend was even like - hey they are fine to sit here, but whatever. So yeah. It is past my bedtime. #old

Yelp
There's a reason this place is "worth the hype". This trendy spot that is known for their coffee and cocktails brand, is decorated like a perfectly aesthetic Instagram feed. The menu is super unique, with many things I want to try. They combined my two favorite things (one being coffee and the other peanut butter), to create the infamous "snow spoor latte", which is like a Reeses in a latte. But above all, what I absolutely adore about this place, is the sanctuary-like upstairs where I can go to escape, lock-in, and get everything knocked off my to-do list. I feel like a kid again up there, looking down at the beatiful bustling restaurant. I always end up going down for round two of a beverage. Have yet to try the cocktails at night! Looking forward to that, I've heard there is jazz, and as friends visit Indy, it's one of the first places I want to show off to them.
google avatar

Jessica B.

Yelp
This place is so cute! It's clean and well decorated. All of the plants create a calm ambiance despite its busyness. I was able to knock out some studying/course work and enjoy a tasty latte. I arrived around 2pm & sat at the bar top. I would have preferred to sit upstairs but it was full. I didn't try any of the pastries but ordered the Horchata Latte. It was pretty good even though it didn't taste anything like horchata. Maybe more nutmeg would've helped elevate the taste. The baristas were friendly but there was no superior customer service worth mentioning. They serve cocktails after 5pm and host live music events. If you're into coffee & cocktails, I recommend checking them out.

Yelp
My new favorite spot to relax, unwind, and vibe out in Indy! Parlor Public House gives amazing West coast vibes with its lush greenery, both indoors and on the lovely front-facing patio, and the atmosphere simply cannot be beat. My second visit found us being swiftly served at the counter and our orders ready shortly thereafter. My companion enjoyed a very large and gorgeous almond croissant with a beautifully decorated chai latte, while I decided on the chicken salad sandwich on croissant with chips. I was also pleasantly surprised to be able to add a shot of vodka to my lemonade during lunchtime. Not a huge drinker, but libations were sorely needed and served without judgement. All were delicious!! The music can be enjoyed both indoors and through speakers on the patio, so you won't miss anything by sitting outside under one of the very nice umbrellas. Parking is tight, but a trick is to park in the restaurant lot across the alley before 5P for free. Stop in - your soul & spirit will thank you.

Yelp
Went to the Parlor Public house during the day to meet a friend. It was a really cute environment. We parked on the street and walked to the venue but there was a small parking lot near the building I think was available parking. The staff were really friendly and very attentive. They have upstairs seating as well. I hope to come back during one of their jazz nights on Thursday's. I didn't try the food but everything looked and smelled amazing.

Yelp
This may be the most beautiful coffee shop in Indianapolis - the space is absolutely beautiful and it was decorated for Christmas and I kind of wanted to stay there for hours even after I had finished my drinks. There is quite a bit of space to sit and tables, couches or bar seating. It was very full when I was there around 11:30 on a Friday, but I eventually found a spot. It seemed like a lot of people were working on laptops. I tried two of the holiday drinks - the Snowspoor and Garland. Loved the Garland drink, which I got hot. It was minty and very appropriate for the season plus it was absolutely beautiful. According to their menu, it has butterfly pea powder in it (which gives it that pretty color), popcorn syrup, mint syrup, glitter, dairy and comes garnished with a mint leaf. I would get this regularly if I lived close by! The Snowspoor was ok. I am still trying to find coffee I love and it wasn't overly sweet. Menu description said it had Puppy Chow syrup, mocha powdered sugar, and a black salt garnish. I didn't find that the espresso was overly bitter, which was good for me since usually espresso tastes pretty bad to me. The powdered sugar made it slightly messy, but overall it was a decent coffee drink for a non-coffee drinker. Parking was limited and I ended up in a paid lot behind the establishment. I'll definitely be back here to try some other things!

Yelp
This is easily one of my favorite locations to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. There is always a great crowd of people but still plenty of seating options from wooden tables, to comfy chairs and couches. This place is overwhelmed with plants which creates a beautiful look. The seasonal drinks are always fantastic and never disappoints. They have food and pastries available. There is plenty of room on their patio as well during nice days. They often have house-made syrups in their drinks so you cannot find it anywhere else.
google avatar

Jamie S.

Yelp
I got invited on a random Thursday night to meet friend for wine and live music and pulled up to the coziest of vibes. Dim lighting, lots of seating and so much greenery made me instantly feel welcome. The staff were energetic and super attentive, especially since I was a first-timer. My favorite acknowledgment was their sign that says "coffee til cocktails". Will be back for coffee!
google avatar

Katie K.

Yelp
First things first: the vibes in here are IMPECCABLE. We all said that we would love to rent out the space for an event if we were ever back in Indy (for what, we don't know, but we'd make it work). The service was great-- everything came out fairly quickly, and everyone was very nice. We really liked our drinks and the pastries we got (scones and butter croissants). The only downside is that it was a tad expensive, but at the end of the day, everything hit the spot. Definitely would recommend if you're in the area!
google avatar

Ashley J.

Yelp
I stopped in as Parlor was recommended by one of my accounts. It did not disappoint as far as ambiance, drink choice, and service.
google avatar

Amanda F.

Yelp
From coffees to cocktails this place is a gem! LOvE this space!! Such a cool vibe. Coffees are unique and delicious. I try something different every time. Love that they use local bakers and offer gluten free options both morning and night.
google avatar

Abigail W.

Yelp
From the carefully selected decor, to the multitude of plants, and the variety of private and group seating...this coffee parlor is somewhere you could lose hours in. We just stumbled across it in a back alley, and I'm so thrilled to have a new spot. I ordered the pumpkin spice and while it wasn't really my taste, I loved the flavor of their coffee. The spice rim threw me, no biggie. The presentation made up for it, anyhow. Our service was excellent, and I've heard they have cocktails after hours.
google avatar

Emily H.

Yelp
Coffee by day, cocktails by night - who can ask for more? Parlor always has lovely service and great vibes. I love the rotating seasonal coffee menu and appreciate the spirit recommendations to add if you want something with more of a kick. There's plenty of space for lounging and/or working including a couple of quiet booths (please limit your time to 90 min in the booths as requested by Parlor so they can be shared - there's some "campers" there occasionally). I look forward to continuing to try other offerings in their menu - next up, espresso martini!
google avatar

Andre P.

Yelp
Talk about a hidden gem!!! Seriously even after I parked I had to search a little to find it but man was it worth it. The Parlor is behind the building, you'll find it when you see the outdoors seating. Had a house brew as their espresso machine was down, next time I'll update on their espresso drinks :) House brew was smooth and had a nice flavor without any bitterness. Staff are very friendly and the place in general is great. In the evening they turn into an over 21 bar, what a great idea.
google avatar

David Y.

Yelp
food: the breakfast was fine but nothing special, definitely a bit more pricey, the drinks look great though service: friendly staff ambiance: main reason this gets a higher rating, loved the vibe & great place for a chat with friends
google avatar

Yelp
I enjoy the west 10th street location excellence at best the 21 year old general manager is super great with the vegan vanilla donut with blueberry glaze no powdered sugar. Employees always speaks to you ! Excellence par excellence!! Keep the good vegan work up.

Yelp
While visiting Indy for work, my colleague suggested we meet here for morning coworking. First off, it's adorable. The perfect combination of hipster who loves greenery and fancy girl who loves gold and nice backdrops. The decor in Parlor is awesome and versatile. I could see it easily being used for a cool cocktail event, poetry slam, wedding reception, or film location. The vibe of the patrons and workers pretty much met the decor. It seemed as though most individuals could go from day to night here, which is obviously the point since they are open from coffee to cocktails. It also felt like a place where good looking people gathered and got ish done Like a public coworking space that could be members only. I got the traditional breakfast sandwich, which came with parmesan eggs, a honey dijon sauce, and arugula on a ciabatta bun. I added the crispy bacon. The sandwich was delicious, The bread was fresh and the dijon sauce was a pleasantly surprising flavor addition. The best part was definitely the eggs. They were super soft and fluffy, kind of tasted souffled. Absolutely delicious! I saw several interesting coffee drinks on their menu, however, I opted for just a drip coffee with cream. I'm a sucker for fun syrups, and this place did not disappoint. They had honey, toasted marshmallow, and salted egg yolk. I went for the macadamia nut. My colleague for a matche latte which oooked really nice. Although I wasn't there for cocktails, the menu was full of timeless classics like the espresso martini, as well as some rare finds for this area, such as the sazerac and caipirinha drinks. The baristas/bartenders were kind and helpful. They were also patient with me as I took a while to make a decision. The place wasn't too loud to be distracting, but not so quiet that you'd feel awkward having a conversation. A real gathering place, I would love to return to the Parlor Public House if ever in Indy again,

Yelp
The first time I stopped by they were closed for a private event so it might be a good idea to double check ahead of time if you're making the drive over. Luckily I live close by so that wasn't a huge problem. When I returned a few days later, I was excited to finally check this place out (it's a common recommendation from friends and peers). The inside is beautiful with open space and lots of plants and greenery. I ordered an iced horchata latte, however, I was not impressed by their coffee. It was just ok. I feel like Parlor is highly raved about, but I fear it may be overhyped. I will try to come back in the future to try a different item on their menu, maybe it was a fluke!

Yelp
4.5 rounded to a 5, because they deserve it. Parlor Public House is an absolute joy and even more so during the festive season. Their Christmas decor and lights make it such a beautiful space. There is plenty of a variety of seating that suit a day of working, reading, socializing with others, or a quick drink. They even have meeting rooms and small work booths upon reservation! I wouldn't bring any children or large celebrating/louder parties. There's free street parking in the area a short walk away. They have non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Any non-alcoholic drink can be made into an alcoholic one with a shot or so. The service was great and the folks behind the counter are very knowledgeable and were kind when educating us about the menu and giving recommendations. The drinks here are more refined, unique, and strong. From what I saw, I don't think they have sweeter/sugary alcoholic drinks like the ones you'd find at a bar. The menu and environment are definitely for a sit down and take-your-time experience. They have a seasonal menu which we took advantage of. We got the snow spoor, space cowboy, and dulcet winter. I highly recommend the dulcet winter iced. If you're trying to graduate from sugary college liquor to something more refined and classy- this is a great place to explore!! Even if you don't drink! I honestly didn't enjoy all the drinks. But it was purely because they didn't fit my palette, NOT because the drinks were straight terrible. My friends thoroughly enjoyed theirs! But I wasn't even upset because I still found something I did like and when ordering- I was told clearly what to expect and ordered because I wanted to give it a try. This place still deserves a stellar rating. If you're not too sure about your tastes and preferences in liquor, go with some friends and get a variety and have your own "sampling/flight" experience. Next time, I would love to try their food and more drinks. Their menu is huge and I'd gladly love to try everything. This place is a jewel.

Love this place!! Great vibes, huge space with comfy seats. Drinks are delicious and a good price! We highly recommend this spot. It's our fav coffee shop in Indy!

Yelp
Stopped by Parlor Public House for an after dinner cocktail. They are known for being a "coffee by day, cocktails by night" kind of place. They have a small outdoor patio out front, plants all over, and a fun mix of table and lounge seating inside. We LOVED the atmosphere and eclectic vibe. We got The Dua Lipa and Live Lavender Love cocktails. The Dua Lipe was lavender forward and subtly sweet. We loved the fresh lavender garnish on top. The Live Lavender Love was a champagne cocktail with rose and lavender syrups added. The drink had editable glitter in it to enhance the aesthetic. It was certainly sweet but the perfect nightcap treat! The workers were great at checking in on us while also giving us space and acoustics were not loud at all. Would love to come back to try out some of their coffee beverages!

Yelp
Another relaxing, brew-tiful day at Parlor Public House.... Sipping coffee on the rocks (aka cold-brew ;D ), enjoying the ambiance, and getting my daily caffeine fix. Highly recommend the cold brew. I declined my receipt and I am regretting it; I cannot recall the name of the cold-brew. There were two options, I'm thinking this was their house specialty... I'm probably going to show them the picture on my next visit, which might be tomorrow, to ensure I order the correct one; it was THAT good! 100% recommend

Yelp
1. The laptop policy should be early on the website, not having to scroll down to find it. 2. There should be a sign on the door that says this it shouldn't be after I order my drink and over my laptop is the policy told it should be clearly shown around if it's that critical of a policy. 3. Policies like this disappointment when they're not obviously stated and a person is expected to hunt for it. 4. The policy should be on the menu. 5. When you open up the website and the menu it shows you specific drinks if those drinks are not available after five it should be mentioned because it's mentioned for coffee very specifically what's available after 5 o'clock but not certain cocktails which is really weird because their cocktails in the have the ingredients 6. Things like this, especially sound like Indy where you have consistently love out of town and guest should be written for people who won't know. 7. Have I known that certain drinks were available and that there was a laptop policy I wouldn't have Uber over, but it says those things weren't clear. I thought it was worth the time to go over there. 8. The vibe is cool, but the policies have to be better and stated. I'm someone that travels a lot and will Uber somewhere for a really cool place and expect that what I see on the website that's easy accessible to find is gonna be the same when I get there not that I have to go up and down the website to make sure that the drink is available at night or that they have no laptop policy.

Yelp
Parlor has the best atmosphere of any coffee shop I've visited in the greater Indianapolis Indiana. I like that they serve coffee in actual mugs. Also I've always found the service to be friendly. The only complaint that I have is that the music is always very loud. A lot of people come here during the day to work, but it can be tough to focus.

Yelp
My husband and I had an overnight date night and made a stop here for a drink. The servers were super friendly and were helpful when we couldn't decide what to drink. I landed on the Pinky Promise and loved it! In fact, we loved it so much, we came back the next morning for coffee..whoops! The atmosphere is so relaxing: with plants everywhere and comfy lounge seating, you feel free to sit and stay awhile. The layout is great for groups, but the layout and lighting also somehow feels intimate. It's no surprise: Parlor has taken my TOP spot to grab a drink in the city!

Yelp
Such a cute, tucked away spot downtown. I went in for a coffee meeting with a couple coworkers, and we had such a nice time. The barista was super friendly and helpful as we all decided what tea to get. I got an iced chai latte, and it had some brown sugar cinnamon on top - delicious! They have two different spaces for sitting, and it was pretty quiet and empty on a Tuesday morning. I love that every window was filled with plants, and all kinds of mismatched furniture, books, etc. made for a hip, cozy vibe. They also have a beautiful looking event space that would be so nice for a wedding reception.

Yelp
This spot was nothing short of amazing. While in town, my friend took me here for their Thursday night jazz nights. The ambiance was breathtaking; perfectly lit, beautiful shrubbery, and posh seating. We sat up stairs and had the perfect overview of the place and the band. I ordered a couple of their winter in panama speciality cocktails and they were delicious; perfectly crafted with creme rum, cinnamon, and other tasty ingredients. The service was prompt and uber friendly. This is a great, unique spot to try if in the area.

Yelp
Amazing drinks we ordered the Dulcet Winter (an apple cider caramel matcha) and the Warm Wood (chestnut latte). They had a GF matcha muffin that was also incredible. Love the aesthetic and attention to detail! Staff were very welcoming and gave great suggestions.

Yelp
I went to Parlor Public House planning to study and get some work done on my laptop, only to find out when I got there that in the evenings they don't allow laptops and the whole vibe shifts. Honestly, it was frustrating--especially after making a 10 to 40 minute trip--since I was expecting a place to focus. Totally killed the vibe for me.

Yelp
Ambiance and vibe were cool! Service could be improved. We were greeted right when we walked in. Found a spot to sit and then a waitress came over within a minute of sitting down asking if we were ready but we were not. Then 25 minutes later we were then followed up with. Paid for an hour of parking and 30 minutes in we then got our drinks. If the waitress was not constantly taking and chatting to the bartenders the service would have been much better. Service was our only complaint.

Yelp
Great and relaxed vibe. They also have quiet rooms if you need to get work done. Their drinks are absolutely stupendous. In the evenings it turns into adult drinks, which I did not have. Love the greenery and spaciousness of the place!

Yelp
I am obsessed with Parlor Public House, it never disappoints. It's a great spot to work remotely, complete with individual booths that you can go in for silence or to take calls. The baristas know what they are doing, the coffee is delicious and I typically go for a seasonal drink. The breakfast sandwich is also a personal fav. The aesthetic is gorgeous. There is lots of greenery, open space, and it looks very 'hip.' I take a lot of visitors here -- all in all, one of my fav coffee shops.

Yelp
Pros: -The best ambiance in town. Very high ceiling and cool design. -Good croissants, sandwiches. -Great first date place but pretty crowded. -They do serve coctails and seem really good but I dont drink so no comment. Cons: -Expensive. Everything. Bc of the ambiance. Also there is a $1 differnece between small and medium Americano?? Basically a splash of hot water. -Always extremely cold, if this is 60 degree outside, 62 inside. -Really bad scones. -No soy milk and the oat/almond milk tastes horrible. I dont know the brand but the oil immediately rise above (see pic) Neutral: -Service is nice. The barista guy is just mad at the world in general, not you. Do not try to interact, let him be mad. -If you have low vision, ask for help when you go to bathroom, the ambiance there is pretty dark.

Yelp
There are two very distinct vibes here. The daytime one and the nighttime. My first visit was at night and I absolutely loved it. It had a very cozy romantic feel. It was very calm and lovely. During the day it is very noisy with a lot of hustle and bustle. I found it very hard to concentrate (even with headphones in) because people are speaking so loudly! It would be nice to meet socially, but not as a coffee shop to get work done.
