With Evva’s excellent skill level, she was able to match the pics of the hairstyle I wanted. Friends/family commented that they liked my haircut. Usually they just say, “You got a haircut.”

Genuinely one of the worst haircuts I have ever received. My appointment was on Friday May 9th 5:15pm with Nikki. I asked for a face frame, long layers, and no more than 1 inch off max I emphasized keeping as much length as possible. I have very long thick hair. What I received was an extremely choppy, blocky, uneven haircut with more length than I wanted off. I contacted the salon the next day expressing my disappointment with the haircut and requesting a refund. They told me to reach out to the owner and she asked me to come in this week to assess the haircut before issuing a refund. Unfortunately, I don’t think the damage done can be truly fixed without cutting more off to even it out. My hair looks absolutely botched and I am devastated. Evva was amazing! This was my first time working with her and I explained what I wanted for this time and she nailed it! She recommended layers for my hair and I’m so glad she did because I notice a huge difference now! I appreciate her time and efforts. Will be happy to schedule a future service with Evva!

I love coming to this salon. It’s very light and calm here and the hair stylists are all really nice. I had a haircut by Eva, she is newer so it was reasonably priced and she did an amazing job, gave me a relaxing 5 minute massage and curled my hair. I had my hair highlighted by Nikki and it turned out really natural and exactly what I was looking for. Nikki recommended some Eufora products that are all natural, smell amazing, and feel great on my scalp and hair. I love how easy scheduling is online and pricing is transparent during booking.

I came in for an updo for a wedding on May 23. The updo looked incredible when I left, and I got a bunch of compliments on it. The part that is shocking to me is that I was in the wedding and during my wedding party introduction I did a somersault on the ground, and the updo remained completely intact. Not only was it pretty looking, it stayed perfectly after rolling on the ground. Mary did a phenomenal job and I loved it! She even said she hadn’t done this exact updo before so she is definitely talented.

I tried this salon for the first time for a haircut and would happily return. The salon is inviting and comfortable, and the haircut itself was exactly what I was looking for. They even offer complimentary neck massage which was a great way to relax into the appointment in the middle of a busy day. I especially liked the salon pup, Olive, who made my day just by being there.

Love going to Parlour 17! Kayla was not only able to match my hair color near seamlessly, but she also gave a fantastic cut. I’ve had my hair done by a few other stylists there and everyone is at the top of their game.
