We came to the Palour Bar while their pop-up concept was "Shark Bait". Decorated perfectly and fun. Felt that their drink presentation was lacking compared to the theme and involvement of the concept. Drinks tasted pretty good, but the winner was decor.

We went here a few times during our stay in Nashville. The service was superb every time. Very professional, kind, talented bartenders, great food and drinks, and a beautiful cozy atmosphere. The environment made me want to stay for hours relaxing.

Located right inside the Dream hotel in downtown Nashville, you will find a creative oasis with pop up bar themes, creative cocktails, music, and energy. Stateside Kitchen is also right next to the Parlour Bar. You can find street parking nearby, paid lots, or parking garages. Check their social media to stay up to date on events!

My sister and I stayed at Dream for a night and grabbed a drink here before heading out. The bar has a warm and cozy vibe and the drinks were fantastic. My only complaint is that the bartender wasn't very friendly. When we walked in, it was unclear whether you're able to order drinks from a table or if you have to stand at the bar, order, and then take them to your table. The bar is set up more like a cocktail lounge that would have a waitress. After seating ourselves with no greeting, I made my way to the bar and ordered two drinks, and then took them back to our table. I know everyone has a bad night and I don't want to hold the service against the review overall, so I'm giving 4 stars, but would definitely recommend this bar.

Last night before heading back to Houston Texas, we had to check out the Poppin spots in D-town Nash! This place is called Blossom Bar / Parlour Bar. It’s a pop up themed place every quarter and they change! Mo is our bartender and she is great. Made some smashin, kickin drinks to go with the theme! Come check them out and enjoy the good life! ChowChow Time!!

The Parlour Bar at Dream Nashville is currently hosting a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory themed pop up bar called ‘The Cocktail Factory.’ There is a wide range of drink and food options and I recommend trying the Wonky Bar.

We had so much fun 🤩 and our bartender Preston was very tolerant of our silliness and makes a mean martini!!! Cheers!! Great spot!!

Yelp
Came here for the Buddy the Elf pop up. It was nicely decorated. Could have used a few more Elf themed items, maybe a standee. The drink menu was festive. The drinks we got were well balanced and tasty. It wasn't very busy for Christmas Eve, but Nashville shuts down in the cold. Would check out there other themed pop ups.

Yelp
Note: I am a native Nashvillian and hate really touristy places... What a great experience! I went here tonight with my husband and friend and was immediately impressed with the decor. It was very upscale trendy that made you feel like you were in a nice, but not pretentious, place. The velvet booths are so comfortable and the music playing the in background is just loud enough to create ambiance without annoyance. We ordered from the bar as the seating wasn't staffed, but our drinks were brought out to our table which was nice. Our waitress was efficient and friendly, which I always appreciate (too friendly and the service is slow; too efficient and the staff seems rude). The drinks were awesome. I can honestly say that I did not mind paying $14 per drink here. I even ended up ordering the same drink twice because I loved it so much, which I never do because I always love to try new things. The smoked peach old fashioned is amazing y'all. Definitely order that if you like whiskey! It looks watered down but it's not. It has a great bold flavor that is extremely smooth. It's not at all too sweet like I thought it might be. I also tried the vieux carre my husband ordered and it was the same, amazingly flavorful and smooth at the same time. I ended up trying the sazerac (same as the others but sweet in a good way) and the Doolittle, which was my least favorite because it was like drinking air after the others but it could have been the order I tried them in. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing their pretzels are. We ordered two rounds because the first ones were so good! We also ordered the fries and they came out with a green cilantro sauce that was so flavorful I ended up dipping the pretzel in that instead of the cheese it came with. Our bartender told us they just added them to the menu and we told her to beg them to keep them on. Get these! You won't be disappointed unless you hate good things. In summary: go here! Order a whiskey drink and the pretzels then enjoy and let me know what you thought. Heads up: the valet is $20, not free! Park in a garage or Uber here.

Yelp
Fun Nashville bar that rebrands with the season. A great regular spot to grab a drink before a night on the town. Fun conversations and friendly staff.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Great drinks and a convivial atmosphere. Brian, behind the bar, makes the best drinks. Always a great stop before or after whatever you may have planned.

Yelp
Came here on a Friday night to check out the Gingerbread decor and holiday cocktail menu. The decor was SO CUTE and cozy. They had claymation Christmas movies on the TV above the bar. The service was quick and the holiday drink menu was creative and yummy. I had one of the best Mules I've had in awhile here. I loved the flow of the bar and the room, and the fact that they had a fun holiday selfie station set up. They could add more seating around the bar. Also, the bathroom is REALLY far away from the bar. Overall, a really great experience and I would feel good about bringing out of town guests here to show them part of "New Nashville."

Yelp
The Parlour Bar has a really nice vibe to it. Was there for an event so I didn't get to try anything off their regular menu so I won't comment on the drinks or food for that reason, but the decor is a perfect fit for the space and the staff were nice. Will be back to actually try more of their menu for sure.
