"Starting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, order from the “Pre-Inflation” menu. Burgers are inspired by classic orders on fast food menus — like a heaping smash burger in the style of In-N-Out’s or a barbecue burger like the Western burger at Carl’s Jr. The burgers start at $5. Plus, beers are $3 and cocktails are $7." - Ryan Slattery, Janna Karel

You can also get a mean burger special for under $10." - Janna Karel

"The Parlour is now open in the Las Vegas Arts District and serving boozy brunch and coffee, both in a renovated interior and drive-thru. It’s the sixth restaurant to open in the space at 616 E. Carson Ave. Suite #140, near 7th Street. The restaurant, which bills itself as a 'boujie' fast-casual breakfast spot is home to chicken and waffles, salmon burgers, and sweet crepes for downtown early birds ahead of its November 5 grand opening. Helmed by restaurateur Antonio Nunez, who previously opened brunch destinations the Kitchen Table and the Stove, both in Henderson, the new downtown restaurant is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week. House-made pastries, upscale breakfast entrees, private blend coffee, and vegan options are all available for dine-in or take-out." - Janna Karel

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give more stars, I would! Parlour Coffee and Cooking has it all—fantastic atmosphere, friendly service, and, most importantly, unforgettable food and drinks! My husband and I both loved every bite and sip. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict and paired it with the Hey Honey Latte—absolute perfection! He went with the McSammy and an It Smells Like Breakfast Latte, and we were blown away by the flavors. The decor and vibe make this spot even better. Wish I was a local just so I could come back all the time. If you’re in town, don’t miss out on this gem!

We stopped in for brunch. I enjoyed the smash burger, I would have liked to try the other varieties, but the burger menu is only available after 5:30pm. Overall, I would definitely come back and try more menu options.

Google
After seeing them on Instagram for the new burger menu I had to go put them to the test and the burgers are just how they look in the picture they taste exactly what you would imagine. The burger was extremely flavorful. Loved everything about it the Bartender he was totally awesome. They had old-school hip-hop playing He made great recommendations was very knowledgeable about the ingredients. The funky cold Medina is my favorite even had a moment to speak with the chef about the inspiration behind each burger. These guys are just totally awesome. I can’t wait to come back next week and try a new sandwich. Just wanna thank the whole staff that was there in a day and age of people are so rude and they forget about actual customer service these guys nail that aspect.

Google
I do a lot of restaurant reviews in las Vegas and some deserve praise and some don’t. “The Parlour” deserves my highest praise in all categories. I was surprised to find this Gem tuck in on Carson street between 6th & 7th street, (616 East Carson, #140, Las Vegas, NV.) If you only have one day in Vegas as a Tourist or as local looking for a beyond expectations breakfast, (And some times dinner on Thurs - Sat) THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO. The vibe is funky but with touches of items brought from homes of the employees. Very, cool and complete with a “Leg lamp” in the front window, (Christmas story.) I digress; My server was Roger. After a brief intro, he went on to tell me the history of The Parlour. I will save the reader that story but it is fascinating nonetheless. On to the food. It is a “scratch kitchen,” everything made to order with ultra fresh ingredients. I had the signature “Parlour breakfast sandwich" with an included small salad. WOW OH WOW ! This blew my mind as it was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had, period, (Cheddar & Munster, Italian Chili, over med eggs, bacon, smashed in between wheat bread; See pix.) I do visit other scratch kitchens in the area and although do a great breakfast, this is one step up. price; Most restaurants have raised their prices but for whatever reason, The Parlour has low priced their dishes. $14 for my meal plus $4 for the best cup of coffee hands down. *Side note: I am a coffee snob and roast my own beans and my Jura machine is industrial but.....The coffee here is superb and I will drive to the source for the beans. The included pictures here are of my “Parlour” sandwich and a "Tacos Huevos,” (eggs, poblano, avocado, macerated onions, potatoes, cream, salsa) that another customer had and was gracious to allow the photo. Summary: I have been dining here in las Vegas for 15 years and go out of my way to discover new and exciting restaurants and write unbiased reviews. I am very critical and hold my opinion to a very high standard, (see my other restaurant reviews.) The Parlor deserves 5 stars in Food, Atmosphere, service, hands down the best breakfast I have had in a while. *There is a sister restaurant, “The Parlor,” (Same menu and more) in Henderson but google maps is not up to date. The sister restaurant can be found in Google maps as “The Kitchen” (Former restaurant at the address. It is at 1716 W. Horizon Pkwy #100, Henderson, NV. This restaurant should be on your radar for your next outing for sure! PS: They are open at night on Thurs - Sat and and have throwback prices AKA as “Bleep inflation.” Example; Homemade Burger & fries $7 !!!!!!

The atmosphere is spectacular here. I love the black brick and bright red roses painted inside. Plenty of seating and a perfect spot to bring friends or to come alone and enjoy a book. The lavender latte was delicious and perfectly made. I did not care for my ham sandwich at all and could not eat most of it but nobody ever checked to see if the food was good after it was served. It comes smothered in a cream sauce which makes it soggy and requires fork and knife to eat. I couldn’t taste the sandwich at all past all the sauce. I think they should warn you and ask if you’d prefer the sauce on the side because if you’re expecting a nicely grilled ham sandwich, getting a wet soggy sandwich is very disappointing. The menu mentions a cream sauce but doesn’t say the sandwich will be completely covered and sopping wet. The salad that came with the sandwich was very fresh and tasted great. I’ll definitely come back and try something different next time as they have a surprisingly large and interesting menu for a quaint spot. They also serve beer and liquor.

Google
Food was great. The chicken sandwiches were very good and unique. Truffle fried were good as well but very small portion. Place seemed understaffed due to an event i believe but it took quite a bit to get service while tables next to us were being served, found that odd. The server did apologize though. Environment and vibe was interesting and nice. Had a DJ there that was playing what sounded like euro club music, not my style but wasn't bad. Very unique decor too, I liked it

Google
Major highlight of our Vegas trip. Amazing coffee, even better food. Healthy sized servings. This will be a must stop every visit. Avacodo Toast, Frenchie Creepe, The Benny Sammich, Lavender Latte, Bullet Espresso, and the Syphon Coffee, which was well worth the wait as it does its syphon drip.

Google
Chose this last last minute and it did NOT disappoint. Lots of different options on the menu, had the awesome guy at the counter choose my breakfast. The New Yorker sandwich was fantastic. Lots of options on their coffee menu too! The hey honey latte was 10/10. Cute atmosphere and fun staff working. Will absolutely be back one day!

Yelp
We went to the Henderson location on a busy Sunday morning. The vibe was on point. The music was at a perfect volume; low enough to hear each other talk, but loud enough to enjoy it. We were greeted by the awesome staff and enjoyed bottomless mimosas while we waited for our food. You get a nice selection of flavors to choose from. We went classic with orange juice. I had huevos tacos and my friend had Chicken and Waffles. The dishes were delicious! We also had empanadas. Mmm! I'll definitely be back. This is a perfect spot to drink, hang with friends, and eat amazing food! The bathrooms are fun, too! Nice to catch up on ESPN ;)

Jessica R.

Yelp
If you want to wait for an hour for food and want to feel like an inconvenience for asking for a cup of coffee while you wait for an hour- then come here!! Ambience is meh- the bathroom is dirty af and the service is atrocious. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Try it. We won't be back here again.

Lori G.

Yelp
The bright eyed tea was pretty tasty add to it the tacos huevos & salmon Benny and you got yourself a well rounded breakfast for you and your friends. The service was excellent. It was jam packed and you had to be patient but it was worth the wait. Cool little spot

Michelle F.

Yelp
Tried their vegan breakfast burrito. It is MASSIVE Easily shared between two. It was VERY TASTY and would highly recommend. The seating is quite quaint inside. Playlist is versatile with throwbacks and present soothing jams. Found myself singing along while waiting for order. Now the negative it did take about 30 plus minutes to receive my order, even had to ask if it was started. Like clockwork it was delivered shortly after inquiring. Very mellow coffee bar, definitely worth it. Rumor is during the evening hours they serve beer and burgers. Cheers!

Kayla R.

Yelp
I was surprised to hear this location has been open for a year and a half... wtf where have I been?! Was happy to finally make my way in here since I was in the area. Parked in the parking lot behind it but they do have some street parking in front if you want and its available, too. The ambiance and vibe in here is so cool. They have an extensive menu, food and coffee, and if you want to stay to work, you totally can. Craig helped me out and was super nice and welcoming. He let me know that they had a celebration of life and that they were closing early, which was no biggy for me, I just wanted to grab coffee, some lunch and work for a little anyway. I ordered the salted caramel latte with oatmilk and then also ordered the avocado toast, which I very well think might be the best avocado toast I've ever had. The flavors were insane and it was SOOO good. The coffee was also so delicious. I ended up not finishing the coffee so I got a to-go cup as well. The internet here is pretty fast too and they have plugs everywhere, which is a solid plus. They'll be opening another location in Henderson and I'm sooo excited for it! Can't wait for that day, it's definitely going to be a popular brunch spot for sure.

Kaye M.

Yelp
Great place for breakfast! It's a smaller restaurant. You order your food and then find your own table. The only downside is the inside is a little smaller so there aren't as many tables. The service upon walking in was great. Would definitely come back to try all their different options.

Roni D.

Yelp
The food is incredible! With options for vegans and non-vegans alike. Definitely a must visit whenever I visit Las Vegas.

Leslie M.

Yelp
We celebrated my sister and mom's birthdays at the Parlour for brunch, and it was a great experience. Alec, our waiter, made it special by bringing them champagne shooters and providing attentive, friendly service. I had the vegan sausage and egg muffin, which was delicious. The restaurant offers excellent vegan and vegetarian options, and the $20 bottomless mimosas were an incredible deal, especially for Las Vegas! Overall, great food, excellent service, and amazing value. We'll definitely be back!

Sidney P.

Yelp
After a late live music gig at Downtown Container Park, walked around the corner to check this place out for the first time. I ordered the Sex Burger *a la carte* for a late midnight dinner & OH MY SWEET LORD was that delicious!! Bread & butter pickles and sweet tomato perfectly contrasted with the juicy seasoned patty with their version of In N Out sauce...and don't forget about the homemade bun! Dreaming about this burger and definitely will be going back. We sat at the bar & the bartender Roger was so chill & perfectly conversational. Don't sleep on The Parlour!

Alyssa R.

Yelp
Would definitely come back and if you are in the downtown area this place is worth a try! Its cute, small, and relaxed atmosphere makes this a nice brunch spot in the Fremont area if you want to avoid some of the busier joints. I will say, the drinks and food seem to have a tendency to be a little too sweet, so if you have a sweet tooth, this will be your dream. If you do not and you are here for breakfast, try to pick a savory option. The Creme Brûlée French Toast was a must try. I get why it's one of their most popular items! Both of our coffees were too sweet and milky for our tastes. (Though if you like peanut butter, you might love the peanut butter latte... you just can't taste the coffee.) Presentation was great, I am more of coffee forward person and now that I know how sweet the coffee tends to be. The pricing for bottomless mimosas and other alcoholic beverages were all reasonable. Service was great: the staff gave us the low down of how the place works. The menu is at the wall when you first come in, you order at the register, then they drop off your food. Everything came quickly. Again, this is definitely a place you'll want to try! I am just not convinced my husband and I tried the best of what The Parlor has to offer. All the more reason to return and try again! Heads up: even on a Monday the place started to get busy as it got close to noon. Give yourself a bit of extra time to wait or get there early and guarantee yourself a spot.

W. 'Ski' L.

Yelp
Wife and I stopped by to see this newly opened establishment and to our surprise, the atmosphere, the service (Thnx Stephanie !!!) was amazing. Great attitude towards the customers and more importantly, the job. Food was amazing, no ifs or buts, we are definitely returning. Matter of fact, when we eat at a restaurant and the food is just standard but have some leftovers, well we just leave it there. At Parlour, we took both our leftovers home for later, that's how delicious everything was! And it wasn't because of any high prices, I would say the menu prices are about average and some lower....100% we are coming back.

Erica L.

Yelp
This little spot is a vibe... from the eclectic decor to the revolving menu. Great spot to meet friend and chill for a while. Met at this spot for a brunchy friend date and it did not disappoint. The staff was really helpful with decisions and let us know the menu gets updated about every few months. My friend had the Roscos in France (chicken mac and cheese crepe) and I had the Its a Smash burger. The food had really great flavors and satisfying portions. We also split a bottle for mimosas and I love that they gave you the juice in a little squeeze bottle. Talk about custom mimosas lol. Note: If you want pastries they are baked fresh daily and best to pick up in the earlier hours of the day (per the staff.) Overall enjoyed and will be back. Good vibes good food can't ask for much more. Also Note: Make sure to check the hours before popping up here. Operational hours are not typical (but dont worry they hit the prime times for socializing!)

Lisa B.

Yelp
Stopped here to check it out for breakfast before pool time. So much yum! Bottomless mimosas, the crepe was so big and so good. Also had your standard egg breakfast. Everything was good. Just a short walk from fremont Street. You should def eat here.

Kelly S.

Yelp
The interior has a fun vibe with vintage style decor. It has about 8-10 tables. It's a walk up and order style and wait at the table for the food to be delivered. The staff was nice and provided good recommendations. The food was delicious with good portions for the price. The food/drinks were ready quickly. The latte was ah-maz-ing. I enjoyed the vibe.

Alexandra P.

Yelp
What a cozy little gem of a spot. I came here with my husband for beer and burgers after a music festival we were in town for. Roger, the bartender, was incredibly sweet and welcoming and gave us great recommendations on other places to check out downtown and in the Arts District. He seemed to know all of the locals by name as well. My burger was amazing. It was straight up the perfect burger from 'the Menu'. I love that this spot wasn't showing anything on tv - the screens were only a menu display. Please keep it like that.

Apple S.

Yelp
Thank you to my dear friend David for making me discover this place. It is so amazing. First of all the outside is great and unique, but when you walk inside then the decor is really getting your attention with all the fun details. They got a lot on the menu. I kept it simple and had the cookie butter coffee (yummm) and a croissant (perfect). Staff was so friendly and attentive! We received our items fast. They also have a great cook Book collection. Lovely morning thank you David!

Ramona L.

Yelp
The atmosphere is spectacular here. Plenty of seating and a perfect spot to bring friends or to come alone and enjoy a book. The lavender latte was delicious and perfectly made. Overall, I would definitely come back and try more menu options.

Jon L.

Yelp
Cute place with a very intense and expensive coffee menu(they have a $20 cup with no alcohol, ngl I wanna try it) I had a pourover which was very good. The food looked decent too. I'll definitely be back

Miah B.

Yelp
"This place has everything! By day, it's the ultimate breakfast spot with vibes so chill you might forget you're not at your own kitchen table. The staff? Absolute gems, always warm and welcoming! But hold up--did you know this spot transforms into a speakeasy by night?! I had no idea and had to check it out. The drinks? Next-level. The bartenders? Full of life, knowledge, and a dash of wisdom--especially Roger, who's not just making drinks but also dropping GEMS!! Whether you're coming for brunch or staying for the after-hours magic, this spot never disappoints. 10/10 would recommend, and trust me, you'll leave with both a smile and some cocktail wisdom. Cheers! "

Allyson M.

Yelp
We were so excited to try this place, we've heard great reviews! Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. Our table overlooked the kitchen window which we saw our food sit for 15+ minutes before they brought it to the table. We kindly asked it to be remade, which they accommodated...but the sandwich was so dry and the potatoes were undercooked. The caramel latte we tried was also bitter and unpleasant.

Daniel F.

Yelp
The food is great and the staff/ service is even better! The crème brûlée French toast was unreal.

Cecy C.

Yelp
This is such a great spot. So much more than just a coffee shop. Their service is top tier, everyone was so friendly. Plus it's currently decked out for Christmas :) Syphons coffee - 5/5 from the explanation and presentation to the flavor! The Benny Sammich - 5/5 according to my husband, one of the best sandwiches that he's had in a while. Avo toast - 5/5 Bread was deliciously toasted and the salad was a perfect compliment. Kuro-Goma coffee - 5/5 had mine with oatmilk it was smooth and tasty. Not too sweet. Strawberry pop tart- 6/5 so freaking good! Super flaky, buttery pastry with fresh strawberries in the center for the delicious vanilla glaze.

Marissa A.

Yelp
Service was great ( 2 girls running the counter and tables) they were out of all the things I wanted to try but I ordered the chai latte and an almond croissant. The cross isn't was huge and the chai was tasty as well. The place is super cool with memorabilia everywhere and it's also a little small. It's near Fremont about a 8 min walk. But worth getting away from the rush.

Pennie B.

Yelp
It is a nice cozy little place to have breakfast brunch or dinner. The food was absolutely amazing. The service was great. My cousin and I had tried a few items there be chorizo burrito. All I can say is oh my goodness taste like my mom's the French toast, cream Brulé was absolutely amazing. The chicken and Mac waffle was good. Walked out stuffed lol highly recommend.

Katrina P.

Yelp
I've had this spot book marked for a while and even follow them on IG as Chef Antonio Nunez has been featured on the food network and cooking channel so I was very excited to head downtown this past Saturday to finally check it out and man it was so worth the wait! The decor is classic 1920's sitting room style, the space isn't large but provides for ample "find your own spot" seating of which I found to be decently spread apart. Food and drinks orders are placed at the front counter and then is brought out to you. The staff is delightful and very attentive and the food is delicious (they also over a variety of Vegan options). Oh and did I mention that the mimosas are $6!!! Overall it was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back to try some of chefs other menu offerings and of course the syphon coffee of which is a chef selected Guatemalan/Brazil blend. Apparently it is so good that they will even package up the beans for personal/commercial sales!!!

Torrey T.

Yelp
I usually go in during breakfast it can get a little congested in the morning. But it's definitely worth the wait you'll walk in and order at the counter, they have their menu posted on the wall, but everything is exquisite. I recommend MC Sami or the it's a smash burger. Everyone there is super nice too.

Teiara W.

Yelp
Food was Delicious perfectly seasoned Staff was great very attentive to our needs. Look if you want something that's going to quench your hunger this is the place. Very beautiful hole in the wall with a big punch .

Alex D.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible smash burger. Super soft, buns, awesome pickles, light truffle oil. Really good tater tots. Amazing service. I will be back!

Daniela A.

Yelp
Came here for the $5 burger, stayed for the vibes. Even thought it was a bit more, I got the Wagyu Truffle Burger because it was still an incredible price. The flavor was exquisite, burger was tender, juicy, and flavorful. Definitely hit the burger craving. The staff were incredible and really added so much to the experience. Totally coming back to try other menu items

Rose H.

Yelp
I wasn't really thrilled with the food (it was really overly greasy) or my coffee drink. They were both just disappointing, especially after I came here after reading all the positive reviews. The staff was pretty nice, but I was bummed when they ran out of multiple ingredients for the specialty coffee drink I ordered and just gave me drip coffee instead (which tasted mediocre) but didn't give me a refund for the extra money for the specialty drink when I ended up only receiving a drip coffee. I give them some extra credit, though, for the cute interior of the cafe. I don't' know if I would come back, though, because my past experience there just disappointed me quite a bit.

Michelle R.

Yelp
The ambience is fun an vintage, The food was high quality and delicious. The Parlour sandwich was crunchy and savory cheesy and just the perfect amount of spice. The crème brûlée French toast should be illegal. The bread was fluffy, the top was crunchy like a crème brûlée, the fruit ripe and the whipped cream homemade. The owner made the coffees and the coffee itself was not bitter, the man knows how to pull a shot! So yummy. We will probably be back tomorrow before we leave Vegas!

Nicole M.

Yelp
This is such a cute little coffee shop in an unassuming area with plenty of parking. We came here looking for a pup friendly spot and the owner assured us they were. They were and were so nice about it! We were greeted warmly when we walked in and the staff helped us pick out the perfect drinks and let us know brisket wasn't available today which was fine. My fiancé ordered the Rosco in France and I order the chicken in waffles. They let us know the food would take time which was perfectly fine. The seating was comfy and had a very nice vibe as we waited. From the surrounding individuals plates we knew we would be in for a treat for sure. The lavender but better was perfectly sweet and my fiance who loves chocolate was over the moon stating it was "solid" (5 out of 5 for him). 5 out of 5 for our pup who enjoyed his pup cup! Once we recieved our food we were blown away with how amazing it was. Chicken was perfectly crispy but not oily. The waffles were perfect the crepe was stuffed with Mac and cheese. Yummy! This will be a regular stop whenever we are in Vegas!

Makenna E.

Yelp
Despite the reviews on this restaurant, I actually didn't enjoy it as much as the hype. I consider myself a "foodie" and wanted to try this brunch place out. However, I felt rather disappointed in the final product. I ordered the salmon benedict and it left me feeling sick from eating it. It is lathered with sauce, which is nearly all butter and overwhelms the meal. I wouldn't recommend it. You order at that counter, receive a number, and they bring you the food, which was fine. The interior has a cool and trendy vibe. My boyfriend also ordered a side of eggs and it left a lot to be desired and the eggs with his meal and they were overpriced, lukewarm, and not very good.

David C.

Yelp
This was a great way to end a less than profitable trip to Vegas. Gotta remember that the best bet in Vegas is on food, not the tables. The Parlour is a little off Fremont Street (about a 1/4 mi) but definitely worth the walk. We enjoyed our breakfasts--I had the smoked salmon benny sammy, buddies had the Ronald, regular benny sammy, and the Farmhouse. All were delicious though one friend said the food was slightly on the salty side. Portions were generous, team was quick and welcoming. Would be excited to go back next time in Downtown Vegas.

Amanda S.

Yelp
So good we went two days in a row! Items ordered: McSammy Tacos Huevos Croque Monsieur Adult bevs German Chocolate Iced Italian Cookie iced Pina Tequilla Bump Reg Coffee Hey Honey Late The Feel Good Late aaand a cheese danish The gentleman serving (7/31-8/1) is great company. Very helpful and down to earth Food 10/10 Drinks 9/10 Will be back more often. As a local I've never been here! Definitely will be a go to spot

Leanne R.

Yelp
I love the breakfast options here and the coffee. I have been to this coffee shop a few times and I always enjoy my time here. The service is friendly and they are always down for a good laugh. The ambiance is fun and has a cozy coffee house vibe. I loved that no matter where you say there were charging stations. This place is located in downtown LV and can be a pain to park sometimes, but a walk is needed after a good meal. I had the breakfast burrito and was delicious and hot.

Gloria L.

Yelp
This cute brunch spot in Downtown Fremont serves delicious, aesthetic breakfast and lunch items! The decorations and ambience of the restaurant makes it a nice spot to hang out with friends. You order first before finding seats, but the tables are a bit small. They offer a Syphons coffee which is a unique way of making coffee using pressure in a vacuum pot. This way really cool to watch and experience as the worker explained the history behind the form of this coffee. We also ordered a Kuro-Goma latte which was a delicious Japanese black sesame latte which I loved. For the food, we ordered the Smoked salmon Benny Sammy came with pastrami smoked salmon, hollandaise, medium egg, and a delicious spinach artichoke cream cheese dip. We also ordered the Frenchie crepe which was my favorite item. The Swiss cheese was nicely melted making the crepe super cheesy and delicious with the ham and chewy crepe batter. Overall I enjoyed all the food and coffee drinks I ordered here. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the mood for a nice and relaxing brunch.

Melissa L.

Yelp
If you are in downtown Vegas and a foodie, this place is a MUST try! This coffee shop isn't very large. There is a limited amount of seating. The barista greeted us kindly and went over the menu. He explained some of the favorite foods. He was very personable and assisted us in choosing some incredible food to try. I am a coffee snob. Not many places in Vegas can make a good mocha (which is hilarious to me because it isn't that complicated, but most coffee shops fall short). The parlor's mocha is not only delicious, but it's almost too pretty to drink. My husband, who actually doesn't even like coffee, thought it was really good! The salted caramel latte was really good. They even have their own energy drinks that are great as well! The creme brule French toast is crazy big! 3 inches thick! I have NEVER seen such a thick piece of French toast. It was SO SO good, though! They even included the custard on top of the toast. (A lot of places with creme brule French toast just burn sugar on top of it, but the parlor actually included the custard!) The roscos in France was recommended to us by the barista. Boy, that was a treat! I honestly am not a huge macaroni and cheese fan. I was shocked when I had that first bite of their macaroni and cheese. It was SO good! The chicken was cooked to perfection with so much flavor. The bechamel sauce was a nice touch to the crepe. Be warned, this crepe is MASSIVE! And so filling, two people, even 3 can easily share this! The pear salad was delightful. I just wish there was a little more pear in it. It was a wonderful pairing of flavors, though. The burger was excellent, as were the fries. This place is amazing in so many ways. I'd love to see more of them around town! I can't wait to explore more of the menu. Everything looks and sounds delicious! I was told by the barista that they have a rotating menu, so it sounds like I won't run out of things to try!

Yelp
My go-to whenever I'm in Vegas in the morning/early afternoon. Excellent service, excellent coffee & food, and excellent vibes. Expansive menu and friendly crowd. 5 stars.

Yelp
Came here twice during a business trip, and have to say I was thoroughly impressed. Staff was friendly and helpful. It looks like they take coffee seriously as they have educational sessions you can order. I didn't get into any of that, but I tried The Mexican and my wife had the Rocky Road, both came with roasted marshmallows on top and were delicious. For breakfast I had the brisket burrito which was really filling and tasty. The interior is really well done and has a cool vibe. Plenty of street parking is available, looks like it's all paid though (could be wrong). Highly recommend this coffee shop if you're in the area.

Yelp
Amazing local business. Coffee, tea, specialty sodas, brunch food with a twist. Carryout, Dine in and call ahead. Always busy. Rocky Road was delicious. No too sweet. Perfect marriage of coffee and marshmallow. The empanadas were phenomenal and traditional. Just enough flavor.

Yelp
This was cool coffee shop with great food. I love the decor, it's eclectic and feels like it transports you to another era. I ordered the earl grey crème latte with oat milk and a smoked salmon Benny that came with breakfast potatoes. It was so good I forgot to take a picture of it. It's a quick service restaurant you order at the counter and the gentleman at the counter serves as a barista and bartender-really cool concept-they have boozy coffee cocktails. He made great recommendations for food and drinks, I wish I would have gotten his name so I could give him his flowers. Overall a great experience.

Yelp
This place is a must-visit for visitors to Vegas, and for locals it needs to be part of your usual coffee rotation. The food was delicious, the drinks were expertly made, and the barista who made them was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone who works there is also very kind. The place itself is a love letter to true coffee enthusiasts (even down to the no Starbucks allowed sign on the door!) and that made it even better. I will be back many more times!

Yelp
First off just a stretch a way from the main portion of the Fremont experience. Well rounded. You can get a Large array of food items and everything is restaurant quality food. A large array of coffees and teas and even alcoholic choices! It has a interesting feel of a bar/coffee shop hybrid. Great vibes and a classy appearance. The employees are wonderful and the service has been top tier. If this coffee shop existed in Chicago or NWI I would friend it often. It rocks!

Yelp
First. Syphons Coffee. Need I say more? I wouldn't wanna have my coffee it was not prepared like this. I had to drink it by itself, or it would be completely direspectful to the coffee bean that has been roasted to perfection for you to enjoy. So..no, hold the cream and sugar because you would want top taste the flavor of origin, and it is worth it. You immediately feel you've gained a few IQ points higher after 3 sips. Just saying. And then... the food selection. *the aroma-sniff-emoji* I got Frenchie and my boyfriend jumped between 3 different things on the menu and ended up with The Benny...he wanted huevos first, then the chicken n waffle... and ooooohfff, we we're glad he did. They paid attention to taste, aesthetic, and quality. I highly recommend this downtown gem to locals and visitors. That brunch was truly a community experience. I appreciate the place, the ambiance, and the vibe of that place. From the server, to the son of the owner as well as the owner himself--was very rooted in the Vegas community. I will be back. Definitely not going to be the last.

Yelp
This is the best breakfast/lunch spot in downtown Vegas. I personally have my go-to, which is the It's a Smash Burger without a bun and salad instead of fries. One of the best burgers in town! Although the salad is very delicious you would be doing yourself a disservice if you don't try their French fries - so freaking good! All of their coffees are unique and delicious and their homemade pastries are definitely worth the calories! This family owned business has the friendliest staff who make you feel special. The ambiance is quite homey with smaller tables for an intimate meal and long tables for larger groups. Perfect place to gather your group for a fun brunch!

Yelp
Parlor catered my live/work place again. While waiting as the staff set up, I sipped a cup of their special house blend. Simply delicious. So good I picked up #1 of whole beans. It's a Guatemala and Brazil blend that's a sweet, well-balanced cup with a rich aroma. Drank is black, of course!

Yelp
Nice little joint for morning coffee and breakfast. We walked a couple blocks from downtown Fremont Street . We were greeted by friendly staff and our voila our order was placed. Menu has many options, we had to take a few minutes to decide. There are limited seats inside, but its cozy nice vibe. Cool place to hang out or work or have brunch. Loved the music playing not too loud. Iced coffee was cold and refreshing, I added a touch of cream and sugar to my taste. My husband's breakfast sandwich was ginormous, quality proteins and bread, and the potatoes that came with it had interesting spice to it. My creme brulee french toast was perfect to satisfy my savory sweet craving, all I can say is kudos to chef as it was amazing! Thanks we had a wonderful breakfast, staff didn't rush us out so it was pretty laid back and would recommend you visit on a weekday morning if you are in area!
