Parlour Wines - Review - Pioneer Square - Seattle - The Infatuation

"One of Seattle’s best wine bars has opened its second location on Yesler Way, joining the original outpost in Madison Park. In addition to bottles for sale and natural wines by the glass, they serve coffee, pastries, and beer. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Gabe Guarente

Parlour is a great addition to the neighborhood. I work in the area and get coffee here almost every weekend. The staff is super friendly, the coffee (Stamp Act) is great, and the atmosphere is perfect for a conversation or reading your book. I don't drink, but got a phony negroni after work, It was good. More people need to discover this place. It's quiet during the day. It seems to attract more people later in the day for drinks. One review mentioned that it took them a long time to get their drink. In months of going to Parlour that happened to me once and only because a big group came it right before me. If that happens relax and enjoy the third place vibe. We spend too much time rushing around

Nice new coffee and wine bar in Pioneer Square. The coffees we had were well-made and the staff was friendly. I haven’t tried the wine yet but will do that on another visit later in the day.

So glad to have this space here. The ideal blend of alcohol and coffee all in under one roofs looking forward to their impending expansions. It felt like a cultured youthful crowd was attracted by the tasteful art and excellent mood lighting. Recommended for dates or a thoughtful meetup amongst close friends.

I’m stumbled upon this coffee shop on the way to the ferry and I’m so glad I stopped in. The service is amazing and it was such a lovely experience. Coffee was good too. Lots of tables and natural light. Will definitely come back here to grab coffee again!!

We stopped in during an evening exploring the square on a whim. I have been searching for a European style bar that serves wine, coffee, and snacks in the evening and this. Is. It! We happened to visit during their second day of being opened. They helped us pick a wine and we ordered a couple coffees. The coffee (drip because they had already cleaned the espresso machine) was great, the wine was the perfect temperature, the atmosphere was relaxed and the service was great.

Cute place in PS, better for late night or happy hour, was dead during dinner. Wines were great and staff was attentive - but the food was lacking. We got the prosciutto sandwich and it was quite bland, without much meat, for a hefty $20.

Edit: I visited this cafe again 08/15 hoping for a quick cup of coffee. Instead I waited over 20 minutes for a cortado. Only one staff member. I get that it is expensive to run a business in Seattle but it should not take 20 minutes for one coffee. Previous review: Delicious cortado for $4.50. Very friendly person working here who chatted with me and let me chill in the spot while they closed up (I came in like 3 minutes before they closed). Would come again!

Great atmosphere of European style wine and food offering. The music selection is great too, to have a place that service coffee alongside wines in the evening is great!

Yelp
Terrific little cafe, with an airy but still charming interior. Service was prompt and friendly. Good music playing softly in the background. I can't resist Pufftown bakery items, and was curious about Stamp Act coffee. Glad I tried it - solid, robust flavor. And the stone fruit pastry with cream and chili threads was a great combo. I'll have to come back in the evenings for their haooy hour... thé wines and nibbles look appetizing. 4 stars, but an extra one for using cloth napkins!

Yelp
Cute little coffee shop that's very new to the area! They serve Stamp Act Coffee, always a delight to try a new bean. I got an 8oz black drip, which was just the right amount for a break after doing the Seattle Underground Tour. Good luck to this shop and its baristas who make it all possible!

Yelp
New coffee shop/wine bar on Yesler and Occidental in Pioneer Square. Loving the feel of this cafe lots of windows for natural light. They carry Pufftown pastries which is a bonus. At 4 it turns to a wine bar offering natural wines and small bites. saving my 5th start for a visit in the evening. Beans they serve are Stamp Act love how close it is to work about a 5 minute walk. My latte was lovely. this is definitely a space I can see myself reading a book or meeting up with someone. Service was friendly and not forced made you feel right home. Will be back soon!

Yelp
Amazing first experience today at Parlour in Pioneer Square. Was helped by the incredible Pablo and I was able to try the Strawberry Latte with Oat Milk that hit the spot on this typically cold Seattle Saturday morning. Love the atmosphere here and love this new space!
